At Domino's Pizza outlets, there is strict policy not to provide drinking water on demand without purchasing the same. I personally feel it is not acceptable at all because water is basic need.

    I and my two friends went to the dominoz pizza...we paid the bill, the bill was 502 rupees.we got the bill and then our ordered came..we ate pizza.. After returned home, they called us and said that " you have paid 400 rs, you have to 100 cash..you have to come dominos." This is so much harrassment. How can one charge money after paying bills and eat pizza... And there is first pay service.

        I have placed an order with Dominoes Mansarovar (Jaipur) outlet and it has been more than 1.5 hours but still I haven’t received my order. I have called up the restaurant and checked with them and they are saying that due to high demand it will take another 60 mins. Technically I have placed order at 9 pm and will receive it at 11:30.
        No prior information was provided that order will be delayed.

            I placed an order via the Domino's app using net banking on 16th March and the total was deducted from my bank account. However the order still shows as pending on the app and there is no option to contact anyone since the order was not placed. I hope my money is refunded as soon as possible.                 I entered Domino's Pizza at Lunsikui, Navsari, Gujarat to parcel the Pizza with my wife and 13 months old daughter.
                My daughter was thirsty so I asked Domino's staff for water. They refused to give water saying only packed water is available.

                  Domino’s ujjain doesn’t provide free drinking water to a customer… in their premises even on asking they force to buy a mineral water …
                  Whereas it’s a law — no one deny to provide a free drinking water in hotel/restaurant rules
                  Kindly take appropriate action on it

                    Highly disappointed by dominos, first of all my order was 100 mins late and the pizza was too cold and on the other hand dominos was lying when asked about my order and they even lied about the refund for my order but didn’t got any

                        I have ordered medium double cheese margherita while eating I found it cheeseless pizza. Totally dry. Being a regular customer and knowing the quality this was the worst pizza serve by domino's. After this I don't think I will ever continue with domino's.

                            In multiple instances, where I ordered pizza from Domino's using their app. The total was shown exact but when charged on card was rounded to next higher value. This happened with Domino's Mumbai, Dahisar/Borivali.

                            Charged on card: 662

                            Date: 5th March 2022
                            Time: 7:21 pm
                            Order total: 389.90
                            Payment mode: card
                            Charged on card: 390

                            They overcharge by rounding to all customers, which is unaccounted money with Domino's.
                            Also this is cheating customers.

                            I reached out to Domino's on Twitter, engaged on phone with person from Dahisar/Borivali branch and no resolution yet.

                                I have been domino's pizza regular customer but today I ordered pizza and the delivery guy was behaving rude and arrogant and said ill words to me for just getting 1min late in coming down
                                Also on asking store manager regarding this issue, the store manager asked that delivery guy to threaten me and said attitude tere pass rakh was this behavior appropriate and when I said the delivery guy to give call to store manager inspite of saying guy to apology he did not say a single word and when I said I will raise issue to consumer court he said thwek hai

                                    So I ordered pizza from domino's app on march 3 2022. The ordered was cancelled but the amount was debited from my account. I called them many times to solve this problem. They have not solved my problem. I am very much disappointed as a regular consumer.

                                        When i ordered form dominos app while payment section i choose upi mode then application switched to Amazonpay the payment done successfully money also debited from account later returning to dominos app order not confirmed and asking again to pay to confirm order
