Please refund my money ASAP

I order a Indi tandoori pizza and paid through gpay, it didn't show that the order was confirm so i paid twice the money got deducted twice.

I(Sonali Singh- H.No 60 Sangam Vihar Colony Jhansi-UP) am a resident of India but I am based overseas for past 10 years. After COVID, I reached India after2 years. Today(3rd March 2022)my daughter wanted to taste Indian Dominos Pizza so I took her to Ground Floor 1089/1Near Income Tax Office Civil Lines Jhansi Uttar Pradesh.
There, I stood in a queue since there were displays of social distancing in the entire restaurant. But, strangely 3 men surpassed me and the lady at the counter(Pooja Prajapati) did not bother to maintain the so called protocol. After20 minutes when there was no one at the counter, I asked the server lady about why she did not follow their own rules, she raised her volume at me and said that there were many people. She infact, blamed me for not coming like the other men at the counter whereas I was maintaining the queue. Her behavior was extremely unreasonable. She kept on rolling her eyes and kept thumping her feet to show that she did not want me to say anything against her service.
So, I called for the Manager-in-charge (Abhishek Yadav) to inquire about the social distancing stickers placed in the restaurant. He simply said SORRY and turned away from the counter. I did not know what more to do and infact told the server women that I will complain about this.
Later, when it was my turn to collect the order, the server(POONAM PRAJAPATI) dumped my order and placed the pizza and sachets in the bag in a manner that seemed like she was throwing the min the bag.
I am highly annoyed and feel insulted by this behavior. I will never visit any outlet of DOMINIOS because of the poor customer service that I received.
I will also pass the same message to who ever I am connected with. DOMINIOS OFFERS DISGUSTING SERVICE AND IS A WATE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY.

This is the 2nd time my order is not confirmed but money got debited from my account. Please refund my money.

I had ordered few E-gift cards for employees from whoohoo for Domino’s . however, it Dominoz site shows it has redeemed already.

Therefore, can you check

1) If this is some kind of error on site or
2) If someone has already redeemed it, who is the person and what’s the contact number?

I'm gulson Kro dominos pizza jorhat Tarajan Assam, our manager make us to do work for 9 hours but we got our salary only for 6 hours because our manager said that sale is down ..so she make us only 6 working hours a day ...so please dominos pizza look forward into this matter 🙏🏽

Hi myself k. Vijaykumar from hyderabad. I went to dominos outlet balapur branch .due to techinally issue there not taking any order suggested use payrm app dine in n order in app . I order n paid 1217 online through paytm order was cancelled money got deducted .talked to store assistant about like this happen he told sir money will refund with in 7-10days u can order directly pay again i paid 1332.74 had pizza. But still now i didnt receive my cashback

I have done payment of rs 699.64 on 21 Feb 2022 at Dominos Latur. The amount was debited from my account but the order was not placed. Please help me get the refund back.

I have visited Domino's Pizza outlet in Ahmednagar today. I ordered pizza and the counter boy Prateek asked me to pay for carry bag very rudely.
All the people from Domino's ahmednagar have very unprofessional behaviour.

This is not the first time I have faced rude behaviour from guys over there.

Every time I visit Dominos, it says I shouldn't carry outside food . But the same pepsi which is available for Rs 20 ( 250 ml ) is sold at Rs 70.

Today i.e on 20 Feb 2022 have purchased 3 pepsi glasses which do not even amount to the quantity or quality which is available in PET bottle at retail stores. I want a full compensation for the amount charged .

I ordered a pizza worth rs. 269.20 from Domino's. Their delivery partner took too long of 1 hours and 30 min late delivery.
After i opened my packet i saw the whole thing was messed up in a manner which looks like the total waste of money.
Please refund my money and take your messed up pizza back....

I have ordered 2 regular pizza as follows
Planner tandoori and double chicken loaded pizza
But both are not in good taste, the chicken was rotten and not stable to eat
It even smell very worse
Very disappointed with this

Everytime when I try to order from the App, it shows a message that “ Store is offline” which is very annoying. I have two stores nearby my place. Still this message pops up for my delivery address. Please fix this ASAP.

I ordered Pizza on 4 Feb 2022 at 5.19 pm. My balance got deducted from Google Pay but it was not received at the counter. Counter Man assured me that my money would be refunded within 4 days. I waited for one week. Today it's 16 Feb and I haven't get my amount. Kindly refund my amount ASAP. My order no. was 34

Dear Team,

On the occasion of valentine's day on 14feb'22, I have ordered four Pizza, unfortunately that was the biggest mistake I have done, I have received such a bad quality of food wherein my wife got food poisoning after eating this such a bad experience and when I complain they replied me we have huge numbers of orders that's it happened We can't control this.
