First order delayed and later cancelled and second order canceled without informing us. We were not able to eat anything for 2 hours 30 minutes, in hope that we will receive our order.This kind of service is not expected from a company like dominos.We r regular customer but we now we will look for some other options.Thanks for the pathetic service n commitments u have made with us ....

I encashed my axis Bank rewards into Domino's voucher. Now when I am trying to encash, Domino's app not accept saying that it is invalid.

Don't know what to do...

So today i order 1 onion pizza, 1 choco lava cake, 1 taco, 2 red tomato sauce. My amount got deducted by compony but after some seconds there was notification that your order got failed cause outlet was offline so i called customer care and asked them can they place my order on advance time with the amout which have been deducted, so they clearly said no. They were asking me to pay same amount again and telling me that this deducted amount...

I have Ordered the Pizza from the Domino's mobile App and I had paid the money through my card and after 1-1.5 Hr I got call from restaurant that order will be More delayed and then after some time it get cancelled without any prior information and after that there is still no communication . Had tried calling to Domino's and resturant but no one is communicating well and unable to get my money back ....

I ordered a pepper barbecue pizza and it was cold and dry. It didn't taste good. The quality was poor. It costs me ₹506 and it was not at all worth it....

I was denied my credit and hung up on...

I ordered a pizza worth 369 rupees the transaction was successful from bhim app
And money was deducted but order was not placed in dominos app plz provide the refund of deducted money...

Had ordered through a food delivery app and paid through the app. Upon delivery i was given an invoice which showed that I owe them more money....

It's been about 1:30hrs since i have placed my order and i have not received the order yet...

On the 3rd of May 2022, I have ordered Pizza from Domino's through Zomato app. Once the order was delivered, when I was checking the order details, found that one of the item was incorrectly delivered. Below are my order details
1 - Medium Farmhouse Pizza
1- 5 Pepper Pizza Regular
1- Paneer Tikka Stuffed Garlic Bread
2- Dips

Instead of the 5 Pepper Pizza, I have received some Chicken Non Veg...

I had went to dominos pizza and order margarita pizza.
They have sent link of payment in my mobile number.
I paid Rs 114 through paytm.
They said we have not received as reciept not generated.
So again i paid.
So paid twice.
Please refund my money...

Rude staff behaviour wen asked to clean tables. Are we supposed to eat on dirty tables or clean ourselves?
Wen requested, the girl at the counter refused to clean & said we dnt have time. How can u treat customers like this. Taking customers for granted....

I went to order pizza at the store but the lady at the counter refused to accept the order saying "they don't have change of 500/-" . Staff behaviour was unacceptable. Highly disappointed....

Today I have ordered Domino's onion pizza 4 Nos through zomato app and paid the Amount of Rs 276 via upi.
But when the delivery boy came to deliver my order he charged me Extra Rs 16 as cash. When I refuse to pay and told him that I have already paid through zomato he said you have to pay Rs 16 otherwise you can't get your order.
This is very disappointing behavior by domino's as I already paid entire amount to zomato then why...

I visited Dominos outlet on 28th March, 2022 and paid an amount of Rs. 778/- towards the order via ICICI Bank online payment. On 22nd April, 2022 I got the message again of deduction of same amount - Rs. 778/- from my ICICI Bank account and this time I haven't visited the Dominos outlet nor given any order from Dominos. This is an unauthorized transaction done by Dominos and they are not ready to accept it....

On april 24, I ordered something from the domino's yesterday but money got debited but didn't get order place. May I get my money refunded please....

The quality of pizza and garlic bread was very bad. I have taken photos for proof....

My money got debited twice but order was not placed then I did cash on delivery...

Few days back I ordered from Dominos pizza app & the payment of ₹1323 from my account was debited & order was failed. As per the staff working in dominos informed that we receive the payment on same day. It’s been 3 days I haven’t received any.
