I had emailed dominos at
[email protected], providing the details of the situation-receipts, exact timing of the order placement, a valid phone no, etc and got an automated reply generating a ticket for my complaint; to which I responded and got a reply that they will contact me soon. I then got a call from the manager, reassuring me that the refund will come in 7 days and in case it didn't, he gave me his number to which I could reach out. The refund came 3 days after the incident. Happy with their dealings of the issue and will continue to use Dominos App with trust.
