I yesterday ordered pizza's from Domino's at 08:08 pm. I waited for 2 hours but the delivery person is neither picking up my call and when I'm calling the store the store is also not picking my calls. I had already made payment will attach the screenshot. I tried calling the store so that I can cancel my order but no one is picking my calls. And now few minutes before I called the store again one on the person picked and asked my order number and again disconnected my call. Again I tried now the phone is switched off. Please help I need my money back.
Please take action against this.

The order at Dominos was placed at 8:59pm on 1st April 2022. the order was pre paid for 1000rs and confirmed by the restaurant and Swiggy. Then there was silence for one and half hour. no response on 'HELP' chat, that kept repeating that the order will deliver by 9:29pm despite us messaging at 10:30pm. They kept telling to call a certain number but that number was always busy. at 10:33 we get a notification that the order is out for delivery with a tracking ID personally sent on message by Dominos with a delivery partner. The order is trackable and is shown to be delivered in 11 min. This all is happening at 10:37pm( 1 hour and 39 min after the order was placed.) At 11:10pm, again we start to call the delivery partner but he never picks up the call, chat with Swiggy is non-conclusive and there is no other way to contact authority. After insistently calling the delivery partner more than 30 times, most of the calls were being cut but never answered. Then when checking the tracking ID, it is suddenly unavailable. Our entire prepaid order has no way to be reached. After another 10 repeated calls the doorbell finally rings at 11:35pm and the delivery partner acts clueless as if nothing has occurred. He claims to be some other person than the one assigned and claims he'll get the prepaid money refunded in 45 min. We refuse to accept the order after a 2 hour 40 min delay . As of now, 11:54, we still haven't been able to contact Swiggy nor got a refund

On 26th February, 2022 I ordered pizzas from Domino's (Super centre, Sakchi ). The transaction was done twice since there was some technical glitches in the server of Domino's Super centre.
The staffs there ensured me that my money would be refunded back to my account within 24hours.

Today it has been more than 1 month and the staffs there have been ignorant of the above mentioned cause.

It is rather very shameful to dodge the customers in this way .

Need a compensation for this.

I resigned from domino's pizza in the month of May of the year 2021& since that time i have been trying on several times to claim my pf . I have been visiting several managers and staff managers, had conversation with multiple hr's over the email but nobody could solve my problem. Sometimes they say that I need to contact to the shift manager who used to be that time in the restaurant etc. Till today its been 11 month & yet i have neither received my full and final amount nor my pf . Its so disgusting that since 11month i am not getting my own hard earned money. Please look into the matter & help me to get my pf amount as soon as possible as because now i am fed up & bound to raise a complaint against this .

I have placed an order today that is 31st march 2022. The amount Rs 1117 was paid via phone pe. Transaction was successfull but order was not placed. Since the food is needed. I have re-ordered the same and paid via google pay.

Requesting you to refund the money that i have paid at first as soon as possible

I have ordered Veggie Paradise (Cheese Burst) pizza from official app of dominos. They charged me Rs 314 for regular Veggie Paradise (Cheese Burst) pizza. I have all the order and payment details with me which I can use in case it is needed.
They send me normal pizza in which there is no element of cheese is present. It was not cheese burst but normal substandard pizza.
This is ridiculous behaviour from dominos as this is clear cheating with customer. If dominos is such a poor company that it does not afford cheese then they should close the operations from India instated of playing such a cheap games with their loyal customers.

I placed an order on Dominos pizza, i payed using net banking.. Money got debited from account, but then dominos app gave error, that try again some time. Now i cant see that order in dominos app. How will I get my money back?

I ordered domino pizza on 18.03.2022. The order [protected] at 10 pm got accepted by an outlet in Borivali (Nirman height ) located at 5 min away and status was changed to delivered at 1 pm without delvering the pizza to me..from zomato...neither zomato note Dominoes responded till date to my order...neither they refunded my amount.

Sir I am john Nickson narzary. I had worst nightmare experience at dominos located in bongaigaon, assam. Sir your staff forced me to pay twice for the same order. I had purchased a gift voucher for dominos with offer of cash back but after purchasing i tried to apply it on my order item their website said this payment method is not allowed and their mobile application did not have option so i paid with card the amount now i am trying to claim the amount they simply redirect me to their terms and conditions that they dont take any responsibility of the voucher and oddly enough the error now shows it has been claimed the amount is 348

I resigned my job 5 months back and they didn't settle my money still noe single rupee.i was called HR but not respond properly and I meet mangers also but they also not help..please consider my request I served in your organization above 4 years . Please resolve my problem and settle my full and final amount and pf amount. I some money problems please help me and settled my mount as possible as early...

I ordered Pizza from Domino's on 16th night at around 10:46pm. The order was served at a surprisingly fast rate. However, the order was not fit for consumption, it was smelling rancid and taste was also not up to the mark. A small serving of the order on consumption by my wife, caused her health issues. Following day (17th of March), she had a severe stomach ache and started experiencing loose motions. The frequency of motion was 30 within a span of 12 hours on account of which she was admitted (Hospital- Jeevan Anmol, Mayur Vihar Phase 1) in hurry for medication (18th March). She had to take IV Fusions to relief the conditions but that was not enough. She was again admitted on the very same day in Fortis, Noida 62 and was given a number of medications including injections and drugs through IV Fusion.
Apart from financial aspects, I and my wife had to go through a lot of mental and physical trauma. Total financial cost incurred was nearly 35K, but apart from all this, we had to go through a lot of suffering.

I paid amount to Domino's Pizza through bill desk .. amount has been deducted frm hdfc bank..I didn't get order I'd.. order didn't place.
