I have payed Rs. 434 from amazon pay but order not placed

Made the payment successfully, bank website showed success but post redirection to dominos website, it showed error, that order not placed.

I need a UNA number to get my PF amount. I had a job 8 month in Dominoz pizza. But A company didn't provide me UNA OR PF account number in my salary ship. Also thay cut ESI and PF amount in my salary.thay didn't mention a PF And ESI account number in my salary ship. After 8 i leave the job due to low salary. I leave job since 3 month ago but i cant find my UNA. So, i contact a store manager and training guest to solve my problem.i also asked about a company policy to get PF amount . But thay didn't give a valuable answer also thay lie to me and also give me terrible talks . Which is very shameful. Even i also contact a hr manager ( Anup Ghoghle) to solve my problem very soon ass possible but he can't. And end of all i meet Mubassir Hussain which is a Deputy District Manager to solve my problem. He did a small task about my pf but i cant find any result. Now i am very disappointed. Now i am hope less.

I have been trying to place an order but everytime it says store is offline.

I have been trying to order from the dominos app but its constantly showing store is offline since yesterday. Pls check whether its a bug or if the store is closed pls tell me when it will be available thank you

I have E-gift card worth 1000 by Dominos pizza and I m trying to claim it since 3 weeks and I m not able to claim or the dominos complaint addresal team is replying back to my complaint. Dominos Complaint number = Ticket Id :[protected]

Today I went to your store at 14th Avenue Gaur City 2(Ground Floor Shop No 10 11 Gaur 14th Avenue High Street Facility Block Gaur City 2 Plot No GH 03 Sector 16C Greater Noida U P 201009) for ordering a pizza, however the experience was really pathetic.
1. The person at desk (Dheeraj P) was not polite. He was ill behaved.
2. He lacks courtesy talking to customer.
3. The card machine was not working, and he asked me if I want the order either I have to pay cash or no need to take the order.
4. He forced me to provide cash to get the order as there was no other payment method.
5. I have ordered for Chicken Golden Delight (Large) received, Pepper Chicken (Large) - WHY?
6. Unnecessary the order was delayed when there was no other customer at that point in time (Order number - 147)

Need to get it resolved and an apology for harrasement

I placed an order via Domino's App online but the order didn't get placed and the amount got debited from my icici bank account.

When I visited the dominos shop they said the amount will get refunded back in 7 and maximum 15 days.

May I know why payment is not yet credited back to my bank account as amount (RS 851) even after a month.

Can you please check urgently and let me know accordingly.

27 th August I had placed an order but it was unable to process, order value was rs 342/- I had paid through Google pay it was supposed to be refunded in 3-4 business days but still I have not received the amount

I am from mughalsarai, i order pizza on the occasion of rakshabandhan but i get my pizza 2hrs late and all pizzas are cool, i fill a complained but no actions taken by them, i want refund or delever my product in good manner,

A member of dominos has enter the amount of 8998.99 instead of 899.00 with the trust on them i have given the pin and the transaction got completed of amount 8998.99.

So as per details of the dominos they are telling they have reverted back the amount of 8998.99 to my back account, but till now i did not get my amount back and it has been nearly 7 days now.

Is this the way to deal with the customer. if the transaction is correct it would have transferred with in 48 hours mostly.

I have ordered a cheese burst but there's no cheese burst in it.
I'm paying so much for just a regular pizza in the cheeseburst category yet I'm not getting it.
Kindly return my money back.

I had order online at 21:19 and until i go to store it was not baked, when i was your staff Virendra he informed me we cant prepare for you until CUSTOMER confirm the order. i asked him if its not confirmed online why you people keep system of online its better to stop online orders, so very rudly he mentioned very bad words telling that his company ### their staff so they didnt bake. so the word he used was totally worng and this is my second complaint to the same store. i prefer first educate your staff how to deal with CUSTOMERs later you can post them as front staff. if you could hear our conversation you could get very clear picture. I am a regular CUSTOMER in your store weekly bases if you see my email address. i have planned to put my comment on social media which these days is very strong communication sources. once agian i would like to inform his Name was Virendra. I waited in your store for 50 minutes even after ordering through online.Order # 106469

I ordered 2 cheese dominator pizzas from Beltola branch Guwahati, but they had no hint of mozarella cheese. In fact the amount of any cheese in the pizzas was very little. In fact I found it no different than normal pizza with cheese burst, which costs half as much as the cheese dominator pizza. Really disappointed. Nowhere even close to the “1 pound mozarella” as claimed in the website.

Earlier when i have order pizza to my location, delivery boy came to my location
but today when i ordered again their staff refuses to deliver at my location..everything is delieverable to my location like swiggy, zomato, amazon, food panda etc. But why dominos giving me this issue.. Although dominos is charging high taxes why then don't come to my location??

I already submit my complaint on 22nd of this month with same heading
on yours end it will showed me a RESOLVED on my complaint box but the reality is no one is trying to contact me on this matter till today on 25th of August

I have place a take away order on 31st July for one stuffed Garlic bread and one pizza.

Garlic Bread is completely filled of oil even the cardboard box of the Garlic Bread was soaked in oil.
The pizza has water over it. It was not raining that day when I take it and when I check it there was water in the middle of the pizza.

I have informed the dominos autorities regading it on 1st august through the twitter with the screentshots as well though they only said they will look into it.
After that i got 2 call from the some people claiming to be from dominos but they only ask regarding the order and said they will check and let me know.

But no action were taken and no resolution were given. then I ask them to give me instructions to delete my account on 7th august as they didn't allow there user to delete their account and from 7th august they are stalling me but aren't giving me either resolution or the instruction to delete the account.

It is too much to ask for the deletion of my information ?

This complaint is regarding dominos Dharamsala which provides us the half baked pizza, yesterday the pizza which we received was not baked properly and we received the pizza late, they ensure the 30 minutes gurranted which they never follows. Kindly grant this issue and we want our money back.
