Earlier when i have order pizza to my location, delivery boy came to my location
but today when i ordered again their staff refuses to deliver at my location..everything is delieverable to my location like swiggy, zomato, amazon, food panda etc. But why dominos giving me this issue.. Although dominos is charging high taxes why then don't come to my location??

I already submit my complaint on 22nd of this month with same heading
on yours end it will showed me a RESOLVED on my complaint box but the reality is no one is trying to contact me on this matter till today on 25th of August

I have place a take away order on 31st July for one stuffed Garlic bread and one pizza.

Garlic Bread is completely filled of oil even the cardboard box of the Garlic Bread was soaked in oil.
The pizza has water over it. It was not raining that day when I take it and when I check it there was water in the middle of the pizza.

I have informed the dominos autorities regading it on 1st august through the twitter with the screentshots as well though they only said they will look into it.
After that i got 2 call from the some people claiming to be from dominos but they only ask regarding the order and said they will check and let me know.

But no action were taken and no resolution were given. then I ask them to give me instructions to delete my account on 7th august as they didn't allow there user to delete their account and from 7th august they are stalling me but aren't giving me either resolution or the instruction to delete the account.

It is too much to ask for the deletion of my information ?

This complaint is regarding dominos Dharamsala which provides us the half baked pizza, yesterday the pizza which we received was not baked properly and we received the pizza late, they ensure the 30 minutes gurranted which they never follows. Kindly grant this issue and we want our money back.

Hi have placed order from Domino's website using the freecharge gateway. however money deducted from my acount of Rs997 and transaction showed successful from freecharge. but dominos saying they have not received the amount so order is not showing. when contacted freecharge they said transavtion is successful contact merchant i.e domino's. domino's support team has raised their hand stating they hav not received money from freecharge contact freecharge they are not responsible. both freecharge and dominos making customer play TT. I'm left with not order and 997 also deducted from my account and nobody is taking responsibility

Today I ordered a pizza from Domino's that was paid by mistake it was ordered for pick up. But I stay in a hostel and I'm not allowed to move out after a specific time so i wanted to change pick up to delivery but the store did no even picked up the call thats why I didn't even got delivery and my money also is not refunded.
So I want my money to be refunded.

I order my pizza today online on dominos app and by mistake j went for pick up order then i tried to contact the outlet butt the phone line was busy i tried 10-12 times but no one answered my call tikl now also no one called me that your order is ready or why not you are picking up your order... I ordered a pizza online via dominos app. The app was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (Rs.320).

I have made a order of ₹ 254, but order got failed and ₹254 was deducted from my hdfc bank account. When will i get the refund.

I am really very sorry to say that the complaint redressal cell made by Dominos is completely failed and the officers appointed by the Dominos is truly not efficient to resolve the issue.

Yesterday i have placed an order twice and both the time my order was cancelled without any reason, whereas my credit card has been debited twice and when i have tried to lodge the complaint about this, my call has been shifted to IVR menu in which there is no option to contact the CUSTOMER care executive.

finally today morning i got a call from [protected] wherein a stupid, ###, duffer and third class executive talked to me and asked me "aapka kal order cancel ho gaya kya" bloody hell, you are asking from me or you are giving me a solution for my amount deducted.

I am really surprised to see the level of the Dominos CUSTOMER Care and hopefully, this is last order of my life, in future, i will not order a single product from Dominos and also try to do the negative marketing for you people, so that you cant cheat the other CUSTOMER in future.

Actually the fact was guest abused me with bad words where I suggested sides she without any reason started blameming me
And Also maneger terminated me without asking the mistake of them and also not gave me warning ⚠️ letter according to rules
I want justice for thish

This is with reference to the captioned subject. I Mr. Prashant Shankar Kadam had ordered a pizza along with cheesy dip on 17.06.2021 for amount of Rs. 1405/-. The order number is 115. Image attached.

Due to your closure of your stores front gate and no signage regarding your opening of your store, I cancelled the order.

Over the telephonic conversation with the customer care of yours, I got an assurance that the amount which was debited will be refunded to my account within 7 to 15 working days.

Till now I didn't received any such amount. Please let me know the status of refund amount.

Today I called domino’s on [protected] at 7.24pm and asked is dining available in our area’s domino’s and they told us yes .
But after 1 hour struggling with traffic we reached there and got to know that only parcel service is available and not dining is available there.
As I take my whole family there all with me are totally disappointed by domino’s.
Domino’s don’t know what is happening in there store . Strange

Hi this is Hemant today I have order in Zomato in dominos restaurant and I got my food order but burger is totally burnt and I have raised a complaint in Zomato. Zomato team has connected to store but store guys is very rude and not responding properly my order number is 154 but they are saying different Oder I totally disappointed with dominos
