I am really very sorry to say that the complaint redressal cell made by Dominos is completely failed and the officers appointed by the Dominos is truly not efficient to resolve the issue.
Yesterday i have placed an order twice and both the time my order was cancelled without any reason, whereas my credit card has been debited twice and when i have tried to lodge the complaint about this, my call has been shifted to IVR menu in which there is no option to contact the CUSTOMER care executive.
finally today morning i got a call from [protected] wherein a stupid, ###, duffer and third class executive talked to me and asked me "aapka kal order cancel ho gaya kya" bloody hell, you are asking from me or you are giving me a solution for my amount deducted.
I am really surprised to see the level of the Dominos CUSTOMER Care and hopefully, this is last order of my life, in future, i will not order a single product from Dominos and also try to do the negative marketing for you people, so that you cant cheat the other CUSTOMER in future.
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
