I try to place an order from dominos app on 7th oct. Firstly I paid through phonepe my account got charged for Rs 1367 however when I was redirected to the dominos page it showed up error and no order placed however my account got charged.
Secondly I try to pay through my hdfc debit card again the amount of Rs 1367 got charged but on dominos page it showed up error again and order did not placed however I was charged again

My account got charged twice Rs 1367+Rs 1367 =2734 but order didn’t placed.

I try to place an order on dominos app. On 7th oct Firstly I paid through my phonepe account money got deducted from phonepe but when i was redirected to dominos page it showed error and order didn’t placed however the amount of Rs 1367 debited.
Secondly I tried to pay through my HDFC debit card again the amount of Rs 1367 debited from my account but order didn’t placed.
My account debited for rs 1367+1367= 2734 but no order placed.

While placing an order online through the dominos website my money was debited from my account while at the same time the order was not placed.

Kindly refund the money

I ordered a pizza and peri peri chicken from Domino's aap today (07/10/2021) and paid a sum of Rs 249 using G pay. The money got deducted but the order was not placed. Please refund the mentioned amount in my account.

I have ordered dominos pizza worth 1000 from the dominos app online. The money got deducted from my account but the order came as unsuccessful. I tried to contact the nearest dominos store through the customer service on the dominos app. However the number they have provided is not available. I want my refund for the money that has got deducted. Please help.

I order food any time via appication take away and door delivery is always close, store person nit pick up call or switch off the phone after order ... when i come to store and give order than they call online take away was not possible and not given any type of service so please take action as soon as possible

I worked with Domino's in 1999 and never received my pay slip hence did not have my PF number.

So kindly provide me with same.

On. 21/09/2021, I order Domino's Pizza from Roadpali, Panvel Navi Mumbai outlet at 6.17pm. After 1 hr I went to the outlet to ask for the pizza o ordered and they said the pizza will be delivered to you now..it was 1.5 hrs late and the staff guaranteed to give refund within 24 hrs ..now 10 days passed and I have still not got my refund of Rs. 425..and I got the order delivered at 7.50 pm

I got a email from Dominos stating that they will pay 50% of the bill amount and this is clearly mistreatment to increase the sale. They are not providing 50% discount on bill..

I want to file complaint against domino's for this behaviour.

I am attaching screenshot of their email and cart total as well.

On 7th July 2021 I had ordered dominos from the app, but didn't receive the tax invoice bill

At Chaudhary more domino pizza, there are not given any information against pizza quality or pics or prices, which we are giving order.

I had ordered pizza from the Dominos App Today. But pizza did not get delivered. It keeps showing Pending.Order. Why do you cheats deduct money if you have no intentions of delivering the Pizza. Please refund my money IMMEDIATELY.

Let's talk about the restaurant first, no menu card, no display menu, no drinking water, no tissues available. Coming to the restroom, it was pathetic, used tissues all over the restroom even in the wash basin, foul smelling, toilet seat was dirty. And on the washroom door, they had that daily updates of maintenance of hygiene, they had audacity to tick that the washroom hygiene is well maintained. Now coming to the staff, she was rude and refusal and not at all cooperative. As per my knowledge in-restaurant ordering shuts at 10pm but one can order online for takeaway. So there was this family who came in at 9.35pm but the counter lady denied to take their order and asked them to order online, they were unaware about ordering online so they even asked for help from the staff. None of them cared to help them out. They asked us for help, hence we asked of their staff about the store details and he didn't even care to help us with that instead ignored and went ahead. Somehow they managed to place order online for takeaway. Later at 10pm exact, the counter lady asked her subordinate if she can shut the in-restaurant ordering pc. Does that mean it was allowed to place the order in-restaurant but they didn't accept the order from that family? It was a pathetic experience. Domino's should take action against this branch.

Today i placed an online order from domino's pizza website and when i reached the store for pickup, i was handed over with the pizza boxes without any carry bag and when i asked for one they said you have to purchase the bag and as i cannot carry the pizza boxes to my home in hand i was forced to buy the carry bag which is not in the favour of customer as they should provide something to carry our order home.
Bill for the same is attached with the complaint.

For the last 2 years, dominoz pizza has not been delivered pizza to Dombivli West from Dombivli East.Since we do not have dominoz pizza in Dombivli West, we have to go to Dombivli East for pizza.Therefore, it is requested that the dominoz pizza shop of Dombivli East should make the delivery to Dombivli West.

I ordered pizzas worth of 1138 on 13th sept 2021 and paid via paytm . Initially the payment declined and after i did it for second time ...it got deducted twice so i want my payment to be returned

I have ordered pizza from Dominos on 23rd of July and made payment through Payumoney payment gateway with reference no [protected] which was presented by the website but when my order received it was mentioned as Cash on Delivery.

After talking to customer care I had been informed that I will get a refund and according to them the refund is been processed on 29th July but I haven't received it yet.

Dominos customer care is not able to understand the concern and might have given wrong reference number as [protected] reference number is for the payment not refund. Please take the proper action on them.

Fungus contaminated mouse cakes... if we get sick or something who will be responsible. they told they will replace them... but what is the use if we have already had it .. who is responsible if we get sick! very very disappointing service from such a brand... pathetic
