Let's talk about the restaurant first, no menu card, no display menu, no drinking water, no tissues available. Coming to the restroom, it was pathetic, used tissues all over the restroom even in the wash basin, foul smelling, toilet seat was dirty. And on the washroom door, they had that daily updates of maintenance of hygiene, they had audacity to tick that the washroom hygiene is well maintained. Now coming to the staff, she was rude and refusal and not at all cooperative. As per my knowledge in-restaurant ordering shuts at 10pm but one can order online for takeaway. So there was this family who came in at 9.35pm but the counter lady denied to take their order and asked them to order online, they were unaware about ordering online so they even asked for help from the staff. None of them cared to help them out. They asked us for help, hence we asked of their staff about the store details and he didn't even care to help us with that instead ignored and went ahead. Somehow they managed to place order online for takeaway. Later at 10pm exact, the counter lady asked her subordinate if she can shut the in-restaurant ordering pc. Does that mean it was allowed to place the order in-restaurant but they didn't accept the order from that family? It was a pathetic experience. Domino's should take action against this branch.
