I made payment for an order today and the amount got successfully deducted. But my order was not confirmed. I am not even able to connect with any customer support. Please help...

I placed an order for Rs 1100 on 17 th May 2021 on Domino's Pizza website.The payment was deducted through NetBanking but the order was not confirmed by Domino's.

    I tried to order a dominos pizza from their website on May 13, Made the first successful payment from my AMEX and 686 rupees got deducted but the website showed a Something went wrong error and nothing happened after that. I tried ordering again thinking the money will be refunded. Tried my second payment via ICICI Amazon pay credit card for the same amount i.e 686 rupees and the same error showed up but the order didn't get placed.

    I tried to order again via UPI and this time I made an account and logged in the website which I dind't do earlier. The order got placed. It's been 3 days and the 2 failed orders for which the payment got deducted is not refunded yet. The website should know that the order got failed and payment was done and this should have been communicated by their customer support team. I highly doubt if they even have one as I couldn't find any number to reach out to them except an email. Kindly help in resolving this issue

      I am using my debit card for booking my order my first payment details was OTHPG[protected]WWWW DOMINOS CO IN GURGAON amount Rs 691.00 and second payment details was OTHPG[protected] DOMINOS [protected] amount Rs. 691.00 for 1 single order.

      In this connection kindly reverse the extra transaction of Rs.681.00 debited from my Account and recredited the said amount to my SB Account maintained with SBI.

      Please resolve the complaint at the earliest.

        Hello,
        I ordered for Domino's Pizza online. The mode of payment was Netbanking. The amount got deducted from my account but order was not placed. I was trying to reach customer support but didnt find any way to connect.

          Yesterday at 7:58 PM IST i was trying to place order from Dominos. However money was debited but order was not plcaed. How will I get my debited Rs 659/- back ?

            I had placed an order on the dominos app at 8 pm, and despite deducting the amount twice it is still (1 hour later)showing “pending confirmation” and there is no mechanism to initiate a cancellation or a refund

              Please look into this issue. This is highly not appreciated. My money was debited and didnt find any order id nor any confirmation mail that the money would be refunded. I can show you the payment details .

                Order number 123 made from Paharganj New Delhi store
                Order made on 14.05.2021.

                Ordered 3 regular size and 2 parcels pizza on 14/05/2021, amount deducted Rs. 342 through Dominos App and PAYMENT of an amount VIA DEBIT CARD of Rs.342 shown as SUCCESSFUL but after Few minutes payment shown as not successful and order not placed but I placed the same order on CASH ON DELIVERY BASIS
                I thought that the amount deducted earlier from my bank will be credited but amount debited has not been credited yet...pls check the detail.. kindly refund the amount deducted earlier..

                      I had booked one Large Veg Pizza on 14.05.2021 at 19.10 Hours from my mobile No [protected] for which i had made payment of Rs 604/- from my HDFC bank account, but i had neither received the order confirmation or i have received the Order till now.

                      i request for refund of the amount on urgent basis.
                      Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      I have not got any updates in this regard. No person has contacted me not has my money got refunded. Now even if I am to buy in future, i shall only do so on Cash on Delivery basis.
                      Very dis-satisfied with the service.

                        Hi I placed my order at 14:28. And the amount was 1362. My amount got deducted but order was not placed.

                            I placed an order for takeaway, made an online payment, got confirmation of the order & money deduction.

                            there was no status update of the order, on reaching the store they denied and were unable to track my current order, as I never got the generated bill link through SMS.

                            from the app, I tried to contact the store, due to technical difficulties it failed, with virtual assistant I raised concern for which someone was supposed to call back in 24 hours. but non did, last 3 days made many try no response, last ticket ID 773000.

                            Now I feel disappointed, experiencing poor support..

                              Today (Dt 14.05.2021) I tried ordering Pizza thro " Domino's Pizza Portal" and Made payment with my Axis Bank Credit Card of amounting to Rs 1319/- The amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed .

                              Immediately I placed second order by using My Net Banking Payment of amounting to Rs 1319/- and Again the amount has been deducted from my account but, order was not placed.

                              Together I Made Payment...
