I placed an order for takeaway, made an online payment, got confirmation of the order & money deduction.
there was no status update of the order, on reaching the store they denied and were unable to track my current order, as I never got the generated bill link through SMS.
from the app, I tried to contact the store, due to technical difficulties it failed, with virtual assistant I raised concern for which someone was supposed to call back in 24 hours. but non did, last 3 days made many try no response, last ticket ID 773000.
Now I feel disappointed, experiencing poor support..
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
