For the food item that was promised by dominos was not delivered and the money is gone to dominos wallet.

Who is dominos to decide where will the money go for the service they couldn't provided.

I want my money back in my account. Get it sorted as early as possible.

I would want to make any purchases from dominoa anymore.

I had placed an order on 9th which they cancelled and never refunded the money. After I complained the people called and said I will get free pizza but when I called for the same they keep ignoring. Parmesh and Madhu sudhan from hsr have been interacting and ignoring my calls

    Today i ordered 4 pizzas. I ordered it from swiggy, they confirmed it. At the time of delivery the delivery executive from domino's reached a wrong location. I contacted him that he reached the wrong place and tried to convince him to come to the right location and then he refused to come and started behaving very rudely... And then he said that my location does not come under their delivery area. If my location does not come under their delivery area then why did they confirmed it. I tried to contact domino's helpline but they are not responding it. I just want my refund. Please look into this matter.

      I ordered pizza online on 6th dec 2019 at 9:10 pm with order id 293 and my phone number :[protected]. Tracking details showed delivery person on the way but he reached at 10: 30 pm almost 90 min late. Pizza was neither hot and neither in a good condition. When we questioned delivery guy, he yelled at us and was very rude to us. Store is 10 min away from our location and it was neither a weekend. Still there was no good response from your call center. Do refund us the money as the pizza was really in bad condition and also delivered so late.

        Ordered two pizza fresh veggie and double cheese margarita. And the crust of fresh veggie was burnt and double cheese margrita was fully burnt. Also the taste was ridiculous, seeming it was single cheese margarita.
        On calling customer service dominos (Airoli) they just pickup the call and keep it aside.
        Don't speak anyting and just the service is ridiculous.

          Nov 7, 2019. I placed an order on the dominoes website. Checked out for an amount of rs 607. The order number never came through nor the order was delivered. The amount was debited. I called the customer care that this is an auto system and will definitely auto credit in 10 business days.
          Its been a month and nothing yet. I am really very unhappy with the domino's online system. I want my money back

            I ordered a Medium cheeseburst margarita pizza and a choco lava cake on 16th November, 6:53 pm, at Jaipur via zomato. The restaurant called me to tell me that choco lava is not available I told them to refund the amount. Haven't received anything yet even after multiple follow ups
            Secondly the delivery guy delivered my order late and updated the status way before the delivery. When I called the store manager he said that the delivery guy thought I'll come and pick up the order. Although nothing of the sort was communicated from my side.
            I'm attaching the pictures of my conversation during the ordeal with the zomato folks(since I reached out to them initially)

              Lava Cake was out of stock and I received a call from store to inform the same. I asked to refund the amount but they have not refunded the amount.

              I have placed feedback through Dominoes app but receiving no calls and response from their Team.

              I order to buy a pizza from dominos outlet at unit no. 9, 10, 11 G3S at Rohini sector 11 delhi.
              When I ask for carry bag along with pizza then they said me to pay rupees 12 for carry bag beside the charge for pizza which was of rupees 519.

                I ordered a pizza on 26th nov 2019 with order number 98 from sector 25 panchkula.
                They didn't deliver for next 2 hours while offering 30 min delivery and after my tracking they asked me to pick it up in rain.
                I was promised from the restuarant for refund but no refund has been issued.
                Multiple complaints have been logged but no action. No one even contacted back.
                Pizzas i picked up were cold and in bad condition.

                I want strict action to be taken against them as they are fooling the customer.

                  Sir,

                  I had booked dominos pizza online through irctc ecatering on 01/12/2019 order no 34778009 pnr no [protected] which was to be delivered to me in train at nellore railway station.

                  Neither they delivered me the food nor they intimated me.

                  I have complained the matter to indian railways on 01/12/2019 and claimed for a compensation and banning dominos pizza to be the vendor of irctc.

                  Please look into this serious matter and i request you to get it resolved.

                    I placed an order in dominoz at 10:15 pm, order number: 175, 30 minutes delivery guarantee was provided, but did not receive the delivery after 1 hour, customer care person kept on insisting me to wait for the order.

                    Received a call @ 11:28 pm asking my location details, pathetic service, asked for refund which was not done.

                    They changed the order status to delivered without delivering the order.

They said we can't delivered your order and I wait for 35 minutes and then I call them back they aren't helpful and worst device I don't think I will use it again in future and even will not recommend anyone after this worst service.

                      I have placed my order with domino's mira road branch. My order was not accepted but my amount from bank got debited and it's been more than 3weeks i didn't get my refund back. I have talked with domino's i even mailed them they asked me it will get resolved soon and i would get my refund but till date i dint get. They gave me surety that my money will get credited within 10days including sundays now it's been more than 3weeks this issue is not resolved.

                        I placed an order on dominos pizza hsr layout, bangalore outlet on 21 september. Order no 102. Order was never delivered and in fact no refund given for last 2 months. Now they tell me that i must place another order against which the amount would be adjusted.

                        It’s total gundagardi. No one to listen to. Why won’t they refund my money? How can they behave like this?

                        Can any legal forum help? Can i not sue them for mental harassment?

                          I used to prefer dominos pizza because of its taste.
                          But, dominos never care about their own service, and customer interactions.

                          If you track all my orders against my mobile number, you will find out that, for more than 5 / 6 orders, they delivered it after an hour.

                          My address is in: sai nagar, ayappa society, madhapur, hyderabad.

                          So, dominos branch where i put my orders is:
                          Hi tech city, plot no-26, opp. Cyber tower, hi-tech city rd, near nift, madhapur, hyderabad

                          Very recent order is placed on 23rd november, 2019 at 09:48pm. (Order # 479)
                          And it is delivered at 10:50 pm

                          Another order was placed on 22nd october, 2019 at 08:48pm (Order # 331),
                          And it got delivered at 10pm.

                          Another instance is: pizza is ordered on 16th june, 2019 at 09:17pm (Order # 613)
                          And it got delivered at around 11:20 pm.

                          Every time, it happens this way, and they deliver after an hour, with cold pizza;
                          Which is always tasteless - as those pizza were cold by the time they deliver it.

                          When we call the customer care, most of the times, they do not pick the calls.
                          And when they receive the call, they say, they will raise a concern.
                          They clearly raise their hands saying that, they cannot do anything about the delivery service.

                          Also, every time, i use to call the restaurant phone number, no one responses the call.

                          So, literally, there is no way we can track the pizza order, and we have little idea about its delivery.

                            I ordered pizza for rs.359 from dominos and i didn't receive the pizza in 30 min. The 30 min delivery gauranteed was not followed. Attaching the proof.. After 30. Min also the status is in "being prepared". I ordered the pizza at 9:19 pm and till 10:06 the order is not in dispatched status. The ordered location is from sholinganallur - chennai and the outlet is also in sholinganallur only so there is no location constrain.. The number [protected] showed is not getting connected and it is telling as invalid number. The customer care number is also not getting connected.
                            I am very much disappointed with this and if they cannot follow there policy they must be penalized.

                              On november 5th night, i ordered a pizza. I paid online 284rs. Order number was 192. After one hr also, it was showing the same status "baking". There is no option to cancel the order also. I called customer care several times. Finally after 2 hrs, the customer care executive told me that he cancelled the order. But i didnt get any message regarding cancellation of the order or about initiation of refund amount. Till today i didnt get my money back. Whenever i am calling dominos customer care, they are telling me either to wait for few more days or to wait for their manager's call or supervisor's call or the restaurant people call. But they are not refunding the amount.

                                Domino's pizza service is really pathetic.
                                I have ordered two pizza from domino's app. At 8:44pm I got a message that my order is out for delivery by Bandaru Raviteja and at 8:45pm it showed order has been delivered.
                                I was shocked since I made an online payment and I can't help myself as Domino's doesn't even bother to tell from which store I got the order. I called to customer care several times but the number was temporarily out of service. I called nearest domino's store but they all said no order has been placed from this store.
                                I have all the proofs even voice recording for the same.
                                I have paid Rs. 441 and I didn't even get the pizza.
                                I want my money back.

                                  I’ve registered my complaint with dominos c care on 9th nov. I even sent an email. It’s been 9 days, refund not processed. No one reached me out, no reply form dominos.
                                  Request to refund in 24 hrs from now.
                                  No one replying to my email or issue over call with customer support. This is not expected from dominos.

                                    Greetings am udhay from mysore. I had visited your outlet on temple road mysore vv mohalla mysore today at 12:25 pm and ordered a paneer makahani costing ₹226 but to my surprise deducted ₹1190 from my bank debit card (Ujjivan bank)., so i need a refund for remaining balance amount of ₹975 immediately if not i will have to send a legal action taken against your staff member who was on the counter when this happened. The supervisior tried to cover the incident. I will have collect my balance amount failing that i will have file cheating case on your lady staff member present at that point of time who denied the amount by falsify for only ₹226 amount.
                                    Will have to take up the matter at your bangalore corporate office in hsr layout for further information about my balance amount of, ₹975.
                                    Kindly refund my money immediately notify if not criminal charges on your staff present that time.

                                    My amount of ₹975 to be refunded immediately where I got a text message from my debit card (Ujjivan bank) today at
                                    12.25 pm.
                                    The Pizza cost only ₹226 for which my bank account was deducted ₹1190 (₹6302-₹7500)
                                    I have proof of payment in my mobile for the amount deducted from my bank account.
                                    Kindly let me soon your reply.

                                      Billing person mr. Pranshu at outlet gaur city mall outlet is very rude and he using the abuse word at the time of billing due to some conversion done for payment issue for paytm or cash and they only open one counter for cash and one for paytm payment.
                                      My order no. Was 97 and they deliver my order after 101, i asked for the reason and they reply nothing. They done delay preparation of my order intentionally because at the time of billing i told him i will complain for your behavior and use abuse language
                                      This is my very bad first time experience with domino's due to wrong person sitting in billing and delivery counter.
                                      I will never visit to this outlet of domino's and i will also suggest my family and friend to not visit to this outlet.

                                      This is not the issue of domino's its only problem for wrong person selected for wrong job and its result wrong impact for company. My suggestion is please change the person immediately other wise some more people will face same type of issue.

                                        Subject : regarding my complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for not fulfilling the domino’s delivery time condition of 30 minutes as per mobile message received to me too { for very late delivery (Approx. More than 1 hour although this domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and 6 minutes road distance only) against order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019} { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm)

                                        Dear sir,
                                        This has reference to order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019 at 20:45 pm { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm) placed to m/s jubilant foodworks limited (Dominos), ground floor, shop no.1 & 2, pristine mall, sector -31, faridabad, state haryana (State code - 06). This domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance.
                                        After placing order to dominos at the above mentioned time 20:45 pm, immediately, i got an order confirmation message from domino’s mentioning the following text :-
                                        “thanks for choosing domino’s. We will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 minutes. Amount rs 343.00 i track your [protected]@ https//bit. Ly/2c8rv6o”
                                        After waiting for more than 30 minutes although this domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance, then i tried to call domino’s helpline no.[protected] and evenly at outlet ph. No. [protected]. But no way…in the last after approx..45 minutes are over, i managed to get in contact with customer care executive, provided her my order ref. No. But i have been assured with a baseless reply that your order is still under process and will take few more minutes and we apologize for not fulfilling out delivery time condition of 30 minutes. We have initiated a complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for refund of your full order value amount.
                                        Thereafter at 21:29 pm (My order placed time was 20:45 pm), immediately, i got an apology message from domino’s mentioning the following text :-
                                        “we are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you with the next 24 hrs. Concern ref. # 12042177”
                                        But really disappointed to observe that till date, there is no call / no prompt action noticed from your end. You are not stick to your promise/ words.in your view, there is no value for a customer’s hard earned money and time. My guests left my house after waiting for so much time which felt me ashamed, guilty and very insulting because of your poor delivery service.

                                        So finally, you are requested to kindly initiate for refund of my hard earned money against my order order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019 { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm) and also refer my complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019.

                                        Subject : ( Refund of amount ) Regarding my complaint Ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for not fulfilling the DOMINO’S Delivery Time condition of 30 minutes as per Mobile message received to me too { For very Late delivery ( approx. more than 1 Hour although this DOMINO’s Outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and 6 minutes road distance only) against Order No. 361 dated 14.11.2019} { Invoice No. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, Time 20:45 PM )

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This has reference to Order No. 361 dated 14.11.2019 at 20:45 PM { Invoice No. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, Time 20:45 PM ) placed to M/s Jubilant FoodWorks Limited ( DOMINOS ), Ground Floor, Shop no.1 & 2, Pristine Mall, Sector -31, Faridabad, State Haryana ( State Code - 06). This DOMINO’s Outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance.

                                        After Placing Order to DOMINOS at the above mentioned Time 20:45 PM, Immediately, i got an Order Confirmation Message from Domino’s mentioning the following Text :-

                                        “Thanks for choosing Domino’s. We will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 minutes. Amount Rs 343.00 I Track your [protected]@ https//bit.ly/2C8rv6O”

                                        After waiting for more than 30 minutes although this DOMINO’s Outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance, then I tried to call Domino’s helpline no.[protected] and evenly at outlet Ph. No. [protected]. But no way…In the last after approx..45 minutes are over, I managed to get in contact with Customer care executive, provided her my Order Ref. No. but I have been assured with a baseless reply that your order is still under process and will take few more minutes and we apologize for not fulfilling out Delivery Time condition of 30 minutes. We have initiated a Complaint Ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for REFUND of your full Order value amount.

                                        Thereafter at 21:29 PM (My Order Placed time was 20:45 PM), Immediately, i got an Apology Message from Domino’s mentioning the following Text :-

                                        “We are Sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you with the next 24 hrs. Concern ref. # 12042177”

                                        But really disappointed to observe that till date, there is no call / no prompt action noticed from your end. You are not stick to your Promise/ words. In your view, there is no value for a customer’s hard earned money and time.
