It was 12:00 am 02/01/2020 when i ordered my pizza and a brownie and paid the money online after that there was no contact from the domino's then i received a call from domino's that brownies are out of stock and i was told that they will give me taco instead of brownie. I was a bit disappointed by then after waiting for more than 45 minutes i tried reaching to dominos but there was no support.
My bill was generated at 12:05 and i received a cold pizza that too tasteless at 1:18:22 am. I. E i received my order after 1 hour 13 minutes. I was very pissed off but as the policy of domino's if the pizza is not delivered under 30 minutes you get the refund.
And the pizza was cold the cheese was hard and cold.
I have all the screenshot and the pictures of the delivery guy and the timings when the picture were taken.
Also i gave the feedback to domino's i was told that they will help me under 24 hrs but there was no contact from them.
Please look out at all the pictures and help.

I tried everything but they don't help you.

Domino's us still charging for carry bag...even after so many compaints...I have complained to them ..but they just say..it's order from there management

    Dear sir,

    My order has not been delivered despite having prepaid order and no concern authority is picking up the call.This is very harashing. No one picks call to let me know the exact status. They commit to deliver in 30mins and its been over 1.5 hr and i have not received my order. I received a call saying the order will be delivered in an hour but that time lapse has also crossed. This is very harashing from a brand like Domino's.

      I have ordered a pizza through zomato and i paid through debit card. I waited for 2 hrs as it was showing on zomato that it's still cooking after that zomato shows that it's been delivered to my address but i did received my order, so i called to dominos they said it's not delivered and will deliver soon. I called almost 6 to 7 times they keep saying it will deliver soon. After 3 hrs when i again called.. They said that they will not deliver pizza and it will take 7 days to refund my money. I wasted my 3 hrs and didn't get pizza also. This is how dominos give service to their customers??

        Delivery Status on App : Delivered
        But order not delivered at all.

        Tried calling delivery executive, number not correct and noone picked up.

        Called the customer care and complained but nothing happened.

        I want my money back asap.

          I placed an order for 5 pizza mania @ 12.57am on 30/12/19, the order was out for delivery @ 1.21am and on live tracker i see the delivery boy moving away from the restaurant but then he arrived at my house at 1.57am whereas the restaurant is just 5.2km away from my house and being the night time he should get absolutely no traffic and the signals are also free to move during night time. This delay had been happening very often for the deliveries of my orders but i ignored it everytime but this time they had just crossed the limits bcoz this is nowhere acceptable when your kitchen team works hard to ensure they push out my order within 24 minutes but later the delivery guy takes all good time in the world n comes to my house after 36 minutes. On complaining (Mr. Dinesh jawaharlal yadav) the dilevery boy, gives me a wage reason that being sunday the restaurant is busy and denied me the compensation of rs 300. Later he tries to convince me saying that they cater to many other places so it gets difficult to make delivery on time. I definitely understand he would take 15 minutes to reach to my place from the outlet even if he rides at the slowest soren but it takes him 36 minutes there! On insisting he get me connected to his manager (But yes also abuses in disgust under his breath saying "bc kya chu*g*ri hai" and it's very offensive when there is a senior lady also standing in front of you) later his amazing manager mr. Manish singh answers the call who has absolutely no sense of how to even talk to the customers or guests for that matter! He had consistently been very rude all throughout the situation. Agreed to offer me a rs.300 compensation and asked me to pay the pending rs. 60. But yes he very well tried his best to make me feel that he has done. Very big favour on me by giving me that compensation like an "ehsan". But i even refused to pay for that rs. 60 bcoz my biggest concern here was "why was it delayed"!! So the manager very nicely tried to fools me in baseless reasons like, 1. The delivery boy is new n doesn't has any knowledge about the area, 2. My house is at a very far distance, 3. Traffic on the roads, 4. Speed limit set on the bike of domino's can't exceed 40km/he. On the other hand i already asked the delivery boy if he had any problem in locating my house to which he said no because he is well versed about the area, there was of course no traffic co, it's soo late in the night secondly just 10-15 minutes before the delivery boy would arrive at my place i had travelled through the same route, if there is a speed limit set at 40km/he on bikes still if i consider the boy to ride the bike at 30km/hr still he should reach my place in 11 minutes bcoz the distance is just 5.2 i'm still i could expect him to take 15 mins to come, but where did he took the extra time!??? I asked the delivery guy if he had any orders to deliver just before mine to which again he denied that there were not any but has one delivery after mine to do (Still he didn't care n wasted nearly 30minutes or more behind me). On asking the delivery guy for the reason of being late he just has a naughty smile on his face with no reply saying"ab ho jata hai late bich me kya batau mai aapko, nahi bata sakte!" so i refused to even pay for those rs.60 bcoz i had anyways placed an order through swiggy where i got the order at a discounted rate n i was billed for just rs. 260. So when swiggy accepted my oreder at rs. 260, why should i even pay more! And for that matter i absolutely don't mind paying but what is this behavior that u r showing towards your customer.in the end when i still refused to pay those rs. 60 the manager (Mr. Manish singh from ic colony branch, borivali west) threatens me saying that he will blacklist me for a filthy amount of rs,. 60! Says "tumhe agar itna he problem hai delivery k timing se to block he kar deta hu, abhise tumhari koi bhi order liyi nahi jayegi kisi bhi domino's me" n i was so shocked like what the hell, this manager who needs a training himself first on how to even deal with the customers threatens me to blacklist me for rs. 60! That's awfully funny coz that is the amount which i literally give away as a tip when i visit the restaurant or if i'm ordering at home then! Here the whole point of mine is not to save those rs. 60 but it is to try to make u realize the value of delivering orders in time at least at the non busy hours! I can't believe how the manager is even ready to lose out on a regular customer just for rs. 60 when the competition is soo high in the market! It's literally a shame on him! An absolutely unprofessional and untrained behavior is what i have seen, i just pity it! And there had been a time with another fmcg outlet where i had a complaint so they had literally offered my 2-3 things as compliments from their said n i was wowed with the way they handled it but these two people very just pathetic, especially the manager! I would definitely suggest that some strict actions should be taken and mr. Dinesh yadav and mr. Manish sing, both should be given a proper training first n then should commence working n handling customers.

            I ordered pepsi (600 ml, the one shown in the menu) for rs.60 and they gave me 350 ml glass for rs. 60. When i asked for the same they told me that if the order is takeaway then we will provide you with the bottle of 600ml else we will provide you with 350 ml of cold drink.
            Why should i pay rs. 60 then when i should be paying around rs. 40 or less!
            What a fraud domino's is playing. We need to stop it.

              I ordered 2 pizzas under the Everyday Value offer on Dec 26, 2019. The payment was processed through Google Pay. But, after the money got deducted from my account, the order failed.
              I haven't received any mail or message from Domino's regarding the refund. When I tried contacting the store, they said that I will get a refund in 24 hours. I am really sceptical about their refund policy. Even the customer care number is phony and I am unable to reach them. Can somebody let me know when I can expect a refund?

                Hello,
                Today i ordered 2 regular pizza from dominos saharanpur, up., india. With order no. 301 & mobile-[protected]. I ordered at 8:23 pm and it delivered to me at 9:15 pm when 32 min. Completed i called store to raise complaint. They told me to talk to delivery boy. They did not raise my complaint. When delivery boy came i told him about late delivery and refund the money so he told me to talk to domino's store.
                It's very disgusting behaviour from the domino's store.

                  On 22nd december sunday i went to the outlet of dominos pizza in katni near housing board and i ordered pizza for takeaway the cost of pizza was 165 and i ordered achari do pyaaza but when i opened the parcel in my home it was not the flavor i ordered and it was whole burnt. It was unbeatable my whole 165 rupees went in vain. I hope the strict action will be taken regarding this matter.

                    I received my order late and when i called on number they did not pick. When i call on there paid helpline. They ask me to wait for some days and someone from dominos will call you. It have been 2 week and and after 5 calls have received no response. I order from rainbow plaza, pimple saudagar branch, pune 8 dec 2019.
                    They have cheated us with this false commitment.

                      I am giving this written complain, regarding my order on 7th dec 2019 from mobile number [protected] using zomato mobile app. The order delivered and having missing few items. I called zomato and they redirected me to dominos customer care as they are not responsible for not delivering complete order.

                      I am very much surprised, i paid the money to zomato and if items not get delivered to customer then how can zomato tell me, to solve your problem yourself. I think zomato is only to collect the money and no responsibilities.

                      Here is the story:

                      I called 3 times to dominos customer care number "[protected]", every time they told within 15 minute you will get call back from us. Finally same day at around 11:00 pm, i got a call from someone and he introduced himself as manager and told me come and collect your res of the item, the way he talked was very unprofessional.

                      Same day on 7th dec 2019, i given written complained on [protected]@jublfood.com, next day i got a response as follows:


                      First of all, apologies for the unpleasant experience. We at domino's always endeavour to offer great guest experience.

                      We would request you to share your details through (https://dominos.onedirect.in/dominosfeedbackform.htm?complaintId=[protected] and our guest services team will reach out to you in the next 24 hours to resolve your concern.


                      I again given the complaint on above link, but i never got any response, it is very pathetic and horrible.

                      After that i again sent several mails to [protected]@jublfood.com, but i never got any response.

                      Now. I want the answer from zomato.

                      If zomato will not respond me then i will take legal action and also send legal notice.

                        I have been trying to call Dominos Ranipur Haridwar for like 1hour andnthe staff are not picking up the call. Later called the manager, he informed that he is on holiday, and the staff are not even picking up his call. People are calling them for ordering pizza but they are busy. Later staff called back and said they are having some problem in their phone. I tried calling 4 numbers, phone is ringing but nobody bothered to take the call.

                        Please do the needful!

                        I placed an order at 7:43 pm on 19 December 2019 and received it after 1 hour. On complaining to customer care, the person said the address was wrong.
                        Their delivery person himself left for delivery after 30 mins and as such was late but the customer care refused to accept and said no refund will be issused.

                          I have ordered pizza of amount 830 on 1 dec from number. My order number was 363. I have ordered pizza at 9:30 after waiting till 12:00 night. After its start showing delivered. When i spoke customer care. They mention domino's resturant from itpl cancelled the order and after 15 days i didn't got my refund and the compensation. Now even speaking to customer care executive multiple times problem didn't resolve

                            I ordered pizza at domino pizza via my mobile [protected] on 9th december 2019. Order no. 133 and they didnt deliver and cancel the order due to they. Ouldnt deliver within range of half km. My debit card debited rs. 712 and so no proper response for refnd f or their mistake. My complaint no is 12422450. I face the worst service of domino pizza, tc palaya akshaya nagar branch, bangalore. Please take action of full refund. I cant accept the deduction of refund amount for their mistake. They gave the promise 30minutes, but not even resolve after 5 days. Irresponsible manager and staffs. Kindly take the action and refund my full amount of rs. 712.

                                Yesterday, i ordered pizzas and taco through zomato at 8:47 pm. And delivery time was 9:17 pm. When i didn't get my order on time. Then i tried to call the dominoz valet. But he didn't receive my phone. Then i called to dominoz lawrence road as well as ranjit avenue to help us to deliver my order. But they didn't give satisfied answer. I got my order at 10:03pm. And they didn't give us 30 mint. Free delivery. They harrased us very badly. Pls take action against this. And compensate for this harassment.

                                  I ordered for pizza, taco and cheese balls around 9-15 pm, domino's people called me around 10 :43 pm and told me that they will deliver my order by 1 am and canceled my order without listening to me. And atlast they told me that my money will be refund after 10 days.
                                  This is the worst service, it seems like they are not at all serious to do work.

                                      I had visited a dominos outlet in bhattarhalli (Bengaluru) on 1st of december 2019. I had ordered - 1 chicken sausage, 1 onion pizza and 3 veg zingy parcels. I had made a payment through paytm (Order id - dpi[protected]) and the transaction was successful (I confirmed with paytm) but they kept telling me that the haven't received the payment yet so i paid again through a different number.

                                        I have placed the food online approxly 9:00 p. M on 10th of december 2019 and all my detailed was already there with them. After 45 minutes they have cancelled my order stating that area is not within delivery zone. This dicussion continued for more than 30 minutes and by that time all my family member slept hungry, waiting for food. And all nearest hotel got closed.

                                        This has happened thrice for me. And as per their ploicy if order is not delivered within time, delivery is free or with discount, which they are not agreeing.
                                        This is a breach to sercive level agreement for which they should be penalized. Above which they playing with emotions on call. Even they are not transferring the call to seniors or following escalation matrix.
                                        Need proper action against them and please have a petition against them or sue them.
                                        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
