3 pizzas, fresh veggie, veggie overloaded and tomato fresh pan pizza, all regular size, 1 garlic bread sticks and a cheesy dip were ordered, out of which 2 pizzas and garlic bread sticks and the dip came on time. The pizza remaining, i. E., tomato fresh pan pizza was delivered 45 mins after the order was placed. So we want refund for the pizza that wasn't delivered in time.

    When delivery boy come to me after 1.5 hour with cold pizza. I denied to accept this pizza since it is cold. Delivery boy said you will receive your refund as per company policy.

    But still i have not received any update either from swiggy or not from domino. Both are top level worst service company.

    I do complaint to swiggy and domino but every time i got complaint number and saying within 24 hour our service partner will call you. After 3 days there is no call, no message. Nothing help.

      My mob. No. [protected] sir i was order a pizza (320rs) on 20 january, order no. 24. My register mobile no.in app is. Sir when i order, my location address fetch by app is wrong. And after few seconds i call customer care for cancellation of order... But my order not canceled & app show delivered.. Then i was again call cc for cancellation... But still i don't get refund (320rs) by domino's pizza... Cc not help me. When i call... They hold my call and cut

        Today on 2nd feb I ordered a dominos pizza meal worth rupees 309. I ordered online through Zomato app. I ordered at 5:49 pm. With invoice number is 66369/19/98064 and order no is 179.

        It suppose to be delivered within 30 mins and the order is from nearby location Daryaganj. I called Zomato customer care for late delivery and called 3 times to the dominos customer care. After all I received the order after one hour delay and that order was also cold and of worst quality.
        I have received the order late in 1 hour and the pizza was of worst quality and cold. Finally I have to discard the pizza. Worst experience with dominos.

        I want the refund back of my order and the mentally torture I gained from calling the two customer cares and of keen appetite.

          amount refund status

          Hi, i have ordered pizza from domino's through swiggy on 5th jan 2020 at 01:00 am approx.in midnight but the ordered was not delivered & we slept empty stomach because of them. Again, in morning when i tried complaining swiggy for not delivering
          Pizza & asking refund my money but they told that can't do anything as domino's is individual entity, so domino's will only refund the amount.
          Then i contacted domino's for refunding...

          Ordered pizza on 13 jan pizza was unbaked and unhinged so i report it to the customer care of domino's and on call they agreed on that issue and ready to give refund in 7 working days since that day even still i have tried so many calls and complaint about the refund not received and the pathetic service they are not giving the refund as par they agreed so help me through this and try to take action on this particular domino's shop.
          Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          My food was delivered in 1.5 hrs after placing the order even after the dominoes promises 30 minutes guaranteed delivery.

            The domino's app showed my order as delivered but the delivery personnel took more than 30 minutes. On asking for a refund, he took no note of my complaint, and instead apologized profusely. I request a refund of the amount. This is the second time this branch of domino's pizza has done this. And they didn't refund me the last time either. This is is utterly ridiculous.

              I have ordered garlic bread and zingy parcel last night and the order was late. I have asked the delivery boy about late delivery, he does not say anything. Then the delivery boy said that he will report this delivery late when he reached at dominos back. He said the amount will be created back to my credit card but it did not happen. This happened the second type, earlier i have faced this issue but that time i did not file a complaint.

              I have ordered this from phase 3 dominos mohali. My order number was: 236
              This is about there policies they have mentioned and how they treat there customer. The delivery boy's name is gobind tiwari

                I ordered a small non veg pizza and white pasta non veg but later they changed to stuffed garlic bread sticks because it wasn't available. I was guaranteed a 30 min delivery but i got it about 15-20 min late. There was no rush, no special occasion or any other exceptions that day (12 jan 2020). So i called the store manager and he said i would get a refund since i paid online and i'll get a phone call within 24 hours. I never got a call instead i called the store and they told me i'll get a refund within 2 days. Now after two days i called up again and they said they'll check and call back. Again i never received a call. So again i call back and they say itll get refunded within 7-10 days. Now its past that time and they say the same thing again but still no refund neither a call. So what's going on. This is absolutely very poor service and fraud policy.

                  Have ordered pizza from domino's on 10th dec 2019 and made payment through free charge wallet and the payment was successful. But the delivery guy gave the receipt and told me that your order is for cash on delivery and i had to pay rs 1697/- as cash. The guy told me to interact with customer care for refund and i have been contacting domino's since last 1.5 months regarding this issue and they are doing nothing over this. I have already spent over rs 200/- by calling their customer care since their customer helpline number is chargeable. They are just making fake promises and tell me that you will get a call back within 1 hour and since last month i am waiting for any call back.

                  In between this i contacted freecharge and payu and shared this concern with them. They shared me all the details of online transaction and told that the payment was successful and has been credited to domino's already.

                  Domino's isn't responding to my emails also. Just saying we are sorry for the delay since last 1 month.

                    I ordered garlic bread online from ibc piplod they are the most cheaters they tell 30 minute guarantee but not giving and very bad attitude of delivery boy he is shouting on us at our home gate and we told we talk customer care and ask for guarantee and while delivery boy just took order away
                    This case of today
                    And 2times before he not brought coldrink

                    So i think now new restaurant ovenstory pizza is best it's garlic bread taste is more nice than dominos still i ordered from dominos pizza

                      The issue that i have experienced was: i have ordered 18 jan on ragister number [protected]. With order number 1. But some emergency medical problem i have cancelled my order via phone. He is coustmer care said order cancelled within 15 min but still my order not cancelled and refund not received. Many time call him but not solve my issue

                        Today at dominos in paschim puri, gourmet hub, was charged rs 12 for a carry bag inspite of the governments strict order against it.

                        I m very upset with this behaviour of dominos as i have read that earlier also they had been charged with fine for the same.

                        I want my complaint to be registered with the consumer forum which i will do tomorrow.

                          Concern Ref. No. 12658901 raised to Domino's on dated 24/12/2019 against money paid Rs. 298/- for the order no.228.
                          Ticket number 7750748, 7759924.

                          Earlier, on dated 24/12/2019, I ordered from Domino's app & paid through PAYTM but Domino's failed to deliver the Pizza.
                          I had paid the money before the order but Domino's didn't deliver it, I raised the complaint of refunding my money.
                          Till date I didn't receive my money.
                          Domino's said Restaurant will provide my money but Restaurant denied to refund my money. Product label name is Domino's, it is the responsibility of Domino's to refund my money.

                          Domino's has looted my money...pls help to refund my money of Rs.298/-.

                          "BEWARE ALL CUSTOMERS BEFORE USING DOMINO'S MOBILE APPLICATION, IF DOMINO'S DIDN'T DELIVER THE ORDER & YOU PAID IT BEFORE, THEN YOUR MONEY WILL BE LOST."

                            I have tried to order pizza from your dominos app yesterday night. But the order could not be processed but the money has been deducted from my paytm account. This is done twice. My money has been deducted twice. All together 582/- has been deducted from my paytm account [protected]. Immediately i called their office and raised a concern. The deducted money has still not come to my account.
                            In this regard, i would like to mention how come the money is deducted twice without order being placed. Secondly, even if it done due to some problem, the money should come to my account immediately as dominos knows very well that the order was not placed then why so much of delay in refunding the money.

                            It seems that the refund has been delayed deliberately by dominos. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against dominos.

                              With reference to the order number mentioned in the subject-matter, i ordered few items from domino's pizza through swiggy on 9th january, 2020. The payment for the order was done through online transaction, however your delivery executive, mr kartik harisingani took cash payment worth rs 382 from me. Despite giving him multiple reminders for 4 days, he is not returning my due sum. I request you to look into my complaint and act accordingly.

I want to cancel my order.i tired to contact domino's pizza and zomato but they aren't responding my cals. Immediate action should b taken to resolve this issue and i want my total refund.

                                The delivery guy was asking us to find him & to guide him about the route.. Even after being very patient with him provided all the required information keeping aside his rude behavior.. He denied to come over after wasting almost an hour and said i am cancelling your order misbehaving.. We went down to the store and even they denied to resolve the problem.
                                They got a 30 minutes delivery policy which was not followed + they were not being helpful serving us even when we reached the outlet.. It was a paid order.. They owe us the refund + the compensation for the same amount as the 30 minute policy which was not been followed + the delivery guy's behavior.
                                He was not ready to coordinate with us.. Neither via watsapp or google maps.. Instead he was saying im standing here come and find me.. He ruined the day as it was an occasion for us. We even made him talk to the receptionist of the hotel who explained him everything.. He wasn't listening to anything and was behaving like a lame man.
                                Ive never come across such an irresponsible delivery guy + the people from that outlet wasn't much bothered and said pay and get another order.. We'll refund you for the previous one..
                                We were really pissed that the whole thing was ruined and choose to left the outlet.. Such an irresponsible act by such a good brand.

                                  My kids started eating pizza then they found glass pieces in mouth i am click a picture of glass piece and collect in a paper and l am going to shop of dominos but their people refused that think and i hear they are talking about glass crash on the kitchen and they said they trash the glass but this is very dengoures of health

                                    Hi, i had ordered from zomato amounting to 226. The order was confirmed at first later domino's people called and said that they can't deliver to our address and order was cancelled by them but i don't get any confirmation msg or mail from them or zomato. After 2 hours it shows that the order is delivered. I called to domino's but they said the order is cancelled and would be refunded. But i didn't get any refund. I mailed to zomato they said that domino's had their own delivery and payment gateways.

                                    I bought my pizza from domino.s pizza today and was shocked to see that i was charged Rs 11.42 for carry bag paper . i had to travel and had nothing to carry my pizza in. i really find it odd for such a brand doing this .

                                      I cancelled my order [protected] from zomato to dominos pizza sanjay place agra my case i'd is 12834101 as on 01/01/2020 kindly refund my amount of 525/- deducted from my account.
                                      As recvd call from manager mr. Akshay [protected] dominos sanjay place agra stated that the refund would be credited within 7 days, just a reminder that my money of 525/- had not been refunded yet as its 7 days now.

                                      Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I ordered pizzas on 14/12/2019 from Dominos Bhavnagar, Gujarat branch . I ordered pizza at 8:52pm and the pizza delivery boy called up at 9:27pm and yet was asking for the location and talked in a rude way. The way the delivery boy talked was not respectful and was much rude. So kindly look into the matter.
