I am giving this written complain, regarding my order on 7th dec 2019 from mobile number [protected] using zomato mobile app. The order delivered and having missing few items. I called zomato and they redirected me to dominos customer care as they are not responsible for not delivering complete order.

I am very much surprised, i paid the money to zomato and if items not get delivered to customer then how...

I have been trying to call Dominos Ranipur Haridwar for like 1hour andnthe staff are not picking up the call. Later called the manager, he informed that he is on holiday, and the staff are not even picking up his call. People are calling them for ordering pizza but they are busy. Later staff called back and said they are having some problem in their phone. I tried calling 4 numbers, phone is ringing but nobody bothered to take the call. br...

I have ordered pizza of amount 830 on 1 dec from number. My order number was 363. I have ordered pizza at 9:30 after waiting till 12:00 night. After its start showing delivered. When i spoke customer care. They mention domino's resturant from itpl cancelled the order and after 15 days i didn't got my refund and the compensation. Now even speaking to customer care executive multiple times problem didn't resolve...

Yesterday, i ordered pizzas and taco through zomato at 8:47 pm. And delivery time was 9:17 pm. When i didn't get my order on time. Then i tried to call the dominoz valet. But he didn't receive my phone. Then i called to dominoz lawrence road as well as ranjit avenue to help us to deliver my order. But they didn't give satisfied answer. I got my order at 10:03pm. And they didn't give us 30 mint. Free delivery. They harrased us very badly....

I ordered for pizza, taco and cheese balls around 9-15 pm, domino's people called me around 10 :43 pm and told me that they will deliver my order by 1 am and canceled my order without listening to me. And atlast they told me that my money will be refund after 10 days.
This is the worst service, it seems like they are not at all serious to do work.

Order was not successful. The food was not delivered. We waited for more than 2 hours and called repeatedly to the customer care. But did not get proper response, I want cancelation of the money. The customer care executive told that the food will be delivered at 11:00 pm whereas I have ordered the food at 8:22 pm. My order no. Is 384. I want cancelation of order n refund....

I had visited a dominos outlet in bhattarhalli (Bengaluru) on 1st of december 2019. I had ordered - 1 chicken sausage, 1 onion pizza and 3 veg zingy parcels. I had made a payment through paytm (Order id - dpi[protected]) and the transaction was successful (I confirmed with paytm) but they kept telling me that the haven't received the payment yet so i paid again through a different number.
The total amount was rs. 283.56...

I have placed the food online approxly 9:00 p. M on 10th of december 2019 and all my detailed was already there with them. After 45 minutes they have cancelled my order stating that area is not within delivery zone. This dicussion continued for more than 30 minutes and by that time all my family member slept hungry, waiting for food. And all nearest hotel got closed.

This has happened thrice for me. And as per their ploicy...

For the food item that was promised by dominos was not delivered and the money is gone to dominos wallet.

Who is dominos to decide where will the money go for the service they couldn't provided.

I want my money back in my account. Get it sorted as early as possible.

I would want to make any purchases from dominoa anymore.

I need my money back.

Today i ordered 4 pizzas. I ordered it from swiggy, they confirmed it. At the time of delivery the delivery executive from domino's reached a wrong location. I contacted him that he reached the wrong place and tried to convince him to come to the right location and then he refused to come and started behaving very rudely... I ordered pizza online on 6th dec 2019 at 9:10 pm with order id 293 and my phone number :[protected]. Tracking details showed delivery person on the way but he reached at 10: 30 pm almost 90 min late. Pizza was neither hot and neither in a good condition. When we questioned delivery guy, he yelled at us and was very rude to us. Store is 10 min away from our location and it was neither a weekend. Still there was no good response from your call...

Ordered two pizza fresh veggie and double cheese margarita. And the crust of fresh veggie was burnt and double cheese margrita was fully burnt. Also the taste was ridiculous, seeming it was single cheese margarita.
On calling customer service dominos (Airoli) they just pickup the call and keep it aside.
Don't speak anyting and just the service is ridiculous....

Nov 7, 2019. I placed an order on the dominoes website. Checked out for an amount of rs 607. The order number never came through nor the order was delivered. The amount was debited. I called the customer care that this is an auto system and will definitely auto credit in 10 business days.
Its been a month and nothing yet. I am really very unhappy with the domino's online system. I want my money back...

I ordered a pizza on 26th nov 2019 with order number 98 from sector 25 panchkula.
They didn't deliver for next 2 hours while offering 30 min delivery and after my tracking they asked me to pick it up in rain.
I was promised from the restuarant for refund but no refund has been issued.
Multiple complaints have been logged but no action. No one even contacted back.
Pizzas i picked up were cold and in bad condition.br...

I had booked dominos pizza online through irctc ecatering on 01/12/2019 order no 34778009 pnr no [protected] which was to be delivered to me in train at nellore railway station.

Neither they delivered me the food nor they intimated me.

I have complained the matter to indian railways on 01/12/2019 and claimed for a compensation and banning dominos pizza to be the vendor of irctc.

I placed an order in dominoz at 10:15 pm, order number: 175, 30 minutes delivery guarantee was provided, but did not receive the delivery after 1 hour, customer care person kept on insisting me to wait for the order.

Received a call @ 11:28 pm asking my location details, pathetic service, asked for refund which was not done.

They changed the order status to delivered without delivering the order....
