This is test complaint
Chapter 1
I ordered one cheesy, one veg-loaded pizza
And one garlic bread on 25th september at 07:30 pm (Order no: 133),
Received the uncooked pizza (Row material), garlic bread.
Called customer care, connected to restaurent,
Explained the same, got response as will deliver the same in next 40 minutes.
Chapter 2
I waited till one and half hour after that call, didn't got the pizza.
Called again customer care, connected to restaurent,
Asked for the same, got excused as "delivery boy was not available,
Restaurent is busy so will refund the amount with in 24 hour"
Chapter 3
Next day, i called again customer care for asking the refund, connected to the restaurent
Asked about refund got response like "please give your number, our manager will contact you with in 2-3 hours."
Chapter 4
I didn't get any call from them, called again 28th,
Connected to the restaurent after expending some time. Explained again the whole scenarios.
This time, i connected to
Dominos rr nagar manager - "mahesh shetty",
He replied as "please order the same with cash on delivery,
Will deliver without cost"
I ordered again the same 28th at 02:01:28 pm,
28th order no :92
It has been delivered around 03:25 pm.
Chapter 5
I ordered again on 19th october with order no 81..
It has been delivered in around 1.6 hours after making so many calls.
And this continues...
Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I m working in mumbai store...
