I ordered a farm house pizza frm official dominos webiste on 2/11/19 against no [protected] fr rs 581. Money got deducted from my account against the name of jubliefood, noida but order got cancelled from dominos side only saying oops order gt cancelled. I didn’t received any official order no or recipiet no or any message from dominos side regarding it. I want my money to be refunded asap.

    Order received 15 mins late then the estimated delivery timing. On top of that, pizza received was cold and not made upto the mark. I asked for a cheeseburst pizza, but there was hardly any cheese in it. They assured me a refund cashback for not delivering under 30 mins guaranteed timing, but still haven't received it. Attaching copy of bill.

      I ordered one large chicken pepperoni pizza and one soft drink from dominos. I paid rs. 932 via google pay, the money was deducted but order was not placed.
      Kindly refund my money.
      This kind of behavior is not acceptable from such a big company. Please kindly look into the matter.
      I hope the money will be refunded soon.

      They emailed me and called me and informed that money will be refunded by 9 days. I got the refund yesterday.

        Today i ordered one regular pizza, stuffed garlic bread and one mirinda from domino's.. As every time i do, i paid online.. The message from my bank came that my money is deducted but i did get any confirmation message from domino's.. So i called to local domino's from belgaum from where i have ordered, he told me that money will be refunded to u within 7-10 days.. I am still not convinced.. What can i do further

          Today when i was ordering pizza the first time, the order was not placed but the money which was a sum of 309 rs was deducted from my sbi account to jubilant food works ref/cheque no.:[protected]igahisanb0
          The order was placed the 2nd time when i had to pay again. But i still lost 309 rs.
          Please look into this matter and i hope to get my money back as soon as possible. Thank you.

            I had placed an dominos of order from domino's app and used the google play for the payment.
            I payment was successful and i was redirected to app and app said something went wrong.
            The order is of 308 rupees. Placed on 31-oct-2019
            I don't know what to do, where to add complaint.
            I have attached the screenshot of the google pay receipt.
            Please let me know what to do?

              Hi last week on dt. 26/10, i ordered a pizza once from mobile app... Payment deducted from my account but order failed and i got a msg from dominoes that your payment failed, then i took another attempt to make online payment against the same order and on 2nd attempt, it got its way at sharp 18:20 hrs and i received payment confirmation from domino's. After that, at 18:30 hrs., i received a sms that my earlier transaction is complete. But it was against my 1st payment attempt which was declined.
              I want the refund of the amount and for this, neither i have received any communication from bank nor from domino's... I need a revert on the same...

              Expecting some serious action against my complaint

              Pizza is not delivered even after one and half hours. No one called me and informed that the delivery will be late. I called after one and half hour no one apologize. I wanted to cancel the order because it was late and they said OK without any hesitation and cut the phone

                I ordered a non-veg loaded pizza, chicken parcel and mirinda around 12.10am on oct 31 via zomato. It was a prepaid order. After around 25 minutes, i received a call from phase 3 mohali outlet informing me that they don't deliver in my area and might have to cancel it. I straight away asked them to cancel the order. I waited for a notification about the cancellation or the refund, but received none. The manager even disconnected my call in between. Pls help me with the same.

                  I have ordered Pizza at Dine in at Secunderabad Domino's Pizza dated on 30th September of One veg and One Non veg and one Taco. They have made the Bill of amount Rs. 744/-. Which actually should be of some offer and discount has been not applied . As I questioned them, the staff working there told to make another new order. And told that the Total amount of Rs. 744/- gets refunded within 10 working days. And after contacting the Branch manager of Domino's located at Secunderabad for several times, he told money gets Refunded. There is no use. And it has been One month as of Today (30th October) and I didn't receive any Refund yet. This's so negligible by the Staff working in Dominos. I tried calling customer care number of times, I have suffered a lot as Am continuously asking them for the Refund status. I need the money to be Refunded and this is not at all acceptable.

                    I, ordered a everday value offer pizza today (29 october, 2019) at around 4 pm and ordered online through website where i ordered a pizza on everyday deal and got a topping replaced in one pizza and with extra cheese added to it.
                    Acc to the online menu the replacement of topping had no extra cost and the bill amounted to rs 602 on the online dominos cart bill.
                    However, when i recieved the order i got a bill amount of 665rs, which i found included the topping of 60rs additionally added, against what shows on website the store had a diff prizing and i was shocked.
                    I had recieved a message on my phone with bill of rs 602 and now they demanded a bill of rs 665 so basically same brand showing two different bills to me.
                    The dominos store on being told about the bill i recieved denied it and said i would have to pay extra money and they did not show any help in resolving the issue and i had to suffer.
                    This is totally unacceptable and shows how careless such a big company can get and how a customer has to suffer due their mismanagement and how they mislead with their pricing online and force diff prices after order is confirmed.
                    I request concerend authorities to take strict action against them and put restrictions on such misleads of prices and bills.

                    I ordered pizza from the Zomato app on 22 October 2019 at 8:51 PM and you gave us 30 Minutes guaranteed delivery. But actually we got pizza's near about 10:00 PM almost after an hour.
                    Pizza's almost cold. So I requested you for a refund. So please give my refund as soon as possible. I have attached order documents, please refer it.

                      This is test complaint
                      Chapter 1
                      I ordered one cheesy, one veg-loaded pizza
                      And one garlic bread on 25th september at 07:30 pm (Order no: 133),
                      Received the uncooked pizza (Row material), garlic bread.
                      Called customer care, connected to restaurent,
                      Explained the same, got response as will deliver the same in next 40 minutes.

                      Chapter 2
                      I waited till one and half hour after that call, didn't got the pizza.
                      Called again customer care, connected to restaurent,
                      Asked for the same, got excused as "delivery boy was not available,
                      Restaurent is busy so will refund the amount with in 24 hour"

                      Chapter 3
                      Next day, i called again customer care for asking the refund, connected to the restaurent
                      Asked about refund got response like "please give your number, our manager will contact you with in 2-3 hours."

                      Chapter 4
                      I didn't get any call from them, called again 28th,
                      Connected to the restaurent after expending some time. Explained again the whole scenarios.
                      This time, i connected to
                      Dominos rr nagar manager - "mahesh shetty",
                      He replied as "please order the same with cash on delivery,
                      Will deliver without cost"
                      I ordered again the same 28th at 02:01:28 pm,
                      28th order no :92
                      It has been delivered around 03:25 pm.

                      Chapter 5
                      I ordered again on 19th october with order no 81..
                      It has been delivered in around 1.6 hours after making so many calls.
                      And this continues...

                        Hi, it has been multiple weeks that i am chasing for the same but they are not even bothered to callback or address the issue, as per the policy if delivery is late, i should he refunded upto 300 rs, but they always log a complaint when i reach out to them and never callback, this happened the last time as well, multiple attempts i have made through call to customer care, through social media, but i rarely get any response, even if a get scripted response that they will work on it and reach me which they never, almost a month since this is going on now.

                          I have ordered a pizza from domino's. The delivery guy went to the wrong place and then when i asked him to come to correct address he refused. Then i asked him to cancel my order he said ok i will cancel it. But now i got a message regarding the pizza feedback it means that the delivery guy showed that the order is delivered. The order has not been delivered.

                            I had placed an order on 4th oct 2019 around 9 pm and followup with your guys till 12 am-midnight but they didn't turn up for delivery next day i again called your guys they said we will refund your money within 7-9 working days again i called after 10 days they said we will arrange to call back from restaurant i didn't receive call now i am completely fed up with you guys following since a month. Pathetic service for brand like domino's

                              On 12/10/2019 i have order#377 from dominos pizza from chandra layout dominos... Pizza not deliver within 30 min and its reach around 50min from time of order but deliveryboy sumitted comments as delivered in app at 40min even pizza was not deliver... I called dominos they told 300 will be refund but till i don't see money refunded... Shamefully worst business ethics.

                                The order was placed on 21st oct 2019 at 8:46 pm and was not delivered in 30mins as promised. As the status was showing still being baked we called up the dominos cc, they said it will be sent in 10 mins. It was past 30mins hence they said the amount will be refunded as it was paid already. The order was not delivered even after an hr they kept saying it will be delivered in 10 mins everytime we asked for the time of delivery. The order was delivered at past 10pm and there hasn't been any refund or call from dominos as they promised. I'm calling them everyday but still don't have response and now they are denying from refunding. The reference number for the concern is #11731668 and the order number is 300.

                                  We had ordered a pizza at the Domino's Rosedale Plaza ( Store manager : Sudipto Mondal) through Phone Pe at 10.05 PM on 24th October.
                                  Called up call centre no. at 10.34 PM as order was still showing in "confirmed" stage in track order
                                  Called up at 10.55 PM as order was still showing in "confirmed" stage in track order page. Call centre assured me my order was already baked.
                                  I demanded a time for delivery and to speak to storr, reply :" as soon as possible" and "not contactable"
                                  Post 11.15 called call centre multiple times, no reply
                                  At 11.53 PM, I get a call from the store saying " Sorry, we are unable to deliver your order and will refund your money"
                                  This is the service Domino's is providing, assuring of returning money when I ordered food for my family!
                                  Shameless service!!

                                    I had a worst experience with dominos kakurgachi.
                                    Order a pizza at 7.40 and guess what it's 10 PM and still I haven't received the pizza. The delivery boy being extremely rude is denying to deliver at my place. He went back to the restaurant n kept the parcel there... Called the dominos the manager picked up and started being rude again as if he is doing us a favor by giving the pizza to us... And finally he sent another man to deliver and it's half n hour now after I spoke to the manager but still now never got my parcel.
                                    The worst side of dominos I have seen. Pathetic atotal disgrace to the hospitality industry

                                      We placed an order with dominos pizza bengaluru on 24th oct 2019 evening. Pizza was delivered late. While speaking to the dominos delivery boy, he insist on not handing it over free, though we received an sms from dominos on 30 minutes guarantee. After we made him talk to dominos office, the dominos delivery boy agreed to not charge money while talking on phone. However after the phone was disconnected, he started to demand money. Post that he tried to snatch my phone and started to talk rudely. He would not let me take my phone and i had to physically force him to return my phone. The delivery boy was trying to get physical unless we pushed him out. Shame on dominos. Dominos doesnt educate it's own staf[censored]

                                        I placed an order through the Dominos app for home delivery and the order was accepted immediately. After 45 minutes I got a call from Domino's and they refused to deliver my order and said that another outlet is supposed to deliver my order. I told them that I placed the order through the app and how can I tell the other outlet to deliver my order.
                                        They still refused to provide any help and cancelled my order. I called the customer care number also but they were also of no help.
                                        Domino's being such a big brand should improve the customer services . They dont have a proper customer support system as there was no reply from the customer care number.
                                        But Dominoz provides amazing quality and I am so used to eating Dominos that I don't like any other Brand's pizza.
