Hello dominos,

I’ve registered my complaint with dominos c care on 9th nov. I even sent an email. It’s been 9 days, refund not processed. No one reached me out, no reply form dominos.
Request to refund in 24 hrs from now.
No one replying to my email or issue over call with customer support. This is not expected from dominos.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It is really ridiculous!!Had ordered by paying from netbanking yesterday (Inv:67182/19/19323) for 20 people 35 items and they missed 10 items and no cash refunded.On top they took 3 hours to deliver and the whole guests were waiting on the desk gaping each other!! Ridiculous!!

    Greetings am udhay from mysore. I had visited your outlet on temple road mysore vv mohalla mysore today at 12:25 pm and ordered a paneer makahani costing ₹226 but to my surprise deducted ₹1190 from my bank debit card (Ujjivan bank)., so i need a refund for remaining balance amount of ₹975 immediately if not i will have to send a legal action taken against your staff member who was on the counter when this happened. The supervisior tried to cover the incident. I will have collect my balance amount failing that i will have file cheating case on your lady staff member present at that point of time who denied the amount by falsify for only ₹226 amount.
    Will have to take up the matter at your bangalore corporate office in hsr layout for further information about my balance amount of, ₹975.
    Kindly refund my money immediately notify if not criminal charges on your staff present that time.

    My amount of ₹975 to be refunded immediately where I got a text message from my debit card (Ujjivan bank) today at
    12.25 pm.
    The Pizza cost only ₹226 for which my bank account was deducted ₹1190 (₹6302-₹7500)
    I have proof of payment in my mobile for the amount deducted from my bank account.
    Kindly let me soon your reply.

      Billing person mr. Pranshu at outlet gaur city mall outlet is very rude and he using the abuse word at the time of billing due to some conversion done for payment issue for paytm or cash and they only open one counter for cash and one for paytm payment.
      My order no. Was 97 and they deliver my order after 101, i asked for the reason and they reply nothing. They done delay preparation of my order intentionally because at the time of billing i told him i will complain for your behavior and use abuse language
      This is my very bad first time experience with domino's due to wrong person sitting in billing and delivery counter.
      I will never visit to this outlet of domino's and i will also suggest my family and friend to not visit to this outlet.

      This is not the issue of domino's its only problem for wrong person selected for wrong job and its result wrong impact for company. My suggestion is please change the person immediately other wise some more people will face same type of issue.

        Subject : regarding my complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for not fulfilling the domino’s delivery time condition of 30 minutes as per mobile message received to me too { for very late delivery (Approx. More than 1 hour although this domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and 6 minutes road distance only) against order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019} { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm)

        Dear sir,
        This has reference to order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019 at 20:45 pm { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm) placed to m/s jubilant foodworks limited (Dominos), ground floor, shop no.1 & 2, pristine mall, sector -31, faridabad, state haryana (State code - 06). This domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance.
        After placing order to dominos at the above mentioned time 20:45 pm, immediately, i got an order confirmation message from domino’s mentioning the following text :-
        “thanks for choosing domino’s. We will deliver your order hot & fresh in 30 minutes. Amount rs 343.00 i track your [protected]@ https//bit. Ly/2c8rv6o”
        After waiting for more than 30 minutes although this domino’s outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance, then i tried to call domino’s helpline no.[protected] and evenly at outlet ph. No. [protected]. But no way…in the last after approx..45 minutes are over, i managed to get in contact with customer care executive, provided her my order ref. No. But i have been assured with a baseless reply that your order is still under process and will take few more minutes and we apologize for not fulfilling out delivery time condition of 30 minutes. We have initiated a complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019 for refund of your full order value amount.
        Thereafter at 21:29 pm (My order placed time was 20:45 pm), immediately, i got an apology message from domino’s mentioning the following text :-
        “we are sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you with the next 24 hrs. Concern ref. # 12042177”
        But really disappointed to observe that till date, there is no call / no prompt action noticed from your end. You are not stick to your promise/ words.in your view, there is no value for a customer’s hard earned money and time. My guests left my house after waiting for so much time which felt me ashamed, guilty and very insulting because of your poor delivery service.
        The “screen shots of all the mobile messages received from your end”, are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
        So finally, you are requested to kindly initiate for refund of my hard earned money against my order order no. 361 dated 14.11.2019 { invoice no. 65947/19/76102 dated 14.11.2019, time 20:45 pm) and also refer my complaint ref.# 12042177 dated 14.11.2019.

        Kindly acknowledge the mail & reply me at your earliest.

This DOMINO’s Outlet is just 1.5 km from my residence and only 6 minutes road distance.

        After Placing Order to DOMINOS at the above mentioned Time 20:45 PM, Immediately, i got an Order Confirmation Message from Domino’s mentioning the following Text :-

        Thereafter at 21:29 PM (My Order Placed time was 20:45 PM), Immediately, i got an Apology Message from Domino’s mentioning the following Text :-

        “We are Sorry for not meeting your expectations. We will call you with the next 24 hrs. Concern ref. # 12042177”

        But really disappointed to observe that till date, there is no call / no prompt action noticed from your end. You are not stick to your Promise/ words. In your view, there is no value for a customer’s hard earned money and time. My guests left my house after waiting for so much time which felt me ashamed, guilty and very insulting because of your poor delivery service.

        THE “SCREEN SHOTS OF ALL THE MOBILE MESSAGES RECEIVED FROM YOUR END”, are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.

          I ordered pizza today from dominos pizza mira road restaurant. Pizza was delivered 1 hour later and pizza was stuck to the box and all toppings were spread to one side of pizza and other side was with no topping left the pizza was all messed up.. I checked the pizza and onspot i told delivery boy to replace my pizza he told i cant do this we wont do this again.. But this is not first time i have faced this issue previously even same issue was there my pizza was delivered late and was stuck to the box

            I ordered a takeaway non-veg supreme pizza from domino's pizza yesterday from the chowk outlet in lucknow. I would say the executives are very careless and don't care what the customer is saying. The pizza was cold and stale, n did not have any toppings, though i had ordered extra toppings. Today i contacted the customer care service to lodge a complaint but they did not write amy complaint as they could not trace down my order and ultimately disconnected my call.

              Sir i placed an order on domino's pizza by amazon pay as a payment method and order is not placed and domino's pizza refund my money. They refund 106 on the 10 november but i contacted in amazon pay they said that we issue your refund and said to contact you bank call center but my problem is not solved so i want to solve my problem my account number is [protected] and i attached some screenshots of transaction and refund please check and refund my money.

                Sir, last Friday i.e. 8/11/2019. I have gone to an outlet of Domino's Pizza in Sree Bhavan, Birati, Kolkata, North 24Parganas, West Bengal.
                I have ordered a food of Rs. 161.70 . First, I tried to pay the money through my Debit Card. The money has been debited from my account, but they didn't got any notification of credit of Rs. 161.70. Since, they didn't get any notification of credit, they told me to pay the money again using PayTm. So, I have paid the money through PayTm. Technically, I have paid an excess of Rs. 161.70 .
                I have also been told that I would get the refund within 24 hours, but 4 days had gone, I didn't get my refund of Rs. 161.70.
                After 8/11/2019, I have gone to the outlet regarding the refund issue but they are not giving me a any surity of refunding.

Is 582 date 10/11/2019, pizza was delivered after 1:30 hour, i was called customer care at least 6 times but know one is giving me proper response, this was happened 3rd time every time you guys giving me late delivery, you can check all past records of your system, know one gives responsibility for order to whom i can contact🗣📲📞 i want to file a case against you because you are addvertise that you are experts in delivery, i can take a action against you i am going to consumer court against you.

                    Today, i have ordered the burger pizza on the android app, the amount got debited but order did get confirmed, again the app is showing to pay once again.
                    And before some days i have ordered through google pay, the same happened at that time also, the amount got debited but order is not placed and amount also not refunded from domino.

                    Kindly verify the fault and reverse my amount as soon as possible.

                      I ordered my Domino's Pizza on 18-OCT-2019 through Swiggy and after waiting for about nearly 2hours Domino's person informed that they are unable to deliver it until next 1hour as they are over loaded and if I want will cancel the order. They should have been taken care of these issues before taking the order, finally I got disheartened and the order was cancelled from their end.

                      I was informed that my refund will be initiated and will be credited to me within next 7-8 days. However sadly no refund is made so far, I called the customer care twice in between and they raised a grievance call back most resent reference number as #11876511

                      I was contacted from Domino's named Manjula from +[protected] and to my surprise she informed that the re-fund can't be made now as they had some issue with the cancellation process and can place the same order any time instead of re-fund which is so very sad for me. However, I still wanted to give more opportunity to Domini's on this and agreed to call then for the order, now I tried calling multiple times to place the order as promised, but my call is not being picked up and I am left with a no-refund of 762 rupees from last 20days.

Description of resolution : Swiggy being the platform of the order been placed had refunded my money back for non-delivery of Pizza by Dominion's. Mr. Lashique Tanveer Ahmed from Swiggy Escalations Team had called me and very politely acknowledged that since the order was placed using Swiggy app as the platform they would like to apologize for the inconvenience and grievance caused and assured that my money will be refunded within 5 working days and also sent me a mail to support our discussion. Also confirmed that they will take this matter with Dominion's and necessary action will be taken to avoid this in future.                         I have a complaint regarding domino's refund
                        I have ordered an order of 1680 rs on oct 18th and for some reason the order was cancelled from their end and i was neither refunded the money (1680 rs) nor the order.
                        And i even raised a complaint regarding the whole thing to domino's but none of them took necessary action and did the needful. They are not even attending the phone calls. It has almost been 20 days and i still don't have any action from their end.
                        I request you to take necessary action on domino's food court and please do the needful!

                          We have ordered items from domino's on 18th october 2019 and the amount is almost nearly 1680/- but for some reason a guy from domino's said that order is not acceptable as there are no items that we ordered then he cancelled the order.
                          We were told that money will be refunded in one week and its almost been 20 days and still i haven't refunded my money back.
                          Can some one look into and take a necessary action here, we are not even able to reach the customer care number and there is no response from domino's end as well. Pizza boys working over there are not even responding to any of the calls. This is not all fair and its unacceptable!!
                          Please show some attention here and do the needful!

                            Yesterday i while making the payment for my order used my card. The swipe machine was not working and even though i received a text from my bank about the amount to be paid has been done, the swipe machine didn't print or show any result. I haven't received the refund yet. Plus the behaviour of the staff was also unprofessional. It will be nice if you'd look into the matter. Thank you.

                              I had ordered the domino's pizza through swiggy but it took more than an hour to deliver so i cancelled the order.. But i haven't received my refund yet. Moreover the app shows that the pizza have been delivered, while i haven't received neither pizza nor my refund amount.

                                I placed an order on November 1, 2019. Order no 146. Instead of 30 minutes the order took 1 hour. And the food was a soggy cold mess. I called customer care multiple times. I got standard response of restaurant not picking up call, escalation team not picking up the call. I received Rs. 300 in domino's wallet but no call back, no apology, no additional compensation for inconvenience.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is regarding my order # 193 placed on 5/11/19. It was marked delivered 20 mins early then it was delivered upon following up with customer care i was told that it does not matter as it will be delivered eventually and was asked to wait. This is cheating with their customer as they are marking it delivered under their given time while the actual delivery can be any time later.
                                  Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Dominos company is carry bag charges 11.42 rupees

                                    I have placed order on 25th october from Dominos (Swastik Plaza, Shop No. 001, 002 & 021, Ground Floor, Pokharan Rd Number 2, Thane West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400602) and my order bill was around Rs 1402 due some issues they said after 30 minutes that order can not be completed so thay are cancelling the order they said you will receive payment in 7 days when i called today to customer care they said it is not showing any detail of my order that has been placed on that day and they have not received any payment so that is why i have attached the payment snapshot with this complain .kindly help me to get my refund back

                                      I had placed the order via app Order No.263 from my registered number but I don't know how my brothers number was printed on the bill.
                                      The order was placed at 8:25 pm and I waited for around half n hour n order was not delivered. Than I tracked my order it was showing "order is being prepared".I waited for around another 20 mins but still no sign of order delivery.
                                      I tried calling the store but no one was answering the call so I called helpline number and they said that order will be delivered in another 15 minutes. I waited till 10.30 pm but still no sign of order.
                                      I was to totally frustrated at that time so tried multiple calls to dominos store but I didn't get any reply. Finally I called ur precious customer care but they also were unable to solve my problem even they tried connecting my call to the Dominos outlet but their calls were also unanswered.
                                      After waiting for almost 90 min after placing my order I get a message on tracking that order is delivered. I was totally angry as the order was undelivered and showing as Delivered. I had to literally go to the store to sort out the problem and had to collect my order after waiting for around another 30 minutes at the Store.
                                      So eventually 30 min of Pizza Cost me around 2 hrs of annoyance. I am totally disappointed with the service provided by Dominos Store and Customer Care.Very poor service of Dominos.
                                      This Incident wasted almost 2 hrs of my time & I had to personally go to the store & collect the order. At the store i had to wait additional 30 minutes to receive the order. So a total waste of 2.5hrs.

                                        I ordered 4 pizzas in dominos app. I got the email evidence and screen shots too saying order confirmation. And as per their terms it showed the time for 30 minutes delivery but didn't receive for 2.30 hours. And mean while checked the track of my order it's showed delivered. But it wasn't delivered to me. The franchise is cheating over the customer. If i had made an payment and it shows delivered to whom should i follow for the payment.

                                        Hence i'm going to file a complaint against them.

                                        I mI ordered 1 non veg supreme 3 cheese dip 1 chicken boneless and one Pepsi total AMT 996rs.i paid this amount online then also pizza person ask me 100 RS more he waisted my half an hour the person name Akshay called me from Sanjay place agra waist my half an hour.then I tell him take my pizza back because the pizza is like eating less
