The policy for delivery of a pizza is 30 mins but everytime i ordered it never come on time, it takes more than an hour for my every order. We don't even get a confirmation call or a msg from dominos after placing order. M residing in saket 15mins distance from anupam saket where i placed the order, even thn we have to call them. We can't even track the person by his number or any means. This is disgusting....

I ordered but the service is pathetic and generating online fraud and keeping the customer in wait to get rhe ordered delevered and the same is not received.

Dear Sir,
I have been charged of Rs. 14 for carry bag from Dominos while take awaz of Pizza. When i asked them why the are charging then the counter parsonal said. We are charging as we have the order from our management. We are just following their orders as we also know the rule for untraide customer satisfaction.

I clearly said them you can not charge for the carry bag. Its unfair for customers satisfaction still...

My family today evening at around 9pm. We ordered for 6 items. The person on the counter named Sarankumar took only 4 orders on bill stating the bill value to be 839.94rs. He collected 1000 rs from us for extra cheese to be 100rs and an extra Pepsi bottle for be 60rs, however this is not mentioned in the bill. We received the order and reached our table and found 2 items missing...

I have ordered pizza on 17th Sep from Zomato. My order no. is- 132 but due to some location issue they said they are not gonna deliver the order. And the executive said i'm cancelling your order and you will get the amount refund in 7- 10 business days.

I have ordered pizza on 07 oct 2019 @ 7: 20 pm from kempapura, hebbal, blore branch, i was to receive pizza by 7.40 pm as promised by dominos. I used app to order the pizza.
Shockingly their app is absolute rubbish, even before pizza is left the restaurant the status shows "delivered", i called customer care and they confirmed pizza has not left the restaurant!!
I got pizza delivered @ 8.10pm, 20 mins delayed!! Pizza was ice...

Just to give you a background, i ordered pizza on 25 september 2019. It was to be delivered within 30 minutes.

Unfortunately after various follow ups, i got it after an hour. Customer care gave me concern number which is quoted above.

That delivery guy told me that money will be refunded...

Delayed pizza delivery amount not credited despite calling and lodging complaint 5 times since 27 aug 2019 order no 110 delivered at atladara vadodara gujarat. I lodged complaint on the very same day and been told that amount will be refunded within 7-10 days but it's been more than 50 days and i have not received any refund till now. Whenever a person who is buying a pizza aur any other stuff from dominoes, its not necessary that he carries a bag with him/ her. If the person wants to take off the pizza at home unnecessarily he had to pay for the carry bag.

A small vegetable seller offers a free carry bag for his sold vegetables but here if the person is spending a enough money on the eatables then also he have to pay another money for carrying that eatables...

There was a black coloured bug inside the pizza box. This happened 2nd time. Same restaurant same issue. Attaching pics. How can such a big brand be so unhygenic

Yesterday i had placed order through swiggy in domino's pizza at 7.03pm.
Till now there is no updates from them nor refunded my money.
When i tried reaching the store they are not responding to the call. Customer service executive tell to wait for 20min but already 16hours done but very least response from the back end team till now.

Sir/madam i ordered domino's pizzza, crinkle fries n browny fantasy on 5 oct worth 664 order number was 262. Via swiggy... The delivery boy called n said it can t be delivered... Swiggy never refunded... Have feed back mutipld times on domino's app.. If such is the condition will have to take some legal recourse.. It's not about money but trust... N how u handle complaint.. Sir, i have ordered from dominos today at 2:44pm and i had received it at 3:40 pm which is almost an hour and by that time my whole order was got cold... Really upset from dominos service... Was one of a bad experience of dominos... And also you have crossed your 30mins delivery challenge and we didn’t get compensate against it... If i would have rate this i would give dominos 1 star for today’s service.👎🏻...

Ordered and 21.24 and delivered at 22.45 which is exceeding 30 min and its deliverable area not an apartment too.

I always get same offer from many dominos branches but this time from chembur, near akbarali's.. Dominos people are not offering 199 each. When we are trying to ask for offer they tell ask to go for other offer. I asked 2 different pizzas of 199. They were not offering. But i could able to get same order from dominos web. Pfs. Cashier is rude and manager also not responsible. Please find pics....

This is happening 2nd time. I ordered food and its not delivered yet. Its more than 40 mins now. The number they provide to call doesnot even connect. This is happening for the 2nd time.
