We had ordered a pizza at the Domino's Rosedale Plaza ( Store manager : Sudipto Mondal) through Phone Pe at 10.05 PM on 24th October.
Called up call centre no. at 10.34 PM as order was still showing in "confirmed" stage in track order
Called up at 10.55 PM as order was still showing in "confirmed" stage in track order page. Call centre assured me my order was already baked.
I demanded a time for delivery and to speak to storr, reply :" as soon as possible" and "not contactable"
Post 11.15 called call centre multiple times, no reply
At 11.53 PM, I get a call from the store saying " Sorry, we are unable to deliver your order and will refund your money"
This is the service Domino's is providing, assuring of returning money when I ordered food for my family!
Shameless service!!

I had a worst experience with dominos kakurgachi.
Order a pizza at 7.40 and guess what it's 10 PM and still I haven't received the pizza. The delivery boy being extremely rude is denying to deliver at my place. He went back to the restaurant n kept the parcel there... Called the dominos the manager picked up and started being rude again as if he is doing us a favor by giving the pizza to us... And finally he sent another man to deliver and it's half n hour now after I spoke to the manager but still now never got my parcel.
The worst side of dominos I have seen. Pathetic atotal disgrace to the hospitality industry

We placed an order with dominos pizza bengaluru on 24th oct 2019 evening. Pizza was delivered late. While speaking to the dominos delivery boy, he insist on not handing it over free, though we received an sms from dominos on 30 minutes guarantee. After we made him talk to dominos office, the dominos delivery boy agreed to not charge money while talking on phone. However after the phone was disconnected, he started to demand money. Post that he tried to snatch my phone and started to talk rudely. He would not let me take my phone and i had to physically force him to return my phone. The delivery boy was trying to get physical unless we pushed him out. Shame on dominos. Dominos doesnt educate it's own staf[censored]

I placed an order through the Dominos app for home delivery and the order was accepted immediately. After 45 minutes I got a call from Domino's and they refused to deliver my order and said that another outlet is supposed to deliver my order. I told them that I placed the order through the app and how can I tell the other outlet to deliver my order.
They still refused to provide any help and cancelled my order. I called the customer care number also but they were also of no help.
Domino's being such a big brand should improve the customer services . They dont have a proper customer support system as there was no reply from the customer care number.
But Dominoz provides amazing quality and I am so used to eating Dominos that I don't like any other Brand's pizza.

I ordered two pizza and garlic bread at 14:44 and they guaranteed to deliver it in 30 mins, and now it's 15:52 and still they have not delivered my pizza. The number that they gave to call was invalid and customer support number doesn't comnect the call. And I tried to cancel my order but they are not cancelling it. Its not the first time they did this. And according to their claim they should deliver it in 30 mins but its more than 1 hour.

Please refund my money

I ordered pizza from domino's salt lake sector 5, kolkata. It's been more than an hour i didn't get it delivered. I tried calling on all numbers, they didn't receive the call. I called on customer care, yet no response. There's no way to contact them regarding my order. It's very frustrating and i feel harassed. I need compensation. Please resolve it.

I am having error while applying gift card of rs.500/-, showing same error that your gift card has expired even it has validity till 30th november 2019, i am sending mails to dominos from last one month, but from past 15-20 days, they are even not replying on my mails.

I have sent them so many mail, tried to contact on their customer care number, customer care executive told me to send email, and emails are not being replied.

I had placed an order on 5th of october, 2019 i. E. 16 days back but had to cancel it due to delay in delivery. The delivery was taking more than an hour. I was informed that the refund would be credited with 10 working days. I had constant follow up calls with the support team via hotline but no results fetched. It's been 11 working days but no amount has been credited as if now. I cannot keep calling the hotline it requires a lot of effort everytime i have to explain my issue from the scratch. I want my refund asap.

Chapter 1
I ordered one cheesy, one veg-loaded pizza
And one garlic bread on 25th september at 07:30 pm (Order no: 133),
Received the uncooked pizza (Row material), garlic bread.
Called customer care, connected to restaurent,
Explained the same, got response as will deliver the same in next 40 minutes.

Chapter 2
I waited till one and half hour after that call, didn't got the pizza.
Called again customer care, connected to restaurent,
Asked for the same, got excused as "delivery boy was not available,
Restaurent is busy so will refund the amount with in 24 hour"

Chapter 3
Next day, i called again customer care for asking the refund, connected to the restaurent
Asked about refund got response like "please give your number, our manager will contact you with in 2-3 hours."

Chapter 4
I didn't get any call from them, called again 28th,
Connected to the restaurent after expending some time. Explained again the whole scenarios.
This time, i connected to
Dominos rr nagar manager - "mahesh shetty",
He replied as "please order the same with cash on delivery,
Will deliver without cost"
I ordered again the same 28th at 02:01:28 pm,
28th order no :92
It has been delivered around 03:25 pm.

Chapter 5
I ordered again on 19th october with order no 81..
It has been delivered in around 1.6 hours after making so many calls.
And this continues...

We have ordered pizza at 9:50 pm, firstly we tried to order through phn... But no one was picking up the call.. Then we ordered online... And after confirming the delivery status...3 times through customer care... They confirmed that ur order is on the way... Its...11:19 pm... And still i havn't rcvd my pizza...
Is it.. You guys know that... We will not pay for late delivery... So you guys do not deliver the pizza.. And eat it yourself???

I had given a order by 8.17pm not it's 9.50pm i tried contacting your customer 1st time when i called they said it's out for delivery and 2nd time when i called they said still in our office only and if there is no one to respond calls then why would you like to have a landline i'm trying from last 1 hour and your customer care guys aswell tried they dint i need your ceo email i'd and contact details issues will be there you have to respond and give proper i formation

When delivery boy come to me after 3 hour with cold pizza. I denied to accept this pizza since it is cold and not eatable. Delivery boy said you will receive your refund as per company policy. Pizza thrown to dustbin.

But still i have not received any update either from swiggy or not from domino. Both are top level cheater company.

I called many times to domino they said they will call after 2 hour but never call. They are doing fraud with us. No refund even 3 hour on not pizza delivery.

Mere bar bar bolne pr usne dominoes ke manager se bat nhi krwa ke dominos kisi kamal name ke sir se bat krwaei jinhone bhi mere misbehave kiya or abusing language use ki...

The policy for delivery of a pizza is 30 mins but everytime i ordered it never come on time, it takes more than an hour for my every order. We don't even get a confirmation call or a msg from dominos after placing order. M residing in saket 15mins distance from anupam saket where i placed the order, even thn we have to call them. We can't even track the person by his number or any means. This is disgusting.

I ordered but the service is pathetic and generating online fraud and keeping the customer in wait to get rhe ordered delevered and the same is not received.

Dominoss india this wat u provide in service industry.

My name is joshna i have ordered pizza from dominos east anad bhag branch through zomato app on 16th october 2019 at 9:23pm my order id [protected]. After accepting payment and order delivery executive called and rejected to deliver to sardar patel nagar malkajgiri area which was not mentioned before in zomato and he cancelled my order its been 2 days i tried to contact zomato they said to contact dominos even i mailed dominos but they are not at all responding i want my refund back

I have been charged of Rs. 14 for carry bag from Dominos while take awaz of Pizza. When i asked them why the are charging then the counter parsonal said. We are charging as we have the order from our management. We are just following their orders as we also know the rule for untraide customer satisfaction.

I clearly said them you can not charge for the carry bag. Its unfair for customers satisfaction still they charged.

My family today evening at around 9pm. We ordered for 6 items. The person on the counter named Sarankumar took only 4 orders on bill stating the bill value to be 839.94rs. He collected 1000 rs from us for extra cheese to be 100rs and an extra Pepsi bottle for be 60rs, however this is not mentioned in the bill. We received the order and reached our table and found 2 items missing our of 6.. which was butterscotch mousse cake and boneless chicken wings. We went back and enquired him. His attitude was really worst. Highly disrespectful. He said " it'll take time. If you want, wait. Else leave the place!" I said this is not the way to treat your customer. And he said. "Yes it's like that. What is the big deal?" Is that the way a women is treated? We are not beggars. We are paying for our food. Is this what Dominos has taught to its employees to treat a customer??He is bringing dominos down. I need an explanation for this else I would provoke this in women's forum as a disrespectful gesture towards a woman. PLEASE DONT ORDER IN DOMINOS.

I have ordered pizza on 17th Sep from Zomato. My order no. is- 132 but due to some location issue they said they are not gonna deliver the order. And the executive said i'm cancelling your order and you will get the amount refund in 7- 10 business days.
But its now like one month but i haven't got my refund yet. I have called 100 times but no one giving me proper resolution. Executive said amount has been already refunded on 20 sep but as i checked my account statement no amount has been refunded. I Even called the bank and give bank reference no. i.e.[protected] but they said there is no such amount reflected in your account. I even called zomato but they said Domino's have their own delivery process and now they are not refunding my amount. Attached are the order details and payment receipt.

Please do something ASAP.
