I ordered through dominos online on 13th october, amount has been debited from account and i didn’t received any order id.
I also searched in order history, there was no sign of placed ordered. Customer care said amount will be refunded back, but i didn’t receive any amount. Please take my complaint serious and refund our amount back to account.

    Delayed pizza delivery amount not credited despite calling and lodging complaint 5 times since 27 aug 2019 order no 110 delivered at atladara vadodara gujarat. I lodged complaint on the very same day and been told that amount will be refunded within 7-10 days but it's been more than 50 days and i have not received any refund till now. I called 6-7 times a d got same reply all the time as"we are unable to contact store manager" and"concerned team will contact you" but no call received till now neither refund. I want my refund and delayed refund compensation as well.

      Whenever a person who is buying a pizza aur any other stuff from dominoes, its not necessary that he carries a bag with him/ her. If the person wants to take off the pizza at home unnecessarily he had to pay for the carry bag.

      A small vegetable seller offers a free carry bag for his sold vegetables but here if the person is spending a enough money on the eatables then also he have to pay another money for carrying that eatables to home and share that thing with his family.

      It means if person wants to eat alone then the dominoes is good but if he wants to take that item to home for his family he has to pay the amount of carry bag. It means sharing with family is a crime.

      So the carry bag should be free of cost.

      Please take a responsible and fast action towards this.

      Dear Sir/ Ma'am I placed an order for Domino's Pizza through Zomato App on 20 September 2019. The order was cancelled due to late delivery. Know it has been more than 10 working days and I didn't get any refund. The amount was Rs. 831. Now I am contacting both Domino's and Zomato till now I didn't get any correct response from both of them.

      I placed my order on Dominos at 9:49 and called them to change my register no. as I was not using it anymore. They said they will connect with the store. Which never happened. I was Calling and calling them. After 11 when I Tried tracking my order.. It was cancelled without my knowledge. I want a refund. Dominos should pay for it.

      Tried Placing a order from dominos on its app on 14th October 2019 for pickup at Tolichowki store, Hyderabad . Made the payment of ₹212 using paytm. Amount gets deducted but the order failed. Refund didn’t got. Please complete the refund ASAP.

          Hi,
          I have placed an order at domino's india online and paid via paytm on september 25th and until then everything was fine but after a few minutes the store people called me up to tell me that few of my ordered items aren't available and asked if they can provide me with another item in exchange. I have denied their offer and asked them to cancel the order. They said they cancelled it. But it's been nearly 15-20 days and i haven't received any cancellation message which they insisted would come neither received any refund even after number of calls and messages all they have to say is the money will be refunded back within 2 days, 2 days which never came!!
          This is becoming a real stress to take asking and getting behind them to refund my money.
          I need this to be resolved asap so i can do work in peace!

            I had ordered pizza fro zomato o 5th oct from ground floor, 1573, sector1 hsr layout, bangalore which reached to me after 40 minutes clearly not in the expected time. I have tried to contact zomato like 40 times and they told me that dominos deliveries are not managed by them and they cant help me,
            I have tried called dominos number like 30-40 times and no one picks up the call. Its highly frustrating and dis satisfying.

              Good morning
              Yesterday i had placed order through swiggy in domino's pizza at 7.03pm.
              Till now there is no updates from them nor refunded my money.
              When i tried reaching the store they are not responding to the call. Customer service executive tell to wait for 20min but already 16hours done but very least response from the back end team till now.
              If needed i will provide voice recording of last conversation with the executive please help me out to solve the problem.

                Sir/madam i ordered domino's pizzza, crinkle fries n browny fantasy on 5 oct worth 664 order number was 262. Via swiggy... The delivery boy called n said it can t be delivered... Swiggy never refunded... Have feed back mutipld times on domino's app.. If such is the condition will have to take some legal recourse.. It's not about money but trust... N how u handle complaint.. Pathetic...

                  Sir, i have ordered from dominos today at 2:44pm and i had received it at 3:40 pm which is almost an hour and by that time my whole order was got cold... Really upset from dominos service... Was one of a bad experience of dominos... And also you have crossed your 30mins delivery challenge and we didn’t get compensate against it... If i would have rate this i would give dominos 1 star for today’s service.👎🏻

                    I have raised a complaint immediately with customercare

                    And gave complaint number too.

                    Connect to resturant was just pushing refund tomorrow.

                    I want to complaint againt dominoz for food spoilt.

                      I always get same offer from many dominos branches but this time from chembur, near akbarali's.. Dominos people are not offering 199 each. When we are trying to ask for offer they tell ask to go for other offer. I asked 2 different pizzas of 199. They were not offering. But i could able to get same order from dominos web. Pfs.                           I ordered a regular cheese burst pizza and garlic bread sticks. My order number is 198. I stay in 3rd sector hsr layout, bangalore, 560102. I ordered at 9:09pm on swiggy. Now it is 10:40pm. I still haven't received the order. I need a refund. This is so not acceptable when you promise the delivery in 30 minutes. Why make these promises when you can't deliver it? It's such a rip off.

                            I waited for 2 hours tried calling the customer care they took the call, they told me the order will be cancelled, and you will get a refund to the source of payment,
                            The order number 435.
                            The delivery boy called me after 11.35am, and i asked him to cancel the order, he assured me that he will cancel the order, but instead he tagged "order delivered". Domino's sucks.

                                I am very fond of garlic breadsticks of domino's and so i frequently order it.
                                I had ordered 4 garlic breadsticks on july 01, 2019 evening at 18.11.07 (Basically at 6.11 pm). My order was tagged as delivered in the domino's app. I called domino's helpline for the order but it was useless. They just asked me to wait patiently. Later at 8.01 pm, i got a message that your order is out for delivery with vinod baban hirve. Order was delivered around 8.35 pm.
                                Please note - food was delivered after 2 hours of placing the order (It was 30 minutes guaranteed delivery order).
                                When i asked the delivery agent the reason for delay. He said that he got the order at around 8.00 pm. This means that the order was fraudulently tagged as delivered when it was not even assigned to the delivery agent.
                                Further, the garlic breadsticks were soggy, cold and tasteless.
                                After contacting domino's helpline, they raised the complaint in their system (Routine, which is useless). Later, i had to follow-up with them and they were least bothered to help me. They forwarded my calls to the restaurant but nilesh - parel domino's who was rude and didn't respond properly.
                                I followed up for a month at least and all they used to say that i will get the refund within 7 working days to your domino's wallet. I wonder what is their definition of '7 working days'. Nilesh is a very negligent and rude manager. Till date i haven't received any refund from domino's. Nilesh is not taking any calls. Calls are attended by other staff members and they say that manager is busy or has not come.

                                      My order was never delivered to me whereas online it shows delivered. When i tried contacting customer service center, i was just put on hold and nothing was done to resolve the matter.

                                      It’s a shame. I am shocked to the core. We don’t expect such kind of service from dominos india.

                                      And how can they show “order delivered” when actually it never did.

                                      Utterly disappointing and disgraceful experience.
