I have ordered 4 pizza the total was 421 of 4 barbeque chicken so the store provider called me and said that it is not available do another order so i make 4 veg pizza and the total was something around 370 so the have to return me 57 as it was mention on the boll about refund but still 7 days policy of refund passed away but still now i have not get the refund plss solve my issue

    Actually I ordered 5 Onion pizza at 8:33 pm on 11 April through Domino's app but didn't get my order and in the app it was showing the order is delivered when I tried to contact resturant they are not picking my call.

      My order of margharetta medium pizza and garlic bread never got delivered. I ordered on 9th april at around 10 pm from domino's outlet in brigade metropolis, bangalore. Order id: 125. I never received a phone call. Suddenly my app showed that my order has been delivered. I called the restaurant immediately. But they didn't pick up even once. They have stolen rs 417 from me.

          On 22nd Feb I made an order of Rs764.54 at a Dominos centre in Marathahalli -
          Dominos, 71, Mahadevpuramarathalli KR Puram Outer Ring Road Bridge Property No 27 Hobli, near Marathalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037

          I did the payment via Paytm. The amount was deducted but my order was not confirmed.
          So I talked with the manager of the store and he told me that since the order was not confirmed I would get back my money infra days, also he told me to talk with Paytm customer care so that they could help me with it.
          So I made the payment once again for the same order which was confirmed and I received the order.
          I talked with the Paytm customer care and they said that they have talked with Dominos and were told that they have received the payment. So Paytm told me to talk with Dominos customer care.

          Also here are my transaction details -

          I have already raised complaints 4-5 times and all I hear is that we are looking into the matter and they just keep on delaying it. Is it so hard for you people to verify the issue using the transaction ID provided?

            On 29 feb 2020 i ordered from dominos at evening around 7.30, waiting till around 10.30 called customer care too many times, but still never got the pizza, after a while app started showing pizza delivered but i never got anything, not even a call from delivery boy
            It's been 13 days today on 13th march 2020 when i am writing this complaint, and i am still waiting for refund after calling customer care so many times!

              I tried to book an order on 23th February on Dominos and paid online from SBI netbanking.
              Amount 524 debited from my account and order didn't booked.
              On calling them every time they say it will be refunded or they are registering a complain for it. I never got any complain number or any call back from them.
              Got tired of calling them again and again.
              Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              My past 2 orders were late and as per Domino's policy if the delivery is done after 30 minutes the money will be refunded and no such thing was followed by the company.
              I have contacted Domino's customer care they informed me that the money will be refunded but I haven't received my money yet.
              @dominos_india actually placed an order yesterday 3rd April in evening order Rs 981 but thevorder got failed and my money got deducted from my account. And actually I need that refund. Request you to give me the refund confirmation in return on my email id which I have dm you.

                I had ordered pizza online from the dominos pizza website. The total bill amounted to rs. 1211. I had paid the amount online. The transaction was unsuccessful. The amount was debited from my account but my order was not confirmed. I had placed my order on 21 feb 2020. The refund was promised within 3-5 days but i haven't received it yet. The transaction number is 308859. Could you please look into the details and give me a reply.

                I ordered two pizzas for rs.418.00 on mar 6 which got cancelled reasoning out that there was some issue and I got a mail and a text message stating that the refund has been initiated. It's been a week already and I haven't received any status on refund and dominos customer care number does not seem to work.

                  I have order a food today .My Order No is 320 .I have order around 7:35 and This is 9:27 when I am writing complain .
                  Food was delivered Wrong Place . Delivery Boy has accepted his mistake but while I have asked to him to Get me talk to Manager Manger replies He can't talk as there so much Order . This was one of the cheap service I have never seen from such a big Brand.
                  There was a guest at my residence and They have gone after waiting certain time. Food was Money wastage along with 2 hours of waiting.

                  I ordered Pizza, Garlic bread and Mirinda under 30 min guranteed delivery or free. The order was delivered late by 20 min . I raised complaint and i was informed somebody will contact me, but nobody contacted. Kindly refund the money

I got help from domino's customer care executive and he told me that ammount will be refunded but still after couple of banking days not received my amount.                       Ordered some pizza and garlic bread from dominos via their mobile app, order no.290 (Dated 09/03/2020, 9:51pm) invoice number:67200/19/61794. The pizzas were delivered after 30 minutes (Despite of the fact that my residence is mere 5-8 min drive from the restaurant). Once i received the restaurant, i found out that the pizza's and garlic bread are too too dry and the quality is not good. Same message i conveyed to dominos customer care, and they told me that the restaurant team will call back. I received a call after 20 minutes (At 10:45) from the sector-9 dominos branch manager mr. Sunil, who arrogantly tells me that the pizza mania pizza is very cheaply priced, so this is the kind of quality that you can have for this money, and also quoted that the garlic bread also tastes like this only, when i told him that i've been ordering from dominos from the past 10-15 years., he said, might be u haven't ordered enough. Really frustrated by this kind of behaviour from dominos branch manager, i again called customer care and lodged a complaint regarding the same. (Ref. No.[protected] for which i haven't received any resolution yet.
                      It is really frustrating when you cannot have your dinner on time, because of these kind of people, and at the same time lose out on your money too.

                        I tried to order 3 pizzas after coming to the final payment page i got redirect to my upi app and i did my payment but and the transaction was also successful but after going back to dominos website there was no response no order confirmation and know i didn't have got any refund or any order i tried to call domino's customer care but call won't connect.

                          I ordered a pizza at 2.31 am from and i received the pizza at 3.17 and i asked for late discount but the restaurant manager thilak poojary was very rude and he is not not even ready to give the order the pizza was chill and not hot at all. I waited for more than 46 minutes and really got frustrated. I want domino's to fire thilak from his job immediately if not this concern will be posted in all social media.

                              On 22-feb-2020, i have order online pizza and made payment via netbanking mode. At first time, my account was debited but no order was placed at vashi (Sector-17) franchisee of dominos.
                              When enquired with vashi (Sector-17) franchisee, they said simply that, they have not received any order.
                              Hence, i went back again and paid via netbanking mode again and then the order was placed.
                              After checking my account, i found that i have made payment twice for one order.
                              Till date there is no feedback / no refund is received.
                              Please look into it and provide me with refund.

                                Worst experience ever, its been 1hour and 24 mins i haven't received my order plus no one is answering my call not in outlet and even in company’s mentioned common number they hav put my call on hold. This has happened 2nd time, i am going to share this worst experience with all my contacts that their competitive are better than them. Worst experience.

                                  I have visited dominos on 25th december, 2019, calungate branch in goa and gave my order but they added wrong item and then cancelled my order but my payment was deducted

                                  They assured me that i will get the refund in 15 days but even after 2 months i haven't received it.

                                  I called customer support multiple times and they connected me to restraunt, but restraunt person says that refund is initiated already.
                                  When i told him that i dont get any refund then he told me that he will raise a concern regarding this.

                                  But i haven't got any response from them and my refund is still not given to me

                                        While ordering online pizza, first I paid via netbanking and account got debited but order was not placed. Hence, I had to pay again after which order for pizza was placed. But Dominos Store people, when called up did not confirm me for REFUND.
