Hi there,

I'm srinivas, i have ordered pizza on night of 27 may'19 (My 1st order in dominos).

Order details : order number :191, veerannapalya, bangalore.

It deep night and restaurants stopped accepting order after knowing that delivery status to your team. I called the call center multiple times but no connect to the deliver execute and they have no update on the status of my order. Pizza delivered after 2hrs with out any apology.

Call center suggested that i will get free pizza as i order was delivered late and i called the customer care more 4times for the credit.

I have no update from your team. Is it fair business practice to cheat people with false promises?

It was frustrating night with hunger and i'm speechless with the treatment of big branded food chain.

Do needful or i will sue you guys for this illicit business promises.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I places an order with Dominoes on their website which amounted to rs 680. the amount got deducted but the order didnt get placed. i reordered and the order got places. my initial payment of 680 is yet not refund to me

    On 4th july i had ordered food worth 772 rs from the dominos website using my laptop. I paid from my google pay account. However the merchant site crashed and while the money was deducted the order was never placed. It has been 17 normal days and more than ten working days and the refund still hasn't been done. Everytime i call the helpline they keep "apologising" for the inconvenience but don't do anything. I want my refund! This is ridiculous

      Today 20th july 2019, i had placed domino's pizza order through swiggy. Even after 2 hours my order was not delivered. Domino's updated the order as delivered without delivering the food. The same is reflected in swiggy also.
      Since in both domino's and swiggy the order is updated with the status as delivered, my money is also not refunded.
      Also, inspite of continuous communication with the domino's delivery person, they are stating that my phone was not reachable.

        Today 20/07/19, ordered pizza with bill number 145 at 19:29. Order was given with 30 mins guarantee. But with in 29 mins, it was updated in portal that it is delivered without delivering pizzas. Up on delivery it is asked to delivery boy and he was dictating new rules. He was stating that i will be blocked in dominos to provide services though his manager is online in phone. This is 3rd time it is happening

        I placed an order for 917 rs and paid through google pay . Amount got deducted from google pay but order not placed with restaurant . Later i had to place an order with cash on delivery .This is so frustrating to see an online order being failed like this . Didn't expect this from the website of dominos

        Dominoes kharadi pune location i have ordered a pizza and sides order no 480 on 21 jul .As promised they could not deliver pizza in 30 min.I called customer care and others they were arguing that they have deliver pizza . please see attached screenshot they have not even dispatch pizza not refunding as 30 min policy.

          I had placed my order on july 4th it was delivered late. The executive told me i will get my refund in 7 working days. I had follow up after 7 days. They said 7 more days. I again called them on 20 th july. Now they are just started transferring my call to each other. Then i even called the store they are not answering my call and once executive had picked my call but he says he has poor signal.
          Don't fool customers u work in hospitality industry. You can trace each n every call and mail. Even feedback is also un answered.
          Show your professionalism guys.

            I have pizza from Dominos through Swiggy app on 26 April 2019. The order was cancelled and neither Swiggy nor Dominos people called to inform the same. Later some time when I called Swiggy, they informed me that order had been cancelled because of few technical issues and the amount would be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. Inspite of multiple follow ups my refund amount is not yet credited from Dominos till date (20July 2019). These people do not even respond properly when we ask about the refund. Swiggy never takes the calls for this issue and straight away refuses for any action and Dominos do not provide the refund. People like us are juggled between these two brands to get back our hard earned money.

              I ordered two pizzas from dominoes on 19th july and paid through paytm. The money was deducted from my account though the order wasn’t placed and then the dominoes app gave me an error message. I called dominoes customer care and they said that they can’t do anything about the same... I need my money back as soon as possible

                  This is to inform you that, i written that mail to you because some things happened against the company policy and human rights activities here is in solapur. There is no any personal revenge but right now its not forgivable. From last 2 years a lots of integrity happened in restaurant with help of our gdm (Mr. Ranjeet gurram) permissions and he is totally involved in following all issues. He operating restaurant in his way like he is not part of the team, he is king of the team due to this lots of employees did not get there benefits like leaves, promotions etc. I would like to request you that do strictly investigation of following issues. There is all team involved including with down line managers in integrity but they all are pressurized by gdm for do that activities and they doing those things for saves there jobs if anyone trying to act against him, he or she will not get there benefits as one normal employee deserve. Even i heart and think to leave our organization because of one person mr ranjeet gurram. I working with domino’s from last 7 years with different - different bosses. But they made me prefect person and manager. And they teach me be the part of team and run the restaurant with own effort with following sop’s. I had never ever seen this kind of highly motivated integrity. Due to this some employees not worried about there promotions and focusing on integrity because its way of easy money earning. So i am going to do share some details with name which help you in investigation. Please take strict action against him as he totally corrupted person and he did abuse of power.

                  1) humen rights issue =as on last year 15 august 2018 some employees not attended flag hosting ceremony including with me as we are working in third city and did closing shift the day before due to we are not able to attended that at early morning. So he did whats app massage as shame on you and hide the biometric machine that we can’t do punch in or punch out. You can check i manage data of same date you will found ar raised for too many employees. I cant understand how can he dare to do this on such independence day.

                  2) irtc order, late order, dine in orders cancelation issues = from december 2017 irtc order ratio was on higher side. So every sateyday, sunday at the time we had received 7+ order's form railway junction and some time delivery boy miss the train and guest missed there pizzas. But every time we have to take approval from ranjeet sir to cancele that order and he not providing approval to us and suuggest us keep iou in hand amount (10000) don’t show iou online and recover that amount from counter with help of gsr amir and pooja salunke, amir selling pizzas without punching bill mostly selling pizza menias and that all happening in maximum in evening shift and some time cash in hand iou goes up to 8000 rs that time ranjeet doing same in days time as well. Mostlly amir is involved in those activity. Some of the guests who tried main core pizzas they demands for bill. So check regular dough ball variance which not updated in wastage book. Check data for hole year from june 2018 and same things i confirm with previous managers who worked before me so kindly check once again imanage data for two years for down line managers who worked with dominos solapur because they also involved in this due to ranjeet pressure. And same things happened with tsg and late discount. Discounts not given and recovered amount from counter. One time i ignore ranjeet instructions to do that activities. He takes that revenge on me while my father was in icu and he not provided me leaves in those days which are very crusial in my life. Few days ago ranjeet have got accident and see how many leaves he taken. Gsr amir is such good person but he distract from his path. He worked from last 4 years but not focusing on his promotional growth as get opportunity on daily basis to bring easy money. Same things knows currant down-line managers as well (Sunil bhise and ruturaj chavan) but they also scared from power of gdm.

                  3) integritty in expence vouchers = as per my working ranjeet earn minimum 6 to 10 thousand rupees in expense vouchers that also knows to down-line managers.in my presence he got valid approval from bosses and maintenance team as well. As our sop if we have to spent more than 5000 rs on maintenance we have take approval on mail. But he had done shutter repairing work in 5000 to 7000 rs and claimed more than 13000 rs and he bring every time easy money in expense vouchers, if you provided solapur restaurant to genuine gdm under your inspection for one month only. You will defenately found expense integrity issue in water bill. Because solapur restaurant using mineral water for guest in dine in and vendor charged 30 to 35 rs for each 20 liters bottle. So as per consumption monthly bill bring up to 3500 to 4000 thousand but he claimed 6000+ rs in every single month. As he take blank bill from vendor and amount filed as he want, that happened in front of me. If you will do proper instigation you will get true evidence. Because none of team member to ready do my favour. As they all are worried for there jobs. So my request is that only kindly forgive all team members and down line managers as they are involved in this matter by only ranjeet sir pressure.

                  4) breing the alcohole from restaurant cash and keep iou in hand= as i had seen in every week or after two week he bring alcohol for him and some team members for keep them happy but he takes money from restaurant and said will clear the iou in the morning. But he did not cleared iou from his pocket he always merged that amount with irtc, late, tsg iou amount and get benefits for himself. Some time in front of me. He takes his personal friends inside the store at upper area for drinking alcohol as camera visual limited in upper area. As well as he same thing doing while he takes money form cash in hand for his personal use and said same thing i will clear that iou tomorrow. I had never remember that he cleared that iou from his pocket. You can think integrity level of that person how he ruled the restaurant. Still irtc order and expense claims and alcohol parties issues going on kindly do some thing innovative for stop such activities. And take necessary actions against him. But i could be possible then only when if investigation will be strict. Otherwise there will be strong chance of hide and seek. Truth is truth and there is minimum support as per experience but trust me that all things are happened and i had seen if any problem you can call me on [protected] on this no.

                  5) they are successful in such an integrity issues from last two years as there limited access to camera and they kept in mind very well. You can check at the counter there one manager pc hide before the store re-newation and printer not kept too visible.

                  My be following are the names of team members and managers who can help you in instigation. As all things happen in front of following peoples.

                  11) ruturaj chavan (Sam) present. [protected]

                  Sir kindly do call one on one as nobody dare to share any information in front you, as everyone scare of it as anyone can same share with ranjeet. You will defy-neatly found clew against him because above all incidence happened in restaurant. I don’t have proof on document. But if investigation team will do strong investigation then only you will get evidence. And once you get one proof then you will get ample evidence and how he did abuse of power. Kindly do proper investigation if want any help call me or text me on [protected]@gmail.com. I will respond you but do not remove this complaint from this dashboard till the resolution get to me. See i am the part of the team and i can see what investigation going on. I want justice on same other wise its clearly shows do such issues and bring money is safest way do to job in domino s.

                  Same information pass trough the hard copy to regional office to mr. Naveen kapoor (Gm), and corporate office to mr. Pratik pota (Ceo) as well.

                  He is so smart and last HR visit nobody sheared any information as his close watch on everyone .he taken follow with everyone.as i know everyone knows the truth but they scared to Ranjeet and not disclose the any information.but lets try as i said you call there previous managers me be someone share something.hope do the needful

                    I ordered pizza from dominos today 17 july 2019 through dominos application worth rs 331 and chod cash on delivery order. I received a delivery status on application however pizza came 10 minutes later than the status. This has also happened last time as well that the order got delivered late however showed delivered earlier. My contact number is [protected] and i get delivery from sector 47d chandigarh franchisee. I am a resident of chandigarh sector 49a. Can you guys take an action against as customer is misguided for the delivery. My order is not in my hand and is showing delivered why? Upon which the delivery boy said it happened at the gate by mistake. How a mistake an occur twice. Who will be responsible for my pizza if you guys are mentioning it as delivered at the society gate. When my pizza for which i have paid is not in my hands how can you show it as delivered? I contacted your customer care and harish talked he refused to transfer call to senior and said no one is available i’ll arrange a call back. Why a senior is not available? At call centre

                      The service we have order was shown as applicable for the refund if the Pizza was delivered later than 30 minutes and it was delayed by 15 minutes apart from estimated 30 minutes. The company accepted the claim and registered a concern initially, but now they are denying the refund saying they have changed the policy etc etc. Domino's ticket number 10092729.

                        I had placed an online order for pickup at dominos pizza. When i went to the restaurant to collect the order they charged me 11 rs. For carry bag which is not fair as on the carry bag, they have written dominos pizza in blue which is clear advertisement/publicity of their brand thus they are not entitled to charge any amount for the carry bag. I had to pay 11 rs.in compulsion. I wan them to provide the carry bag for free.

                          As I have ordered a dominos pizza double cheese burst pizza.When I was eating a pizza there was a 3-4 hair in pizza so It was disgusting.I felt first time in my life this kind of hair pizza then customer care also not responding of rmall mulund west. This types of employment why dominos are letting them to work.Be alert dominos if such things prevent again and again the dominos will be close this kind of things you done your taking money then also not thinking on quality of the product and hpw tp use a hairfall cap

                            Today I ordered pizza, Pepsi & water at gorakhpur zone on Train delivery. My order no.341 normally confirmed. And I am waiting my order at my destination with hungry stomach. Suddenly 9:45 pm some.
                            Order was directly cancelled. It is so disgusting and unfair experience first time with dominos.

                            Hi, I ordered a pizza online on 30th June, 2019 by the name of Arushee at Tilak Nagar and payed Rs304.50 through Paytm and received the order after 2 hours. I havent recieved my refund as of now. My order no was 547.

Payment deducted from my account but order failed and i got a msg from dominoes that ur amt will be refunded in 7 days... I received a mail on 5 th august that ur amt has been refunded but i havent received any amount... I need a revert on the same...

                              I have odered pizzas through dominis official app firstly they prepared and later they cancelled my order and saying that it is address was out of delivery but i paid the money through paytm. But when i ask them they told it will be refunded but I didn’t recieved any message regarding refund
                              Today we have ordered nine pizza on 2.7.19 at punjabi bagh branch but the quality is very bad. This is not first time but now I am ready to give. Complaint about preparation of pizza. Please take care otherwise u will loose your precious customer. Wait for your reply.
                              Your carry bag is so expensive if a person buy a pizza worth rupees 70 so they have to pay 22.84 for carry bag this is disgusting being a salesman

You can check i manage data of same date you will found ar raised for too many employees. I cant understand how can he dare to do this on such independence day.

                                2) irtc order, late order, dine in orders cancelation issues = from december 2017 irtc order ratio was on higher side. So every sateyday, sunday at the time we had received 7+ order's form railway junction and some time delivery boy miss the train and guest missed there pizzas. But every time we have to take approval from ranjeet sir to cancele that order and he not providing approval to us and suuggest us keep iou in hand amount (10000) don’t show iou online and recover that amount from counter with help of gsr amir and pooja salunke, amir selling pizzas without punching bill mostly selling pizza menias and that all happening in maximum in evening shift and some time cash in hand iou goes up to 8000 rs that time ranjeet doing same in days time as well. Mostlly amir is involved in those activity. Some of the guests who tried main core pizzas they demands for bill. So check regular dough ball variance which not updated in wastage book. Check data for hole year from june 2018 and same things i confirm with previous managers who worked before me so kindly check once again imanage data for two years for down line managers who worked with dominos solapur because they also involved in this due to ranjeet pressure. And same things happened with tsg and late discount. Discounts not given and recovered amount from counter. One time i ignore ranjeet instructions to do that activities. He takes that revenge on me while my father was in icu and he not provided me leaves in those days which are very crusial in my life. Few days ago ranjeet have got accident and see how many leaves he taken. Gsr amir is such good person but he distract from his path. He worked from last 4 years but not focusing on his promotional growth as get opportunity on daily basis to bring easy money. Same things knows currant down-line managers as well (Sunil bhise and ruturaj chavan) but they also scared from power of gdm.

                                3) integritty in expence vouchers = as per my working ranjeet earn minimum 6 to 10 thousand rupees in expense vouchers that also knows to down-line managers.in my presence he got valid approval from bosses and maintenance team as well. As our sop if we have to spent more than 5000 rs on maintenance we have take approval on mail. But he had done shutter repairing work in 5000 to 7000 rs and claimed more than 13000 rs and he bring every time easy money in expense vouchers, if you provided solapur restaurant to genuine gdm under your inspection for one month only. You will defenately found expense integrity issue in water bill. Because solapur restaurant using mineral water for guest in dine in and vendor charged 30 to 35 rs for each 20 liters bottle. So as per consumption monthly bill bring up to 3500 to 4000 thousand but he claimed 6000+ rs in every single month. As he take blank bill from vendor and amount filed as he want that happened in front of me. If you will do proper instigation you will get true evidence. Because none of team member to ready do my favour. As they all are worried for there jobs. So my request is that only kindly forgive all team members and down line managers as they are involved in this matter by only ranjeet sir pressure.

                                4) breing the alcohole from restaurant cash and keep iou in hand= as i had seen in every week or after two week he bring alcohol for him and some team members for keep them happy but he takes money from restaurant and said will clear the iou in the morning. But he did not cleared iou from his pocket he always merged that amount with irtc, late, tsg iou amount and get benefits for himself. Some time in front of me. He takes his personal friends inside the store at upper area for drinking alcohol as camera visual limited in upper area. As well as he same thing doing while he takes money form cash in hand for his personal use and said same thing i will clear that iou tomorrow. I had never remember that he cleared that iou from his pocket. You can think integrity level of that person how he ruled the restaurant. Still irtc order and expense claims and alcohol parties issues going on kindly do some thing innovative for stop such activities. And take necessary actions against him. But i could be possible then only when if investigation will be strict. Otherwise there will be strong chance of hide and seek. Truth is truth and there is minimum support as per experience but trust me that all things are happened and i had seen if any problem you can call me on [protected] on this no.

                                5) they are successful in such an integrity issues from last two years as there limited access to camera and they kept in mind very well. You can check at the counter there one manager pc hide before the store re-newation and printer not kept too visible.

                                  Sorry to say but support from you guys is pathetic.
                                  I order pizza on 18 th june from mobile site as I didn't received the pizza within the stipulated time I called at your customer care number and informed the same.
                                  Post which the person from your team said once you recieve the order can call us back and we will intiate the refund.
                                  Today is 7th July and from past 18 days I am getting a reference number only. People from your side is picking the call and saying escalated the ticket and someone will call back shortly.
                                  I have recorded the conversation as well for the fake promises you guys are doing with your customer.

                                  Please check ASAP infact call me at the [protected].
                                  Otherwise I will lodge a complain for fraud and mental harassment against dominos india.

                                    The prp domino’s in louisville, ky quoted a 25-35 minute wait, instead i waited almost an hour and 45-55 minutes. Yes, i realize that they are low on staff right now but, they could have quoted a longer wait time and not have my food disgustingly semi-cold. I do not appreciate having my food not fresh. It was out of the over by 10:45pm july 4, 2019. It is unacceptable.

                                      Order no.242 amounting rs.1386 made at 21.08.00 hrs. And the amount was paid via netbanking. After 1.5 hours we still get to see the status that it is being “being baked” and then when we called the customer care, we got a very bad response from them. They were telling that we have to still wait for order even after 1.5 hours and if we want to cancel the order we are not allowed to do that.. Even we are not sure whether we will receive the order or not but still we have to wait for 24hours for refund of money after deduction of 300rupees. Why they will deduct the money it is their fault!!?? Or its our fault that we paid the order before..?? They also told us that as it was a bulk order, so its getting late, but let me ask, in that case we should give only small amount orders or we should stop ordering from dominos!!

                                        Sir I have ordered a pizza from the contact no [protected] And it had delivered 30 min after so I called to the Domino's for the refund but still the refund has been not credited till now this is the 2nd time it happened with me I have paid the money through paytm. Please look into this matter as soon as possible it was your responsibility to deliver the food on time
