I ordered a pizza and cancelled as I mistakenly ordered it as self pick instead of delivery.

I received an email that my deducted money will be refunded very soon. Still I haven't received my money yet.

I ordered the pizza on 28 May and it's been one month I haven't received my money. I have also tried to contact their customer service but no body is receiving the phone calls.
I expect my issue gets...

My order no 272 ordered on 12th June got delivered after an hour in cold stage.lodged a complaint and customer care assured us 5 times that points will be credited due to late delivery. I live in Australia. I ordered a fathers day dinner for my dad in India (Rohtak) . The order was scheduled to deliver at 9:15. My dad waited till 10pm but no one showed up. Yesterday night (16 June 2019) we ordered online pizza, burger pizza, taco, parcel, Pepsi.
But when we received orders we didn't get the parcel and Cold Drink after talking to the store we didn't get it again.
On the call, Store Manager felt apologies many times but we didn't receive pending order.

Worst service ever I have ordered the pizza at 8:30 PM waited till 11 PM call Customer care no help found from their side my ticket no 977-8238 after that called the Restaurant they misbehaved with us I have the call recording also.

Ordered pizza on 22 May. Pizza delivered after more than 45 min. Delivery guy contacted restaurant and told that 300 rupees will be credited back, which never credited. Customer care is redirecting the call to restaurant and restaurant is redirecting to manager and manager never picks up the call and call is getting disconnected automatically. Pizza was ordered from kalyani Nagar (pune) outlet....

It's sad I ordered on 5 June 2019 and got late delivery of pizza, delivery boy said I will automatically get refund as he will notify further. I went to store also but manager did not give a proper response. I feel cheated by brand like dominoes, who doesn't fulfill their promise of 30 Mon delivery of 300 rs refund.
It's pathetic I am frm Vadodara....

My order was delivered late yet the manager is not agreeing to give a free order. According to the policy he is supposed to give a free order.
Please take strict action against him.
Manager name is Dinesh and he was very unprofessional on the phone.

I ordered pizza on 13th June from Domino's Ranchi which was to be delivered on 14th June (order no 1), that never reached us then we ordered the same pizza on 14th June (order no 160) which was paid online, it took an hour and later showed that the order is delivered, I've neither received the first order not the second one, this is rubbish, the worst service I've ever received. I don't want your pizza just return my money back....

I have orderd two garlic bread from Domino's.at 19 may 2019 Domino's gave the offer buy 1 rupee tomato ketchup and get garlic bread free so I have ordered the garlic bread.but next day Domino's denied for this offers and said that product is out of stock.domino gave no.refund about this when I try to connect to Domino's costumers care no.they reply our expert team call you shortly but they did not called please solve my issue as soon as possible....

Even I submitted my resignation letter with dress and name batch, it happened more then 45 days, no one response by on query they have told me, "you have not submitted your dress and resignation letter first submit and your salary will come". I will mention manager name in resignation letter for the reason of resignation....

Today, 9th june, 2019, i was illegally charged for a paper carry bag at a domino's outlet. I explained that it was not legal to charge a customer for such bags, especially as they advertised the company name. But they were adamant and forced me to pay.

This caused me monetary loss as well as mental stress and humiliation in front of other customers.
