I ordered a pizza from dominos through zomato at 2:50pm, paid for it already and then after few minutes got a call from dominos that my pizza will be 45 mins late due to traffic to which i agreed but that was not anywhere mentioned anywhere while placing the order, the pizza arrived after 2 hours at 5:00pm, was tired of calling them and everytime a different person picked up and gave some unbelievable response, they also sent me a bill on my phone with wrong details of food and payment and created a fault in placing my delivery, but didn't accept their fault and only kept lying to me about traffic. They gave reason of traffic but in real my pizza was not even out for delivery due to their fault. I complained to zomato to which they just kept saying that dominos delivery is not under their management its just a delivery platform for them and this is how zomato reacted to my complain plus not even gave me the refund after asking, the food was 2 hours late, i skipped my lunch, what do they expect? Couldn't zomato cancel the order?? It was totally their fault but they chose to respond like this to it, also the dominos employees after frequently getting my calls got angry and speaking in a bad manner with banging my phone
