Tried to call the store and there aren't picking up the call. Called Domino's customer care center thrice and updated back me that they will call me but nothing happened so far.

It's really disgusting that the Domino's store representative is behaving always like this. Please make sure of such response as this will lead to losing customer trust.

    I have ordered Dominos Pizza online from the CV Raman Nagar store 22nd May as an advance order (prepaid with paytm) with delivery time at 9.30 PM. After making around 8 calls to the customer care, they kept promising that order is on the way. At 11 PM, when I called customer care, he informed that it looks like that the order has been cancelled and I will get the refund. At 11.15, delivery boy called asking about the address and finally order was not delivered. Post that I called customer care on next day to ask for the refund. Every time they mentioned that I will get a call back which never happened. Also, there was no clarity to the customer support as few of them told refund will be done only to dominos wallet few mentioned that it will be done to paytm. Finally store manager called me and apolozied for the issue and offered free food next day which I refused and he mentioned that in 7 - 10 days it will be refunded. On 29th Again when I called to store manager, he mentioned that the amount will be refunded on 3rd. Today on 4th when I called customer care and to the store manager they are saying it will be done by tomorrow. Store manager is asking me what is my paytm number and if I need money then he can transfer it from his personal account, which I refused as my source payment instrument should be captured in the dominos system and they should refund it to my original payment instrument. Till the time of writting this, I don't have clarity around when I will get the refund and how can these guys run a company like this with so many broken processes.

    In regards to this matter. here are the key issues 1) They failed with 30 minute delivery promise or free food as they neither delivered the food nor refunded the amount. 2) The order status on app is not showing the correct status and customer has to call to customer care to check the status 3) Even customer care doesn't have any data to confirm on the order status and they have to call the store to check the status 4) Their website nowhere mentions the TAT/ SLA for refund. 5) There is not refund tracking online, everytime a call has to be made to the customer care wherein customer support associate just do a normal calculation of days from the order date and mentions that it will be done by that date.

    Considering this scenario, Dominos looks like completely looting the public with no policy in place, no centralized complaint tracking, no ownership. With the time I have spent chasing Dominos folks to get the refund of 538 and the inconvenience caused to me, I demand additional compensation and strict action should be taken agains the company for harrassing the customer.

      I've ordered everyday value offer medium pizza on 19th may2019 it was conformed with 30 min delivery or free... I've made payment online. N they were failed to deliver it within. 30min... Where at 31 min it was still in cooking stage i request for cash back it's been 15 days now still not got refund.. Calling for the same issue they are asking mi with whom u have word with regarding this i've called 10 times

          I placed order through dominoes website sum amount equals to 259, the money was deducted but when we checked our order it was not showing and then we called on dominos and they told us it will be refunded within 7 working days but it is still nt refunded.

          Please check it and i need my refund.

            I ordered a medium pizza last week. There was no toppings on half of the pizza other than the sauce and when I called the store for the same they did not entertain my issue. I even gave a feedback call to dominos and since one week I am being told that I will receive a call in 30 mins but never received any call from them.
            Ordering pizza from dominos is a simple waste of money where there is no quality in what is being delivered and even the services. There staff is rude and have 0 customer centricity. Even when I escalated the issue to Dominos guest care team, there responses were abrupt and useless too. They are just fooling people.

            My money transaction has been made but the order was not placed. So I ordered again and paid in cod but I didn't get my refund for the transaction that happened. complaint I'd is 9498346 I just want my complaint taken serious and I need refund for my transaction happened for dominos...
            I ordered chicken pizza combo and one chocolava cake and the price was 386 rs
            I made payment through ICICI net banking and amount got deducted but order is not placed.

              I ordered from online Domino's on 2nd may, 18- 2 pizzas worth 455/- from online Domino's order. The order never arrived and I received the delivery message. On complaining the same, the customer care executive said the refund has been initiated and the amount will be processed with 7-10 days. But now even after a month there's no updates from Domino's. Continuous follow up with customer care also didn't help in any way. They are just avoiding the matter. Kindly check this Matter

                As per your refund policy i was eligible for a refund of rs. 300. But, have not received till date. It has been over a week for my refund to arrive in my wallet. Even the order delivered was cold and rubber like. I have registered complain regarding the same but have not received proper response from your side.                   I had placed an order with domino's around 9p. M. It was late almost by 1.5 hours when i called the delivery boy named sanjeev;he was so rude!!! He told me that right now i am in hatibagan you have to wait for your delivery i called you bla bla but in reality that guy did not called even once infact i called him thrice to enquire about the order.
                  Didn't expected this type of behaviour from domino's. Now i am literally in doubt to place order with domino's. Pathetic.

                    I had placed an order on dominos at 11:40 pm on 1-june 19. But the order was not delivered till 1:15 am. I was called customer care & every time they replied the order on the way & please wait for 10 mnt, this happened 4-5 times in call on this order. They did not confirm for the actual delivery time & not even cancel the order.

                    Is this type of service you are giving to customers. Persone is waiting for the food till midnight & you guys are not giving an actual update.

                      I had placed order but it failed due to snag, however the amount was debited from my account as i had placed order using net banking on 19th may 2019. I contacted customer support they said it will be reverted after 7 working days. Still not got any refund.. Kindly look into

                        I am bharatesh i made an order to belgaum neharu nagar branch throught zomato order id [protected] on 30/05/2019 at 9.23 pm of amount rupees 608 only but the executive called me and said that one of the item is not available so i told to cancell it two times but they did not obey consumer direction and they sent me that order have been sent but i did not recieve the order nor the money and executive was rude, so i would like to look into query

                          Yesterday i orderd pizza from jalgaon dominoz branch, and went to pickup from store itself.. When i asked them to put it in carry bag, they said "carry bag is chargable for 13/- rs". And forcefully i had to pay the charges. How can customer take hot pizza in hand. Dominoz should provide it free of cost as per rule.

                          My lawyer frnd told me to take this unethical malpractice to consumer court.
                          & we r planning to do it so..

                            I placed an order on 17th may but since my place was not within their area of delivery they canceled my order without informing me and after an hour or so told me that they'll credit money back to my account. Received a message on 23rd of may telling me that the money will be credited within 3-5 business days but its already been 2 days since then. How much longer do i have to wait?

                              I had ordered veggie paradise and farmhouse pizza which were regular in size.
                              They took to long to prepare it. It was approximately 50 minutes while i was sitting in the dominos.
                              The were not answering my questions properly. I was in dominos nikol, near gangotri circle, ahmedabad.
                              I thought that dominos is giving 99.99% satisfaction but it is totally wrong.
                              Both the pizzas were not properly baked.
                              I am expecting my refund.

                                I had placed an order for rs. 1500 on 29th may 2019. I paid using net banking from my mobile phone and the amount was deducted from my account, but the order was not placed. I placed another order for the same amount, that went through successfully.                                   I am asiya nisa i order pizza and my money deducted two times but i did nt get confarmation i paid two times 302rp and again 302rp u people are cheating with us taking our money and not refunding as well as not completing order also plz refund my money my total money is deducted 604 give it back to me and next time i will not order from domino's they take a lot time to.                                       I tried to place online pizza order worth rs. 418 in dominos, ground floor, rosedale plaza, opposite uem, action area iii, newtown, kolkata, west bengal 700160 on 19th may 2019. I tried ordering with airtel wallet but the order failed and the amount got deducted from airtel wallet account (You have made a payment to dominos of rs.418.00 from wallet [protected] avl bal rs.0.00. Tnx id [protected]). It is been more than 7 days now and i have not received my cash credited back in airtel wallet account (Rs.418.00). Alrhough i have tried connecting to customer care they are doing nothing about it aside than lying it will be done soon. Request you to consider this matter seriously and update me asap. Thank you.
