I've tried to place an order for inr 728 on 22 may 2019. The money got deducted from the account but the app said something went wrong, try again. The order didn't get placed. The screen reverted back to payment section. Will there be a refund? Ref# igageqywd2. I have seen that others have got it but i haven't received any message from domino's that the money will be refunded yet....

I ordered from dominos app on 21st may 2019 amounting 1067.
On 22nd may 2019 also, at approximately 12:05 pm i made an order in dominos through app amounting rs 1148. I ordered
1 regular cheese burst indi tandoori paneer
One aussie barbecue fresh pan pizza regular in size
2 choco lava
1 garlic breadsticks
1 taco mexicana veg.
As per my bank statement money has been deducted, also while paying...

I tried to place an online order on 21may 2019 after choosing the menu, i paid the amount 549 via netbanking. Money was deducted and after waiting for long time i did not receive any order confirmation from dominoz.

Hi.. I placed an order on 16 may 2019 with dominos rishikesh from my mobile app... After i went to the payment section the payment was successful after i put the otp but then i got a pop up saying ur order could not be placed.. Please try again later.. But my money got deducted from my account.
I even called their customer care that day they made sure that the amount will be returned back to me as soon as possible but till now i haven't...

Ordered pizza on[protected] worth 1025/-. The order came after one and half hour which was sent back as the pizza was totally smashes between the box and was not eatable. My order no was 306. Since 14 days they are not refunding my money. Every time i call the customer care they are just giving me will refund in 2 days. But no refund is initiated from their end. Please help...

Inspite of complaining multiple time no refund as per company policy on late delivery. The pizza was delivered after 50mins. The executive registered complain but amount is not credited even after 7 days now it has been almost a month. Below is the concern ref number of complaints.

I ordered a pizza, stuffed garlic bread and sprite online. The website was taking a lot of time in processing the order. I got to the payment page and entered all the details and the amount (rs311) got deducted from my bank account. But then instead of getting redirected to the order confirmed/successful page, I got redirected to making the payment page again!! I placed a order my bill amount was rs.498 then they cancelled my order online in dominos ap as some error but money was deducted after it said can't make order. I paid rs.498 from my sbi online banking the amount which i paid is haven’t credited back after the cancellation of my order yesterday around 9 to 10pm... Kindly refund it when i will be getting my money back...??...

I placed an order on 30 april at 9:30 which was supposed to be delivered by 10 as per their policy but was delivered at 11. The delivery boy gave the order to the security and ran away without calling me or informing me that the order has arrived.
I have called them 15 times and mailed them but i have not recieved any positive response. They only give false promises...

I have raised more than 6 concerns with domino's customer care and domino's restaurant from which i ordered pizza on 5th of may. No refund is initiated yet. Everytime i call the customer service raise a concern and no response is what i get. This is serious and i am being harrased by the company. I also informed the restaurant that the pizza is late before the pizza arrived. My order yas 45 minutes late and i informed the delivery boy too....

Do you want all o[censored]s to file a case in consumer court ? How can u take money and never return it. Who is the owner of Dominos, how can he just serve food and never expect to return our money back? I ordered pizza on 23rd april, you never delivered but took money twice from my account. When I emailed them they everytime say 24hrs ETA but do nothing....

My order was from 3rd May. Complaint id: 9331051. I am unable to get my money back and now it has been almost 10 days I’ve been coordinating with CS. They say they are unaware, they will check, manager has gone out. Even today when i called the CS, Sameer said i am the manager and he will revert back.
