I tried to place online pizza order worth rs. 418 in dominos, ground floor, rosedale plaza, opposite uem, action area iii, newtown, kolkata, west bengal 700160 on 19th may 2019. I tried ordering with airtel wallet but the order failed and the amount got deducted from airtel wallet account (You have made a payment to dominos of rs.418.00 from wallet [protected] avl bal rs.0.00. Tnx id [protected]). It is been more than 7 days now and i have not received my cash credited back in airtel wallet account (Rs.418.00). Alrhough i have tried connecting to customer care they are doing nothing about it aside than lying it will be done soon. Request you to consider this matter seriously and update me asap. Thank you.
