I ordered my pizza on zomato app around 1am and even after prepayment not received the parcel for 2 hours. Zomato says we don't look into delivery matter with dominos. And have been trying the outlet number and helpline number for more than n hour but no response. Seriously not fair. We have to stay hungry just because of this stupid behaviour of dominos

We've been trying to place our orders for the last three days in Madhapur, Hyderabad but your store's are offline. Please rectify so we can continue being happy customers.
I've tried calling all 3 stores around me but none of them have received my calls.
Can this be taken a look at so customers like us are not left in a limbo.
I have made order online on 18-Jun-2019 and money deduced but order not delivered and also money not refunded. No response from the store as well.
Ref#IGAGJRVNP3. Please help to get my refund money.

    Okay, so i ordered the pizza but delivery boy calls me to say that my location is out of there reach so he is canceling my order, for which i have already paid. Also later customer care guy told that refund has been processed but he cannot provide any bills, i will get refund within 5-7 days. Now when i called them they are saying it has been refunded that too in my paytm. Neither do i use paytm nor i have paid through paytm that day. Kindly look into the issue

      Hi! I ordered a pizza from mobile app... Payment deducted from my account but order failed and i didnt get a msg from dominoz regarding the order or payment deduction (Just recieved message and mail from the respective payment mode app). How m gonna receive my money back and when? I need a revert on the same...
      Expecting some serious action over my complaint.

      I placed an order amounting to 303 through dominos app. The money got deducted from the mobile wallet but the order was never placed. Payment was done through free upi. On calling the serving store, they told me that the order is not received and they cannot help.

          I ordered a pizza from dominos through zomato at 2:50pm, paid for it already and then after few minutes got a call from dominos that my pizza will be 45 mins late due to traffic to which i agreed but that was not anywhere mentioned anywhere while placing the order, the pizza arrived after 2 hours at 5:00pm, was tired of calling them and everytime a different person picked up and gave some unbelievable response, they also sent me a bill on my phone with wrong details of food and payment and created a fault in placing my delivery, but didn't accept their fault and only kept lying to me about traffic. They gave reason of traffic but in real my pizza was not even out for delivery due to their fault. I complained to zomato to which they just kept saying that dominos delivery is not under their management its just a delivery platform for them and this is how zomato reacted to my complain plus not even gave me the refund after asking, the food was 2 hours late, i skipped my lunch, what do they expect? Couldn't zomato cancel the order?? It was totally their fault but they chose to respond like this to it, also the dominos employees after frequently getting my calls got angry and speaking in a bad manner with banging my phone

            I ordered from Domino's on 27 th July at 8:34 pm ! and did online payment of 377. i didn't get my order and when i called in customer care call centre more than 10 times, they didn't reply properly.the status still shows "the food is being prepare" . Though i did payment and i have proof, when i called in Domino's, they said they didn't receive my order and payment .

              I paid for the online order and ordered 1 pizza along with some sides on 14th june at around 8 pm.
              Till 9 pm it showed, "out for delivery" and at 9:40 it got changed to "delivered"
              However, i never received any pizza or the sides.
              I have been chasing the guestcare email id since then only to receive nothing worthy in reply from them.

              What to do now?
              Should i stoop down to their level and cause losses to them? There are various innovative ways to do that.

                I placed an order from dominos neo town electronic city phase 1 branch on june 15th. This order was delayed by 2 hours. They said refund will be credited in next 7 days.
                It is now 15 days and no refund in my wallet. Also the employees of this branch are so horrible at customer service that they either don't pick up the call or just cut the phone in between.

                  We order this product REG NHT EN CHD VEGG and PEPSI but this order not my name on bill and product is very poor quality base is very hard mr. Radhyshyam receive my order first time he say this is not my order but second time he give me this order and on bill show my number we eat dominoz product last 2 year with family and fiends but today i see all over new staff i think old staff is very best they guys made product very piecefull so this is my last order i say all over friend that not go to dominozz there are poor product and service not availabe souce bottle and chilli poat thanks for give me poor service

                    Hello i have called many times to domino's customer care number they just trying to convince but not solved my purchase, i have a e-vocher they said at the time of payment you can add the vocher but there is no option called e - vochers in payments page so so many times i called customer care but didn't not respond me well they said we will arrange a call back but no calls or any response from there side

                      I was placed an order for 3 pizza worth Rs. 333/- from domino's android app on 12th May, 2019 & make the payment online via paytm app. Order no. 310. I got late delivery of pizza & at the same time I was called to customer care support no.[protected] & told that the delivery of pizza is late, the concerned person told you will got the refund Rs. 300/- in your paytm wallet or points in domino's wallet within 7-10 working days. On 31st May, 2019 once again I was called to customer care support no.[protected], he will transfer the call to Sector 9 Panchkula domino's, I talked to Mr. Akshay there he told me that they process my refund but due to some technical error the refund is not processed successfully, so he told me that if they once again process the refund than it takes a times & it is not sure that this time the refund the process successfully or not. He told me that you can placed a fresh order & opt cash on delivery option but before placing an order inform on my mobile no. so that we will give you a discount of Rs. 300/- .But when I called him 10-15 times he didn't pick my call. I called to customer care support no.[protected] & said to transfer my call to sector 9 domino's, they try 2-3 times but no one attend the call. This same process I was repeat 5-10 times but didn't get any response.

                      ** Please resolve my complaint on urgent basis because it's already too delay appox 2.5 months . I never face this type of issue from a famous brand. They must give the late compensation to the custome.

                        Placed order on dominos, got a confirmatory sms and invoice.
                        Waited for 50 min for the order, although there is 30 min delivery guarantee, then without any call from anyone my order was cancelled.
                        Tried calling restaurant 10-12 times all the time call went unanswered.
                        Then directly called dominos helpline.
                        After being on call there for 10 min solution was given that i’ll be getting a call back from restaurant in 10 min, i waited for 20 min then called again.
                        Second time i was told directly dominos executive will call me in 5 min, again waited 15 min.
                        Again third time dialled back and, the representative has only been saying one thing to me again and again ” sorry for the inconvenience” without any solution.
                        I’m asked to wait 24 hours for a call back and 7-10 days for my money without any mistake or even action from my end.
                        Every thing that is happening is not only just highly unprofessional but also inhumane.
                        Order was placed for my dinner and still after wasting 2 hours and my money i’m asked to wait 24 hours for a call back.
                        This kind of behaviour is highly inhumane, the staff didn’t even showed a hint of professionalism.

                        I hope some action will be taken from the concerned department.

                          Hello support team,

                          My name is akash dutta resident of h no 110 gali no 4 rajiv puram karnal haryana 132001. On sunday evening i ordered a pizza from zomato from one of your local location in karnal. But after the store accepted the order i was waiting for my order to be delivered for which i waited almost 40 minutes and even after that i didn't received my order. I called back the store from zomato and they said the area is out of their delivery zone and they have cancelled the order.

                          I have enquired about this with zomato and they have referenced me to you saying that you guys handle the dominos orders. And to be very strange on my zomato app it says that the order has been delivered which i never received even after waiting.

                          I tried contacting the india's dominos customer service number but i got no response from them. Now i am feeling so helpless no body is looking in to my request.

                          Here are the details of the order. I have also attached a screen shoot of my order details page.

                            I prepaid to dominos via paytm on 12th of may but they cancelled the order. They haven't returned my money still. It has been more than a month. I have been calling, sending mails and sms time and again. Plus they don't have a toll free no. So i have to pay for every call i make. And the way they talk to me on call is pathetic, nor do they send proper replies. Please help me get my money back the compensation for customer hassenmet caused to me.

                              I ordered from Dominos on 9th June 2019 which was 3 hour late and the pizza were cold.
                              I got a call at the time of delivery from the store manager that the refund would be credited to my bank account as the order took more than 30 minutes.
                              After that I called Dominos on 14 th June and it was told that it would take a week after the order date to reflect refund in my bank account .So I called today to know the status of my refund so I was put on hold for 5 minutes after which I was told that they would call me back after half an hour with status, which they never did.I called again in the evening and it was told that the servers are down to I have to call again. still the refund is not initiated.

                                I ordered a pizza and cancelled as I mistakenly ordered it as self pick instead of delivery.

                                I received an email that my deducted money will be refunded very soon. Still I haven't received my money yet.

                                I ordered the pizza on 28 May and it's been one month I haven't received my money. I have also tried to contact their customer service but no body is receiving the phone calls.
                                I expect my issue gets solved very quickly.

                                  My order no 272 ordered on 12th June got delivered after an hour in cold stage.lodged a complaint and customer care assured us 5 times that points will be credited due to late delivery. I have mailed but no response. Customer care never resolved .outlet manager never called and I got message that issue has been solved.let me know what is the action that you are going to take

                                    Today (18June, 2019) I have ordered for delivery (order number : 134) from Dunlop Branch. Delivery address is 59 Jadunath Ghosal Road, Kol - 57. First they called me from [protected] number and said they doesn't have delivery services and I've to pickup the ordered item. But I said I've already received your delivery on 10 June, 2019. But they asked me to cancel the order. After some time they again call me from [protected] and said that they will deliver the ordered item and asked me the location. Again delivery boy called me from the same number and said that I've to collect the ordered item from halfway road side. When I asked to come at proper address then they told me that they will cancel the order and my payment will be refunded within 7 days.
                                    It's not a matter of rupees, it really very insulting and waisted my time. I've lost almost one hour for this and getting late without having desired result. Please look into the matter and kindly take necessary steps against that unprofessional, immature behavior which is not customer friendly.

                                    Domino's is not delivering in addresses it used to deliver few days back.. But is delivering places nearby to that location.. This is absolutely unaccceptable and whenever complained they totally deny the fact and confirms regarding the delivery but when done from app they show the store is offline. This is unbearable.

                                      It has been 18 since my order has been late and till dominos not refunded me.I called then several times but they say it will come in one or two days.

                                        Hi,

                                        I live in Australia. I ordered a fathers day dinner for my dad in India (Rohtak) . The order was scheduled to deliver at 9:15. My dad waited till 10pm but no one showed up. Despite of calling all the contact numbers at 2am from Australia and 9:30 pm from India no one answered.He is old and can not drive so i had to ask my cousin to take him to the shop. they abruptly answered him that no one is there for delivery. As it was paid so they don't care. They hadn't cook any thing yet and t was 10:30 that time they cooked the food while he waited and they misbehaved with hi . This is not taken and this kind of behaviour is not acceptable. I would go ahead and post it publicly as form a renowned brand this type of non [professional and misbehaviour is not acceptable. I would like an apology and a concession to my dad for the same.
