My order was delivered late yet the manager is not agreeing to give a free order. According to the policy he is supposed to give a free order.
Please take strict action against him.
Manager name is Dinesh and he was very unprofessional on the phone.
It is Kumaraswamy layout outlet.
The delivery person was Anand s.
I urge that strict action be taken against the outlet.

    I ordered pizza on 13th June from Domino's Ranchi which was to be delivered on 14th June (order no 1), that never reached us then we ordered the same pizza on 14th June (order no 160) which was paid online, it took an hour and later showed that the order is delivered, I've neither received the first order not the second one, this is rubbish, the worst service I've ever received. I don't want your pizza just return my money back.

      Dear Dominos,
      I think you are very good brand in the market. You served very good food all over the world. I am talking from Green Park area, New Delhi, India. One day, at the Hauz khas Red light we all are waiting to light will turn green. One person came on bike, I saw him he is from Dominos. I seen that bike giving too much polluted air, behind the bike area got full polluted. All are inhaling the polluted air which is coming from the bike. I asked him about to change the bike, he said Sir I already told to the Store but no one is responding correctly. They said " Yaar sari bike Kharab ho Rakhi hai aaj manage kar le". And again said, he got this bike so many time but the store is not giving their employees a Good bike which is good for them as well as for environment also.
      I want to request to all the Dominos workers please give some good bikes to your delivery boys. They are also someone's boy, husband, father. Dont play with their life.

        I placed an order amounting to 234/-. The money got deducted from the Paytm wallet but the order was never placed. On calling the serving store, they rudely told me that the order is not received and if they will receive they will deliver that.

          I have orderd two garlic bread from Domino's.at 19 may 2019 Domino's gave the offer buy 1 rupee tomato ketchup and get garlic bread free so I have ordered the garlic bread.but next day Domino's denied for this offers and said that product is out of stock.domino gave no.refund about this when I try to connect to Domino's costumers care no.they reply our expert team call you shortly but they did not called please solve my issue as soon as possible. I'm attaching my order details this complain.

          I have ordered pizza on June 7th. It took 2 hrs and finally the delivery status changed to delivered. There is o response from customer care representative and all the time they says it will b delivered as early as possible.

          The worst ever behaviour shown by dominos towards the customer.

            My emp id was 903494, my last salary has not given by company for feb month
            Even I submitted my resignation letter with dress and name batch, it happened more then 45 days, no one response by on query they have told me, "you have not submitted your dress and resignation letter first submit and your salary will come". I will mention manager name in resignation letter for the reason of resignation.

            I have raised the concern for guaranted pizza within 30 mints, they delivered after 1 hour then manager committed we delivered a ordered complimentary now no one is resposing. I have tried many call now they are not giving answer.
            they are not able to talk dominos restaurant,
            if we call for pizza then can connect to pizza store easily.

              I ordered 2 medium pizza and stuffed garlic bread from Domino's pizza application yesterday around 12:30pm and after apply coupons my bill was for 626 i paid online but my order is still pending and it's been 18 hrs now. The order should get cancelled and refund the order amount .

                Today, 9th june, 2019, i was illegally charged for a paper carry bag at a domino's outlet. I explained that it was not legal to charge a customer for such bags, especially as they advertised the company name. But they were adamant and forced me to pay.

                This caused me monetary loss as well as mental stress and humiliation in front of other customers.

                Kindly do the needful.

                  Please put in another AC that works. Mussoorie weather can hit 40 degrees during the summer so its not appropriate to leave the restaurant without a working AC.

                    I orderd a dominos pizza rupees 291, and company always said that pizza delivere in thirty minutes, but dominos pizza's service is not usefull for me and there customers servise also not good, they never accept his mistakes and also speak with very fraud and when I orederd two medium pizza (7june 2019)but pizza delivered after one hour, and delivery boy Megh sing said that it's only company's publicity( 30 minute delivery garranty) and if you are not satisfy with us so don't order.so i want my money double because they are cheated me and delivery boy megh Singh misbehaved speak with me,

                      I wish to inform you that I ordered Pizza and garlic bread from dominos last evening. I received the order in 50 minutes rather than 30 minutes and that too was cold and not fit to eat.
                      It was a prepaid order through dominos app.
                      So I returned the order through the delivery executive.
                      After that I tried contacting the store but the phone kept ringing for eternity but no one responded.
                      Then I also called on their customer care number and they put me on hold for about 10 to 15 minutes each time to contact the store.
                      But each time they came back with the same reply that they are unable to connect with the store so they have no idea what should I do next.
                      In this whole process my kids kept waiting for almost 2 hours to have a pizza, then at around 10:30 I convinced my kids to have something else as I was completely clueless about the delivery of the pizza.
                      I have all the recordings of communication with their customer care executive so please suggest me how can I give them the taste of their own medicine.
                      As till now I have no idea about the order or the money I paid.

                        Yesterday I have ordered Deluxe veg -medium fresh pan, (Rs. 485), stuff garlic bread-3(139×3=417/-), veg parcel-1(35/-), potato cheese shots(59/-), through online with order no.165, at 8.30pm and the order clearly mentioned as it was bulk order 30mts guarantee is not applicable then also the products arrived at 10.15pm ie.after 2hrs 15 mts. Which is very very long and the products are not at all fresh, very hard looked like reheated, very much dissatisfied with the products, this is the second time Iam facing the problem, especially the products are coming from Secunderabad, SD road branch. As a regular customer I request you to give fresh products as the cost is very very high compared to the quality.

                            Hello sir/mam, I had ordered from Domino's on 1st June at 10:45 pm I have received an email regarding confirmation of the order but no normal msg and even the food is not delivered I did a payment through my card if it's cash on delivery I would have left it but I did it through my card and I even called to customer care service u people are not even bothered I don't know how can you be like this irresponsible with the customers this is truly a bad serivce

                              I ordered pizza on 5 June... through my no [protected] order no 546 on 8.45PM this pizza is reached me after 9.40 PM...i claim 30 minute delivery garantee...but the restaurant is not applied this...however this not the actual problem...the problem is that the delivery boy named Vikas shergil...is abused me...and he told me that you are cheated every time Domino's...and eat free pizza...you checked my privious order details ...I never cheat Domino's...and this behavior of delivery boy I never want to order pizza on Domino's and not suggest anyone to order pizza on Domino's...

                                  Tried to call the store and there aren't picking up the call. Called Domino's customer care center thrice and updated back me that they will call me but nothing happened so far.

                                  It's really disgusting that the Domino's store representative is behaving always like this. Please make sure of such response as this will lead to losing customer trust.

                                    I have ordered Dominos Pizza online from the CV Raman Nagar store 22nd May as an advance order (prepaid with paytm) with delivery time at 9.30 PM. After making around 8 calls to the customer care, they kept promising that order is on the way. At 11 PM, when I called customer care, he informed that it looks like that the order has been cancelled and I will get the refund. At 11.15, delivery boy called asking about the address and finally order was not delivered. Post that I called customer care on next day to ask for the refund. Every time they mentioned that I will get a call back which never happened. Also, there was no clarity to the customer support as few of them told refund will be done only to dominos wallet few mentioned that it will be done to paytm. Finally store manager called me and apolozied for the issue and offered free food next day which I refused and he mentioned that in 7 - 10 days it will be refunded. On 29th Again when I called to store manager, he mentioned that the amount will be refunded on 3rd. Today on 4th when I called customer care and to the store manager they are saying it will be done by tomorrow. Store manager is asking me what is my paytm number and if I need money then he can transfer it from his personal account, which I refused as my source payment instrument should be captured in the dominos system and they should refund it to my original payment instrument. Till the time of writting this, I don't have clarity around when I will get the refund and how can these guys run a company like this with so many broken processes.

                                    In regards to this matter. here are the key issues 1) They failed with 30 minute delivery promise or free food as they neither delivered the food nor refunded the amount. 2) The order status on app is not showing the correct status and customer has to call to customer care to check the status 3) Even customer care doesn't have any data to confirm on the order status and they have to call the store to check the status 4) Their website nowhere mentions the TAT/ SLA for refund. 5) There is not refund tracking online, everytime a call has to be made to the customer care wherein customer support associate just do a normal calculation of days from the order date and mentions that it will be done by that date.

                                    Considering this scenario, Dominos looks like completely looting the public with no policy in place, no centralized complaint tracking, no ownership. With the time I have spent chasing Dominos folks to get the refund of 538 and the inconvenience caused to me, I demand additional compensation and strict action should be taken agains the company for harrassing the customer.

                                      I've ordered everyday value offer medium pizza on 19th may2019 it was conformed with 30 min delivery or free... I've made payment online. N they were failed to deliver it within. 30min... Where at 31 min it was still in cooking stage i request for cash back it's been 15 days now still not got refund.. Calling for the same issue they are asking mi with whom u have word with regarding this i've called 10 times
