This is regarding order #73... Placed on[protected] at 18.19 pm.

The payment was completed and order was successful. But even after 2 hours the order was not delivered. When enquired about the delivery the executives kept on blabbering and giving false excuses saying the user was not responding.

But i checked the order myself, the online state never showed "dispatched", it was only in "baked" state, when i escalated...

Most pathetic service i have everseen.
I ordered pizzas cost of 794/- rs, when i paid through online and after 1 or 2 seconds i recieved a massage that your order has been cancled and you will get your money refunded after 10 days or so and there was no reason mentioned.
I m a pregnant lady and i was having craving and that was the last money with me.

Yesterday, i visited the domino's pizza store at perungudi, chennai. I booked my food through phone and my order number is 147.

When i went there to pick up my food,
1. There is no one respond at the counter.
2. None of the air conditioners are working
3. The restaurant is full of house flies.

We have ordered pizza from domino's app on 26 june, order no. 100. But received pizza toooooo late more than 1 hour & that is also after calling so many times to customer centre & not having proper reply from them. The irony is that domino's outlet from which it was coming is just 1.7 km onlyyyyy.

I had ordered 1 butterscoth mousse cake and 1 margherita pizza.

The delivery person forgot the mousse cake and delivered the pizza after 50 mins, just cold as an icecream.

I had ordered on dominos pizza on 28.06.2019 for amount of rs.300. My pizza was delivered in more than 40 minutes which was cold and tasteless. I raised request for refund several times but refund not yet received. I request you to improve your services and refund my amount as early as possible. Dominos pizza promises to customer to deliver the product within 30 minutes....

So i visited bangur dominos more than two times and i had noticed flies and mosquitoes sitting on the food flying inside the outlet. Even after complaining they haven't done anything yet. It shows that they may be providing us bad food by which these flies are coming. If this is what dominos is charging us for then i must say they should return the customer's money...

I booked my pizza order on 4th aug 2019 i paid amount through paytm. After 1 & 45 minutes i received my order & in very bad condition food. I called to pizza corner manager in dominoz in gamma sector greater noida for waive off my amount due to too much delay in delivery & pathetic & unhygienic food but his not answered my call & customer care also not giving any response.

I made the order on sunday 28 july from rainbow mall pimple saudagar pune. I got a receipt confirming that the order has 30 mins delivery guarantee. However the order was more than 50 mins late. I am citizen of kolkata. On 30th july i order pizza and taco mexican from metro polish mall dominos outlet highland park. They asked for takeaway i said yes and handed me with a paper bag with there dominos logo. But when i saw the bill it showed the charge of paper bag r's. 11.42.
