I had made the following transaction to order a dominos pizza on 11th Dec, 2015. Though the transaction was shows successful on PayTM website, the order failed. I initially reached out to Dominos and they decline that the payment was ever processed. Then I reached out to PayTM and they say the payment was successful. Not sure whom to reach out to? I had placed an order of one medium chicken fieasta and second veg supreme pizza at 9.24pm in your DLF 1 outlet. I am residing at Newtown 5 minutes from the outlet .During placement of the order they informed that it will take 45 minutes for delivering due to rush of buy one get one. When I called at 10.17 pm they told that it will be delivered at 10.30 pm. On calling them several times after 10.30 they picked up the phone at 10.40 pm and said all the delivery had been made and I will be getting my order in10 minutes. After 10.50 pm till 11.15 pm they did not pick up the phone and I didn't receive my order. The DLF outlet did not even have the courtesy to inform me that the order will not be delivered despite of repeatedly telling them that I have placed the order for my children. At 11.15 pm we had to arrange for alternate food. If there was rush at the outlet they should not have accepted the order, I being a frequent customer of Domino's is very much hurt by your service and sharing my experience with others will spoil your brand image. I had ordered pizza n pasta from chandannagar dominos on 12/12/2015 from d mobile app of my frnd, Dipendra Shrestha, mob no-[protected].i paid the amount of Rs.504 through net banking.But the amt got debited twice from my account.kindly arrange to refund the fund.

Very bad service in ghatkoper East r odean mall ... I called dominos till 10 mints wait after they issued my order .. And there 2 boys timepass a lot don't know there name...and I shouted on him they call drop ..

I ordered two medium sized deluxe veg cheeseburst pizzas (order number: 578) on 11/12/2015 from domino's( Green Park outlet). Firstly, I placed the order at 8:30 pm and it was delivered after 10:30, this is when domino's guarantees 30 minutes delivery. Secondly, the toppings were less and pizzas were cold. Thirdly, Although I ordered cheeseburst pizzas but to my surprise pizzas didn't seem like cheeseburst. They had very less cheese. I have been ordering from domino's in the past, but this is first time I felt cheated. This isn't expected from a brand like domino's which many people like me follow blindly. I hope this matter is looked into with uttermost priority. Thank you.

I have ordered 2 Pizzas/ 1 Chicken wing/1 Garlic Bread/ 1 Cheesy Dip online on 11th Dec 2015 at 09.06 PM. Order no: 295. Paid amount Rs 943 through Credit Card. Store location: T C Palya Main Road, Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore 560016. After following up Delivery boy came at 10 PM without Chicken wings and Garlic bread. When I asked why so late and without full ordered items. He was started showing his attitude and asked, if will not receive without those items then return all. Seeing his way of taking and attitude, we have returned all foods to him. He was arrogant, because I have paid full amount. After we have tried to reach to complain ( store no. 65467758 &[protected] but in vain.

I am writing this regarding my order for pizza at Domino's Restaurant Btm, 2nd Stage, Ground And First Floor, No.800, 7th Cross, 15th Main, B.t.m 2nd Stage, Near Icici Bank, Bangalore, Karnatka-560076., [protected]. I placed this order (Txn No : EPT[protected]) through dominos website on 12/11/2015 at 09:42:55PM. I paid the bill through PayTM. But i have not received my order till now. I tried calling the restaurant. After calling repeatedly for 5-6 times, at 10.33PM, one guy showed courtesy to pick the call and speak. He told that the pizza will be delivered in 15-20min. But even after waiting for 45min, pizza did not reach me. I called the restaurant again at 11.16PM. A lady told me that my order has been dispatched and will be delivered in 5-10min. Now i am writing this mail at 01:00AM midnight. Still waiting for the pizza to be delivered.!!! Total its been 3 hours 20Min and the order is not yet delivered!!!

On friday 11th Dec, at about 12:30pm, I was placing an online order. The mode of payment was through Paytm wallet. But the transaction failed and even though money got deducted from my Paytm wallet. The total amount was of Rs. 550. Check from your end and provide the relevant details asap.

I paid for the pizza online but keep waiting and never received the pizza at all. I ordered by 9 pm and keep waiting till 1 am mid night. I tried calling to dominos pizza counter which is located in dlf kolkata, but they did not receive my call. I will go for consumer forum surely. Pls get back to me asap my number is [protected]

Emp code334456. I was submitted my all documents in domionos pizzas in dhanbad 1 . I did not get pf and full and final money . I had met several HR in domionos in dhanbad 1 such as sunitra mukerjee. Saptarishi. Sandip sir hr deepak das also it was wothless to meet them i had called several times these hr in regarding of my pf and full and final amount . They remined silence all times . They did not pick up my call my call. I am terribly upset and fed up i went to domionos pizzas 1 but vain to meet please see matter and forward it to higer offier to rectify this ploblem regards jaya kumar rai

I have ordered a seven heaven non vegin vaghodia road, 1st the customer service persons were very bad, i ordered a seven heaven pizza, 1 pizza and one free offer. I sat for 30 mins and got the pizza after that. As i opened the pizza it hardly contained any chiken. So poor product i cant imagine. Very poor. So bad. I need my money back. I always been a prime customer but from now i wont wver order.

Today 11th December . I ordered pizza from dominoes . I am from pune . It was the worst pizza . I had ordered a cheese burst and it had hardly any cheese. The toppings were also not proper . It was the worst pizza ever . And ill make sure that no one from my friends or family have dominos again . I am a regular customer of dominos . But now sorry

I always thought that Domino's serve the best pizza but I was wrong they serve the worst pizza.I ordered the pizza in offer buy one and get one free the home delivery was done but the pizza we ordered was not that. There was not at all cheese on pizza only they backed the base and put some vegetables on it. It was worst experience. I will make sure that I don't have pizza in Domino's.

This is with regards to order placed via app on 11th december 2015. The order was placed to the store address shown by default. Post order the store called in and cancelled the order. I would like you to take this up seriously before I file a case against the store in consumer court. Need a explanation and refund in 3 working days. Ramkumar Iyer [protected]

I ordered through dominos website and made payment through Mobikwik of rs. 662, order id- EMBK[protected], the payment was successful and the money also got deducted from my sbi bank account on POS00216883 but i didnt recieve any confirmation call or message of order by dominos and when i called dominos, they said that they didnt recieve any order or payment. I want my money to get refunded.

I have made a payment through Mobiwik wallet of Rs. 575 for the order ID EMBK[protected] to domions pizza. But dominos was unable to process and has sent a message to refund the amount. I have not received any refund ID. Nor does it state the amount to be refunded There has been no mail confirmation of the same. Will you be able to refund the amount in my Mobiwik account or do I have to provide with my bank details

I relocated to dubai and i am getting dominos pizza sms on weekly basis which causes 1000/- per month. No one takes compliant about cancellation/deletion/deactivation account.
Our ref no for the on line compliant on 05-12-15 : reference no. Is: 906863.

We went to domino's pizza Durgapur hoping we could get our pizzas with normal thin crust . How ever they said that only pan is available. What kind of service is this? And you expect to do business!, won't ever come to this domino's again
