I am a regular customer of dominos pizza bhangagarh guwahati. Today on ordering for a farmhouse medium pizza with cheese burst, i was delivered with a hard, old pizza with scant cheese in it inspite of asking for a fresh one when ordering . Paid 510 bucks for that poor piece of meal. It is disappointing!!!

I visited Domino's (Rodeon Mall, Ghatopkar (E)) on 08th Dec. My order was placed at 7:15 pm. Name: Rohan Order No: 50 Order Value: 409.99 Money give - 509 Your employee returned only Rs 9 instead of Rs. 99. She assured me that she would return the remaining amount afterwards but she failed to do it. I, too, forgot about the remaining amount and left off. Request you to look into this issue and resolve at earliest.

On 17th Nov'15, I made an online order and used "paytm" payment mode. Unfortunately my order request failed, but the amount was deducted from my "paytm wallet". When I called Domino's customer care, I was informed that they have initiated the refund and it was successful. Till today I didn't receive the refund amount. [protected] - This is the bank reference number for the refund request date on 20th Nov'15.

I ordered peppy paneer pizza medium, and garlic bread that dosent reach in time, so acc to dominoss policy when i asked for this the delivery boy started arguing and said you have to pay the money. so first complaint is regarding this dont make the policies for customer if you cant stick to that. Second complaint is whenever i order garlic bread sticks in last 2-3 years cheesy dip is there, this time even it was not there, and the store manager on call said i am working here for 10 years. we never provide chessy dip. so totally the dominoss store manager ruined our whole treat and everything. That is not acceptable, i want proper resolution for the above. Invoice no-242. Its totally harrsement of customer, not roviding all things, not on time and take the whole cost also, avoiding company policies.

Placed order for home delivery of four pizzas at 8.55 pm on 4/12/2015 at Bhikaji Camaji Place branch in New Delhi, Despite many reminders, delivered cold pizzas in batch of two delivered at 11.30 pm and 11.55 pm . Staff as well as managers did not have a clue to when the order would be delivered .

Hi I want to complaint to dominos outlet which is govindpuri haridwar I ordered at 9:39pm on 4 Dec 2015 1 large pizza farmhouse and 1 garlic bread without dip . Than I ask to order taking person what the offer for today he give me 20% discount on that he told me the total amount is 626/- I confirm that I waited for the order at 10:20 pm that I call to same number the order person said we did not received any call from u. U can check the detail from the no [protected] 9:39 pm and the talktime durations is 1min 22sec I called from my mobile no is [protected]

With reference to the goodwill of your outlet stores, I would like to make a complaint against the Dominos outlet situated at Hisar City, Haryana. 1.I visited this outlet on 13th November, 2015 and ordered 4 simply veg pizzas. But, i was delivered and charged Pan pizzas without my consent and when i enquired about it, i was asked bluntly to make a complaint at this email id. 2.My total bill amount was 305 (for pizza) + 48.62 (for cold drink) (without any tax). Now, a service tax @ 5.6% was charged on Rs. 305 i.e. 17.08, thus make a total of Rs. 322.08. Now, VAT was charged @ 13.13% on Rs. 305+48.62+17.08 = 370.7 i.e. 48.67. Now, my question is that how company can charge VAT on the amount of service tax too. Its illegal according to Tax laws framed by ICAI. When i enquired about it, Again I got the same answer from Mr. Anand (Domino outlet server). 3. My total bill amount was Rs. 419 and he took Rs. 420 from me. He did not bother to return Re. 1 to the customer. This 1-1 rupee will help him to earn hundreds of rupees a day without doing anything. So, now i hereby request you to kindly look after these three complaints of mine and revert me back with necessary feedback and actions taken. Kind attention, I am big fan of domino's and loved it but today the service, quality of domino's is very poor. I ordered domino's cheese brust and garlic bread at 7:10 pm, but didn't get till the 7:50. Finally I got near 7:55 Carry out it with me n while starting to eat, pizza smells like very sticky, n taste was not good. Garlic bread also not make proper, Very dis appointed today, 1 thing also want to say, when you complete home delivery within 30 minutes, why you not complete same in your shop? Hello, i have taken some pizaa in last few days from dominos pizaa shop situated at anad nagar, ghodbunder road thane. now they are sending me messages about offers and 50% discount or one on free, i never registered for this messages, it is like irritating when read such messages in working hours. dominos not supposed to send such messages as customer did not resgistered for it. thank you.

Ordered Pizza ponline at Ranchi Jharkhand, the order got placed in Agra UP. Had to follow up several times to get my prder cancelled. waiting for the refund from the company.Haven't recieved any confirmatikn on the cancelled order yet. Its a messed up IT.

I ordered domino`s pizza by using my dominos app and payment was done through PAYTM wallet 0n 24 nov 2015. Payment was successfully done by PAYTM to bill desk. But the order was failed at doiminos end. Amount of Rs 593 was deducted by paytm but i did not get it back yet. My transaction id was[protected]

Even i register a complaint on Guest Care Dominos on 26th nov. I got auto revert that they will contact me with in 48 hrs. no news so far from them.

I need my money back...

I placed an online order on 28th November 2015 at around 10:40pm and got a confirmation call as well ti confirm the order on which I confirmed the order wad placed by me. I waited for the delivery but no calls no delivery. I called the nearest outlet in Satya Niketan and was informed there was no order placed on my number. Waiting for 50 minutes and then getting informed there was no order placed is totally unacceptable even after confirming the order. I had been a customer for this Pizza chain but not anymore. I think Pizza Hut or other PIZZA CHAINS are more reliable with better customer satisfaction. Thanks Dominos

I had placed an order online (Order no 121) on 28th November 2015 at around 7:35 p.m to Dominos Pizza restaurant. The payment was done by Credit card and was successful. However, I did not get the order delivered to my address at all. I called the restaurant at[protected] at around 8:10 and Mr Kumar (who claims as Manager) said that they called me for cancellation of the order but noone called and they refused to refund the Money and suddenly the call was disconnected by the restaurant folks. I would like to raise a complaint as I was cheated by the restaurant and was made to wait for.2 hrs and no responses..I want my money of Rs.726.00 Back else I will raise a complaint in the consumer court.

I had placed an order online (Order no 290) on 27th November 2015 at around 22:00 p.m to Dominos Pizza Hennur Main road restaurant. The payment was done by Credit card and was successful. However, I did not get the order delivered to my address at all. I called the restaurant at[protected] at around 10:45 and was put on hold. Then suddenly the call was disconnected by the restaurant folks. When I checked the order status online, it was in Order received status and never moved from there. I would like to raise a complaint as I was cheated by the restaurant and was made to wait for an eternity and not even providing me the correct response. Because of this I had to starve as I had no other options to go far since it was late in the night. I need a complete refund of the amount I paid and severe action to be taken against the company for the grevience caused to me.

Dear concerned i have place a order 7:45 order no is 324 my contact no is [protected] and i have not recived any call and i am also not recived pizza till 11:30 and i am call 5times and he tell your pizza is out of delivery and till 11:30 i am not recived pizza so i want to claim a free pizza and dominoz guys have no manner to talk to customer thanks

Even after taking the order there is no delivery for 1 hr 20 mins. When called for details the outlet Shift Manager says that they don't deliver the food at our address and it is their other outlet which is mapped to the area. Hence, they are free to take as much time they wish to deliver. My question, "Was the person taking order not aware of the delivery area? Why did he take the order if it was for a out of delivery area?" I am sure that due to abundance in income and customer flow none from dominos will give an ear to my complaint but just wanted to say somewhere.

Promo code not working when called customer care number[protected] and nearby my area shop[protected] they are looping the call between them and feedback also no one responses. Please resolve this issue or close the entire branches in chennai. At last only my mobile amount and pizza eating mood gone.

I, Neetu Rai ([protected]) residing in Delhi purchased an e voucher worth INR 600 online from Dominos site on 19th October 2015 to gift it to my friend Rohit residing in Malad, Mumbai. The voucher could not be redeemed and since then i have been calling and also writing mails to Dominos but they are not doing anything about it. Details: I, Neetu Rai ([protected]) residing in Delhi purchased an e voucher worth INR 600 online from Dominos site on 19th October 2015 to gift it to my friend Rohit residing in Mumbai (Malad). Few days later on 29th Oct 2015, when my friend was ordering online at Dominos site to avail the e voucher, he was not able to redeem the same. He called (First call) local nearby Dominos to ask and he was being told that it has to be redeemed at outlet which obviously was a complete non sense revert as e voucher being clearly stated at Dominos site itself can only be availed online and not at physical outlet. The same day I called (Second call) Dominos Delhi at[protected] and they said Mumbai Dominos can only resolve this. I then called (Third call) Mumbai Dominos at[protected] and they said local Malad outlet can resolve and transferred my call to Malad outlet. Now, the Malad outlet (Fourth call) was saying they cannot do anything with concern of e voucher and that I should talk to Mumbai Dominos. For around I.5 hours we had only been calling, explaining and been put on hold by Dominos people and thus were harassed without any resolution of our problem. I wrote a mail also explaining this incident but no revert. The next day, I again called (Fifth call) Mumbai Dominos, explained everything the 5th time and the person at other end said that I should tell him where and how I tried to redeem the voucher. I told him that since my friend tried to redeem so he can only tell you this. He told me that my friend should call him back on landline number only as they are not authorised to give their number nor make any call which was strange. Sixth call, my friend made and explained everything the 6th time to the person who picked although he asked for the concerned person with whom I had a word. When this person could do nothing then he transferred the call to the said person. The said person finally said that he is registering the complaint and that it will be resolved within 48 hours. We will get an email or a call from Dominos for the same. 48 hours passed but nothing happened then again I called (Seventh call) Dominos Mumbai to enquire and the person on other end said that the person to whom I spoke last time has left the job. I explained the whole incident seventh time and this person informed me that no such complaint has been registered and that he is registering the compliant now and it will be resolved within next 48 hours. I finally got a mail on 4th Nov 2015 from [protected]@jublfood.com that they will resolve the issue in next 2 days and that Your Guest Feedback Reference ID is: 850958. Nothing was done and on 6th Nov 2015, I received another mail saying that my issue would be resolved in next 2 days and that Your Guest Feedback Reference ID is:: 853065. On 12th Nov 2015, they wrote me another mail that in respect of Reference ID: 850958 they are not able to reach me on the number and that I should give them an alternate number. I wrote back that I am very much available on my number mentioning the number on the mail again. Then I got a call from Dominos from Mr. Vishal who said that I should mail him that original mail which I received from Dominos and assured that the matter will be resolved. I mailed him but nothing happened. On 19th Nov 2015, I got a mail from [protected]@jublfood.com in respect of Reference ID: 850958, since they are not able to contact me they are closing the issue. I was shocked and wrote back that their representative has already called me on this number and had spoken to me. I also sent a reminder to Vishal but nothing he did. I am completely fed up of chasing Dominos on this issue. Dominos people are either sleeping or fooling around. I want refund of my INR 600 and the compensation of all harassment I went through.

R i visited dominoz on 21 nov 2015 i ordered pizza and cold drinks MRP of cold drinks are rs 35 but they charged 97.5 rupees(without tax) of 2 bottles(each 600ml) we need one more bottle of cold drink that bottle carry MRP of 35 rupees only but they charged 48.62 rupees (without tax) and 55 rupees (including tax). i ask then about the mrp but declined to give cold drink on mrp. pfa all the pics of cold drinks bottles and invoices

I had placed an home delivery order for pizza of order no. 76(24/11/2015) from this Dominos store(Marathalli Outer ring road, Bangalore) and when the delivery boy devan come deliver the order, he first told me to come straight outside of the PG then i asked him its door to door delivery system right, then he started arguing that there is no such system (in my face) and then i call his manger Kishor (+[protected]) for the compliant . he didnt responded well to me and didnt take complaint and hanged up the call and the delivery boy devan left without the delivery of my order . So i need to file complaint against both this people and it should be resolved as soon as possible
