The time of my order was 15th november 8.58pm, I had paid online and had received dispatched status on the tracking site.The order was to Rajajinagar MN plaza domino's.I had not received any confirmation call till 9.30pm, so i had to call them. They answered my call and said that they haven't prepared my order and that they would transfer my order to malleswaram. Malleswaram store was rude, they asked me to pay for the order again and i had to take a call to cancel the order altogether. In short i was hungry and was robbed of 800 bucks. PS: Hungry, Paid for nothing and did not even receive any apologies.

    I am a resident of Kolkata West Bengal, and i had ordered from the ajay nagar centre, which is the closest to my home. The order was taken over the phone for a home delivery, and to my disadvantage, i did not have the sheet in which the prices of the pizzas were written. When i ordered only one large pepperoni pizza, single cheese, single pepperoni, the lady over the phone said my total bill was over Rs.1000. I asked her the price of a medium pizza and she replied that it cost Rs 700 and something (i do not remember what she exactly told me). I did not have over Rs 1000 with me at that time so she added a non veg taco and decreased the price to Rs973, which was my final bill amount. But when i recieved the food, i checked the bill amount and it was written that my pizza cost Rs 680 only, not over Rs 1000. i asked the man who delivered the food to give me the bill, but he said he couldn't, he could only show me the bill, which was rather weird considering the fact that the customer always recieves a bill on purchase. further when i checked the sheet for the price of the pizza, it was as the bill said. i only took the taco to decrease the price, but i could have saved a lot of money if the lady over the phone didn't lie about the prices the delivery was on time, and the food was good, but i am very dissatisfied with the ettiquette of the people taking my order and lying to me about pizza prices and not handing over a bill. you have just lost a customer, and if this continues, you will be losing a lot more than just one.       14/11/2015, Around 12:00 pm, New Santoshpur, Kolkata. I was asked to fill up a feedback form when I ordered a pizza online in website. So I lodged a complaint about a past irritating experience when a delivery boy called 8-9 times to locate the delivery address, along with confusion and agitation from the the delivery boy's side. The Reference No. of this complaint was 870135 . After some time I received a call from a woman representative of the Dominoes Restaurant (Ajoynagar, Kolkata branch). She spoke with arrogance from the beginning and when I politely explained her the problem, she showed decent mockery and with sarcasm spoke to me saying that it is not POSSIBLE that a delivery boy had called me 8-9 times. She said they will HARDLY call me 2-3 times since they have to call on their own expense. When I insisted that the incident had occurred and that is the reason I lodged complaint she spoke in a way that clearly showed that she thinks I am lying. Great Customer Service huh? She also sort of THREATENED me saying a string of words in a way sarcastically "polite", "Okay ma'am we will try to call you as less as possible, but you can't blame us if the pizza gets delivered late. It won't be our responsibility." (stressing quite a few times on the last line). . So I lodged another complaint Ref.No- 871971. However I don't expect any actions to be taken against this matter, so I'm lodging this complaint in the National Consumer Complaint Forum.. . Also, though she threatened me of late pizza delivery, there has been times when I received my pizza 1.5 HOURS late after order had been successfully placed.. . This was the last time I order pizza from this restaurant. . well until and unless they know how to treat their customer.

        14.11.2015 Booked Pizza through app at 9:28 pm. At 10:06 pm, order was transferred to another branch of Dominoz. The new Branch Employees inform us that it will take another 30 minutes. So in total it took 1 hour for the Pizza to arrive. That's the first issue. Secondly, when I was talking over the phone to Krishna Nagar employees, they were cross talking to each other using words like "Torturing customer" and other abuses in English and Tamil. We just want our pizza on time, not to abused at. I have to look at consumer court actions if there is a possibility. I do not know whether throwing abuses at customers is valid legal case. I spend money on your Pizza and in return, I get abused at ? Is that Fair ?

Pathetic Services.Rude behaviour of the staff.Will not order domino's pizzas ever again in life.             Hi! was ordering pizza last night, 13-11-15, and due to network error couldn't receive the OTP required for net banking of HDFC Bank. Finally resorted to CoD, but amount of Rs.1187 has been deducted from my account, and the order was not completed for the same. Requesting for the refund as soon as possible.. Could you please look into the matter and revert back immediately. Thank you

              Hi Team, Such a worst service i received. I placed an order for Rs. 743 sharp at 21.[protected] and got the placed order in hand sharp at 23.[protected]. Called [protected], [protected], [protected] these 3 numbers from [protected] and [protected] but no response for the first 8 times. You can trace the call history. They attended my call at 22.12(call duration was 2 mins 12 secs) and said order has been dispatched and will reach in another 20 mins. But we didn't received the order or call from the delivery boy. Again I called at 22.45(call duration was 1 min 17 secs) where they attend the call and said the order is sent to wrong address and they are preparing the order and it will be dispatched in 10 mins. But got the order only at 23.37 . The person who delivered the order is contact number is +91 [protected]. And the worst case is not even a single piece of pizza was hot. To be honest it is cool. we had only one piece and not able to taste remaining items since you know how the pizza will be if it is not hot. I agree that today you had 1+1 offer and also it is raining in chennai so it will take time. But is it really required 2hr 13 mins to deliver a pizza for a distance of 5 km? And when i called they said the crowd is more and it is taking 30 mins for dine-in If you can't manage the orders/ customers they why you are giving offers? And i received the pizza after 2 hrs 13 mins only by expecting at least it will be hot. But not able to have cold pizza. So, I am writing this to make sure that the money which i paid will/should be refunded and I need a proper explanation for this. Else I am ready to lodge a official complaint regarding this.                 Initially when i placed the order i was in a dilemma if i should again go for the Pyramid Dominos as i had very bad experiences with them which i never taken into consideration. But today after 35mins of placing order when i called up to check the status of my order(#296) the person(Rathikanth) who attended my call denied on my face saying you have ordered it with a coupon so, it's obvious that i should expect a delay in delivery for more 25-30 mins. I just wanted to know is it the way these guys should speak to their customer’s or are those Pizza's for free and the amount which i have spent for this order would be refunded back. I am taking his attitude into consideration and will escalate this to all of our employees so that atleast no Yahoo-ians will ever take/place any order with you guys. And one more fact which i forgot to mention is till today the pizza's i have got were all cold and i didn’t understand your concept of delivering cold pizza’s, it’s like you have delivered me some crushers or an ice-cream which i haven’t asked for. I am seriously lacking the confidence in Dominos and that's just because of these Pyramid Dominos window. I need a clear explanation on this or the same would be posted on all social/profession networking sites.

                  Had ordered 2 Pizzas using Foodpanda, the Pizza quality was atrocious. The hard and rubbery base and very little cheese ensured that eating them was an effort with few glasses of water to push the contents down. Idea of this complaint if to make the management take note and come down heavily on the erratic franchisee owners ( this was Thakur Village, Mumbai outlet ) Rajeev

                    I've ordered two pizzas from Dominos and I got just the cheese and bread. There was no toppings (just 3-4 small pieces of vegitables). I've ordered cheese burst with extra cheese and what I got was not even little more than a normal pizza. I paid 561 for just bread with very little cheese. I'm really really upset with this standard of product.

                      Date of incident - 13/Nov/2015 ORDERED A DOMINOS PIZZA ONLINE THE PIZZA WAS DELIVERED FROM THE NEAREST DOMINOS ADDRESS SHOP DOMINOS - SHOP NO. 6-7 COMMERCIAL SHOPPING COMPLEX, NEW DELHI PHONE NO[protected] INVOICE NO. 9ORDER NO.) -329 TOTAL ORDER COST - 484 Rs We ordered a 5 pepper pizza ( in one for one free offer of friday) . When the pizza was delivered it was in the damaged condition. All the main topping of pizza was stick to the cardboard pizza box as the shop didnt packed it properly. There was NO stand to support the pizza from falling and moving during the delivery time. So we called this above shop for refund as it was too late to replace the order and get a new one. They straight away rejected to refund our money . The order was prepaid. We have never encountered such a pathetic service before from any of our previous orders. They were not accepting their mistake and the manager of the shop was only ready to send a new pizza on account of the damaged pizza. The dinner time had already passed by. So there was no point in replacing the pizza. We need the refund because these guys need to realize their mistake. If they aren't penalize this time, this incident will repeat .                         I ordered two medium pizzas . But they were failed to deliver it in even 45 mins . I got pizzas after one hour . I asked the delivery man to connect a call to manager of Dominos Agra sanjay place . He told me that there is no guarantee that he would deliver the item in 30 mins & will not give any concession . I refused to take it and ask them to send a mail to me hat Dominos was unable to deliver pizza on time . But he refused to mail also .                           I had ordered Veg Extravaganza through Order number 393, Invoice Number : DPI65899/15-16/83870 Dt. 11/13/2015 from your Garg Trade Centre, Sec-11 Rohini Store. Despite repeated complaints, today again the pizzas delivered were not in proper shape as the box was broken and the topping was stuck on the boxes, the pizza were cold and the cheese was also tasting bad. I made an immediate complaint on phone to Mr.Sumit who is the manager there and response was even poor. Really pathetic product and service.

                            I ordered at dominos one garlic bread and cheesy dip. About waiting for half an hour i dint received my order. Than i went to the order counter They said that your order has been misplaced with someone else.. Than at that time they again ordered there kitchen head to make one garlic bread. Than i received my order after half an hour while seating in the dominos outlet only.

                              I made a order on dominos shastrinagar and order had got confirmed by vendor on 8:28 pm dated 12 Nov 2015 but order delivered on 9:02 pm which exceeded the limit of half an hour . When I asked delivery boy for free order he took the pizza back . First thing is violating policy on which your company is marketing and showing this kind of arrogant behaviour as well .                                 Hi last week 6th november 2015 I ordered a pizza twice from mobile app ...payment(408*2) deducted twice from my account but order failed and I got a msg from dominoes that ur amt(408) will be refunded in 7 days.. Ideally it should have been 916 but got message only for 408 even though money deducted from my bank account is 916...I need a revert on the same...                                   Sir i ordered pizza of amount 310.00rs they charged 47.47 rs for 14.5% VAT but for 14.5%/100*310.00 is 44.95rs my question is why they charged that extra amount? And when i asked them about this they were not answerable to me even not manager. My question is why they charged this extra amount? And not even in one bill but in both the bill they charged more amount then it should be i want ans now.

                                  310+17 service tax = 327
                                  so 327 * 14.5 = 47.46 rs.

                                    I had ordered for a pizza Veg Double the girl who was taking my order she told me that veg double I will only get in somthing pan crust base that cost extra... I told her that I just want in normal base and I dont want to pay extra she told me normal base is not available and u wont get your order then I request her to call the manager after that one boy came he took my order and he told regular base is available...                                       I ordered pizza thorugh internet and they took the order but they didnt deliver the pizza. When i called the number of delivery boy he is not respoding.                                         We had ordered pizza at 10:28 pm with the order number 539 under the mobile number [protected]. This guy Pankaj came with the pizza and he took the money and ran away we tried calling him but he didn't respond. Then we tried calling all the number on the bill but as it was already 11 so none of the numbers respond.

                                        The pizza was completely messed up and even when I had ordered the pizza last time you had considered for reorder. Now day by day your services are becoming pathetic. I am unable to expect the shape and the way the pizza looked like. Even looks better.
