I placed an order for peri peri chicken and veggie paradise. The amount was deducted from my bank account but no order taken. Spoke to your branch.. They said no order placed. If that is the case, why amount is deducted? Please refund the amount of inr 689.00.

This is not the first instance.

    Hi i ordered pizza on 24th september 2017. 426 rs was deducted from my account but doesn't generate my order no. So i called all nearby dominos to confirm that what will i do. They all giving me others no. And told me to contact there and everyone is saying that my money will be refunded but its not upto now. I want my money to be refunded in my account. And it is really very disappointing thing happens from dominos to most of the people. Please resolve this issue and refund my money.

      I have been ordered a midium size pizza through swiggy at 9:35pm on 28th september, 2017 by applying a discount coupon, order no 254 (Rest amount of ₹ 463 paid through net banking) from azay nagar kolkata outlet. I am not yet received my pizza till this time and online tracking shows that it is delivered to my address. I want my money credited back to my account otherwise i am going to file a complaint in consumer foram.

        Place:- dominos, tollichowki, hyderabad.

        I have placed the online order in dominos at 9:13pm with order number 71 (Rs. 434) after applying discount coupon and the order was assigned to dominos tollichowki i dont know how because serilimgampally dominos is closest to my house (900m). We were waiting for our delivery, after 30 mins we tried to track my order but unfortunately it was not showing me anything except your order was successful message. After many follow up we successfully called to the delivery center and we came to know that our order was cancelled because i did not picked up his call although no once called me. Manager ahmad did not even bother to intimate me after cancelling the order or atleast updating it online or atleast sending me sms. After so much follow up they cancelled my order and placed new order (Order number 80) for me and the delivery guy came to deliver the pizza, but the new order placed by the manager was without the discount code and the delivery guy mehraj and manager ahmed both forced me to pay the amount without the discount (I. E. Rs 526) which was not at all acceptable to me. Manager ahmad does not have any etiquettes of talking to customer, he was on the verge of abusing me and also said that why did you even placed the order and at last forced me to return the order.

        Please be aware and avoid using tollichowki dominos center, manager ahmad was horrible in dealing with customers.

          Respect sir/ma'am,
          We had ordered 2 medium farmhouse pizza at your center at collage square cuttack invoice number 66402/17/20273 and had brought home. To our surprise we had not been served with oregano and when complained about it on phone we had been advised by one of your representatives mr. Ramesh sahu "to add some salt and have it as it would taste better" i think people should stop going there to dominose and start eating pizza at road side and would also be served with oregano. The taste was not at all good and i had never thought of it to be so even in my dreams

            I ordered my pizza at 8:42pm from dominos at manapakkam road in chennai and it wasn't delivered even after 45 minutes where as on app it shows that it was ready after 10 minutes of me placing the order. I want my money back on the 30 minutes or free offer.
            My pizza has still not been delivered and i am sure it would not be hot anymore when it arrives, so don't gurantee 30 minutes delivery when you can't fulfill it.
            I want a full refund for my order. I am highly dissatisfied.

                    My name is bhushan, i recently had been at the domino's outlet in one of the prestigious location in ahmedabad.

                    Few issues faced:

                    1. There was no signage at the outlet and at the website about 'only vegeterian' food, as per what they follow during navratri days... The explanation given was that it takes one day to upload on the website, hence on first day it was not mentioned. Why cant this be done one day before navratri?

                    2. Pizzas were ordered and while getting the delivery, it was told there are no oregano available. It was out of stock since some 5-6 days and would take 10 more days to be made available. Can this be the reason??? I was told by one of the customer care person that there were some issues with the quality of oregano and hence were seized to be supplied...

                    3. There were no packets for tomato sauce, we saw the typical red bottles for tomato sauce.

                    I asked at the counter about whom should i complain/give suggestions... They did not give a proper response. While having complained later online, there were 2 calls received giving explainations that were no way convincing... The person on fb chat seemed to be helpful and willing to resolve, but i do not believe that the customer care has any interest in calling. The calls were received from the same outlet, whereas there should be a centralize

                        Let me share one of my worst experience which i had with dominos last nite i. E.25th sep 2017 where after a long time i try to order online abd even paid thru paytm wallet.. But to my surprise neither order was executed at dominos end nor they agreed that they recd. The payment. I even gave various calls to huda city center outlet and even mg road outlet of dominos in gurgaon but of no support.

                        Finally i tried paytm and they sent me a below email and told me that transaction is succesful at their end and told me to chk at your end.

                        Pls advise how can you help in this regard.

                        First coming late and when tell him the policy of 30 minutes then take the pizza back and mis behaviour and said very rudely then two minutes late is not an issue...
                        So Please look into the matter...
                        He said... we domino have no effect of your 300 rupee .. so ignore in this way and take pizza back...

                          I am glad to share that i have received world's most pathetic services from one of your store (Nangloi, delhi)... Thanks for looking a customer forever and i would never ever dare to look back towards your store even in my worst dreams.

                          I placed an order worth rs 762. Never got a call from store to confirm the order. I called it to confirm whether the order is received or not. They confirmed the order has been received but they do not have oregano. I agreed on the fact shared and asked for a compensation as it is a miss from stores end. The agent started arguing. Even the manager wasnt't able to understand the fact that the issue was from store's end and continued arguing and clearly stated no for compensation even after confronting the fact that the issue is from store's end not mine. She was so stupid that while talking to me, she straight away put me on hold while i was speaking. She didnt even ask for my permission if she can placed my call on hold or not. Your staff is so stupid that i can't resist.

                          Moral: going forward, even if i am dying to eat your guys pizzas, i would never look back... Thanks for such a pathetic service. Keep up the good work.,

                            Hi,
                            I was order 1 pizza (Rs 735/-) on 10th sep 2017 through mobile app. But during booking there was some error and pizza order not placed but amount had been deducted from my bank account (Credit card). After that i was booked a new order with cod mode.
                            Immediately i was called to dominos shop sector 9 panchkula (Haryana) and my call picked by a lady and she checked the details and confirmed me that my money will be refund within 6-7 days but now till date no refund received.
                            Pls help out me to close the issue. Sector 9 dominos shop not responding and suggesting to wait for some more time even more than 10 days passed.
                            I hope that this reputated company will take action on immediate.
                            Waiting for call or sms regarding this issue.

                              Hi i went to the dominos store at frazer town to buy pizza on september 6. The card didn't work the first time so the girl there asked me to swipe again. When i came back home, the amount got deducted twice. We called and reminded them. They said the amount will be refunded automatically in 15 days. It is september 23 and the amount has not been refunded. It looks like they don't bother refunding the amount unless the customer makes a fuss.

                              Also the delivery option is pathetic. The delivery range ends at the bridge near my house. My house is hardly 2 minutes from there (I live under the bridge which is technically still the bridge). When i called in to order a home delivery with a fractured foot, they still refused to come.

                              Domino's had such good customer service a few years back and good offers. Now i am rethinking if its worth ordering from domino's.

                                Today i ordered 4 pizza mania and one garlic bread along with a coke from dominos less then half km away from my place. I recieved my order after an hour and 2 delivery boys came to my place they both were drunk as it was a night time around 11. The quality of pizzas were too low and taste less everything was cold.
                                I am complaining this to make sure that this should not be repeated again in the future as dominos is a good reputated brand among all.

                                    Subject: arrogant behaviour, lies, harassment of customer by dominos staff

                                    This is to inform you that on 18th of september i placed an order of a pizza, garlic bread and choco lava cake for "dominos" from the mobile number "[protected]" in the name of "tripti komal" through the "zomato app" from jnu, new delhi. I have received a confirmation message on app saying "your order has been accepted by the restaurant" and the bill amount of around rs.546 was also accepted by zomato through my sbi card. I was waiting for the delivery to happen. After 10-15 mins i called the restaurant to find out the status of the order. To my shock the concerned person "ansh" who answered my phone told me there was no such order placed and no such confirmation given. Immediately i spoke to customer care person of zomato through the message service available.

                                    I wanted to ensure if it is the same store i called where the zomato sent the order to, he/she said it is the same one.. The dominos outlet in the "priya cinema complex, vasant vihar, new delhi". The person informed me that the order is being processed it will take 10-15 mins. However, i informed him about the call and the response of the concerned person. After almost 45 mins i had called on to the store number once again and got the same answer saying we have'nt received any order with this number. After asking him to make me speak to the store incharge he said he was the incharge and again denied receiving any order. Later, on insisting he forwarded the call to "rakesh" and he too said he got no order with the given mobile number/order no.

                                    The person from zomato said he/she will call the restaurant to confirm when it was more than 45 mins. However, the restaurant was not taking his/her call nor our call and when they did they kept on insisting that no such order was accepted by them but however in the app the confirmation was there. This whole process happened for an hour and more. Being restless finally i requested zomato to refund the money i paid for the order.

                                    Zomato insisted that the order cannot be cancelled and no such refund would be available. Upon arguing the amount was promised to be refunded. However me and my friend went to the outlet to findout what had transpired actually. Upon going and speaking to the two concerned people what we realised completely shocked us.

                                    The behaviour of the staff was rude, arrogant and condescending. Stories were cooked up and lies were told saying that we called you on some other number when the registered number is the aforementioned. Then again upon arguing the same people rakesh and ansh said the delivery boy "rahul" came but you people did'nt answer the call and when asked to show the number on which the delivery boy called, the number presented was not the registered number. If he had come why did they not inform us on the registered number??! How can they have some other number while the rest of the order details including the name was accurate.

                                    After a heated argument about the treatment, harassment and the utter negligent behaviour of staff i have decided to take up this issue with the higher managment. After my friend and i left the store after the argument in about 20 mins we received a call saying he was the manager of dominos and surprisingly he called on the same number we had given in zomato. He introduced himself as hemant kumar and asked us about our experience with dominos.!! Upon asking how he did he call on this number while the store staff refused to having got this number he said he got it from the store itsel[censored] I said how can that be possible since they said they did'nt have this number registered from zomato. Then he was hesitant and blamed us instead saying u might have given this when u visited the store. That is an absolute lie because my friend and i were furious we did not give any number to them during that time!! Hence, this manager who called us up also was a fraudulent one and was lying to us!!

                                    If proper action and response is not given, i am going to file a consumer compliant against the outlet and company for demeaning my dignity as a customer even after i paid the amount and the arrogant behaviour filled with lies and lies. No apology was given and most ironical was the fact that, the staff did'nt even realise the mistake the outlet had committed.

                                    The reason we order or buy food from dominos is on basis of the trust that has been developed over years. With such kind of behaviour with women customers and the kind of attitude they have towards customers shows the nature of the outlet and failure of management to curtail such kind o[censored]nruly stuff. I expect a proper investigation and reply from your side. If no proper action is taken i wont hesitate in filing a complaint against the outlet in the consumer court.

                                      I have booked pizza today from dominos light hall chandivali website but unfortunately my money was deducted but order was not booked due to online session expiry. Below is details of payment deducted. I want my refund please look into this matter at the earliest.

                                      I ordered one veg loaded, 1 corn pizza, 1 taco mexicano and 1 veg parcel on dominoz online delivery and paid using paytm through BolldeskFood1 but amount deducted and order cancelled saying transaction failed. Total amount deducted 302. Please look into the matter. I want my full refund.

                                        Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110045

                                        1. I called up dominos for placing an order on call, they denied service stating that my locality is out of their service area and abruptly disconnected the call.
                                        2. I called up again and the guy attending call did same again abruptly disconnecting my call.
                                        3. My nearest dominos store wasnt attending call so called up another dominos (Which is just 1.5 km from my location) and told him the problem, inspite of listening to my problem he disconnected the call, not even replying to my query.
                                        4. Guy who misbehaved, his name is abhishek.
                                        Ground floor, khasra no.73, property no. Rz-d-8/1, vill. Nasirpur, palam dabri road, mahavir enclave, new delhi, delhi 110045.
                                        5. My location from where i placed order
                                        Sadh nagar 2, palam colony, new delhi.

                                        6. My concern is not the denial of delivery but misbehaviour.

                                        7. Looking for a suitable action.
                                        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
