With a huge disappointment i'm forced to write this as it was such a ridiculous service, i'd never expected from dominos.

I ordered 2 pizzas (Order no 383 - 1 medium & 1 regular) online at 9.27 pm however not received any response nor any pizza until an hour. I believe, i should have been informed about the delay in delivery by the store in the name of courtesy, but unfortunately that didn't happened.

I repeatedly kept on dialling their store's only contact number available ([protected]) for half an hour but continuously was getting a message as 'the number dialled is out of order'.

And finally i received a call from a delivery boy at 10.32 pm, he handed over me the pizza with a 4/5 times sorry word and said that the huge rush in the store is the reason for a delay. Then i enquired him about the 30 mins delivery or free service and i want my money back, upon which he said that he'll have a word with his manager about it and went back in rush.

The pain not ended here, there was lot more still to come where i witnessed a worst ever service of delivering a wrong pizza, yes am saying it correct, a totally different pizza was delivered to me from what i've ordered. A regular, non-spicy pizza, cheese n corn to be specific, which i'd ordered for my daughter but they delivered me a different pizza with full of red chillies
(Exactly opposite and which i would never want to have).

There's more pain yet to come.

Upon realising, to get it replaced i immediately tried to call the delivery boy (Rakesh - as identified by truecaller) on his cell from which he called me, as the only number i've of the said store was not reachable, but all in vein. He never ever bothered to answer my any call i made him several times i. E. More than 40 times i called him but he didn't answered any.

Never ever expected this kind of ridiculous service from dominos.

This is so annoying, frustrating and painful stretch i've gone thru with a huge amount of inconvenience to me and my family, of which requesting to kindly take a very serious note of this and provide me a solution with giving back the entire money (Rs 620) which i've paid already by credit card.

They are cheating Indian customers by following no so happening policy. which made to lure Indians and trying to skip what they follow. nowadays quality is also getting deteriorating. I still enjoy pizza but I think they should be honest in providing so...

    As you already know we are supposed to disclose our phone number for ordering a pizza.. But your employee name rahul bhati has sended me a personal message on whatsapp which is highly unprofessional i do not tolerate this kind of behavior from your employee i've attached the screenshot of message below i will like you to resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      I ordered for pizzas from your mohali, punjab. Phase 7 branch at 8:50pm, of 2nd sep. 2017. The delivery of my order was not delivered till 9:50pm, 2nd sep. 2017. Then i called your mohali branch to inquire about my order. There the manager of your mohali branch varinder rangar, very rudely told me that the delivery boy sahil has come back as there was no one was at home and there was no door bell at my house. He never even considered gaving me a phone call after he reached my home and after he could not find the door bell. Now tell me i live in army flats in mohali which house dosent have a door bell. Over that your branch manager varinder was too rude and almost abusive at times. He further told me that he will give me 300/- discount, take it or leave it. Then my ordered was delivered at 10:20pm on the same date. Me and my family had no choice to accept the order because my kids were very hungary and crying. I'm disgusted and diapointed with you manager conduct and useless survise. Please take very strick action against my complaint in 24 hrs and reply back or i will be forced to take leagle action you people. Please take this complaint very secriously.

        My name is vishal and I'm from Bangalore and I ordered pizza at Horamavu village-[protected] at 7 in the evening. It was advised to me that it will be delivered by 8.. after 8:30 I started calling them and every time the lady said it will be delivered in 15 minutes..after 9:30 she stopped picking up call and I waited till 10:30 but still pizza not received.. so embarrassing and I will never eat dominos pizza again..very unprofessional store and management..

          This is regarding my order no. 141 dt. 02.09.2017 through which i had ordered for 4 medium thin crust pizza under the everyday value offer. My local store is vidya nagar, bhopal and i am a regular customer. Today the order was placed & paid fr through the app at 7.00 pm. I had not received my order till 7.50pm. The order status on the app reflected 'order dispatched' but i was yet to receive it. Knowing that my order shall be classified as bulk order, not applying for the 30 min guarantee, i waited for somemore time. After another 10 mins, i called up the store, requesting them for an update. I was informed that the delivery boy is nearby and that he should be reaching in the next 5 mins. He shall call me up for directions. When i had not received my order even after the promised 5 mins, i called the store again. This time a ms. Jyoti picked up and she promptly passed on the call to someone else. That gentleman informed me that, my order should be on the way. When i told him that the wait time was now 1 hr and that i may be given the delivery boy's no., so that i can call him, i was put on hold and subsequently disconnected. After repeated attempts, when i was again connected to the store, a mr. Deepak picked up the phone. He informed that the delivery boy is 'uncontactable'. The staff kept on dillydallying when i repeatedly asked them for his no. On my continued insistence, my call was transfered to the store manager, mr. Ashish. He also continued to evade the question of my order repeating the std lines. He said that he shall revert with the delivery boy's no. After finding it out from the roster or obtaining it from any of the 25 odd staff working there. By this time 1 hr 15 mins had passed since the time i had placed the order and my young son was getting restless. There was no call from the store and no order either. I again called and this time a mr. Rahul, transferred the call to another manager mr. Ankit, who atleast had the courtesy to attend to the call. He informed that the delivery boy was untraceable and that the store had sent another person after the 'untraceable' delivery boy. When i told them that i shall lodge a complaint and i want a refund, they said i can certainly do that. It was 8.30 pm by then and 1hr 30 mins had passed. I was completely irritated and had lost my patience at the casual attitude of the store people. It was only after my pointing out that they have a lousy service, did mr. Ankit offer to provide a fresh pizza. I asked them to expedite. After this, at 8.45 pm, 1 hr and 45 mins after i placed the order, the 'untraceable delivery boy - mr. Pavan' turns up with the pizza order which had gone cold and no remorse. When i enquired as the cause of delay, he replied the previous delivery took time.in his presence i again called up the store & mr. Ankit. I asked what should i do with the pizza, he asked whether i would like a fresh batch. This indicates that mr. Ankit had not bothered to order a fresh batch. He also informed that as it was a prepaid order, any refund (Only if the store endorses it) shall be received on my card. By this time, my son and family members were all extremely hungry and i had to accept the cold pizzas. I have put in a complaint with dominos though i am not hopeful of any action. This is not the first time it has happened. It has happened earlier, delay being between 20 mins - 40 mins. Every time the delivery boys had requested saying that they shall be penalized and i had let it go. Once i had received the order 2 hrs late, but then the store had sent a fresh batch before the original order and requested that i not complaint. I had agreed. But after today, it seems that dominos is taking everyone for a merry ride, knowing well that customers will put up with whatever kind of service they provide.

            I ordered non veg loaded and paid for it and they stuck me with some margarita with 3 piece of chicken on it ... When I asked why is that so they told me they are out of toppings and stuff .. with due respect I understand it but why have u charged for loaded then. Is this your quality? I need my money back or I need compansation from your side . I am going to lodge a complain at United states office i[censored] don't take any action against it.

              Hi,

              I arjit maheshwari, ordered an pizza.
              Order number is 259, and the delivery boy delivers that in 45 minutes and when he reached delivery address i told it should be free and i am not going to pay for this and he replied it will not and he start the bike and went away.

              I love to eat pizza at every saturday and sunday but now i will not go for dominos. This is #.

              Is this type of person you guys are hiring those are not having sense of talk to a customer or a person.

              I would like to get back my pizza free asap.

                Hello team,
                I am writing this in regard to the delivery delay at my office today i. E. 1/9/2017. I ordered four pizzas (2 medium and 2 large) at 4:17 pm. But i didn't get the order even after 1 hour of time. I called the domino's outlet more than ten times and their executive said that our delivery boy is on his way. I called at their outlet again after 10 min and they said that the delivery boy is coming from auto due to breakdown of his motorcycle. Then again i called after 10-15 min then they said that we just dispatched your order and it will reach soon. After these many commitments me and my guests are waiting because i ordered the food for office guests. But i didn't received the order on the mentioned time. Then finally i called at domino's facility for the last time to take the information about the delivery boy and his contact number so that i would be able to contact home and track his location. Still i get very rude answer from the executive that we do not have the contact number of the delivery boy. At 5:23 pm, when all the guests are about to leave the office, the delivery boy came and said that the outlet dispatched the order 7 min back and i reached here in just 7 min. So, i called at the domino's facility to confirm it whether their delivery boy or the facility executive are making fool of me and telling lies again and again. I ask their executive to transfer the call to facility manager and when he (Neeraj, training manager) picked up the call, he said that we can give you the compensation of rs. 300/-. I asked him why your delivery is too much late and it takes more than one hour to reach at my office. Then he replied very rudely that "aapko isse kya krna hai.. Aap ye btao kya chahte ho aap". I said i just want to know the reason nothing else i need nor your refund neither your compensation.. Then he replied again very rudely "300 rupees de sakte hai baaki hum kuch nai kar sakte". I said that i am coming over there to talk with you on this matter so he said very arrogantly "haa haa aajao.. Yahi hu me".

                Now my only concern is that one of those people, maybe the delivery boy or the executive or the manager was making fool of mine. I just want the clarification from their side and the action taken against the concerned persons for the irresponsibility and bad behavior.
                In case if their management is unable to take the decision and the necessary action required, kindly do let me know. I definitely would go with the legal terms. Though i have all the call recordings and the billing receipt. So, i request you to kindly look into this matter on priority basis and inform me about the decision of the management will take against them.

                  I ordered pizzas on 29th and 31st august 2017 (Txn. Id ju[protected] and ju[protected]). Both times, rs. 376 was deducted from my account but neither email nor message notification nor pizza reached me! When contacted near by dominos[protected], they claimed that order was not placed and money will be reimbursed next day. Both haven't happened as of now. Need my money back.

                    On 29th august 2017, @22:23 time domino's outlet hiranandani estate, patlipada, thane - maharashtra, india outlet i had given a take away order and the actual bill came to rs.1099.99/-. However, the lady at the counter name sanchita swiped my axis bank debit card for rs.10, 200/-. Immediately i brought the matter to the notice of the shift manager who was reluctant to give his name instead he told to contact the manager named pooja who was not available at the store at that time. That man though canclled my order that time and informed me that within 48 hrs the payment will be reversed to my bank a/c. However till now, 01 sep 2017 13.30 time my bank account has not received the credit.

                    I m trying to follow up with Mr.Sagar Shaili whose number i got from Ms. Pooja on the other day i.e. 30th Aug 2017. However that man told me he will get back to me after confirmation with the finance dept has not even bothered to update me till now.

                      I submitted a complaint that my order was unsuccessful yet rs. 511 was deducted twice once from paytm and once from my amex card. The email with complaint number 3319965 came to me with a 2 days turn around time but nobody has contacted me or refunded my money it's been a week already. I tried this from mobile app but since the order was not successful there is no order number. Can someone contact me on [protected]. This is also my registered mobile number with dominoes. I am attaching a picture where the mobile app clearly says order unsuccessful.

                        Ok so the order which i placed today at dominos jail road branch, after this order i am never placing an order with you unless you appoint educated employees. Your employees came to my house and tried to threaten me, are you running a pizza company or you hired terrorist? This is so unprofessional the way your employee spoke to me. He went down on his standard i could have easily beat him up but thats not what i wanted to do. I can sue you because your employee said he can do anything. I want you to take a legal action against him. This is the worst experience and i am stopping ordering with you unless i get a revert back on this illiterate guy.

                          Hi, i ordered the pizza online on 23aug 2017, and the payment was also made online but the pizza delivery was made after 50 minutes and it's quality was pathetic, was told by the delivery boy that the refund for it will be credited to the account within 7 days.

                            I ordered chicken dominator with cheese burst from jamnagar domino's outlet. The pizza was missing soft edge crust and less amount of cheese and chicken as well. So domino's once again disappointed me. You should take care of your quality and commitment what you promise. This type of service is deteriorating the impression of domino's.

                            I placed an order on 31 aug 2017 at 8.12 pm at dominos by making the payment online. They placed the order via no. 291 but didnt delievered it on time i.e 30 minutes gurantee. I got my order after 1 hour. This happens everytime whenever i place the order online. Dominos is a brand and is making commitments but is not able to fulfill them.

                              I had placed ordered pizza worth rs.1326/- on 17th august 2017 from mobile app... Payment deducted from my account but order failed. I had spoken to the local dominos outlet, who has assured that the amount will be refunded in 7 days... I had lodged a complaint through the app ref no 3237501, on 18th august 2017. I had received a call from +[protected] assuring the refund with 7 days.

                              Till date nothing has been credited nor i'm getting any feedback from helpline numbers

                                On 20th aug i have made online booking for pizza and made the payment through paytm vide the billdesk order booking reference no as mentioned above. But after waiting for 30 mins, when we called the domino's number at as rao nagar branch near sainikpuri hyderabad - telangana state, we were informed that the payment has not reached them and hence no service provided. We were advised to connect with paytm for the refund, but paytm confirmed that the payment has been made and acknowledged by the vendor thru bill desk, hence need to connect with the service provider. Now i am at a loss of rs. 1438 (Rs. 719 each for the above two bookings.)

                                    I'm nishi arora a regular ordering person from your store.. Today i placed 2 orders at 7.30 pm to which the guy answering my call gave me disc scheme and asked where i needed anything more.. I hung up.. I saw its 8.30 n called why is it taking 1 hr to deliver.. To that most shocking answer was that i hadn't placed order only.. Am i fool to call at 8.30 n ask if i hadn't ordered only.. They made me talk to manager but same idiotic excuse... They silently whispered to someone where's order 61... I called 3 times but same excuse. Frankly i don't want ur 600 rs ka pizza.. Its the ethics of a brand.. Kindly don't ruin it.. They could have just accepted their mistake but no they went on n on about their crap.

                                      I had place online order at dominos on 27/8/17 at night 10:20 pm, i had call once to the store to check the status of the delivery, they said your order is on the way will be reaching soon due to ganpati festival it met take 45min, but it was not mention anywhere on online site, after 45 min i again call to the store they again said your order is on the way, after more 15mins i got call form deliver boy that i'm reaching to you, when he finally reach at my place, i ask him as per your delivery guarantee can i get any discount, so he said on side orders there is no time limit, so i said it's more then 1hour so he said sirji ganpati hai thoda late toh hoga apko pata hona chaiye.
                                      This is not the way i think anyone should treat or give service to the customer, if you guys can't give proper service stop taking orders or close your online app because we not eating for free, we are paying for it.

                                      Worst delivery service ever, order online at 10:20 pm got order at 11:28 pm more then 1hour

                                        Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have place the online order and followed all the online order steps but i have not received any call or message regarding delivery of my product. Transcation was successufully done my amount got deducated from my acount...n at atlast i dodnt nt receive pizza n not even my amount...please do help
                                        I placed an order online today for 1 veg pasta, 1 veg burger pizza, 1 choco lava, and 1 jalepino dip. The amount of Rs 375 got deducted from my zeta account but the order was unsuccessful.
