With a huge disappointment i'm forced to write this as it was such a ridiculous service, i'd never expected from dominos.
I ordered 2 pizzas (Order no 383 - 1 medium & 1 regular) online at 9.27 pm however not received any response nor any pizza until an hour. I believe, i should have been informed about the delay in delivery by the store in the name of courtesy, but unfortunately that didn't happened.
I repeatedly kept on dialling their store's only contact number available ([protected]) for half an hour but continuously was getting a message as 'the number dialled is out of order'.
And finally i received a call from a delivery boy at 10.32 pm, he handed over me the pizza with a 4/5 times sorry word and said that the huge rush in the store is the reason for a delay. Then i enquired him about the 30 mins delivery or free service and i want my money back, upon which he said that he'll have a word with his manager about it and went back in rush.
The pain not ended here, there was lot more still to come where i witnessed a worst ever service of delivering a wrong pizza, yes am saying it correct, a totally different pizza was delivered to me from what i've ordered. A regular, non-spicy pizza, cheese n corn to be specific, which i'd ordered for my daughter but they delivered me a different pizza with full of red chillies
(Exactly opposite and which i would never want to have).
There's more pain yet to come.
Upon realising, to get it replaced i immediately tried to call the delivery boy (Rakesh - as identified by truecaller) on his cell from which he called me, as the only number i've of the said store was not reachable, but all in vein. He never ever bothered to answer my any call i made him several times i. E. More than 40 times i called him but he didn't answered any.
Never ever expected this kind of ridiculous service from dominos.
This is so annoying, frustrating and painful stretch i've gone thru with a huge amount of inconvenience to me and my family, of which requesting to kindly take a very serious note of this and provide me a solution with giving back the entire money (Rs 620) which i've paid already by credit card.

Domino's Pizza customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have'nt got my refund money of Rs 392 of failed order yet.though 7 days have been passed.
This is the happening wid me thrice. atleast you shuld refund it on time
