On 29th august 2017, @22:23 time domino's outlet hiranandani estate, patlipada, thane - maharashtra, india outlet i had given a take away order and the actual bill came to rs.1099.99/-. However, the lady at the counter name sanchita swiped my axis bank debit card for rs.10, 200/-. Immediately i brought the matter to the notice of the shift manager who was reluctant to give his name instead he told to contact the manager named pooja who was not available at the store at that time. That man though canclled my order that time and informed me that within 48 hrs the payment will be reversed to my bank a/c. However till now, 01 sep 2017 13.30 time my bank account has not received the credit.

I submitted a complaint that my order was unsuccessful yet rs. 511 was deducted twice once from paytm and once from my amex card. The email with complaint number 3319965 came to me with a 2 days turn around time but nobody has contacted me or refunded my money it's been a week already. I tried this from mobile app but since the order was not successful there is no order number. Can someone contact me on [protected]. This is also my registered mobile number with dominoes. I am attaching a picture where the mobile app clearly says order unsuccessful.

Ok so the order which i placed today at dominos jail road branch, after this order i am never placing an order with you unless you appoint educated employees. Your employees came to my house and tried to threaten me, are you running a pizza company or you hired terrorist? This is so unprofessional the way your employee spoke to me. He went down on his standard i could have easily beat him up but thats not what i wanted to do. I can sue you because your employee said he can do anything. I want you to take a legal action against him. This is the worst experience and i am stopping ordering with you unless i get a revert back on this illiterate guy.

Hi, i ordered the pizza online on 23aug 2017, and the payment was also made online but the pizza delivery was made after 50 minutes and it's quality was pathetic, was told by the delivery boy that the refund for it will be credited to the account within 7 days.

I ordered chicken dominator with cheese burst from jamnagar domino's outlet. The pizza was missing soft edge crust and less amount of cheese and chicken as well. So domino's once again disappointed me. You should take care of your quality and commitment what you promise. This type of service is deteriorating the impression of domino's.

I had placed ordered pizza worth rs.1326/- on 17th august 2017 from mobile app... Payment deducted from my account but order failed. I had spoken to the local dominos outlet, who has assured that the amount will be refunded in 7 days... I had lodged a complaint through the app ref no 3237501, on 18th august 2017. I had received a call from +[protected] assuring the refund with 7 days.

Till date nothing has been credited nor i'm getting any feedback from helpline numbers

Expecting some serious action my complaint

On 20th aug i have made online booking for pizza and made the payment through paytm vide the billdesk order booking reference no as mentioned above. But after waiting for 30 mins, when we called the domino's number at as rao nagar branch near sainikpuri hyderabad - telangana state, we were informed that the payment has not reached them and hence no service provided. We were advised to connect with paytm for the refund, but paytm confirmed that the payment has been made and acknowledged by the vendor thru bill desk, hence need to connect with the service provider. Now i am at a loss of rs. 1438 (Rs. 719 each for the above two bookings.)

I am visit your dominos pizza in indore city area rajendrnagar bee town hotal last 13.8.2017 i am billing 210rs and deduct my account but dominos manager say our site not deduct you amaount so i am not give pizza and after again 210rs cash payament after the oder pizza manager say deduct amount is deposit in your account within 10 working day but not submit in my ac so plz suggest

I'm nishi arora a regular ordering person from your store.. Today i placed 2 orders at 7.30 pm to which the guy answering my call gave me disc scheme and asked where i needed anything more.. I hung up.. I saw its 8.30 n called why is it taking 1 hr to deliver.. To that most shocking answer was that i hadn't placed order only.. Am i fool to call at 8.30 n ask if i hadn't ordered only.. They made me talk to manager but same idiotic excuse... They silently whispered to someone where's order 61... I called 3 times but same excuse. Frankly i don't want ur 600 rs ka pizza.. Its the ethics of a brand.. Kindly don't ruin it.. They could have just accepted their mistake but no they went on n on about their crap.

I had place online order at dominos on 27/8/17 at night 10:20 pm, i had call once to the store to check the status of the delivery, they said your order is on the way will be reaching soon due to ganpati festival it met take 45min, but it was not mention anywhere on online site, after 45 min i again call to the store they again said your order is on the way, after more 15mins i got call form deliver boy that i'm reaching to you, when he finally reach at my place, i ask him as per your delivery guarantee can i get any discount, so he said on side orders there is no time limit, so i said it's more then 1hour so he said sirji ganpati hai thoda late toh hoga apko pata hona chaiye.
This is not the way i think anyone should treat or give service to the customer, if you guys can't give proper service stop taking orders or close your online app because we not eating for free, we are paying for it.

Hello, i ordered pizzas worth 440 from pizzeria dominos is rangpo, sikkim today. But the order couldn't be placed but still the amount was cut from my paytm wallet. I need that asap. Please respond. I need that money urgently as i need that for other purposes. When will i get my money back? The mentioned dominos outlet isn't recieving calls either. Help me out asap.

This is the matter of store bkc1 near chetna college she is woking in this store as a position of csr but manager is taking the wok from him as a house keeping she studied till syjc and ur manager is trlling him to clean atoilet or clean the dustbin so pls do needfull action again ur manager other wise we will go to kherwadi police station for this concern and to take fir against ur manger for doing this siviour offence

I had ordered chicken pizza worth 325 from domino's through zomato on 20th aug and used paytm for payment. I got a call from the store saying we dont deliver in your location. I asked for order cancellation. They said the amount will be refunded within the next 3 working days. It's going to be a week and still dint receive the money. I have tried calling all the customer care numbers and none of them are going through. Request you to action on the same.

I bought dominos voucher from little and when tried to apply that voucher it shows zero balance there.
I contacted little and come to know some unknown person from bangalore used that voucher and i lost my 500 voucher.
I doubt that person hacks dominos site and used that voucher.

Yesterday night, i ordered 1 cheese burst pizza, 1 garlic bread with cheese dip and 1 pasta from dominos.
Firstly i received the order after 90 minutes of ordering, when contacted the manager he agreed to waive off rs 300.
Secondly, when i opened my pizza, garlic bread, and pasta, i found it non-edible to eat as it was too cold. All the topping were ripped off and white stand which they generally give was not present. I again contacted store manager, he agreed and committed me that they will repeat me the same order tomorrow. When today i contacted dominos to get the order, they strictly denied and started talking illogically. Why should i compromise with the quality when paid completely for it. Such rude behaviour from the staff is not at all accepted. This is my understanding, that the face of dominos pizza is "dominos", so collectively i need not remember particular store manager's name. While when i was ordering today, some guy dharmendra insisted again and again on getting me the name of the manager who committed the same thing when repeatedly told i don't remember the name.

I would like to get the total refund for my order placed yesterday or i would like to get the same order again.

I bought e voucher through little app. While applying in domino's.com the code didn't get applied. I called domino's executive immediately. He said due to bad weather the internet issues came. Please try after sometime. I said k. But then in little app it came coupon code is used. The worth of coupon code is 500 rs. The happened on 20th august 2017. I didn't order anything also. Can u refund my 500 rs coupon

I have ordered pizza online at 18.45. I have ordered it online and paid through atm. I have given my address. I called after 1 hour which was not ready they said we will start preparing now. I told them that my mobile is switched off and please deliver it to the address. Again i have called now2 hours after the order) to know that it is not yet started. And the company claims they will deliver within 30 mins.

As per the new gst norms, all ac restaurants like dominos, pizza hut, kfc etc. Attract 18 % gst for dinning. If you take away the food (Pre-cooked and pre-packed), then gst should be 12%.
When i ask in outlet that i will take away pizza to home, even that case they are applying the 18% gst.

Kindly let me know the how your are applying the gst as in case of pick up, the gst should be 12% instead of 18%.

Hi, on sunday 20/8/17 i ordered pizza worth 300inr but due to some technical reasons the order failed but the amount got deducted from my account. I tried calling the outlet, they said they don't have any information regarding that. I have proof of my account statement and the mail which i received from my bank.
