Indian government have reduced the amount of tax conceived by them in the form of gst so that the standard of living of common mass could be improved and they can also enjoy eating lavish food products available in the market.
But all these efforts put in by our government will be of no use if a multi-national company like domino's will adopt such forgery in their policy and increase in their base price of their product.
Therefore i would request you not to adopt such greedy policies.

    I tried ordering on dominos website twice through paytm while the money was deducted twice from my account the order was cancelled both the times, then i called the store directly and they denied taking my order they said they cant deliver, this is ridiculous first you owe me a refund and second bad service and rudeness from the dominos chintal, hyderabad i made the call at 18:16 to them, and i am very disappointed in dominos for this

    I had ordered for an order on dominos website on 16th Nov 2017 and paid via paytm. The following is my payment history on paytm:

    However I was notiifed of a payment error on the portal and the order was not delivered either.
    But my amount balance shows the deduction of Rs 1, 213.

    Kindly take note and refund my amount.
    I have ordered a thin crust pizza and i have recieved a margerita which was pathetic in taste and I am a very frequent with dominos but it is a worst experience which i had ...and they gave me a photostat of pamphlet ...which looks like a road side koisk...

      I have an account at little app with registered mobile number +91-[protected]
      I have purchased a domino's voucher of rs. 500/- on 23- oct - 2017 valid till 20 dec2018. The voucher is redeemable on domino's website under payment method "gift card/ e - voucher". However the gift card/ e - voucher payment option is not available now at their website. I contacted customer care of domino's regarding the same but instead of providing a proper solution they asked to contact the vendor of the coupon and stated that they are not associated with any such vendor company. Together these companies are making a fool of the customers. Domino's is not ready to entertain as they have a simple claim that we are not selling these coupons anymore and we cannot help in this matter, contact the vendor of the coupon. Interestingly, both of these do not have a customer care number, domino's does have one as mentioned on the website tagged as 'customer support', however on being contacted they say that this is just our 'order placement centralized system' and go and write mail in this regard on the website. I fail to understand how these companies are allowed to operate in the country at national level without customer care service, cost cutting at the entire cost of the nation.
      Request you to please look into the issue with domino's as well as little app for such a poor response and provide a refund of the customer money.

        This is with regard to order 96 dated 15/nov/2017 placed with perembur dominos center with mobile - [protected]. I got it delivered after 2 hours with the boxes opened state and cold watered pizza. No one picks up call in perambur center with the number that is found in the bill. We gave the pizza back with the delivery boy. But no confirmation/cancellation/refund is happened so far. Kids who were waiting for it got disappointed after waiting for 2 hours. Kindly consider.

          Please be careful while having pizzas from dominos model town as while having pizza i received a big cut in my mouth with a sharp edged glass piece which was inside the base, please share this video as much as you can so it may not happen with others, its shocking to see how the quality of dominos is going down the drain...

            We ordered one big pizza in vaishali sec 7 ramprastha greens around 83 pm. We got a call around 9.22 clarifications regarding the order. Again we tried calling around 10 pm but no body picked up the phone. Around 10.30 pm delievery boy came and given cold pizza which we have returned and in my option the delievery boy was drunk. Also we asked about why he was late he could not able to give answers. We know u will not do anything but we were hungry and waited for almost two hours

              I tried to order one dominos pizza on november 14, 2017 using the app and it was about rs.183. The transaction was successful and the order was not placed and showed some error in the webpage. No message or information came from dominos and they took the money. Its really a way of cheating customers. Please refund my money. I have used debit card for the transaction.
              Please let me know what is the status of this complaint through mail or other. Please take action against this.

                On 9th nov i gave an order in name of kavita sethi to dominos sec 56 gurgaon, haryana, and paid online and can you imagine that the order was cancelled by dominos saying that we don't cater to that particular area because it's very interior but i[censored] don't cater how did you take the order and payment.. The worst part is that i had sent this order to someone as a gift dinner and had given his phone number also but imagine that my guest whom i was sending the order gets a call that we can't deliver but i didn't get a call, i only got an sms or a mail only but why was i not informed on phone because due to this inconvenience my guest couldn't call me and tell me that he got a call from store but instead he starved all night just because your certain store had taken the order online.. Now tell me who is to be blamed.. A reputed international brand of yours doesn't cater to certain areas is not a small issue.. It had been a matter of my prestige.. What compensation would you give me for such an big inconvenience caused by my guest and making him starve on his birthday... And where is my refund... Kavita

                  I have dominos pizza gift card but they are not accepting it for last 2 months. I have tried it once physically at dominos store before 2 months and again today i tried online but they are not accepting it. I have given this card to my 9 year old daughter as gift and she is damn disappointed as she likes dominos pizza very much and want to order it

                    Placed online order on 22-oct. Still refund is not transfered.
                    I did the online order first. Order got cancelled and money got deducted. Domino's claimed that refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. Got sms for the same too. Finally i placed the direct order to store and paid in cash.
                    Not while checking the refund status stores are asking me to contact the store where i placed the first order. Don't have the details since order got cancelled. Even order status is not showing the store details.
                    Pls do let me know how will get the money refund.
                    Do let me know if any further details needed for the same.

                      I called one of the outlet in cambridge layout bangalore, after the order i asked how much is the gst charged they said 18 %. But government already reduced gst to 5 %. When i asked about this they said, in system it’s 18 % and will be charged as per system.

                      So if your systems takes 1 month to update, you will charge 18 for 1 month when it’s reduced to 5.

                      Yesterday night i placed an order for jyoti nagar, jhalander but only money deducted and order was not successful i want dominos to refund my money.
                      Order was not successful slo m not having any order id or something.
                      I have mailed dominos but they are not responding
                      I have only transaction details which m giving below
                      I placed an online order at DOMINOS53744 at dominose.co.in today on 8 nov 2017 and my order did not get placed yet the amount of Rs 352 was debited through my account.

                      Kindly refund it to my accounnt

                        Hi i have ordered a pizza and a coke through the app present in google chrome for dominos, without loging in to my account. After oredering an amount of ₹868 including gst was deducted from my account but the order was not placed, at the same time transaction time out message appeared but my cash got deducted from my account. Please let me know how to get my cash back.

                        I ordered four pizza mania golden corn veg single. They took 1 hour to deliever and the pizza was too cold. I am not satisfied today.

                              This is with regards to the order which i placed on oct 4th 2017 and nov 1st 2017.

                              On oct 4th 2017 :- i received my order late, after an hour. Store people called and told me that my amount will be refunded as there was a delay in delivery. Total amount was rupees 503. It’s been more than a month i didn’t receive any refund from dominos.

                              After this i ordered again nov 1st 2017 but amount was deducted from my account but order was not placed. Amount was rupees 360. I called customer care they told it will be refunded after 3-5 business days.

                              I mailed them gave feedback through app but i didn't receive any mail or call from dominos. Very dissatisfied

                                In the menu card cost of coke or sprite is on mrp and by some unfair trade practices dominos is selling coke whose mrp is 60. God knows how its possible. If yhe the problem is not solved then will move to consumer forum for sure. That means they can even sell water for rs 100 if they can have that price printed. Its highly unfair trade practice. This is the case at all the dominos outlet.

                                  My order number 147, placed on 6th November, from registered number [protected] was cancelled and the manager on call promised me a full refund ... But guess what I have only received a partial refund? Why are you stealing my money?

                                  Such a cheap and unprofessional franchise. I called the outlet several times, they are still saying that I was supposed to get a full refund and they will arrange a call back, but it never happened

                                    We wanted to order pizzas for home delivery and we stay in kodipalya kengeri.. Which is just 1.5 km from kengeri main bus stop and metro station.
                                    Dominos staff took the order politely and took address.. We even told that we will come near the circle to pick the delivery.. They confirmed the order. We waited for an hour and called back to know the order is cancelled. No one had a courtesy to call customer that order got cancelled. We have been unnecessary waiting. There was no proper response when we called back ad well.. Very bad service and very much disappointed. My entire family and friends have been a dominos likers and such misbehave from your staff bring down the moral..
                                    And they give silly reason to escape like server was down.. We couldn't notice

                                      It is really very said to say that I am your regular customer since your starting in Bareilly (U. P).
                                      Earlier I had a wonderful experience but from last 3-4 times we had really experienced worst pizzas from your store

                                      Today we ordered a farmhouse pizza and what we got was absolutely waste. It was not even edible. When I called back to store I am offered with a replacement which I have denied as dinner time was over. Moreover I requested store personnel to collect their pizza and taste whether it was edible.

                                      This is just to inform you that you are spoiling your reputation by servicing that type of pizza.

                                        I have order a pizza and it wouldn't deliver after confirming it. When i call them they told me that there was no order with this number. Second time when i ordered they did not deliver the pizza again very poor service. They ask me details of my address again and couldnt deliver the pizza. I have ordered pizza 3 times and unable to deliver pizza every time. Dominos also give guarantee of 30 mins dilevery they told us atleast 50 mins delevery after waiting for soo long they unable to deliver the piiza. Pathetic experience

                                        I order on 26 Oct 2017 at your Raju park store with my mobile app. My order time was 8.23 pm after 2 hours I call at store they said we need 20 min more to deliverd your... After that I said Pls cancel my order.

                                        But I didn't get my refund.
                                        I have complaint about the order I just received. It has been delivered late and the delivery boy did not take responsibility of your 30min order policy. I am also refused to give ketch up or sauce with order. Quality is also poor. Your service is ridiculous and I want refund for my order.
