I ordered pizza from dominos app.
Date - 23 october 2017
Time - 8:14 pm ist
The money got deducted from my account but the order did not get processed
Then i again placed same order, and paid it cash on delivery.
Kindly refund my money.
I contacted your customer care but they have not helped me.
This is really unprofessional for a good company like yours not helping people out and there money is get wasted like this.

    I have order pizza after watching new advertised camping by new and improved dominos pizza, however i was damn upset, firstly i have confirmed 3 times before ending and placing the order on phone, that i would be paying with a card so send a guy with a swipe machine, next thing as dominos are no longer providing oregano herbs, i asked them to provide more of chili flecks for order on 3 medium pizza. And they just gave me 6 packs of chilli flecks.

    Again they said it was double cheese margarita pizza, and when i open the box i found it was just single cheese and very very poor cheese burst which i order for.

    Other pizza were also not so appreciable, when i talk about the paneer, it feels like eating a rubber, it was so hard to crush when we eat that thing. No onion was on the pizza when they says it is paneer and onion pizza.

    You guys are really making fools to people just by exploring new advertisement on doing camping of improved pizza,

    Pizza crust: it is still waste of food when comes to the edges, they are so hard and dry that we cant eat them and swallow it.

    This is getting worst day by day, still you guys are not able to come up with oregano with new vendor then how you guys going to improve with your pizza and its quality, oregano is the must thing when it comes with pizza, we find this on all the pizza outlet or any of the restaurant, but you guys simply says we are not going to provide you oregano. Oregano add extra taste to the pizza you should remember that.

    I have been not received my order. It's too late. We have waited for more than one hour and pizza is not delivered. Worst service received by Dominos pizza. We waited too long. Frustrated from the worst service. After calling for more than 10 times somebody picked the call and said it will take another half an hour to get that delivered.

      Today, i ordered 4 pizzas, from janipur, jammu but didn't received any pepper with them. When i talked to the shift manager, balvinder manhas singh, he refused to deliver the same. He infact, was giving weired excuses thereof. We couldn't enjoy our pizzas. I am highly disappointed with this experience and will think 1000 times before ordering next time. I hope you will take some action regarding this or refund our payment.

      Sorry to say...That at your model town jalandhar branch simple drinking water is not available it is really strange... Staff is saying water purifier system is out of order...And pizzas is available... Kindly look into the matter.

        Hiii this is deepak thakur, i had ordered 3 combo pack of capcicum pizza and cocacola of order no.208, 219, 227 which i had ordered on 21/10/2017 at uma char rasta, vadodara dominos branch but as when i went for the delievery the guy at the dominos handle me only 3 pack of pizza and only 2 bottles of cococola instead of 3. This type of cheating is not expected from dominos.

          I tried placing a cod order through dominoes android application version 4.4 on 20/10/2017 at around 8 pm; however, the order was not successfully placed.

          Then, i tried a prepaid order and paid rs. 588 through my credit card, transaction number - vt172940014004820000092. I immediately got this message, "transaction of rs 588 has been made on kotak credit card xx xxxx on 20-oct at wwww dominos co in." however, the application only reported umsuccessful transaction.

          I had to place my next order through zomato app. Please refund my money to my credit card, and do something about your stupid application, that is only good for showing a good menu.

            Hii i am regular coustmer of of domino's i have ordered on this date 21/10/2017 i had not got it properly pizza so i have discussed with your store manager. She is lady store manager name is anpuma i have show my pizza. And she was doing very nonsense behaved with me. She said your are only coustmer. They don't have any seance how will do the discuss with the coustmer.
            She is very bad behaviour lady. So i am requesting with domino's senior person give her some training for bechiver. I think she is not perfect as a manager. Lots of word's for anupama minnior less, nonsense, stupid ledy.

              I am complaining about the online transaction for the order placed on 21/10/2017 between 1-3 pm for rs. 647.

                Hi,
                I had ordered for a pizza and a few things more on the 15th of september. I had clicked - paytm money and the money - rs.660 was deducted from my account. I then got an email from dominos saying it was a failed order and the order never got delivered so i wrote to the paytm team and asked for a refund, but they've told me to get in touch with dominos directly. Which is why i'm writing to your team.
                Please could you initiate a refund for the same as this issue has been prolonged since 15th september.

                  I have ordered 4 pizzas of veg buddy. They have received the order and conform me. But after 1 hr late they not receiving any call or not deliver this to me. Pizza deliver doesn't takes more than 45 minutes. My order no. 414, date 19/10/2017, evening time, order taken by dominoes pizza, at/po baramunda, bhubaneswar. Order was given at 9.30 but now it is 11 pm they have not delivered it yet.

                    Sir, i was order pizza last night at 9pm but my pizza was not delivered. Then i was ordered again at 10:09 pm then pizza will delivered at 10:20 pm, only in 10 mints, but your pizza quality was tooo poor and cheese like nothing. Then i was complain at store then manager delivered second pizza 11:00 pm, and that pizza topping quality was good but cheese quality till poor. I was canceled my order. Then manager said no problem you are not a regular customer, so we can't do anything.

                      First of all the order was late by 1 hour... And when i stary eating pizza i noticed insect coming out from the cheese of the cheese... But before that most of my family members had already eaten some slices of pizza... And after some time my sister starts vomiting and having stomach ache

                        I have ordered earlier with the same address but the delivery guy said this is a 'negative area' and who would want to deliver food while standing on the road. I asked him if people have their houses on the road, won't he deliver. He said that then he would not stand on the road but on the gate. Was extremely rude and i have never had this issue before. This was the dominos in rdc rajnagar, ghaziabad.

                          Placed an order via call with dominoes, deen dayal upadhya branch, gwalior (Madhya pradesh), it was a prepaid order bearing order no. 201, place on 9th oct around 9p. M. The order was to be delivered to a passenger travelling by indian railways, crossing gwalior around 10.50 p. M.
                          Due to sheer absent mindedness, and negligence of the delivery boy, even after having mentioned minutest of the details to him and being in constant contact with, the order was not delivered and hence missed by the so mentioned branch.
                          Considering it just my misfortune and human error, i was polite enough with the respective branch and told them not to take action against the delivery boy, out of all, it was me who suffered, due to non availablity of food in train at 11 p. M and due to dominoes for failure to deliver even when time of 1.5 hr was given, still i was complacent enough with them.

                          Now, the order that stood cancelled was supposedly should follow a refund from dominoes to my respective account, to which i was assured 3-4 days was the time limit.
                          Till date, neither the refund nor any cancellation nor a refund processing msg has been recieved by me from dominoes india or whoever concerned.
                          Even after repeated polite calls to branch manager, store manager and supervisor, no concrete answer has been recieved by me. All i am getting is sorry for delay, plz wait for sometime., infact now when ever i call, all i get is, we will get back to you in 12 hrs and no reply is heared by me from them.

                          General dominoes goodwill policy states that, we are entitled to free order if order is not deliver ed in 30 minutes, i would like to ask, what type of compensation am i entitled to for not recieving a concrete answer and my refund from dominoes.
                          Its more tham 9 days almst for the order that was cancelled..
                          As a customer who suffered and went to bed empty stomach due to non availability of food, and negligence. My image for dominoes and its goodwill is tarnished to an extent where i guess i would not think of people there as human enough to understand issues beyond artificial intelligence.
                          As per current scenario, the people at branch are just giving false promises regarding refund and are playing "the mam, we are sorry card". But my patience level has now been losted, why am i supposed to be the one suffering, initially for food and then for negligence and now for refund.?
                          Why am i paying price to trust dominoes goodwill?
                          What is actuall
                          Y my fault in this whole scenario that my politeness have
                          Been taken advantage of??

                          I would request a solution to above grievance and not just an apology.
                          Also if i am entiltled to any compensation beyond my refund.

                            Visited Domino's after long. Ordered a regular barbeque chicken, chicken wings and a coke.
                            Was served almost after 20 min. Was a busy day though.
                            I wasn't given oregano sprinkle along so went downstairs and asked for some and the reply I get is we don't have oregano here.
                            Like really Domino's has stopped serving oregano along with pizza. Are pizzas really pizzas without oregano ?
                            Is it really that ull have stopped serving d same or was it just cost cutting on a busy day.

                              My order no. Is 380 restaurant address is satellites town yelahanka bangalore and my concern ref no. Is 3624041. Kindly follow up the concern i have raised. I have placed my order yesterday 15 october 2017 at 8:35 pm but the pizza was handover to me at 9:30 pm which was more than 30 minutes according to terms and condition of fast food restaurant. Moreover, the manager did not show any concern of calling me today. The company should provide the compliment pizza and chicken the same order i have placed in order to create good will and ensure a good service in future.

                                My name is prakash bhomkar from bangalore.

                                On saturday i. E 14th oct 2017 i have tried ordering pizza through online order option, as i went to the payment via my hdfc debit card the amount got deducted but i have got popup window from dominos that my order couldnt be processed coz of some problem. This happened 2 times (Msg pic attached) and both the time it got deducted from account.

                                But i am yet to recieve my refund.

                                Kindly look it int this and refund my amount at the earliest.

                                    This is regarding my order no. 42 of 3 pizzas and garlic bread place on 12.32.20 on 15/10/2017 at manipal outlet.
                                    This order was placed online and i would like to bring to your notice that it was 1 hour late and when we called the manger to inquire about the status. He started talking very rudely and the minute we talked of a refund he said that this is a bulk order (Which we checked online is 4 or more pizzas and we ordered 3) and he can't pay attention to to because he was very busy. After that he started snapping and hanging up on my face and said he can't attend to us because he has other customers and once the delivery guy came he just handed us the pizza n refused to help.                                       On 11th oct 2017 i made online order of dominos at east patel nagar metro station dominos centre, new delhi. The payment was done online of 355 rupees and was successful i even got msg from the bank. But the order was not made. I called the dominos centre patel nagar they said it will be refunded but it is not till today. Please help...

                                        I ordered dominos pizza on 14.10.17 (Saturday) and made payment through net banking of sbi worth rs. 1801. I didn't received the order nor the order number and any order confirmation call, it's been more than 1 hour now. I want my money refunded on my account number [protected] of sbi as soon as possible.
