Not the first time, the dominos outlet at technopark, trivandrum sucked on service. The only pizza outlet in this 6 km radius and the only bloody reason to still place an order with these folks.

Placed an online order for home delivery today at 3:30 pm and it's 5:35 pm now, over two hrs!

The place of delivery is approx 3-4 km on a national highway straight stretch, so guess if they would've strapped the order...

I ordered pizza at 9.55pm on 1oct 2017 at richmond town, bangalore pizza arrived very late... We were hungry even my children also... They delivered pizza after 1 and of hour. They didn't give late discount even they were late more than 1 and half hour, then why domino's telling that we are giving 30mins delivery... Worst experience.. I never come to domino's again and i tell my all friends dont go domino's...

Extremely disappointed with kaushambi ghaziabad outlet. I visited the place for dine in with family.ac was not working properly on upper floor. Asked staff to tune into sport channel but they said they have not taken the subscription of sport channel. Raised both issue at bill counter (She was a customer guru n i guess her name was shalu). I received call from sasane nagar branch stating that we will not delivered pizza. After an argument they transferred call to magarpatta branch. I received call at 10:40 that we are delivering pizza
Now let me know where is your commitment for delivering pizza in 30 mins?
I waited for more than an hour to receive it but no confirmation...

While shopping in dominos. It shows 50% cashback if i pay via paytm. I did just the same.
I havent got any cashback. Also, on exploring more, it seems the maximum cashback is only of rs 5.
That means the offer is valid if one shops for rs 10, he gets 50% back.
Its not possible at all to shop below 300-400 rs in dominos, so why dominos and paytm are misleading the customers....

I placed an order for peri peri chicken and veggie paradise. The amount was deducted from my bank account but no order taken. Spoke to your branch.. They said no order placed. If that is the case, why amount is deducted? Please refund the amount of inr 689.00.

Hi i ordered pizza on 24th september 2017. 426 rs was deducted from my account but doesn't generate my order no. So i called all nearby dominos to confirm that what will i do. They all giving me others no. And told me to contact there and everyone is saying that my money will be refunded but its not upto now. I want my money to be refunded in my account. And it is really very disappointing thing happens from dominos to most of the people....

I have been ordered a midium size pizza through swiggy at 9:35pm on 28th september, 2017 by applying a discount coupon, order no 254 (Rest amount of ₹ 463 paid through net banking) from azay nagar kolkata outlet. To our surprise we had not been served with oregano and when complained about it on phone we had been advised by one of your representatives mr. Ramesh sahu "to add some salt and have it as it would taste better" i think people should stop going there to dominose and start eating pizza...

I ordered my pizza at 8:42pm from dominos at manapakkam road in chennai and it wasn't delivered even after 45 minutes where as on app it shows that it was ready after 10 minutes of me placing the order. I want my money back on the 30 minutes or free offer.
My pizza has still not been delivered and i am sure it would not be hot anymore when it arrives, so don't gurantee 30 minutes delivery when you can't fulfill it.

On 14th september 2017 i tried to order pizza on website using little app voucher but due to network problem my coupon was showing as redeemed but my order was not placed... So kindly check the coupon status and reactivate it... Many times i tired to give complaint but no one solved this...

My name is bhushan, i recently had been at the domino's outlet in one of the prestigious location in ahmedabad.

Few issues faced:

1. There was no signage at the outlet and at the website about 'only vegeterian' food, as per what they follow during navratri days... The explanation given was that it takes one day to upload on the website, hence on first day it was not mentioned. Why cant this be done one day before...
