I ordered pizza online and they deducted amount from my card.
At the time of delivery they told me we are short of oregano and they can't provide it.
Point is that they never showed this on the mobile app on which i have ordered the pizza. They told me you can cancel the pizza and will receive the money back after one week.
I think this is a scam as they are freezing my money for 1 week and that too because they are out of stock of some of their ingredients.
They are still posting their ad on social networking and nowhere they are mentioning that they are out of some ingredients.
I think strong action must be taken against then as they are making fool of public.

Today i ordered a regular pizza with extra cheese but i got simple pizza no extra cheese was there. I know by look you might be think extra cheese is there but believe me. After clicked pic its just a look like. And its a second time i got without cheese. I have worst experience with pizza. I mean in the name of domino they are doing these things. We paid a lot for pizza. But quality is not ok

The dominos aundh outlet... First they take wrong adresss... Deliver late pizza and then do not even admit their mistake. I waited 2 hrs to get pizza... I deserve either refund or replacement.

But they talk like bhindi bazar when asked for solution. This is bad.

I ordered a pizza (Online mode) on 1st october 2017, and made the payement online while ordering. After that they called me saying that "we dont deliver pizzza in that area", so i cancelled my order.
On 2nd october i received a message that "i will receive my money in 3-5 days".
It is now more then a week, and my money is not credited to my account yet.

I ordered pizza mania amounting rs. 314 at 8/10/2017 at 8:30 evening in kanpur, after i hr i checked online and saw that according to page i got pizza delivered and so i called at kanpur dominos and they told that due to late delivery it has been punched at machine and shall be delivered soon but till now i didn't get.

This is my concern about my order dated 08.10.2017 time 8.45pm. Order i'd.245.
This is not my first order. But from the store i got call stating that order can't be reached on time (No time gaurantee).
Any way order i got after 30 min.
But pizzas are not bake properly.
My son not had. We are very disappointed with your service as well food.

Order delivered late. Delivery boy prashant fakes his name to mahesh. When asked to call the manager, he calls a fake person called sunil raghuvanshi who does not even work in the store. They say we general deliver pizzas late and provides no guarantee. I called the store, jn singh, the representative, says i cannot talk to the manager as he is on leave and gives his fake email id. He also says that outsiders cannot reach the manager through email.

We have ordered barbique small plzza. No sachets were provided with the delivery, and even the delevery boy did not provide the bill, i had to request again for bill. On enquiry we were told that sachets are not in stock. We don't except such type of services from domino's. Kindly check this type of inconvenience should not repeat in future to any one.

I ordered pizza from horamavu, bangalore restaurant, bangalore amounting rs 415 by paytm. Amount was deducted but order was not paid.in paytm, transaction for order id: [protected] is successful indicating that paytm has done successful transaction to dominos but due to some error on dominos side, order was never placed.

So i am regular domino's person and i am quite fond of it. My family always order simple pizzas so today (7/10/17) i ordered 1 onion, 1 capsicum and i sausage pizza mania pizzas. There was no pepper barbeque chicken so i had to take to take the sausage one. I picked the pizzas and came back home. I opened the sausage one and was not at all satisfied. It only had like 4 pieces of small cut sausages on 4 pieces. I was really shock as to how can they just give me one small piece of chicken for each piece. For domino's 89 rupees may be a small amount but for a middle class person it really matters. I only eat domino's once a month and if anyone gets this kind of pizza they would be disappointed. I am really disappointed especially when domino's displays these promising lines of bigger and better toppings on the box. I was really angry and tried to called them 2 times but it was busy. I was really hungry so i had to eat that pizza but i don't feel satisfied. On the other hand the onion and capsicum were perfectly cooked pizzas with a soft crust. I want domino's to please take a little bit more concern towards customer's satisfaction on their non veg pizzas.

I have order on[protected] which late delivered. I have already raised complain on[protected]. As discussed, my amount will be refund within max 7 days. But still as per telephonic conversion haven't initiate my refund amount. Always try to convene to take another pizza. Which is not your term & condition so provide me my refund amount which is 300 as per term & condition.

The person who took my call at around 03.00 hrs of 5.10.17 was very harsh towards me n spoke rudely while i was abt to place an order for non veg pizzas approx costing 2k later which i placed an order in smokin joes. I placed an order for a margaretta chicken pizza and chicken barbecue pizza in vidyanagar dominoes kindly teach ya staff to tlk to pull with a proper manner

Not the first time, the dominos outlet at technopark, trivandrum sucked on service. The only pizza outlet in this 6 km radius and the only bloody reason to still place an order with these folks.

Placed an online order for home delivery today at 3:30 pm and it's 5:35 pm now, over two hrs!

The place of delivery is approx 3-4 km on a national highway straight stretch, so guess if they would've strapped the order on a tortoise, by this time the order would've got delivered and yeah the tortoise would've got back to the outlet as well.

To utter frustration was getting namesake replies from the staff at the outlet and the website was also not getting updated of the pizza status.

Tried calling the dominos 2 times (1st time when it was about 1:15 hrs and the other a few mins ago, almost 2 hrs), the reply - "sir, the pizza is on its way, will be delivered in 10 mins", yeah, the very same reply as when i called the 1st time. Unfortunately payed online for this order so sulking about it and dropping a frustrated user comment here.

I don't know how much this complaint would be taken into consideration, but i'll make it a point to do something to ensure neither my friends nor their circle, to the best possible order from here.

I ordered pizza at 9.55pm on 1oct 2017 at richmond town, bangalore pizza arrived very late... We were hungry even my children also... They delivered pizza after 1 and of hour. They didn't give late discount even they were late more than 1 and half hour, then why domino's telling that we are giving 30mins delivery... Worst experience.. I never come to domino's again and i tell my all friends dont go domino's

Extremely disappointed with kaushambi ghaziabad outlet. I visited the place for dine in with family.ac was not working properly on upper floor. Asked staff to tune into sport channel but they said they have not taken the subscription of sport channel. Raised both issue at bill counter (She was a customer guru n i guess her name was shalu). Not too sure on which criteria she is a customer guru. She said yes i know ac not working. Sports channel not allowed and she did not even offer an apology and picked a call in between and completely ignored my concern. You people claim for 100% satisfaction otherwise moneyback but this was a pathetic behaviour. I want my money back and if you dont classify this incident offensive pls confirm it in writing as i would then esclate it at further level. My exit time from store was 4.45 pm today and you can check the cctv as well to authenticate my msg

Have ordered 2 pizzas and paid online for store at jodhpur. While going to collect same they have refused for providing of oregano and only for test of same we are going to buy a pizza. At the same time I have ordered a chees bust pizza and pizza given was not of same variant.On asking for cancelling order they refused for same. And also upon asking for customer care no local store no provided.

I didn't received pizza till 22:30.
I received call from sasane nagar branch stating that we will not delivered pizza. After an argument they transferred call to magarpatta branch. I received call at 10:40 that we are delivering pizza
Now let me know where is your commitment for delivering pizza in 30 mins?
I waited for more than an hour to receive it but no confirmation on order delivery.
Due to this do you believe that i have to stay starving at home or find alternate solution.

So i left home for another option
What do you think about receiving order?

Today i spoke with lady working in magarpatta branch. I didn't get a positive reply pizza delivery and or any further escalation matrix due to no manager available at store.

Kindly resolve my 2 queries
1) free pizza for failure of your commitment
2) my refund
