I have ordered pizza and coke online on 22.09.2017 on 9:37 pm with an order id of 256 from vasant vihar delhi, outlet. Pizza were delivered on 10:57 after and one and half hour and that was not at all hot and eatable. Calls were not answered even after more than an hour in queue:

Subject: arrogant behaviour, lies, harassment of customer by dominos staff

This is to inform you that on 18th of september i placed an order of a pizza, garlic bread and choco lava cake for "dominos" from the mobile number "[protected]" in the name of "tripti komal" through the "zomato app" from jnu, new delhi. I have received a confirmation message on app saying "your order has been accepted by the restaurant" and the bill amount of around rs.546 was also accepted by zomato through my sbi card. I was waiting for the delivery to happen. After 10-15 mins i called the restaurant to find out the status of the order. To my shock the concerned person "ansh" who answered my phone told me there was no such order placed and no such confirmation given. Immediately i spoke to customer care person of zomato through the message service available.

I wanted to ensure if it is the same store i called where the zomato sent the order to, he/she said it is the same one.. The dominos outlet in the "priya cinema complex, vasant vihar, new delhi". The person informed me that the order is being processed it will take 10-15 mins. However, i informed him about the call and the response of the concerned person. After almost 45 mins i had called on to the store number once again and got the same answer saying we have'nt received any order with this number. After asking him to make me speak to the store incharge he said he was the incharge and again denied receiving any order. Later, on insisting he forwarded the call to "rakesh" and he too said he got no order with the given mobile number/order no.

The person from zomato said he/she will call the restaurant to confirm when it was more than 45 mins. However, the restaurant was not taking his/her call nor our call and when they did they kept on insisting that no such order was accepted by them but however in the app the confirmation was there. This whole process happened for an hour and more. Being restless finally i requested zomato to refund the money i paid for the order.

Zomato insisted that the order cannot be cancelled and no such refund would be available. Upon arguing the amount was promised to be refunded. However me and my friend went to the outlet to findout what had transpired actually. Upon going and speaking to the two concerned people what we realised completely shocked us.

The behaviour of the staff was rude, arrogant and condescending. Stories were cooked up and lies were told saying that we called you on some other number when the registered number is the aforementioned. Then again upon arguing the same people rakesh and ansh said the delivery boy "rahul" came but you people did'nt answer the call and when asked to show the number on which the delivery boy called, the number presented was not the registered number. If he had come why did they not inform us on the registered number??! How can they have some other number while the rest of the order details including the name was accurate.

After a heated argument about the treatment, harassment and the utter negligent behaviour of staff i have decided to take up this issue with the higher managment. After my friend and i left the store after the argument in about 20 mins we received a call saying he was the manager of dominos and surprisingly he called on the same number we had given in zomato. He introduced himself as hemant kumar and asked us about our experience with dominos.!! Upon asking how he did he call on this number while the store staff refused to having got this number he said he got it from the store itsel[censored] I said how can that be possible since they said they did'nt have this number registered from zomato. Then he was hesitant and blamed us instead saying u might have given this when u visited the store. That is an absolute lie because my friend and i were furious we did not give any number to them during that time!! Hence, this manager who called us up also was a fraudulent one and was lying to us!!

If proper action and response is not given, i am going to file a consumer compliant against the outlet and company for demeaning my dignity as a customer even after i paid the amount and the arrogant behaviour filled with lies and lies. No apology was given and most ironical was the fact that, the staff did'nt even realise the mistake the outlet had committed.

The reason we order or buy food from dominos is on basis of the trust that has been developed over years. With such kind of behaviour with women customers and the kind of attitude they have towards customers shows the nature of the outlet and failure of management to curtail such kind o[censored]nruly stuff. I expect a proper investigation and reply from your side. If no proper action is taken i wont hesitate in filing a complaint against the outlet in the consumer court.

I have booked pizza today from dominos light hall chandivali website but unfortunately my money was deducted but order was not booked due to online session expiry. Below is details of payment deducted. I want my refund please look into this matter at the earliest.

1. I called up dominos for placing an order on call, they denied service stating that my locality is out of their service area and abruptly disconnected the call.
2. I called up again and the guy attending call did same again abruptly disconnecting my call.
3. My nearest dominos store wasnt attending call so called up another dominos (Which is just 1.5 km from my location) and told him the problem, inspite of listening to my problem he disconnected the call, not even replying to my query.
4. Guy who misbehaved, his name is abhishek.

6. My concern is not the denial of delivery but misbehaviour.

Today i ordered a pizza and garlic bread from dominos hapur and after my order was completed i told them to put more origano packets for my pizza but the reply from the dominos employe was very ridiculous.
As they they told me that oregano and chilli flakes packets are out of stock. So they wont be delivering oregano and chilli flakes pouches.
And this is very shameful for dominos hapur
And if dominos can't maintain its reputation and service then they should stop serving their pizza.
And after big discussion i finally cancelled my pizza.
And this is big shame for dominos hapur
And their coustomers.
Dominos hapur is worst dominos outlet.

I had placed order online on dated september, 15, 2017 from your app. Suddenly a technical issue occur and money amount rs104 was deducted from my bank account. With my order unplaced.

Now i want refund but there is no action will be taken from your side.

I want you to take action regarding the matter and try to refund my money as soon as possible.

I am use to customer of domino's but really dis-pointed with my last exp. At kharar punjab as attached over the internet number given wrong. I personally visit at given screenshot i order the med nht farmhouse with cheez bust but over counter i check the i told the boy its not cheez bust i dined. Domino's cheat customers around and they provide very poor service. Yesterday i ordered combo and it was delivered to me after an hour and it hardly takes 20 minutes for them to deliver it to the destination from trimulgherry to hasmathpet. This has to be changed and i was really disappointed with the quality of the pizza it was not good to eat and threw it off in the trash.

I am the regular customer of your company and order many stuffs from dominos.
Last time i ordered on 15-sep-17 from vasant square mall new delhi.
The order came 1 hour late to me and when i called to your team, they refused my request and blaming me that i gave wrong address.
Why do i give wrong address to them. I am not a child or mad or ordering for first time.
When i tried to explain them then they misbehave. Also when i asked to the delivery boy, he misbehave with me and took full amount from me.
This type of behaviour is unacceptable and the promise to give to customer for free delivery if 30 minute crosses.
Currenting in my situation first your team is putting blame on me and also coming late and taking full amount.
Due to this reason situation is forcing me to stop ordering from you and stop my colleages also and start ordering from pizza hut.

When i started open this packet i saw there is some design defect in my order of two sarees 1 yellow and another is 2 color pink and black.

I have two complaints. One dominos outlet and second about the female staff who took my order.
1. I made payment with my debit card. The amount was rs. 162.84, but the female staff punched rs. 163 and swiped the card. When i asked why did you swiped extra money she replied rounded off to next rupees. My question is why to round off to next rupees?
I understand that in case of cash payment to tender exact change is not possible always, but i am paying through swipe machine where exact amount can be paid. Why did you charge extra 16 paise to the customer?
It is not about 16 paise she has charged, but it is about ethics. If you are doing such practice, it means you are making extra rs. 15, 000 - 20, 000 illegally, which means it is fraud to the customer.in my experience, particularly this dominos store does such of malpractices. This is my 2nd or 3rd complain about the same dominos store regarding the rupees change. My question still remains the same, if i am paying through swipe machine why to charge extra money, since swipe machine allows to swipe the exact amount even if the amount is in paise?

My second complaint is,
2. When i made to understand your female staff, she made running comment when i was about to leave the counter. I mean, she didn't say anything on my face, but i was about to leave the counter she said, "kahan kahan se aa jate hain!!!"
So insulting and rude statement. It means, if the customer is educated and raises questions against malpractices then your representative makes such statement. Even she wanted to make such statement, at least she should have made assure that i have left the counter completely and distant enough not to listen her running comment. The society i belong to, passing running comment in itself an offense. And secondly, passing such rude comment. Not acceptable. Customers are willing to pay high price at retails like dominos just because of service. If the service is poor then there is no difference between street hawkers and multi million dollar companies like dominos. I will make sure that every social media platform knows the incident. Believe me, i am educated and resourceful enough to spread the word all around the social media.

Today 14th september 2017 thursday 7.49pm i order domino's pizza for rs 1168.00 and paid the amount and getting online confirmation i received the call from nagwara branch and they straight away refused to deliver pizza to my residence because my apartment doesnt come under their zone i request domino's management how i will come to which store comes under my zone and it was the case why they have delivered the pizza in the month july and august and why not this, i want to know what mistake i have done or i have not paid to you now i have paid you the money to return my money you are taking 7 working days why you need our money to pay your employees you should have returning on the spot, i begged the manager please deliver the pizza my kids and hungry but he is very adamant that he will not deliver to my residence or near by so i can go and collect the pizza

I am writing this mail after lot of mails has been sent to you.
And am not able to apply my gift voucher (1000) code that i purchased from amazon. And it asking for pin number and am not having any text box to apply that.

Please send me the procedure to order that one or get the coupon back and refund me the money.

And i am trying to use this coupon code for more than 1 month. And i totally fed up with this new process.

We eat dominos pizza from sion circle domino's shop after eating domino's pizza we are having food poisoning and stomach ache and we feel like vomiting and because of that we cant go to school and job. We go to doctor and we have to get injection and medicines. If after eating domino's pizza we need to go to doctor than what is the use of eating it....

I went to dominoz store today. I m vry disappointed with the product. I huv order paneer makhani regural pizza with the extra cheese. But there was no extra cheese in the product. I regural vist ur store but from last 3-4 orders the service which u r providing it's not good. I think u should work on ur product services. Last time i huv visited store n ordered zinggy parcel it was also not good. N the size was also very small... Do check out ur service

I ordered a pizza from online through dominoz pizza's website on 05 of september from that i received an coupous leaflet which they have given. I got 4 coupons in which 25% discount coupon was there which is only applicable on a minimum bill of rs 300 so i decided to use it for my next order. Today, 12of september, i decided to use that coupon, so i tried to use through their website but that was showing the coupon is not applicable from website so then i decide to order over the phone. So i called my nearest dominoz location that park street dominos. So he took my ordered which total amount is rs 382/- then i told him i got a coupon which is 25% off. So firstly he said that this coupon is not valid over the phone, you have to use it from website. I said i already did that but they are not accepting that. So you have to do it over the phone, so i told my coupon id to him. After hearing that he said the total amount you need to pay is 305/-. I was shocked how this will happen, how they have calculate the same?. Then their manager told that this coupon is not valid for side dish, this will only valid for pizza, but in coupon it was clearly mentioned that the 25% discount is valid on a minimum bill of rs300 or above. It was also mentioned that this coupon is not valid on maghitta pizza or pizza mannia range, and fyi the side dish is not come in pizza mania range. They are doing just fraud things to people. Not expect this cheap thing from dominoz pizza

I check in dominos pizza aditya city indirapurm ghazibad first they placed my order after order no 281 and my order no is 274 they are first placing order which is online then after wait of half an hour and argue with the executive i take away my pizzza and when i get back to my home and open the boxes what i get a burn pizzzaaa which is not expected.

I order pizza around 12:57 am and i was waiting for 2 hours for my delivery but your deliver boy didn't deliver as he said i can't deliver ana h aao le jao vrna ni krunga delivered the delivery boy name is sachin from sector 18
And your agents sunny and manoj don't have manners how to talk with a girl and at night 3am they are expecting from a girl to get recieve the order from outside
Wow great service you are providing to the customer even i was made the prepaid order still you guysa didn't deliver my order
And continuously they are arguing with me and manoj is saying i am the manager but he don't have manners how to treate to the customer

I have given order to dominos pizza lalpur ranchi to given address - amit singh, oxygen park, near morhabadi maidan, ranchi jharkhand, after 32 minute i will call to dominos center, they said please hold the call i will confirm you. But they cut my call, after 3-4 minute delivery boy call me, than i asked to him dominos 30 minute delivery policy. Delivery boy said we don't cover this area, than i call to dominos lalpur center they said same thing & they don't ready to give free delivery which is come under dominos policy & they said to me for cancellation but i refused. They said i am going to cancel your order & they cancelled. I said to him.. This is not your policy. I am going to complain about this. They said you can do. My concern is only that if i have given my order for this place (Mantion before) if they don't deliver this place than why they take order & i am waiting for that order atleast 35 minute.
So please its my request please look in to this & solve this. & confirm me.& behavior of your delivery boy & center boy who's attain my phone is very bad. I am really upset from dominos lalpur.

Dear team,

I have observed specifically this dombivali east branch (Near station) is not careful to pizza delivery/wrong pizza delivery and telephonic orders not getting.

Today also i have carry out pizza order in order pizza topping mismatch.
Still those correct pizzas is not delivered.

Kindly inform your branch manger because it's happening 3 times with me.. May be other people also frustrated this kind of issue.
