I check in dominos pizza aditya city indirapurm ghazibad first they placed my order after order no 281 and my order no is 274 they are first placing order which is online then after wait of half an hour and argue with the executive i take away my pizzza and when i get back to my home and open the boxes what i get a burn pizzzaaa which is not expected....

I order pizza around 12:57 am and i was waiting for 2 hours for my delivery but your deliver boy didn't deliver as he said i can't deliver ana h aao le jao vrna ni krunga delivered the delivery boy name is sachin from sector 18
And your agents sunny and manoj don't have manners how to talk with a girl and at night 3am they are expecting from a girl to get recieve the order from outside

I have given order to dominos pizza lalpur ranchi to given address - amit singh, oxygen park, near morhabadi maidan, ranchi jharkhand, after 32 minute i will call to dominos center, they said please hold the call i will confirm you. But they cut my call, after 3-4 minute delivery boy call me, than i asked to him dominos 30 minute delivery policy. Delivery boy said we don't cover this area, than i call to dominos lalpur...

I have observed specifically this dombivali east branch (Near station) is not careful to pizza delivery/wrong pizza delivery and telephonic orders not getting.

Today also i have carry out pizza order in order pizza topping mismatch.
Still those correct pizzas is not delivered.

Kindly inform your branch manger because it's happening 3 times with me.. May be other people also...

Very very bad delivery service. Its happen 2-3 times i have ordered pizza. First of all i don't get in time anytime. And i ordered on 8 sep 2017 9.35pm. I am waiting fr my order but haven't received i call after 1 hr to customer care they keep on transferring my call, neglecting my complaint. Finally i haven't received and track status was showing as dispatched. Very bad service. I will never order it again...

The pizza man arrived after 30min of my order but i was charged the full amount. The order was 5pizza mania and 5 veg zingi parcel. When i called the branch manager he was very rude in talking to a customer. As being a regular customer to domino's i expect some action and a reply from your size. We ordered a set of 4 pizzas on 06th September from Domino's Jasola, Living Style Mall, which was delivered with ants in its base.
1. This is dangerous to eat and poisonous also
2. If my son who is 9 years old would have eaten this and something bad had happened then who should have take care of it
3. Store Manager confirmed that he will refund the amount but never did

I want to file a severe complaint...

I ordered pizza from far-famed dominos at 10.15pm. They confirmed my address online as well as over the phone call. Then i got the confirmation message from them on my mobile. Now, after waiting for 35 minutes, i got call from them that the they don't deliver pizza at this location and i should contact at my area which is closed now as it is 11pm. Pizza served with inner cheese and stuff almost uncooked

I visited domino's pizza outlet located in baner area (Pune, india) and ordered for the pizza named as "1 med bu corn n chees (Cf) p" along with some other dishes. After waiting for more than an hour, when i strolled towards to the service counter confirming the executive about when they are going to handover me the delivery, she asked me to wait for 15-20 more mins....

Hi i ordered pizza online on 25th sep, the money was deducted from my account but they didn't got the pizza order request due to some error... Initially they told me i will get my money back within 7 days... Then they shift their words like the money will transfer within bank's 7 working days... I am use to customer of domino's but really dis-pointed with my last exp. At kharar punjab as attached over the internet number given wrong. I personally visit at given screenshot i order the med nht farmhouse with cheez bust but over counter i check the i told the boy its not cheez bust i dined. I keep same to my home while i started to eat i was really useless from i tried to call same domino but number was wrong....

We are hostelite and placed an order from karvenagar (Shahu colony lane no. 11 opposite) on 4th september 2017 (10:06) to [protected] (Delivery boy) and main outlet ([protected]). Location : nal stop. Delivery boy met with an accident but they didn't informed as such.
