This is with regards to the order which i placed on oct 4th 2017 and nov 1st 2017.

On oct 4th 2017 :- i received my order late, after an hour. Store people called and told me that my amount will be refunded as there was a delay in delivery. Total amount was rupees 503. It’s been more than a month i didn’t receive any refund from dominos.

After this i ordered again nov 1st 2017 but amount...

In the menu card cost of coke or sprite is on mrp and by some unfair trade practices dominos is selling coke whose mrp is 60. God knows how its possible. If yhe the problem is not solved then will move to consumer forum for sure. That means they can even sell water for rs 100 if they can have that price printed. Its highly unfair trade practice. This is the case at all the dominos outlet....

My order number 147, placed on 6th November, from registered number [protected] was cancelled and the manager on call promised me a full refund ... But guess what I have only received a partial refund? Why are you stealing my money?

Such a cheap and unprofessional franchise. I called the outlet several times, they are still saying that I was supposed to get a full refund and they will arrange a call back, but it never happened...

We wanted to order pizzas for home delivery and we stay in kodipalya kengeri.. Which is just 1.5 km from kengeri main bus stop and metro station.
Dominos staff took the order politely and took address.. We even told that we will come near the circle to pick the delivery.. They confirmed the order. We waited for an hour and called back to know the order is cancelled. No one had a courtesy to call customer that order got cancelled....

Earlier I had a wonderful experience but from last 3-4 times we had really experienced worst pizzas from your store

Today we ordered a farmhouse pizza and what we got was absolutely waste. It was not even edible. When I called back to store I am offered with a replacement which I have denied...

I have order a pizza and it wouldn't deliver after confirming it. When i call them they told me that there was no order with this number. Second time when i ordered they did not deliver the pizza again very poor service. They ask me details of my address again and couldnt deliver the pizza. I have ordered pizza 3 times and unable to deliver pizza every time. Dominos also give guarantee of 30 mins dilevery they told us atleast 50 mins delevery...

I have beena very frequent customer.!
But standards at dominos mall road ludhiana have been lowering with every passing day.
I have received wrong order for the third time in a week. The management there is so poor.
There is no proper trainer staff in the kitchen.
Not even the manager is bothered enough to look into the matter. Serving free pizza on the mistaked is no solution to the problem

On 1st of November I had ordered for pizza worth Rs.555 from Dominos App. I paid the amount from my Paytm Wallet but the order was unsuccessful. Though the amount got debited from my wallet.

Paytm confirmed that the payment was unsuccessful but they needs a confirmation from the merchant i.e. Dominos to refund it back to my wallet.

Please look into it and do the needful. Screenshots are attached for reference....

Seee in domino's website page the prize of onion pizza is 49 INR ...

i select location-bhavnagar, and area-waghawadi road

in this pick point dominoes i pick pizza and servant give me bill i see in bill price of onion pizza is 59. i paid 10 INR more pay so look this system and check regular system update in online and offline also...

On saturday i. E 28/10/2017 around 11:44 pm i placed an order of 570 rupees for one pizza, one pasta, choco lava cake, chicken bun, after 30 mins i called up the dominos on new bel road, bangalore as it was the one, the guy received and told that it will take 50 more mins to prepare the order, i even updated them with my other number just in case the phone number used for placing order didn't work! We waited till 3 am for the...

We hadn’t ordered at dominos at 6 pm and got delivery at 7 pm. The person had not seasonings with him. He told that we would get in 2 mins but came back at 7:30 pm with seasoning. Till then all the pizza had become cold. This is totally not accepted from your end. I want a solution for this problem.

I ordered for 672 rs in total mall sarja our bangalore dominos outlet the cashier swiped twice and my money got deducted twice and they told ti wait for 24 hours still it's not refunded.. The response was very un professional when it was deducted. This very disappointing and i didn expect this from dominos kindly do necessary action asap....

It is totally disappointing to share very poor service experience during visit to domino's pizza, mira bhayander rd, next to sbi bank. After 1 hrs delay only 1 pizza served from full order which was like inotia. After asking to manager mr. Parth it was inform that due to some wire fault order was not punched, but it is fail to understand then why bill was generted. There was no answer for delay. Finally manager had refund the bill amount...

I placed an order for pizza on 27/sept/2017 through website and paid bill of ₹741 through paytm. But had to cancel it because oregano wasn't available with the store. The representative told me that the money will be refunded within a week but i haven't received yet. I want my money back as soon as possible.

Purchased a 500ml coke bottle from domino's (Surat). Mrp is 40 inr, was charged 55.08 inr by domino's and over that gst and taxes was charged as well.

Why should we pay gst on a product which is already max priced? Domino's claims to sell the cold drink bottles at mrp yet sells it at a higher price, which seems unfair.
