I placed an order on 19th november, 2017 at dominoes for the amount of ₹.553 against my paytm wallet. Money was deducted but the online transaction was failed and the order was not placed. Please initiate the refund. Wallet transaction i’d is [protected]. And the order no: jpt[protected]

Ordered pizza on 19th Nov, for 418rs, payment done through paytm and transaction was successfully paid from paytm and my account, but Charkop mumbai branch saying they didn't not received it. Raised query with paytm also and attaching their reply. Pls help me where that amount has gone and refund it back.

    Hi dominos team,

    I have tried to order pizza using dominos pizza app on 18-november-2017 two times my mobile number is [protected] and i selected payment type using paytm wallet. Both the payment transaction got failed and i did not received any order number confirmation but the amount 630 rupees has been deducted two times from my paytm wallet. Please find the snapshot attached for payment transaction details attached. Third time i decided to order pizza for cash on delivery order no 461. That snapshot is also i have attached.
    I will request to investigate this as the money got deducted and dominos has received two time the payment but not got the pizza order. I raised the concern with paytm and they confirmed that transactions are successful and dominos got the money but where i have not got any order confirmation and also not the pizza. Please investigate and return the two times deducted amount to me.

    Urgent response will be appreciated. If not will raise a case in consumers forum.

      I order pan base onion pizza but received margarita. I complained it to vasnt vihar new delhi outlet they assured me of delivering the right products but in the mean while one of ther executive mihit rajput called up and upon talking to him he started using abusive language. This sort of misbehavior is not acceptable please do the needful or i will sue dominos in court

        I made 2 orders thru dominos website on 17 november 2017 and payment was made via paytm under order number jpt[protected] & jpt[protected] however i did not receive any delivery on that day and when i dominos customer care for confiming my oreder, they revert me that no order was place on my number# [protected]. So i thought order was not placed and amount will get refund in my account. So i called paytm customer care and raise a complaint for dispute under complaint number # 43694702. Today i got a revert from paytm that payment was successfully made under orders number (Mentioned above). So i would like to know from dominos that where my payment went if the payment was made to you and if not please provide the proof (As a email letter) stating that you didn’t receive any payment againt this order. So that i can provid this to paytm as a proof and get my refund back.

          I ordered pizza on 19 nov 2017, at 2.31 pm and paid via paytm. Order number is jpt[protected]. The amount of inr 590/- got deducted but the order failed. When i contacted paytm they said that the payment was successful. But dominos app showed that my order failed and no pizza arrived. Now i have made payment to you for which i have not received my order. I am seeking refund of my payment of 590/-. Please contact me at the earliest.

            I was ordering from your online portal on 18th november via paytm wallet but the transaction wasn't successful and i was charged 4 times for it.
            The order wasnt placed, but paytm care says that the payment was successful.
            Kindly refund the amount to my paytm wallet. One transaction was for rs. 836 d i was charged 2 times so it was rs. 1672

              I ordered pizza thru dominos app and payment was made thru paytm but neither the order got placed nor did i get refund of my money.

              Rs. 491/- were deducted and no signs of refund yet.

              Paytm says they are not responsible as the transaction was successful at their end.

              Dominos is not releasing the amount back.

              I want refund of my rs.491/-

              Please help me in this regard. This is a crap app dominos as the money was deducted but they didn't even acknowledge it.

              They didn't make any initiative to release the money and are not acknowledging the transaction failure also.

              When i called and asked at their customer care they said they can't do anything and i have to contact paytm.

              When i contacted they say they can't do anything as the transaction was successful at their end.

              Between these two apps, the consumer is the one who is suffering.

              My rs.491/- are at stake, please help in refunding the amount.

                My paytm wallet was charged money however, the order failed subsequently.
                The transaction no is billdeskfood1 order # jpt[protected] (November 18, 2017 at 10:35p. M.) i've had difficulties in obtaining refunds in the past and i hope it is not repeated as i don't wish to take legal action on you're failure to proceed the refund. Furthermore i've received no mail promising to initiate refund

                  I ordered pizza online and paid for it via paytm,
                  the payment was done but the order was not placed,
                  it showed retry due to which payment was done twice and amount deducted was Rs730
                  there was no confirmation from dominos,

                  want my money refunded as soon as possible!

                        I had order a pizza of amount 612 and paid through paytm wallet..
                        Amount deducted from my wallet and paid showing in my paytm.. But the order was failed and i didn't get my money back for the same!

                                I ordered dominos online. The amount was 982. When i was trying to pay through my paytm wallet the site said paytm is unavailable and you cant pay. So i closed the site. Even though they said paytm is unavailable now the money got deducted from my paytm wallet but i never got the order. Why did the money get deducted and for what reason?                                     I ordered a pizza yesterday. My friends said to order from pizza hut but i refused and ordered from domino's. I made payment through paytm wallet and online order declined but my money got deducted. I have mailed you 3-4 time no one is replying. I have called you no one is picking. I have mailed to jubilant food works.. Please help me by giving my money back

                                      We plan for a treat at j b nagar metro station. We saw the board happy hours offer which states buy 2 and get 1 free between 12 noon to 5 pm... We came around 1.45 pm... While giving the order in this offer... Mr bala refuse to give us in happy hours... Saying that the offer is over.. He sounded rude while saying so... It's been totally unprofessional on his part that the reputation of dominos is getting affecting...

                                        Third time I am raising this request. Coupon code [protected] not able to use. Got a call from Domino's executive and she replied that it will be resolved within 3 working days which are already gone. Third time dealing with you and twice dealt with little app. Toggling between the customer care of these two. Never that you guys have such seriousness for your customers. Cheaters!!!
