Pizza ordered got delivered very late. Bill amount is Rs. 361. And the delivery boy, told that 300 will be refunded to your account within a week and he promised it, since it got delayed more than an hour. But no refund happened.

See, I visited dominos at soul space arena, bangalore last day(20.05.2016) I ordered and one o[censored]r person has made my transaction. Money got debited frm my account, I hv msg and transaction details too. He said money will be refunded by 11pm yesterday. But I didn't get any so far I fed up calling u too. I want my money back by EOD. Ur quick action in this in higly appreciated. Other wise I will definitely approach consumer court how you guys are cheating customers. I'm very serious on this issue. I[censored] want me to send screenshots of the transaction I will send.

I had ordered 2 pizzas on 20/05/2016 at 10:17 pm and received an order confirmation at Dominos branch Brookefield first floor plot no 70, brookefiled road, doddanekkundi village, Whitefield, Bangalore-560048 ph no[protected]order number 307).We haven't received the order yet.it is 12:40 am now and we still haven't received the order.We called the branch and didn't receive any proper response and the people just cut the call .I am agonized and angry by such pathetic and horrible service. Look into the issue .

They deedi red money from my credit card but did not deliver pizza
Their helpline number was almost invalid - not responding- auto cutting itsel[censored]pon connection plenty of times.

We waited and waited in phone, thief calling them but there was no response from their side, but the only downside was that due to current online debit facilities that my credit card was deducted by the restaurant of the desired amount and we were left food-less...!!!

I ordered a Pizza Mania Extreme and the veggies that have been put into it are all rotten. From tomatoes to mushrooms and capsicum, every piece of the vegetables is rotten. This isn't the first time that we've been served with something like this from Domino's.

I request a refund and assurance that the pizza that the company serves are as good quality as they are shown in the advertisements.

I've ordered two medium pizzas under 1 on 1 offer, one chicken mexicana and other chicken lovers but the italian sausage topping was missing from the chicken lovers pizza, also i ordered cheese burst but there was hardly any cheese inside the crust, this very very disappointing, it totally ruined my mood and evening, tried to call the store but unable to connect with them, very poor customer service. I doubt if i ever will order from dominos after such bad experience.

At around 20:18:38 hrs on 20.05.2016 i had orderes pizza n sides worth rs 865/- from dominos app from jaipur. But somehow due to technical glitch it went to maharashtra outlet. A dominoz representative called me and asked for diection of the address. When i told him that its in jaipur he said that you have ordered wrong and the order has been booked in mumbai. I have the mail as a proof where it is shown that my address is in jaipur and the retail address is in mumbai. But somehow he kept on saying that it has been my mistake in ordering. I can't understand how a literate person can say that knowing the fact that the choice of retail outlet is nowhere in the hands of the customer. It automatically gets re-directed in the app to the nearest retail outlet. However, he told that the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded into my account within 7 working days but still i haven't got any confirmation regarding the cancellation of the order through mail or any kind of other media. I ordered two pizza with the frazer town branch, coles road, Bangalore on[protected] around 5.13 p.m . The delivery boy brought the pizza at 6.12 pm.his mobile number [protected]. I told him about the late. He called his manager and the manager told me that there is no time guarantee. If he is correct, why you are giving false advertisement claiming that you will deliver in 30 minutes. You are giving wrong and false advertisement. I need the reply from within seven days failing which I will take legal action against you both civil and criminally for misinformation and misrepresenting the general public. The double cheese margarita pizza had no cheese at all. Only a thick layer of maida/flour. It was indeed the most worst & horrible pizza i have ever had. I don't understand where are your standards going. And why the hell do you charge so much. A person won't eat for free also if you deliver such pizzas. Very poor quality of the pizza. Very disappointing seriously.

I was trying to order on may 14, 2016 - sunday pizza online from dominos and i selected paytm as payment gateway. Ordering from [protected]@gmail.com.
Rs. 754 were deducted from my paytm wallet but dominos messaged me on [protected] saying this, "sorry, your order could not be processed to our restaurant due to a technical reason. Money will be auto refunded in 7 working days for paid orders."

Please process the refund as soon as possible.

Pathetic service from domino's outlet in kasturi nagar. They denied to deliver my order. I have been a customer with domino's from past 3 years and i really hate the service provided to me by kasturi nagar domino's outlet. Store manager is not even bothered to listen to me. This is sheetal. On 30/4/2016, i went to one of your outlet in mahagun mall, ghaziabad, up for dine in. They swiped my card twice but told me that card is not working, so i paid them cash that time. Afterwards i found out that rs 608 have been debited twice from account for pcd:[protected]:02pl[protected]:jubilant fo. Its been 18 days but yet the amount is not refunded. Kindly look into the matter.

I belong to Ajmer. Here the point is two part ground floor and Ist floor.Ground floor air conditioner was not working so we sat upstairs.There only one PC was working so I was asked to order it on GF. Since I had kids with me so I stayed there in the queue.When my chance came credit card was not accepted and asked for cash.And if I wish pay by CC than I have to go on GF. My order was taken in wrong id MR ashok([protected]) whereas mine is Vijai ([protected]).There was no disposable on Ist floor and on GF also there were only limited disposable glass as I demanded for 4 and was given on one.My order was for a medium Farm house and Margherita the pizza was very hopeless even my kids did not like there favourite Domino's

Me and my friends ordered four pizzas veg spicy veg loaded veg herby and paneer and onion. The pizzas that we received were not at all satisfactory. There was toppings only on one half of the pizzas with nothing on other half. There was hardly any cheese on it. The taste wasn't good at all. It was nothing like it showed in the pictures on the website which i find very misleading as a consumer. I always eat pizzas from dominos because i like it the best from there but this time dominos has really disappointed me with such bad quality. It was very bad. Since we were very hungry from all the research work we've been doing on our projects we ate it anyway but after this bad experience i will think twice before ordering a pizza from dominos from next time. I have never eaten such a tasteless, toppingless, cheeseless and extremely dry pizza before from dominos. The order was placed on 16th may 2016 and the order no. Was 199. I ordered pizza from sahakaranagara dominos outlet at 12:15 pm on april 11, 2016. The order was delayed and was delivered at 1:16 pm when the distance is under 600 m. As the delay interrupted my work and the brand claimed to refund the amount in case of delay more than 30 minutes, i contacted dominos guest care. The order amount was rs.591. I received a call from dominos and was assured of a refund of rs. 250 for the delay. However, despite follow-ups no refund is provided till date. The guest care executive closed the ticket with the reference number 1261309 with the reason that they are unable to contact me on my registered number.
I request a refund from dominos at the earliest.

Sir, I got unnecessary messages on my mobile from dominoz even though i unsubcribe the service by sms DOM UNSUB at 5607061 but this number is also not working. Please provide me help as soon as possible to get free from this unwanted messages on my mobile no.-[protected].

Again & again this messages distrub me a lot. I treid all alternatives to stop that but does't work. hope u understand my problem & help me.

I have ordered one medium pizza along with garlic bread with dip. The dip that came had no date mentioned on that... My kid ate took a bite from that dip and vomited immediately... When i checked the dip it was all smelly and rotten... I have taken a sample of the same... I called the restaurant and asked to send someone to check... Store manager called me back confirming that this was their mistake... He offered me garlic bread... Come on guys here i am talking about my kid's health... Your brand image... This is not done and acceptable... I will go to consumer court with the recorded conversation and the sample of dip that i have kept... Wanted to keep you informed as well

I received status from my order got dispatched and later after 45min got cal saying my order is not available. When i asked to cancel my order i was told that i will be refunded in 7 days but didnot receive any confirmation about cancellation of order or refunding of money. What kind of service are you people providing to customer.

Dear Sir, i have been receiving unwanted sms relating to offers from DOMINOS which really irritates me a lot. If by mistake i have signed any of your feed back forms which says i agree with the communication you would carry out with me then kindly delete it immediately...Kindly requested to stop sending any type of messages 'whatsoever' on my mobile no.[protected] please. i would appreciate your help in this regard.
