My package with tracking id[protected] hasn't been delivered since 29th May. On their website the status shows in transit to Srinagar. On calling them they said the package has arrived in Srinagar. It has been lying in their office since more than 10 days but no delivery has been attempted and also the status hasn't been updated. I mailed them multiple times but every time they give the same response "We would like to inform that, the system has not updated with the current status for the Shipment :[protected] and will get back to you on this before 2 business day." They have been saying this for the past 10 days. They never revert back. I am attaching the screenshots of the emails. The online complaint numbers are 149805, 149873, 149545. The package contains cloth.

The package has not been delivered. It is still in transit. I am attaching the screenshot of its current tracking status. I have already tried contacting you through email and calls. I think you have misplaced my parcel. I will have to take this case to the consumer court especially for providing incorrect information.

    I was expecting courier by dotzot yesterday evening but i didnt receive the courier finally i received text message saying customer not available or out of station. This is totally a false statement from dotzot delvery person.

    I and my family were at home whole day no one called or visited my home.

    Kindly note i want to take sevre action against that delivery person for stating false statement so i request you to share his employee id adhaar card and his mobile number on urgent basis.

    He has commited a crime by saying lie we should not encourage lie speaking delivery person.

    As a reputed brand you are not allowed to entertain this type of person.

          Awb no. :[protected]

          Please note the above said parcel not yet delivered but its closed as "delivered"
          Never seen such courier service who close the order as "deliver" without delivering. I don't know how companies still choose your service.

          Its very worst ever seen.

          Please help to deliver the parcel else return to the company whom i ordered.

            Awb no.[protected], product picked up on 23.05.18 from thane city, delivery address noida, uttar pradesh.
            There is no update after 26.05.18 and no delivery is been done to buyer.
            Emails been sent and many calls been made to dotzot representative mr. Gautam at delhi [protected], he knows and is in same area where product is showing in sorting office in web tracking.
            He communicated that he will close this issue in an hour but no resolution.

            Dotzot team traced the product on the 5th June 2018 and delivery of product was done successfully on the 6th June 2018 :- for a product sent out to Dotzot team on 23rd May 2018, with no update after 26th June 2018, with no update after complaint to Dotzot on 31.05.18.

            Respectable dotzot team has no time to attempt to delivery of product to the buyer.
            Stop calling the buyer because buyer is irated attending calls.
            Attempt to delivery at said address.
            FYI:- complaint number with DOTZOT is attached here with and sadly dotzot has no time to reply on continued email since 31.05.18 and follow up sent by us on 01.06.18
            Please revert on complaint and or call and or attempt delivery.

              Courier of tracking number[protected] to kannur is witheld in the office and they are telling some issues. Plss help to release the courier.
              I went to collect the courier but they are not giving it saying some issues
              They are telling that they recieved a mail from the head office saying not to deliver the product as customer has not paid. But the sender has paid and if any issues we are ready to pay the shipping charge neared for shipping the product to kannur from ludhiana

                Without delivering order they have mentioned user cancelled the order. When I try to reach out the person whose number I got through message they are not responding. This is not acceptable. I want someone to call me and resolve the issue.

                  When i tracked the my consignment it was out for delivery then even after one day when am waiting for my parcel, now its saying as receiver not available or out of station and there is no way to contact u people and this kind of problems are going on from a long time as i have noticed in reviews .i didn't even receive any call from the delivery person .what kind of service u people are running if one or two people really the delivery person couldn't reach that is understandable but even after having these many complaints if they are entering the data as seen then how can anyone trust your company for delivering our products this is because the delivery person is negligent to do the courier service and its u r company negligence to keep making them do this

                    My shipment address is Tura, Meghalaya whereas Dotzot, Guwahati is trying to deliver my order in Guwahati itself. The package arrived in Guwahati on 15/5/2018 and Dotzot has neither contacted me or forwarded the package to the given address even until now. This is not the first time I’ve encountered the same problem with Dotzot. In the last case, I received the package two weeks after it reached Guwahati!!!

                          Was awaiting the courier and since i did not receive it called the delivery executive to check as the tracking showed it was out for delivery in the morning. The exec said it can't be delivered today and will be delivered tomorrow. Though this was inconvenient i agreed. But now the tracking says delivery was attempted but the customer requested for delivery on a different day. This is not acceptable. The exec can at least fill the real reason for delay instead of blaming the customer.

                                I have placed few orders from biotique which is linked to dotzot. I gave my address in tenali under guntur district. But your delivery services are very pathetic here and the agents are very rude to customers. They spoke rudely to me and denied to deliver the order to the place i have updated in the dotzot tracking which is only 400metres away from the shipping address in the town. I repent for associating with your website for delivery. Make sure that your agents stop troubling the customers.

                                      I have ordered stylish fashionable flower printed shirts (pack of 2 shirts), on 30/03/18.
                                      But u have delivered me the wrong and used shirts on 02/04/18.
                                      I am in huge frustration...
                                      Plzzzz
                                      Collect it and send me the right ones
                                      Plzzzz don't cheat customers.
                                      How would we believe in you the next time, if I want to make an order.
                                      I was to make a order of 50, 000/- rupees.
                                      But for checking purpose I made an order of 798/-.
                                      And there appears to be fraud.
                                      Plzzz maintain a clean relationship with customers.

                                        I ordered a product from shopclues, the product was shipped by dotzot.
                                        I want to bring in your notice that the shipment was already late, when i contacted the shopclues cc, after two days i got the text that the product delivered successfully, but i didn't got the product. How could this happen. It's totally a shameful act.
