      Delivery service is horrible
      The person who was supposed to deliver my parcel has his mobile number switch off. I made multiple attempt to contact the delivery service but it's futile. My parcel is pre paid and there site is saying that the parcel is delivered which it has not.
      Tracking number[protected].
      And when i tried contacting then through their website they didn't had any phone number for contact and the only service they provided was email to which i got replied as you already received your parcel and nothing else n nothing related to how i haven't received it or none of their employees are trying to deliver it.

            There was an annoying delivery guy wth ph no:[protected] who kept calling 8 times prior to delivery for simple reasons which was quite irritating.. When i told.. Iam gonna complain.. He told.. Go on.. Such unprofessional.. He kept calling me for petty reasons lk asking.. The way to house.. I told ask someone.. And then he kept calling 5 times as he dint wanna take effort or was emjoying irritatimg me.. No idea abt his intension.. Then he called to ask about hos vehicle parking.. I hv ordered from many websites.. Hvnt come acroass such an unprofessional guy.. N wen i told.. I ll take action.. Hw told.. Plz carry on.. I loved the dress he was about to deliver.. Jus coz i told.. I ll take action.. He dint even deliver.. Lost trust in stalkbuylove website.. Seriously

              I ordered piqacy microphone from flipkart on 4th march and it was expected to be delivered by 14th. It reached my town on 8th and it was out for delivery today but then i track it and found that they said:-
              Undelivered due to cid - receiver not available or out of station

              I was at home full day and i did not receive any call or sms for the same.
              This is not the first time dotzot has done like this. Please look into the matter.

                How is it possible that my product has been delivered as i not recieved it. I know couriour boy has done wrong its my 2 nd complaint against him

                As i already mentioned in my previous complaint the couriour boy told me not to buy it because i know he at that time was going to cheat.

                  Dotzot couriour boy of srinagar kashmir.
                  As i recieve notification about my order it is out for delivery i call dot zot couriour boy for delivering it to my shop which is in lal chowk after that he called me back and told me your product is damaged not to buy it and flipkart always deliver wrong and damaged product to the customer. I was in doubt wheather to buy it or not. But after some time i receive another notification that your product has been delivered it was really a shockable moment for me at that time i just think that the couriour boy has done wrong with me it was really a sad moment. Please take necessary actiont against him

                        Such a bad experience from dotzot. I bought a smartphone from flipkart on 19 feb, 2018 which i was to get on 27 feb, 2018 but i was to get early on 24 feb, 2018 as i tracked it online but to my amazement when i again checked online, it said "undelivered due to cid receiver requested delivery on another date" as i was at home the whole day and neither a call nor any message was notified to me in any manner. I don't know why but it was my first experience for me from dotzot & i already have started to hate them. Can somebody gimme any contact info. For dotzot so that i can get my parcel in person (I hate to say this)

                              I want to return my powerbank i recieved tht power bank on 12feb 2018 it was of poor qualit it gets charge very fast n gets down very fast too. Even that product was not fully provided because i was offered free 128gb memory card which was not in the packed but it was mentioned on the packet.

                                  Worst courier service my product was out for delivery on 4th february but they didn't deliver it till 9th and still i have to go to the dotzot courier office for my product otherwise they were going to return it and when i called to flipkart customer care they were always told me that the problem would be resolved and i ordered another item and they didn't deliver it too and i have to go again to dotzot courier office for that too

                                    I order combo of 5 pure cotton shirts.. Quality of the product is so bad. And size of the product is not same which was i ordered.. Return the product and refund money. My order id is [protected]. I am not interest for this product is a very cheap product and refund my money very lowest quality of this fake product of shirt. Please retune my money at1199rs only

                                    First of all you have not mentioned a Airway Bill Number. 

                                    However, even if you require to return a product if it is delivered by us, we would require instructions from the shipper.

                                      The above mentioned courier was supposed to be delivered today. We received a message saying the delivery was attempted which is a wrong statement since we were available at the address the whole time and no such attempts were made. Also none of the dotzot people contacted us regarding the delivery. So there was no attempt made. When checking the tracking link for details, the reason for not delivering given was 'undelivered due to cid - receiver requested delivery on another date'. This is again a wrong statement since no one contacted the given number and such request wasn't made fot the courier to be delivered on another date.

                                      This is unprofessional of dotzot not doing their job and making false statements and reports about it.

                                        I ordered one product on friday
                                        I received my product with in a 10 days..
                                        5 shirts worth of 1199.00/-
                                        Product was too worest..
                                        I cancelled my order.. Courier boy pickup their product return back.. I got a call from this num :[protected] he asked me paytm num (My paytm num :[protected]) and he told me your money will return back with in a 5 working days but till now i didn’t get my money back.

                                        We seen your complaint "DotZot — money return back". As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender. Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check.
