[Resolved] Dotzot — I am complaining about non delivery of my item | |||
I have ordered an item through boodmo on 19th october and it has been shipped through dotzot. However on the tracking details of dotzot the last status is from 27 october and it is displayed as the item is out for delivery. But i haven't yet got the item nor the guys from the dotzot has called me. Nor any updates is given from the tracking site sinvlce 27 october. yesterday after my complaint about the non delivery of the item. DOtzot has simply update about the status as "item cannot be delivered as the reciever refused delivery" I mean seriously! how low can a service provider go? None of the dotzot guys showed at my doorstep nor anyone called me up. My dotzot AWB reference number is[protected]. Here is the screenshot attached. my mobile number is [protected]

I have booked the Magic hose of 75ft, but you billed the 75ft and you have gaven me 50ft garden hose.but why you people are doing like this fraud things, I don't want this item I want to return the item .And 50ft magic hose rate is 560.rs
