[Resolved] Dotzot — I didn't receive the product and its marked as delivered | |||
I had ordered sweatshirt from the teeshop as it is marked as delivered on 2nd of march but i did not receive the product nor got a cal from them. Please resolve my issue else would escalate this. Provide me a resolution asap. Either get my product delivered to me else initiate refund to my order. As it was a miss from your end. Please do the needfull Was this information helpful? | |||

I got the duplicate product.So I want to return it.I called the customer care number, but they told, "We can't help you". I searched returning option in the website as well as in the App, but I didn't get that returning option.Actually I ordered jocket, but I got 2 similar sweat shirts.So I kindly request you to take some action.Thank you
