Dotzot — Non delivery of parcel | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, My parcel I'd is AWB no. I[protected]. Sipped by homeshop18 on 19 Feb 16 for Rs 899/- ( including delivery charges) cash on delivery. When I went to courier office of Sonapur (Pin code- 782402), the courier office in charge asked me ₹10/- extra as a delivery charges whereas she have not any delivery man for delivery the parcel as a home delivery. My parcel she has not handing over to me just because of rs 10/-.I said that I will give only Rs 899/-. Pls look into the matter bcz she is taking exra rs 10/ parcer from everyone Was this information helpful? | |||

Pathetic...!!! Too slow to deliver.
The service is PATHETIC. The status showed out for delivery on 25th of April and now it's 28th of the month and I've still not got the product. I'm getting different reasons for delivery. And they are also taking Rs.30 as a COD charge.
