[Resolved] Dotzot — shows undelivered due to ndl at cannanore but the destination is kasaragod actually

It shows undelivered due to ndl at cannanore whereas the destination address is kasaragod. What does ndl mean. Parcel is supposed to be delivered to kasaragod. How is it undelivered at cannanore. Nobody called to inform also. Packet is supposed to reach today. Type is priority. I need that packet today urgent. Please resolve.

Parcel not delivered but status shows its delivered successfully . Tracking ID[protected]. The order given in Flipkart, the same order delivered by delhivery team successfully but dotzot team still lagging behind them, still waiting for parcel
