[Resolved] Dr Batra's — dr. batras wastage of money & time and breach of trust. i want refund | |||||
My details: Patient code :[protected] Patient name: vivek charak Clinic address: 1st floor, b-1/517 a, janakpuri, above kotak mahindra Bank, opp district, centre, janakpuri, delhi, 110058 Hi, As per the advertisements and emails received, i went to dr batra's janakpuri, new delhi clinic for hairfall problem on 18th july 2017. Dr batra's advised some medicines for the same and they forced me to take the annual subscription for 11500/- without knowing about my other health problems like high blood pressure, etc and they also assure me that you would get benefit after taking the medicine for one month. But, after taking the medicine for one month hairfall situation got worsen as more and more hair started falling. Also, my other health problems like high blood pressure getting affected. Now, i don't want to take the medicine as i paid the money 11, 500 inr/- for a one year, i want the refund and money back as i used their medicine for just one month. Please do the refund. Also, i had sent a mail regarding the refund to : [protected]@drbatras.com But no one is responding. There should be refund policy. Please do the needful. Its been 8 months
There is no result at all,
They keep repeating the same medicine or maybe they change it once in a while,
My hairs are still falling like day 1, i have been taking their medicine every single day.
