was paid twice on 21 st June one online and another by net banking on SBI branc opera house at mumbai whose reference no is stated below .
IB 38523628 reference no and
JU [protected]. Kindly look in the matter and adjust or refund the same, this matter has been sated with the reference no to help you locate the problem .
It is surprising that when a double payment is made no action or message is noted but with a delay there is immediately notice and warning of hte line being disconnected .
I would appreciate if you would look in to this matter .
