[censored]in guys my 2000rs gone dear Dream 11 please refund my money

Hello team,

The dream11 team didn't allow me to make the team after line up and the 2 very most player of my below details teamis not playing in the game where i am playing 2 contest where one of Rs.501 and another is for Rs. 36.

The error comes from the dream11 team and it was showing "Sorry, we have an issue and will come back in no time."

Why they have issue after line up. Below is the details of the contest and request you to please contact to them and provide me the refund for this.

In todays match against RCB vs SRH, after lineup is out i cannot edit my team. It says “we have an issue and we will be back in no time”. This is very unusual from dream 11. Attaching the screenshot with the mail.

Rcb vs Srh Elimination match after player announce i joint my 2 teams which I had already selected but when I'm trying to changes app shows some technical issues and breaker chain around last 20 minutes app doesn't work. I want to my money refund Because players are not in team they can't be change because of app doesn't work

I can't edit my team after joining the contest and when I try to edit it give me some error there is no response from server side and no response from the dream 11 team side...so it's unfair and cheating after joining the contest you can't edit the team it is extremely sad that this much of big company can do this type of bug in there application

I have joined the contest of 295rs on 6/11/2020
the match was of ipl
the match was between SRH VS RCB the eliminator.
i tried to change the team before 7:30pm but it does not change by your(dream11) fault.
saying that we will back in some times.

In today's Game of SRH vs RCB, I had joined contests for this match before 2-3 hours. When the lineups came out, tried to edit my team before 10-15 mins before deadline time. But the team edit feature did not work and trying for alleats for 10 mins i still couldn't edit my team. It was totally fault of Dream11 and I want compensation for it. I have uploaded a picture of what it was happening....

Today after lineups out your server is failure at time 7.20 to 7.30 pm so we not able for changes in our team.so we have very loss.my mobile no.is [protected] my team name is vitekar fighters. Your server failure we can't any changes in my 04 teams. These teams are T1, T2, T3&T4

After announcement of the team, I couldn't make any changes in the team, as there was some issue with the app.after a minute the page was unavailable... looking forward for refund. This is on 6th Nov match srh Vs BLR. Please, look into the issue

I am anup kumar singh, My dream 11 name is anu144.today RCB VS SRH match, i joined contest an hour ago with dummy team.in last 5 min app not working well and i cannot change my dream 11 team.app is unusual showing.i also taken screenshot.kindly solve my complaint as earliest.

But i couldn't change my team with edit
It is saying that breaker is open something is went and wrong..
But my money is credited also the contest started but the same major is happening i couldn't change the players those are not playing..
Please refund the amount

Pls note i have given wrong account no for withdrawl and it has been successful but have not received since account no was wrongly mentioned, pls take back same amount from wrong account no and deposit same to dream 11 wallet

The match SRH vs MI recently win by SRH. In this contest I played with three teams with three wins amounting to Rs total RS 201/- but they credited Rs 131/- What is this? Pls check & clear it.

I had created a internal contest with my friend with a fee of Rs 7000 each and the pool price was decided as 13300, here Dream 11 deducted their fee as Rs 700 initially. We both played the game, he paid his shared from his Dream 11 account and i paid it from my Ban account in Bank of India. We didn't used any cash bonus here, it was my own money deposited from bank account. I won the pool price and the money was credited to my Dream 11 account after deducting the TAX of Rs 3990. Amount credited was Rs 9300. I then applied for withdrawal and transferring that winning amount to my bank account. Dream 11 cancelled the withdrawal and deducted Rs 7000 from my Dream 11 account saying that we have violated the policy however the policy says that i[censored]se use any cash bonus for such transaction then it is not allowed but we used our own money. This is really a kind of fraud under the name of policy violation. I'm attaching all the snapshots for your reference. Please review and help us in getting our money back from Dream 11. If they think that we violated any policy then they would have notified us at the time of contest creation itself but there was no such notification. If they think that the policy is violated then why did they deducted their of Rs 700 and TAX of Rs 3990 even that should be cancelled and refunded back to us. This is really a kind of legal fraud.

Dear Dream11,

On Sunday, 1st November, 20 Andhra T20 League cricket match between Chargers11 and Champions11 my team was on 1st Rank with 734 points when the result was declared. Me and my family were happy for the win of Rs 10, 000 / -, but after some time my team fell in points with 707with 4th rank .. So I wonder how is it possible ..? Am I cheated or what .Attached herewith mobile screen shots.

Please clarify this matter ..
