I created a team for the game Getafe vs Barcelona and I was making my last changes after that got message that deadline has gone, but to my surprise my team was not there, though I joined the contest and the amount was deducted from my account as well, how can this be ?

I won a private contest in the last delhi vs rajastan match . In the very next day dream 11 send me an unusual mail and took all my winnings amount from my account telling that it is against fair play. They claimed that cash bonus is converted. But we all know that cash bonus amount is not allowed in dream 11 for private contest. Then why they send such a mail and took all winnings. It is pathetic. I dont know the other person and dont know anything about him. I just joined the contest appeared in private section. And with my luck i won that contest. After match I realised that his captain did n’t play that match . Is it the reason? Some times he may forgotton to change the team before match. But what was my mistake??? Im still confused

I have two accounts of dream 11. I want to delete one of them.in both the accounts i have my winnings. But in first one the amount is less than 200 and in the 2nd one i have more than 200, but i cant withdraw my winnings because my pan details are verified with the first account and i am not able to access my winnings from the 2nd account. I tried a lot to unlink my pan details from the first account but there is no help desk or customer care number. You people have more than 4 crores of customer and lots of people are facing a lot of problem like me. There is no way to transfer money of 1st a/c to 2nd a/c.. There is no way to unlinking the pan details.. There is no way to delete the account. I want my problem to be resolve within 24hrs.

I genuinely played this game, it took me a year and 37 levels to reach and earn these 380 rupees. I have not done any cheating. There are a lot of peoples in my house and I gave them this gave by my code so that I can earn. Why such types of frauds? Please return my money and also unblock all other id's they are my family members we live in the same family sometimes I make teams for them when they are busy, but every one of them added money in this game and played this with geniuses. So it's a kind request that pleases refund my 380 rupees because they mean a lot to me because i am not rich i am playing this game to earn money and help my family which suffered a lot in this pandemic and unblock my family members' account. I have already made my dream 11 team.When it get announced the line up I try to change the player who is not playing, due to error in site it not getting opened.Tge site start working when match started and I have one player who is not playing.S Gowatham is the player who is not the team.

I was in the winning zone .the minimum winning amount is 50 in mega contest but I got only 15 rupees .this is pure cheating I need my money back
