I am unable to verify my PAN card on Dream 11 as it says that it has already been taken. But I’ve never created any other account. They are now saying that they cannot help me in this issue. Please intervene as someone has impersonated my PAN and Dream 11 isn’t helping.

I have withdraw a cash of Rs 300 on 11 October 2020, but still the amount can't credited into my account .why

I withdrew 200rs on 9th October and today is 13th October (transaction I'd: UW2020101002581697514636) and my payment status is not processed and money is also not credited in my account. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I thought dream 11 is genuine, but I was shocked to see the point difference. Please check the attachment for clarity. Dream 11 is fixed. RCB vs KKR match 12 /10/2020. AB de Villers Is captain I got 153 POINTS. Where as others got 204 points Why the difference?

I created 3 contests of 5 rupees at entry price with total participants number of 20, 28, 20. After the game started the contest was terminated due to some reasons(which they did not tell) and after that, they did not even refunded the money that was taken to create the contests(which would be 15 rupees in total).
My account name is AMANKH941RS. It can be found that they deducted money for creating contest just do it get terminated and not being refunded.

It is not about the 15 rupees that was lost, it is about their carelessness with their refunding system entirely.

I informed to you that my winning amount is deducted for FairPlay violation.

I was trying to upload the PAN for verification few months ago. However, eorrorneously I had entered wrong PAN detail.

Now when I am trying to correct the details by uploading the PAN for verification everytime an error is appearing in screen as " PAN ALREADY TAKEN"

Please look into the matter.

I took part in kings11 Punjab VS kolkata Knight riders match dated 10 October 2020. I made two teams for the same match. The contest in which I made the two teams had an entry fee of Rs 49/- per team. After the match was completed, my rank was #2783510 in one team. The contest details of the above mentioned match stated that Rs. 50/- would be the winnings for anyone who ranked between #[protected]. My rank was #2783510, which is clearly within the abovementioned slot. However the amount that I received was of only Rs. 34.07, which is Rs.15.93 less. It is shocking to receive such an amount which is not even mentioned in the contest details. While my other team had no issues and the winning was clearly reflected on my account, the winning of mere 34.07 seems unjustified. I want my Rs.15.93 at any cost. There has been a simar issue in the past as well and whenever I have tried to see redressal through their online help desk, there has just been delay. Kindly help me seek redressal here.

Players captain selection percentage change after start of match i have taken screen shot after start of match with four balls and after end of match they are totally different.

Are you surely given the money to the claint .. every day i saw 20 cr contest on dream 11 .. really the winner get 1 cr money .. is it true .. so many people are want to know what exactly

I have a dream 11 account and i have to withdraw my winnings and they are saying to verify my bank account this time as earlier i have withdrew cash from this account.
When i upload my bank statement they say digital wallet cannot be verified any details upload they say the same.
I have contacted them and they have given me complaint ticket and will contact but its been a week and no one contacted.

I have submitted all documents but the bank account verification is still kept under review. Pan, mobile number and email are verified.
Due to bank account not being verified, i am not able to withdraw winnings.
If there is an issue let me know so I can give details or else verify and let me withdraw winnings.
