I requested withdraw of rs 210 amount from dream11 account to my verified bank account on 2 april-19 in response e-mail received saying that amount will be submitted till 4-april-19, today i checked my account no amount was received and it shows that transaction failed and even amount was not received in dream11 account, can you please fix this problem asap, and i never received fairplay violation email so one thing is sure its not due to fairplay violation.
Kindly, return my money respectfully as i had been part and played from very long period of time in dream 11

I transferred Rs777 to our Dream11 account from SBI debit card on 06/04/2019 at 16:00hrs.

But that ammount deducted from my SBI account and not credited in my Dream11 account.So please do need full actions and my transaction ID is 06-April-2019 by debit card OTHPG 102599 Payu*Dream11 Fantasy PMumbai.

Day before yesterday, i tried to add rs 1000 to my dream 11 account to enter a contest but after entering my otp, my karnataka bank account instantly got deducted by rs 1000 but the dream 11 app showed as payment failed.. Please look into my issue n credit my dream 11 account by rs1000 as these are already deducted from my bank account.. Please sir look into my issue please refund my money.

I transfered. Rs777, from my sbi to dream11 account.. But the amount doesnot reflect in my dream 11 account...
The bank shows the successful transfer with proper transaction number.. But it is not refleting in the dream 11 account...
It has been more than 9 hours since i transferred the money from sbi debit card to dream 11... N it it is not added to the dream 11 account..
My transaction id 06-april-2019 by debit card othpg 102599 payu*dream11 fantasy pmumbai.

Plzz help me with this...

I had not received bonus for reffering my friend. He played 2 games with entry fee rs 36 and rs 26.. His name is visible in my dashboard... It is been almost 2 days he joined the contest... But still i didint get my bonus cash...
This is disguisting from your part...
Please inform me why this is happen...

I tried to add 14 rs to my wallet. Transaction was successful but money did not reach my wallet. Please do the needfull. This happened on 4the april at 7:50 pm.
There was a contest and i was falling short of 14rs. So i tried to add the required amount. But there was some issue regarding some type of debit cards. Still i tried. It showed that transaction was unsuccesfull but as shown in the image, money got debited.

I have invited my friend through my referel code.Yesterday he played in RCB vs KKR match in Rs 49 mega contest and he have won Rs 80.The match winners have been declared and in his winnings amount Rs 80 have been credited but I did not get any bonus point after his winnings.In my invited friend's list his name is appearing but the bonus through him is still 0.I have verified my phone num and e mail.My friend also verified his phone num and email.I have also invited another friend and I have recieved earnings through them but I haven't recieved by my newly invited friend.

But i was forgotten my mail i'd which was used at the time of registration. Same thing i was informed to them but they didn't give any reply. Just abhi KKR vs DC mein maine 2 team select ki Rs.55 & 45 wali vc Rishab pant and Captain Gambhir match ke 2 over tak koi bhi diffrent team nhi thi but 3rd over mein dekha ki Nikhil Naik ko liya hua h kuch ID ne jo ki selection mein tha hi nhi. Unke pics attach kar rha hu.

Hello sir i used dream 11 app last year in ipl that time i provide my complete documents and it has been verified because i never won any contest after ipl i unistall the app and now again i re install dream 11 app but this time i won 400rs and i want to withdraw the money, but this time dream 11 app not taking my pan card details and mail id also, and now it showing me that "seems u have been added this pan to onother number" i used this number since 2013 till now i have only one sim. Watever all registration i made in mobile using my present number i mean the number given to dream 11 app last year ([protected]) this time also i give this number, it showing me correct name but not taking my pan details, plz help me plz take action against dream 11 app it's fake otherwise solve my problem..

I have lodged complaint with dream 11 as the cash bonus are not credited vide complaint ticket no. #287233. Still i have not received my cashback and my complaint is still not been resolved although it is over 48 hours. There is no communication has been refeived from dream 11 team also. There are no specific customer care team also to contact dream 11. My cash bonuses are pending for over 3 days now. They have flagged the complaint as low priority as they dont have to resolve the issue.

Hence requesting your intervention.

I have not received cash bonus from my friends who hav joined dream11 game from my invite refferel code.. It is showing 100 rs.. Only once when my friend completed 1 match, i received rs. 24.5. After that my friends played matches twice, but still the amount is same.. Rs.24.5. It should get updated everytime when my friends play match for atleast first 100 rs, but i am not getting any cash bonus after that.. Please look into this matter. My email id is ankush. I transfered. Rs224, rs 21 and rs15 from my paytm to dream11 account.. But the amount doesnot reflect in my dre 11 account...
The paytm shows the successful transfer with proper transaction number.. But it is not refleting in the dream 11 account...
It has been more than two hours since i transfered the money from paytm to dream 11... N it it is not added to the dre 11 account..
