Dreamz Infra India — Dreamz Swagat Project - Company closed and Not refunded booking amount | |||
I have booked flat no. 422 in Dreamz Swagat project, Chembanahalli Village Anekal Taluk, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore in September 2013 and paid more than 50% of the project cost as advance payment. The project was to be completed in 24 months i.e. April 2015. In case if delay, the company had to pay rental at 1.5% on advance paid amount. Now it is almost 41 Months now. the construction is yet to commence and also I have been calling the customer care of this company continuously but there is no response at all. Now they have closed their offices and are absconding. Please help me on this Issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have cancelled the Dreamz Sneh and had paid rupèes 1320000. Dreamz is gone for now. All our hard warned money by my mom and her retirement money was put in this.
