Dsilva — refrigerator timer problem

i have a double door frost free frig and it worked well but on25th of june 2013 the timer and relay was replaced and with 2 months again i had the same problem i again cimplained but since i was out of station i left it as itis and retured back on 28th november2013 and complained the technician came and the person AJAY VERMA from DOLPHIN SERVICES tell me that the timer is guaranteed for only 2 months.
is this true if it is so then in future we have to be very careful while buying godrej products.
