I have booked a parcel at DTDC branch bali nagar on 29th december, 2015. It reached the malviya bagar khiki extension branch on 30th december, 2015.on 7th january i visited malviya nagar khirki extension branch and the branch manager showed me CCTV footage, i clearly saw my packet in the manifiest .from then the manager is blaming the document to be misplaced by other branch and that branch manger is denying that he havnot got any parcel . Kindly take strict action against these guys They are thiefs, stole valuable things of customers My parcel was packed in secured packet Document no is Z80213055 Thief and corrupted branch manager bijendar ph no +[protected]

I booked a parcel from bangalore to howrah consignment no b23537497 but it reached at guwahati. I wrote correct address, name pincode didn't u check frist when u send

Dtdc courier customer care number :[protected],[protected].. Whenever any parcel comes through dtdc i know either it will be returned or i have to go and collect it personally why?? Is it you are not paid properly?? Do get information regarding courier name: dtdcairway bill details: b29377607 & z75943098 and tell me what happens with full details, especially what going on in chamrajpet branch bangalore and there delivery boy ([protected]) else i will damn filing pil suit against your company. At last make your damn any customer care number active and display same on your website.

My consingment number Z75943098 has been sent back without any informantion and without any notice. What the hell crap service is this . Iam really frustrated with this service of dtdc(chamrajpet branch) crappy delivery never ever any parcel from dtdc has been shipped and delivered properly on top of that the delivery boys are so rude when called iam going to lodge complaint regarding this in consumer forum for sure the number iam also attaching of that delivery boy [protected]. None of the your zone contact number is working or if working no one from your damn office workers ever recieve the call.

I have sent the packet from new Delhi to Varanasi on[protected].but packet not received yet and after tracking it is found out that packet lost by courier company

DTDC Courier - Worst Courier Company. A company that can't be trusted and relied. When dispatching they promise that it will be delivered in 2 days as it was urgent (paid good amount); but it was not delivered. Call them 4 times (Bangalore customer care) dint pick up the call; on my 5th attempt they pick up the call. They said it will be delivered after 2 days, that is, all together 5 days. That consignment is a 'Certificate', ...very Urgent for Job related work.

There are no any notification after 8th january.Why not updated regularlly My tracking no.isM30095907.please update the status as soon as possible and reply me.

I was expecting a very important letter from my office and when I checked with them they told me that they had couriered through DTDC, several days ago. When I checked with the courier company they informed me that the packet had been delivered, but he gave me DTDC, Dilshad Colony's number, handled by two Savita and Deepak. On calling them they rudely said that they can't put their 'whole force' into delivering one packet. When I insisted on having my letter delivered these guys handed over my important documents to some random guy and left. I mean it's heights of irresponsibility. Why would one use a courier service if the letters are delivered even later than those delivered by general posts and that too to just anyone? Particularly this branch has annoyed to the point that I can't let go off the matter this easily. This DTDC branch (Dilshad Colony) requires a lot of monitoring and a strict action should be taken against those two particular employee.

Dear sir i have send one parcel from Kottayam to nagercoil through DDTC courier service . Trackind ID : R20489281 . on 9/1/2016 . Till the date i haven't receive my parcel (5 days gone) and there is no response from DTDC side. In internet they displayed some contact numbers all are fake . I cannot contact them. Dear DTDC, I have lost my mobile phone rs. 18000 thousand through your courier service. I have sent this packet on 8 Jan 2016 from Gurgaon near bus stand brach to patran. D25786237 consignment number booked for parcel Mumbai to raichur. since from 8th I.e 5days there is no updates regarding tracking status. Till now I am not received parcel also. DTDC worst service delaying parcel and updates regarding tracking parcel.

With great confidence I have informed my friend at Mangalore to courier one very important documents through DTDC, I called many a times and was told will be received on Saturday[protected], or else on[protected] But this courier has not yet received and today is Tuesday[protected], this is really a very bad show on the part of DTDC. I had very important work with related to this documents, and hence lost the confidence on this courier, …and in future will newer recommend DTDC to anyone.

We had booked one parcel on 05.01.2016 and till to-day it is not delivered and no buddy telling correct location so that we can colloct. but even hub peaple also not responding one time they will list next time they will not list the phone as if we are wrong number. what is this stupid behavour i dont no

I got consignment No.[protected] from the sender Component services, A102, 3rd floor, Gali No.6 Madu Vihar, IP extension, Delhi92. Mob: [protected]. The courier boy brought the parcel on which there is no consignment number. He says that the cons. Number is lost in transit. I wanted to endorse the same on the voucher, the boy didn't allow me. He left without my signature for receipt. Please enquire and reply.
