On 28/12/2015 my company Delta Nutritives Pvt ltd haas booked consignment through no V26184986 from Mumbai for Konnagar, WestBengal which contains Cform of particular company but in absence of me it has been handed over to wrong person(security guard with out uniform) with out taking my permission and concern, even not a phone call made to me for information now this important document is misplaced and your company is not ready to take the responsibility. I want your company will compensate the financial loss what I have to bear for your irresponsible work.

One of my friend send a parcel from Delhi to me. which was very important and urgent for me. So I thought that service of well known company DTDC will be best. He booked it for fast and satisfactory delivery to me. But after shipping DTDC company kept this parcel at Indore office for more than 5 days. Till then no follow-up we received from the company and no reason showing on tracking ID and when I tried to contact to customer care all India number but no one even picked up the phone. Indore is more than 200 kilometers from my location near Neemuch. Since the parcel was very urgent I send my brother by Bus from Neemuch to Indore and back from Indore to Neemuch to take the parcel because there is nothing in my hand and there is no one who can help me. His two nights and one day spoiled and more than 1600/- expenses incurred in it. But company officials have no shame. Shame on you... DTDC Courier.

This is regrading tracking number: z80237949. The consignment has been dispatched from Madiwala branch on 18th January 2015. It is still not delivered at Bomannahalli. The call operators do not answer the phone and it is not reachable most of the time. Staff is very rude. The following have not been able to help - Neha, Lokesh and Manju.

I had booked one packet(small) on 11/01/2016 for delivery at State Bank of Mysore, Bagalur Branch, BAGALUR-635103 vide Consignment Note B28689400.
I was charged for Rs 100 as it was out of state ie from Bangalore, Karnataka to Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu.
DTDC did not deliver this packet due to poor service from DTDC neither it was delivered nor they have contacted regarding it (despite the fact that both parties mobile no. was mentioned with the address).
On checking with DTDC tracking system, this consignment was being shown "Shipment Returned due to NO SERVICE". Before sending the parcel i enquired with the person he said the service available to Bagalur so i sent the courier.
Now since its returned now when i went and enquired he says "The service is not available" and you contact customer care and get your parcel on your own.

Really its a pathetic behaviour from DTDC. Not behaving professionally. Their registration has to be cancelled.

My order was shipped from jabong through dtdc on 6th janaury...My tracking number is v21975436...It has reached tirupati on 12th of this month...From then onwards, there is no progress in the status of my shipment and not yet delivered...Even though after repeated calls, they are not at all responding properly...They are saying that it was sent to srikalahasthi the destination place with pincode 517644, but when called to srikalahasthi courier people, they said that they have not received it...Very worst courier service ever in the name of dtdc

The courier was sent on 13th January from DTDC to Malleshwaram address. The tracking status was updated as delivered on 14th Jan by around 12 Pm.
On 19th Jan we got to know from the concerned person that the courier was not delivered to him. When checked with the DTDC courier Malleshwaram, the courier was with them only and says by mistake has updated the status as delivered.
Request you to avoid this in future and will be delivered on time and the Status should be updated only after delivering

Contacted your palakkad dtdc several times, nobody pick the phone continously,
if taken the phone informed that "call back no one is here "

I have given my courier (Consignment No: E[protected] containing very important documents necessarily to be delivered by next business day from Chennai to Indore. For that i paid the high fee for Prime TIme Metro 2PM tariff. But not expected such slow and untrustworthy service from DTDC. Please don't convey the wrong Message if you cant do so.

A parcel was booked from rajahmundry to jangaon no h63871624 your people at jangaon advised to collect from their office instead of delivering door. advise your people to deliver at our door step because we are unable to collect due to oldage

App. a month ago, I was supposed to receive a courier (z[protected]. but this was returned back two times without even calling me!!! I do not understand why??? But the message in online tracking system is delivered, why it is so.

I tried to contact local courier service provider, he is not serious about it at all.

this courier does contain important things...


It is more than a month and nothing have been done in this regard even complaining two times (Complaint ID:[protected].

First complaint was closed even without asking me whether the problem was resolved or not??? -I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THIS COURIER!!! WHAT IS SOLUTION FOR THIS??

AGAIN AFTER SECOND COMPLAINT, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR??? AND THE PERSON I TALKED TO TOLD I CAN NOT TALK TO HIS SENIOR AS ITS LESS THAN ONE MONTH SINCE THE PARCEL WAS COURIERED- IS NOT ITS AMAZING- I THOUGHT COURIER IS FAR FASTER DELIVERY!!!

Did you people asked to local courier service provider- what happened??? - He has not even called me before returning this courier.


Can you do something about???? - Looks very pathetic and hopeless services you are providing based this scenario...

Hi, my name is Shanu Kukreti, i received courier today on 1/19/2016 in bangalore tavarekare area through DTDC. First delivery guy made comment on me for not knowing kannada, he asked me to come down to ground floor when i told i have fever and requested him to come upstairs he said he will return the courier. When i went down he wanted me to sign the receipt first and handover the packet later. when i asked him to give that first he started shouting on the main road. He knew english but did not want to talk in that and started abusing me in kannada. I fell disgusted, insulted and helpless.

From this whole episode i could not even get the reason of him being rude to me. he asked to collect from ground floor i did that, now if even delivering couriers at the gate also bothers these people than why do they work?

We used your franchise/outlet at BSNL centre at the garia (near Hindusthan Mod) on the 16th of jan 2016. We sent a letter (consignment no. K[protected] to hyderabad, hi TEC city. They charged Rs 120 which is far more than the other DTDC outlets are charging for the same location, on top of it they refused to give us a reciept and promising an sms notification instead. We recieved no such sms today so my 75 year old stroke patient father had to go to the out let again! When my father said he shouldve recieved a reciept the previous day itself which wouldve saved him another trip, he was autrociously asked not to ever use their outlet again if he cant bear with their way of work. This perticular outlet has always done that. Not only are they overcharging every time but they are atrociously rude always. The result is in our area people avoid using DTDC alltogether. One of our supplier booked one Parcel against Docket no. D25284737 as on 11/01/2016. which was supposed to delivered on 13/012015. And the Status is also showing said parcel laying in Neemrana Branch from 12/01/2016. from that day i am trying to call to branch but No Body responding properly. when they pick the Ph. get answer, we wait we have to check but after no response. from last 6 days i am trying to contact but the person is not responding. It's not about only us, even all the Customer in Surrounding of Neemrana, all are very un happy of DTDC courier.

I had to receive a parcel last Thursday n still not received. The customer service sucks, that's the least I can say. No proper details available n every time I call they say misroute. I'm the receiver n they want me to give sender I'd. Do u people even train these fools. They shout on ppl who call. For a week now I've been calling and talking to ppl who have no sense of time n they ask me to check with another centre n I've been pushed around. I need a reply asap.

A contract paper was sent on[protected] under express delivery and was supposed to be delivered in two days. it has been a week and it is yet to be delivered. What is the use of absconding money in name of express delivery when normal delivery takes lesser time by your courier service? Hopeless service. Atleast have the decency to refund the money!

It reached from Delhi to kolkata in 5 hours but it is taking 2 days to come from kolkata to Durgapur which is just 3 hour journey by road! This is ridiculous and today is the occasion where I was to gift it to somebody. Shall I give it to that person after the occasion is ove, after the birthday? Kindly look into the matter as I want it to be delivered today positively. It is urgent.

My POD No - 4779362, Pouch No -3917943 couriered on dated -14.12.2015 was to be shipped from Mumbai to Kolkata. The courier service centre from where we had sent the item says that the items have been lost. Yet I have not received the item. Can you please enquire regarding the same and let me know. The fact is that we opt for a reliable company as yours because we trust your service. I hope my items have not been misplaced. Please let me know about its whereabouts as soon as possible.

I have booked a parcel at DTDC branch bali nagar on 29th december, 2015. It reached the malviya bagar khiki extension branch on 30th december, 2015.on 7th january i visited malviya nagar khirki extension branch and the branch manager showed me CCTV footage, i clearly saw my packet in the manifiest .from then the manager is blaming the document to be misplaced by other branch and that branch manger is denying that he havnot got any parcel .
