The consignment number D23950017 booked on november 24 /2015 in gurgaon to karur. but it still not reached karur. 16 days had past

Tracking no N96389611, we have sent a parcel from Bangalore to Netherlands on 21st November 2015 and till AOD December 10-2015 the parcel is not been delivered. dtdc people said that it is there in Netherlands customs. we have provided necessary information about the parcel, we are asking update on this there is no information, very poor response from Bangalore dtdc team. hope so you will help us on this

I have courier my parcel under Premium services paying 4 times the normal price to deliver a document at bhatinda, Punjab from Delhi by DTDC. even after 48 hours also the courier is not dispatched at destination address and when i called upon, they behaved very rudely and dont regret on their mistake also. the website is too slow and not opening the complaints webpage. i will suggest everyone to never use DTDC courier services especially for some urgent issue.

Everwell medicos menufacturing pvt limited company send me a parcel two three times within one month but due to your parcel manager it was handover to a wrong person when i asked regarding my parcel. M25454743 booked from Indore to Gurgaon is missing since 1st Dec-2015, DTDC is unable to trace it. the packet contains very important Ayurvedic medicine of my old and ill father. I am going for legal proceedings against DTDC for their poor and irresponsible services. I will also going for spreading the facts over social media Like Twiter, FB, to tell the public about DTDC's disgusting cervises.

Hi, This is with regards to my Shipment (Tracking # Z[protected] which was not delivered to me and on asking to the Customer care of DTDC, it is said to me that I have refused and returned this. Can you please help me to understand how is it possible that i have refused for the shipment when i haven't received any call or any communication from any DTDC representatives. I assume someone is lying and giving some wrong communication due to which this is not delivered to me on 5th Dec. Kindly update my mobile number ([protected]) on the Shipment and please look into this and reschedule the delivery of the same at the earliest. I gave farm equipment charger item for delivery on november 18, 2015 at DTDC booking center located in Mahadevapura, Bangalore. I paid Rs.85 as delivery charges. Delivery Address is Ongole, Andhra Pradesh.DTDC didn't deliver the item to delivery address in ongole, instead called me to pick up the item from DTDC branch office in Ongole. My person went to DTDC branch office to collect the item. The cover in which item was packed is in damaged state and also the equipment in it. DTDC branch office in Ongole said, they received the item in damaged state from Bangalore office.Bangalore office saying item got damaged in ongole office.they are putting a blame on each other for damage. No one is willing to take responsibility for damage. When i contacted DTDC branch office in Bangalore, they asked me to contact DTDC manager Kaleemulla. Manager is saying, DTDC is not responsible for damage.DTDC will pay the compensation for damage if the item was insured.otherwise it won't pay or it won't replace the item. I am asking DTDC, when a person pays them delivery fee, then whose responsibility is it to deliver the item in the same state as it was in when it was handed over to them. Saying DTDC is not responsible is gross irresponsibility and arrogant behavior on DTDC side. I request People to avoid DTDC for courier services and make it run into irrecoverable losses.

The courier was supposed to reach before 1st December 2015, but it still hasn't reached. The university deadline was 1st December and my application is on hold. i was assured it would reach but it hasn't yet. Please send it. the courier number:N96438510

Sir, I handed my courier CNo-Z63369334 to dtdc gorakhpur on 28/11/2015, from gorakhpur to 128E/2 shantipuram rajapur allahabad, and it, s tracking status is showing "recieved my courier at ALLAHABAD SUPER FRANCHISEE on 30/11/2015". But till date it has not delivered, when I went to franchisee then employee told that my courier has been lost, .. So please search my courier and deliverd it, otherwise take suitable action, and solve my problem,

We have couriered a cover from TENALI to NELLORE on 1/12/2015 It went to Nellore by 3/12/2015 But it has not been delivered to the person till now CN No of the receipt is H62293357 The main problem in the delivery is The respective person regarding to the office in NELLORE is quoting that "I am not a delivery boy to deliver that cover to the Address given." But he has given the report to the DTDC website that the address has not been tracing. We had a loss of Rs.9000/- with this lacking in the delivery. So make everything clear and do the delivery as quickly as possible.

My consignment number D25577570 containing a mobile phone is lost by DTDC courier company and their customer service is not providing me with any legitimate information. The consignment was in a secured pack which use was to deliver the consignment safely but they were unable to do it and unfortunately they lost it but they are not accepting it whereas their franchise office from where the parcel was couriered they are saying that the consignment is lost. Therefore i need the matter to be sorted out at earliest.

A consignment couriered to me from ahmedabad to cochin which consists of medicines with consignment number D25205422 dated 30/11/2015 has no been delivered to me till 05/12/2015 at my office. When i checked the online status, i was showing as delivered. On enquiring with the office people through phone, they are telling it is kept in some nearby shops and they are not specifying which shop. Where will i go and search? Is it the right way to deliver a consignment consisting of expensive medicines which are at most urgent? Where is my consignment? These irresponsible people should no be given these type of jobs.Kindly help me out.

I have couriered my document ref no: P34839620 on 28th nov. It was held with hindupur dtdc branch. When called the courier office, he is disconnecting call repeatedly, after 10 times when i re try he picked the call and he is shouting back. he was very rude in his language. I am very upset with his behaviour. Please take action on this branch and the person. this is the dtdc hindupur contact number [protected]. I called to office on this number. very bad service. he is aking dont curier document through dtdc if you don't like, like this he is talking. As if dtdc is his own courier service. such idits are working in dtdc. hopeless. I am real upset today. why such are handling courier service.

when i said i will complain to head office. he said you can complain to head office's father as well. He dont have any problem with it. he didnt tell me the status of my curier as well. he went for lunch at 5:00 PM...just lying. Please take necessary action on this person.

I am sradhanjali bharati from puri odisha yet to recieve a parcel that has already reached puri this morning. After calling your office, a person misbehaved saying that today they got and today only they cant give you the parcel, they asked to come and collect it from the office . if such is the service and behaviour from your end then i must not send anything through you and neither i would suggest anybody to go through you. Take this complaint seriously and take necessary steps.
