i had some important documents to be delivered. From noida to greater noida. The distance is less than 20 kms between the location of pick up and delivery. On the third day when i did not receive the delivery, i tried to contact the customer care, no one answers. On emailing them there is no response. Its been 9 days and i haven;t received my important documents yet.

Hi, This was my first & last experience with DTDC. Never thought that a Courier Service can be so pathetic and useless. I ordered a High school project from Sunshine Labz, Bangalore on 8th Nov 2015 and they checked with DTDC and confirmed that the Project will reach at Trivandrum on or before 11th Nov as I have to submit the project in an Exhibition on 12th Nov.
