Hi, I dispatched a courier from Pune to Bhopal on 19th Nov. I can see online that my courier reached Bhopal(Raisen) facility on Monday 23rd, but it is still not delivered to destination. And whenever i'm trying to connect with the customer care team, they are not responding properly. Please look into the issue and resolve it out. Complaint ID: 01159680 Tracking id: D25648892

We have to receive a courier from our factory at Khopoli / PEN to Bangalore.Courier has sent on 23.11.15 with docket no M27201409.Till now we have not received the same.We are keep on try to reach DTDC Customer Service manager @ [protected] but there is no response from him.
Please deliver the courier on urgent basis.

My parcel is received at DTDC Santacruz Mumbai franchise since last 3 days but it is not yet delivered at my place. If my address in not traceble, then i did not even received single call from DTDC. When i called that person Harshit Mishra on +91 [protected], he added my number in reject list. I even drop him message that if they could not deliver it then kindly provide office address so that i can go and collect. But no reply. Such a pathetic service DTDC is offering. They only want customer money but don't know their responsibilities to deliver the parcels on time.

I have shipped a package with [Brand new HTC one M8 mobile, GRAY color and charger] from PATHANKOT, Punjab on November 21st at 1:30 PM to Hyderabad, Telangana. But the package which was delivered to Hyderabad was misplaced with 2 non-working LAVA phones instead of HTC mobile and charger. Looks like someone opened the original package containing HTC phone weighing 500 gms with 2 dummy LAVA phones weight 430 grams. I have the dummy phones which were delivered instead of new HTC one M8 mobile. This is a real bad incident where we cannot trust the courier service if they actually open the packages and change the stuff inside. I also have an confirmation tracking history email from DTDC office saying that the package which was shipped is 500 gms but when it reached India, it is only 430 gms. Someone might have changed the phones from PATHANKOT-DELHI-INDIA. Could you please file a case against DTDC management and help me in getting my phone?

This is to raise a complain against DTDC for non delivery of a courier which was sent on 23rd November 15 from Dombivali to Belapur which is still not delivered till date. The status in the site shows that the parcel is out for delivery but no communication has been received from any of DTDC person.

When i contacted to DTDC belapur branch([protected]) they told me that as per delivery boy he has done the delivery but i haven't received yet.
Now Belapur DTDC branch is not picking up my phone.

On Firday 20th Novermber a consignment has been booked with small parcel on DTDC courier lite, with Ref# C64255503.

Though there initial tracking reflects in their trackers that the courier has reached their hyderabad airport facility on 20th Nov 2015 (the same day nite) still, the courier is not delviered till today (25th Nov 2015).

Despite of our repeated followups at both ends (receiver and sender), they keep saying that soon we will deliver, but in vain. Even the customer care or the offices doesn't respond to calls. and leading to chaotic service.

I have ordered a jewellery items in credit payment through mirraw.com. the item will be shown able to deliver at my home adress but the courriar company says that this adress is not in their delivery area. And they not deliver the product even the product is in their office.

Have couriered 1 parcel to Amritsar on 09.11.2015 and till 23.11.2015 same is not delivered. when inquired while booking transit was informed 4-5 days. Moreover when called for delivery status and reason for delay have gor answer from their booking branch MF 1016, Mulund that staff was not available and we had contacted recipient to collect same from their branch in Amritsar which recipient refused. Till date parcel is not delivered and when called again for status branch is giving number of Amritsar to check with them as we have made mistake by booking our consignment with them. their website shows so much for customer service but ZERO service is provided.

A parcel ( Tracking ID: K[protected], was sent to my address, Lt.Col. C.F. Stephen, P230/8, MAP, Command Hospital Air force, #1 Cambridge Layout, Agram Post, Bangalore 560007, from Kolkata on 19th November, 2016. The parcel has still not been delivered and today, (24 November, 2016) when I called the DTDC courier office at 17/3, Vishal omplex, Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Opposite Frank Anthony Public School, Bangalore- 560008, they said that they had attempted delivery once, on 21 November 2016 and called on the provided number when they were at the main gate. However, no call was received and neither did any delivery person come to the address. No reattempt of delivery was conducted either. They now say that they have returned the parcel to Delhi and I have no idea why. This is the second incident with the Cambridge Layout Branch of DTDC. The people of the office are rude, arrogant and abusive. I want an action taken as soon as possible because the parcel was a very important one. They were weddings invitations which were to be distributed within this week.

Consignment no D20801687 Sent from bangalore on 14 th Nov to Biharsharif .my package shows HELD UP in Kolkatta since past ten days...there is no response from DTDC..it was an led TV 46 inch .no customer care is there to support the facilities...the courier service has no management for problem resolving...all people in DTDC will just give you numbers to talk to next person and next person will give you another no and the chain continues...finally I have sent an email to them complaining about the matter .it seems they have broken my TV and there is no process to take the claim ...everybody is just rotating the customer.please help me out with this issue somehow..

Important medical prescription couriered from Kasturba Medical College Manipal - 576104 to Balaji Elegance, ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore - 560066. Got a phone call saying that the courier cannot be delivered because they did not know the address and told me to pick it up from the Whitefield office, or else the Brookefield office next day. All my subsequent calls were ignored. The caller was extremely rude and uncooperative, and did not provide any details as to the location of any of the offices. On calling the Brookefield office on 24th november, I received the same rude response telling me to collect my package from the Mahadevapura office, and I was not given any clarity as to the location of the office or where my package was. This is the first time I am being harassed at this level by DTDC, which is causing me immense trouble as the documents couriered are of extreme importance to me. Please help track my package and solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have sent courier on 14th Nov 2015 from Mumbai (charkop, Kandivali West) branch to Deeg, Rajasthan.
They have informed me order will be delivered till 19th 2015 (Thursday).
Still i have not received my courier, Office person in kandivali everyday told me that we are checking call tomorrow.
The deeg person said dnt call me i do not have receive your courier yet.
Online the last updated status showing as order received in Jaipur on 17th Nov 2015.
There is no one who can resolve my issue, I dnt know where is my courier, noone replied properly.
when i warned him we will make complaint said do whatever you want to do.

Mam/sir i had couriered my document from udaipur on 13th of nov 2015 and it was to be delivered in navi mumbai belapur but still it is not delivered to the concerning company even after 10 days. also i had called dtdc many times but they are irresponsive and even when i track it online it shows that it is out for delivery from 3 days on 20th Nov 2015 but still it is not delivered yet also whenever i called in dtdc they just put my call on hold and even didnt give any response 5-10 mins after that they reject my call...and they give me next phone no please contact on this but when i call that no is switched off i am calling them from past 3 days and i had called them 30-40 times..but they just saying me that it will be delivered today ..or next day...

LR No : H 61712665 booked from Rajahmundry (AP) on 13 Nov 2015, but article not delivered stii 23 Nov 2015, it is almost 10 days are over and there is no proper response from the staff of company. I feel DTDC is safe and good service company, but it is worst company as well as dealing and response of staff is very irresponsible specially Pimpri branch.

I courier a package by DTDC . they deliver it wrong address and now they are not taking it back. So, my financial loss as product price and courier cost. I want my money back for courier cost as well as product price. I have all the documents as a proof against DTDC courier services. I have receipt of courier which clearly shows that the package should be deliver at proper address. As well as package pics which shows that address is properly mentioned on it. Pleas let me help to get my money back.

Using the most urgent and quickest mode of delivery of dtdc, i couriered my machine part, which was faulty and needed immediate repair, which halted production process. Goods couriered on 4/11/2015. Delivery on 5/11/2015. But goods not delivered to consignee till date. Company not responding appropriately. No action taken. Till date production process halted.

My father couriered some clothes accounting 6kg from Lucknow through DTDC which was not delivered at my address instead they were asking me to collect from their office which was loacated on main road.I got the a wrong address of their office by a lady which made by day very hectic as I live very far .I wasted my entire day searching for DTDC office.I am very fed of this courier service and am truly usatisfied and also I am done with their service .:(
