No. Z63369334, it is not delivered in date, it show tracking status "received at ALLAHABAD SUPER FRANCHISEE at[protected]" But when i went to franchisee then they said that they did not recieved courier . I have couriered my document ref no: P34839620 on 28th nov. It was held with hindupur dtdc branch. When called the courier office, he is disconnecting call repeatedly, after 10 times when i re try he picked the call and he is shouting back. he was very rude in his language. I am very upset with his behaviour. Please take action on this branch and the person. this is the dtdc hindupur contact number [protected]. I called to office on this number. very bad service. he is aking dont curier document through dtdc if you don't like, like this he is talking. As if dtdc is his own courier service. such idits are working in dtdc. hopeless. I am real upset today. why such are handling courier service.

when i said i will complain to head office. he said you can complain to head office's father as well. He dont have any problem with it. he didnt tell me the status of my curier as well. he went for lunch at 5:00 PM...just lying. Please take necessary action on this person.

I am sradhanjali bharati from puri odisha yet to recieve a parcel that has already reached puri this morning. After calling your office, a person misbehaved saying that today they got and today only they cant give you the parcel, they asked to come and collect it from the office . if such is the service and behaviour from your end then i must not send anything through you and neither i would suggest anybody to go through you. Take this complaint seriously and take necessary steps. The person who is called sits in your office at DTDC at MUNICIPAL MARKET COMPLEX, PURI. i WOULD CERTAINLY GIVE AN FIR IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED.MY PARCEL'S CONSIGNMENT NO. I had a courier to sent by rewards360 which was shipped on Nov 10, 2015. It was not delivered to my place till date. I received two call from your executives asking for the delivery of the product. This is amazon order order #[protected] yesterday was the delivery date ...It was showing out for delivery...And it has not delivered to me...So today i had visited their branch of worli century branch... Dtdc courier incharge was inefficent on his work...And how can dtc courier man carless to do his work...Yesterday was out for delivery date...Then why it has not delivered on time my product was fish food...2 days has been passed the food was over...So i had ordered earlier that i would get on time by amazon service...But unfortunately the courier has handed over to dtdc... 1st my time has wasted to wait over there half an hour 2nd...My money has wasted to call customer care of dtdc...They had take their time 30 min and my balance has wasted rs 42 [protected] to call customer care registered the complaint od dtdc worli century branch...Then they had provided me the complaint number 01197528 3rd the food has no use which is delay... Hi, I live in Fort Kochi. However the delivery guy come from central Ernakulam area near TD road although DTDC has a delivery center right next to my home in Fort Kochi. The person who came for delivery at my home. literally jumped on my poor mom who is retired teacher at her 70s. He came unannounced and started hitting on the gate. My mom was in the shower and had to come running from there to attend. She told sorry and said she was in the bathroom. The guy shouted saying why you shut the doors!!!. Holy hell.. and did not even allow her to get her spectacles to read before signing. He scolded her for closing the gate. Well he should have called at least. This happened past 2 times he came to our home. Please remove these kind of individual from the job if they do not like to work patiently. Well everyone has their own bad days. but this guy seems to have bad days all along.. How could someone be so cruel at a woman over 70. Shame on you DTDC for having such individuals for delivery. 4 days back my sister couriered me a packet from Delhi and I am still not able to track my order online !!! She took their express service!!! What the hell is wrong with this company ???? I swear I would request everyone in my known to not to use DTDC

I had ordered for samples in rewardme.com.They had sent the tracking details to my mob num.It was said that they had sent my samples through DTDC courier service.But i had not yet received my courier through DTDC.The DTDC site says, that my products are delivered.The most awkard thing.How can they say that my products were delivered without delivering.please Checkout on the issue.

DTDC gives such a poor service, that I ordered a personalised mug which was despatched from Kolkata on 24.11.15 to be reached at Dhulagar, Howrah. On 02.12.15 also I didnt receive the item after several phone calls to customer Service of DTDC. Lastly they even stopped responding to phone calls making calls busy. You people are sitting as customer supporter, not able to give support properly, not picking up calls, such a damn poor service is yours, minmum you can inform me that the item cant be delivered in your location.

This is to intimate about the strict mishandling of my package and lack of customer service by dtdc courier.
I would like to bring in to account the issue concerned and inform you about the reason for the above statement. On 16th of october i posted a package from dtdc, urappakam, opposite safaa apartments addressed to Amazon Seller service, Thane and the package was supposed to reach thane...

I recieved my CPU and keyboard in a worst and damaged condition. All the front and side parts of CPU are broken. Keyboard is damaged too. I packed the products with required precautions. Customer service numbers exist but none answers the call. I want compensation from the company. If its not made to me then i would go to consumer court.

Hi, my friend sent an important thing consignment#(Z[protected] on 19/11/2015. The item is not yet delivered but the tracking status is delivered on 23/11/2015. I personally inquired about it at local DTDC office on 24/11/2015 but they are not responding properly. They saying me that your consignment sent return back to the sender address and now its at Mumbai office, we will track n receive it send u by this Monday. But now they saying its returned back to the sender address. But my friend (sender) does not received it back yet. I have mailed customer support desk of DTDC courier service and they said its delivered. But in fact its not delivered. This is the worst that can happen as my consignment are with someone who should not have them or if not than where it is?. [protected]@gmail.com

I don t know about DTDC courier services for other guys..but for me it is too worst and bad.. courier booked on 26/11/2015 FROM delhi TO coimbatore, through DTDC NATIONAL BLUE...(bit costly and second bussiness day delivery).. but still i didn't get...WORST in terms of service.. BAD in terms of response to customers...so don t prefer DTDC...

Ref no. N96342467 apparently still waiting from last one month for one of my original document sent from india to Melbourne which is i think lost n customer care people are not trying to understand that free service to send original document again is not the solution. ..original document is lost so how can i send it again...this is a senseless solution provided. Hello Sir I'm seller on ebay.in as such I'm new on ebay.in so I have to shipped order by own. I book one consignment from Surat, Gujarat to Kotwala and I handover this shipment to DTDC Adajan Franchisee on 30-oct-2015 and till date shipment not delivered to customer when I inquired for same DTDC reply me that you have to pay 400 Rs as duty. As such product was External Hard Drive so why I should pay duty on that at time of booking they charged 120 Rs from me and doesn't specify about duty charges kindly do something needful. following are awb details. a33072753. kindly help me to get my shipment back as such they want more 400 Rs from me to give me back this shipment.

By Dtdc via sms but in reply I got it is switched off.i try also to contact dtdc, moulali branch, kolkata but they dosen't pick call.my contact no.[protected].

The services of dtdc courier najafgarh, new delhi is very bad . They are returning many packets without trying to deliver them. They are not co operative and they behave as government body. DTDC is a big name in courier industry in India bt if they keep the same services then surely will shut down in few years

The Wipro Ltd Bangalore had despatched a courier (Important) for my daughter on 24 Nov 2015 vide DTDC Courier No B 27850696. The said courier as per update available on DTDC tracking site is that the said document had reached Bhopal (M.P) DTDC Facility on the 26 Nov 2015 at 10:37AM and Shipment despatched for delivery on 27 Nov at 02:47PM. I had spoken to Mr Rupeesh Lodhi (Mobile No [protected]) on 27 Nov and 28 Nov, however inspite to speaking to him, the said document has not yet been delivered.
