This is to intimate about the strict mishandling of my package and lack of customer service by dtdc courier.
I would like to bring in to account the issue concerned and inform you about the reason for the above statement. On 16th of october i posted a package from dtdc, urappakam, opposite safaa apartments addressed to Amazon Seller service, Thane and the package was supposed to reach thane...

I recieved my CPU and keyboard in a worst and damaged condition. All the front and side parts of CPU are broken. Keyboard is damaged too. I packed the products with required precautions. Customer service numbers exist but none answers the call. I want compensation from the company. If its not made to me then i would go to consumer court.

Hi, my friend sent an important thing consignment#(Z[protected] on 19/11/2015. The item is not yet delivered but the tracking status is delivered on 23/11/2015. I personally inquired about it at local DTDC office on 24/11/2015 but they are not responding properly. They saying me that your consignment sent return back to the sender address and now its at Mumbai office, we will track n receive it send u by this Monday. But now they saying its returned back to the sender address. But my friend (sender) does not received it back yet. I have mailed customer support desk of DTDC courier service and they said its delivered. But in fact its not delivered. This is the worst that can happen as my consignment are with someone who should not have them or if not than where it is?. [protected]@gmail.com

I don t know about DTDC courier services for other guys..but for me it is too worst and bad.. courier booked on 26/11/2015 FROM delhi TO coimbatore, through DTDC NATIONAL BLUE...(bit costly and second bussiness day delivery).. but still i didn't get...WORST in terms of service.. BAD in terms of response to customers...so don t prefer DTDC...

Ref no. N96342467 apparently still waiting from last one month for one of my original document sent from india to Melbourne which is i think lost n customer care people are not trying to understand that free service to send original document again is not the solution. ..original document is lost so how can i send it again...this is a senseless solution provided. Hello Sir I'm seller on ebay.in as such I'm new on ebay.in so I have to shipped order by own. I book one consignment from Surat, Gujarat to Kotwala and I handover this shipment to DTDC Adajan Franchisee on 30-oct-2015 and till date shipment not delivered to customer when I inquired for same DTDC reply me that you have to pay 400 Rs as duty. As such product was External Hard Drive so why I should pay duty on that at time of booking they charged 120 Rs from me and doesn't specify about duty charges kindly do something needful. following are awb details. a33072753. kindly help me to get my shipment back as such they want more 400 Rs from me to give me back this shipment.

I have not delivered my p&g rewardme sample order I'd no.S02021119.Dtdc c note X15673636.but tomorrow I track then it shows it delivered on 23/11/2015.but I not receive it.I also try on given no. By Dtdc via sms but in reply I got it is switched off.i try also to contact dtdc, moulali branch, kolkata but they dosen't pick call.my contact no.[protected].

The services of dtdc courier najafgarh, new delhi is very bad . They are returning many packets without trying to deliver them. They are not co operative and they behave as government body. DTDC is a big name in courier industry in India bt if they keep the same services then surely will shut down in few years

The Wipro Ltd Bangalore had despatched a courier (Important) for my daughter on 24 Nov 2015 vide DTDC Courier No B 27850696. The said courier as per update available on DTDC tracking site is that the said document had reached Bhopal (M.P) DTDC Facility on the 26 Nov 2015 at 10:37AM and Shipment despatched for delivery on 27 Nov at 02:47PM. I had spoken to Mr Rupeesh Lodhi (Mobile No [protected]) on 27 Nov and 28 Nov, however inspite to speaking to him, the said document has not yet been delivered. Consignment no. Z72810133 I had to sent an urgent document to Guwahati from Dehradun. I went to DTDC counter at Chakrata road UTC/U10. I was told that if I parcel by DTDC on 24th November 1pm, it will reach Guwahati on 26 or on 27th November, and I have to pay Rs. 270. I did it and it reached on 28th. It could ve reached by 28th November if i would ve parceled at lower price. I feel cheated by the boy at the counter named Ayush ([protected]) who did not measure the weight. Besides I he sent it by normal courier and charge the special rate without giving the service. Even it is not mentioned in the delivery report. There is certain degree of anomalies. Today 28.11.15 I got delivery of courier from SDA, NEW DELHI a box containing card and almonds. As per weight mentioned on is 965 gms however the card and some elayachi were their and get it weight it was 310 gms and also confirmed from the person who couriered from that box almonds with pouch weight 650 gms is missing AWB No Z 70931867 Cust ID SF024 Wt 0.965 kg 27/ nov 2015

Two parcel were sent to banglore to my son Ajay Meena (Mob. no. [protected]) for study material for interview of IES scheduled on 10.12.15, from Jaipur on 16.11.15 Consignment no.D24822663 and on 187.11.15 consigjaipurnment no.D24822677 through DTDC Lite Pratap Nagar Near Goshala Tonk Road still not delivered or no response from the company Pl get deliver the parcel urgently to my son. I sent my hand made painting worth Rs.25000 vide Consignment no Z69003854 from Amritsar on 3rd Nov to Delhi for participation in an exhibition. The last date of participation was 15th of nov. and my package was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. but inspite of my package reaching on time in the delhi franchise they didnt delievered to the recipient infact they started giving me false excuses that they went there but no one was their to collect the package. But when at last i made complaint in the head office then they delivered my parcel to the recipient on 18th of nov. but by that time participation date already passed away, moreover to my utter surprise i came to know through recipient that my painting frame woth rs.1600 was borken and painting was in very miserable condition. No customer care is there to support the facilities. the courier service has no management for problem resolving. all people in DTDC will just give you numbers to talk to next person and next person will give you another no and the chain continues. I want compensation from the company as i was not able to participate in competition and my painting has also been shattered. If its not made to me i would be bound to go to consumer court.

The shipment was received in Delhi on 21/10/2015 but the contents of the box viz., Accuchek Active Glucometer along with 10's strips was tampered with and hence the package could not be delivered to the customer as the contents of box was stolen in transit. We learnt about this startling development while tracking the status of shipment and the following message was displayed on DTDC website "Shipment on Hold due to EMPTY BOX". We made several calls in this regard to DTDC Customer Support team but there has been no response from DTDC till date. We are highly disappointed with the lackadaisical attitude of DTDC in this highly serious matter. Further we were informed by DTDC Hyderabad to collect the tampered empty box on 17/11/15. We reject the empty box and seek full compensation of our product which is valued at Rs. 1349/-. This amount is reflected in Declaration Letter submitted to DTDC at the time of shipment booking. Dear Sir/Madam, I am from Hamirpur District of Himachal Pradesh. Some urgent documents were send through courier service from Chandigarh on my address vide POD No. Z69011482. On 20 Nov 2015 I received a call from DTDC office at HAMIRPUR (Dosarka) that there is a courier on my name and I have to collect the same from there office. I told them to deliver it on my address but I was denied the same as the delivery address was not falling under their Area of Operation. Hence I requested them to deliver the courier to DTDC Office at MEHRE as I am residing near Mehre and could collect the courier after my Officer hours. After many reminders the courier was not delivered at DTDC Office MEHRE and whenever I contacted them, their behaviour was very rude and irresponsible. So, on 27 Nov 2015 at around 10 AM, I contacted Mr. Manoj Pathak, Regional Manager DTDC and requested him to get my courier delivered at MEHRE. He assured me that the same would be delivered on 27 Nov itself. So, when I contacted the DTDC office at Mehre on 27 Nov 2015 after my office time, I was told that the courier delivery vehicle arrive after 7PM only, hence I was told to come on morning of 28 Nov. But to my surprise when on 28 Nov, I went to collect the courier to Mehre, I was told that my courier was received at MEHRE from HAMIRPUR.

My courier no is z66808416 register for banglore on 20 Nov-2015, but till 28-Nov-2015 that courier is not delivered. My urgent bills of (20K) rejected due to this non delivery.My contact no is [protected]. Please make deliver my documents and compensate my loss also provide me complaint no against my complaint.

I hate this courier company. your guy delivered parcel to some other person without informing me. i dont even know the person. what should i do?? i called ur mysore branch but those people are not giving any proper solution and not sending any person to meet me. order no X15649146

I submit a parcel to the DTDC kolkata office to Pune on 10.11.2015. The cosignment no is K83364862. It was delivered to pune on 12.11.2015. Till now it was not deliver. I contacted the DTDC office and also mailed them. But they do not reply. In this curcumtances what will I do? What can I do for legal action? I think this is very irresponsible company.
