My consignment booked on date July 31 2015, but it is not yet delivered to me .

When I called to customer care few days ago they told me that is out of delivery area .
but during the booking of consignment pin code was clearly mentioned you should not accept the consignment if pin code is out of delivery area.

DTDC courier service is one of the worst service provider as i experienced they return the courier parcel item without attempt for deliver stating the reasons that no one found at the address. DTDC khirki extension branch is very rude to his customer and merely reject or disconnect the phone stating dont tell your problem. I talk with a person on contact no. Whenever i ordered something online mostly they ship my product through DTDC courier.
DTDC courier always call and ask where to place ur product.

they says their service is not available in my area. i have to go 30km away from my address to get my product.

The parcel reached Bangalore from Mumbai on 16/10/2015 at 8:00 am according to DTDC Tracking. When I called the costumer care which they had advertised works 24/7 no one picked up. I tried from morning in different numbers at evening someone picked up and said the parcel will be delivered and gave other contact no. First of all looking in feedback category list (DTDC site) it seems that DTDC guys are not interested in listening complain, (No category naming Complain) I suggest DTDC that it is very competitive market and i, as a customer suggesting you that you will be no where (after looking at your services from last 2 deliveries) after few years.
