I have couriered a document parcel(Consignment no : B[protected] from Bangalore on 9/11/15, Karnataka to Ponnai, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Before doing so, i have inquired with the respective person about the delivery of package to the destination, and they confirmed. And after 10 days(on 20/11/15) when inquired they are saying they do not have a service to ponnai and asking us to collect it in personal from vellore dtdc center. i request you to look into the problem and take necessary action due to delay in delivery and not adhering for the confirmation provided to the consumer.

I would give DTDC a zero rating. H48930150 is my consignment number. Courier was to be delivered from Hyderabad to Gurgaon. After 15 days they delivered the courier, by that time the intended recipents had left from the place. Asked for a return to origin, it has been 45 days still no positive response from DTDC personnel. Is there any complaint addressing cell or number for dealing with Hyderabad cases. The courier has to be returned to origin - for which I placed the request on November 17th. I have been regularly following up with DTDC personnel. They selcom pick up calls. Even if they pick up, they don't answer of hang up the calls. Please, help. That parcel is very important to me and has been misplaced multiple time.

Tracking number is Z70342890 Its showing that courier is delivered but i didnt get my courier i went to dtdc office they said come after one hour we are searching. now they are saying they dont have my courier and saying they have delivered. but till now i didnt get it

Consignment No - B26857021, from bangalore to Imphal. I have couriered it on 6th Nov, it has reached Imphal DTDc office on 14th Nov and still its at the office only. They do not receive any phone calls, no delivery is done. We are just trying hard tor each them, but no clue of theirs.
They are just illiterate who think them to be the owners, please take some legal action towards them.

I booked my courier no V26039392 on 12/11/2015 and paid for express delivery from bangalore to KOTA, rajasthan but till 15/11/2015 i didn't get my package whether i have written that these documents must reach within time as consist exam forms, but they hardly care about it, i even send mail to regarding offices on mentioned mail ids in tracking but didnt get any reply. i tracked their contact no and try to call the concern office in kota on 15/11/2015, morning 11 am, . After so many try they pick the call and said that they will deliver it today. i took the no of delivery boy to track it but that person didn't even reply. after continuous try he picked call at 4.30 pm, and said that he will deliver it after 7 pm.As it was important for me not for DTDC so i sent my father at delivery boy location and collected the courier. If DTDC doesn't concern and responsible for time line delivery and don't care about the importance of consignment then why they make false commitments, even they ask to pay more and we do but not concern for that. its very disappointing.

This company doesn't know how to treat their vendors. Doesn't give payments on time and takes them for granted. It is a namesake company. Has such a huge turnover but looks like a beggar in front of vendors. All the companies provide timely payments but this company lives on the vendors personal money, should be sued.

I sent a courier #P34150360 from Pune to Bangalore on 5th oct. They promised it will get delivered in 4 days. It has been 12+days now and the courier is not delivered.
I have sent number of mails and called them minimum 25 times. NO RESPONSE on the emails, no one will receive the call, in 25 times 2 times my call was picked and they were not in position to tell the status.
I think this is the poorest Courier Service in whole world and will suggest MD Subhasish Chakraborty to shut down this service, if they are not able to deliver on time and cant respect the customers gravity of requirement.
Most interesting thing, caller tune is "DTDC delivers in Time..", which is a kind of joke to the customers face.
In this delay I suffered a loss of 20000 INR, because my bills were not received on time. WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THAT?, after paying money also, this people are just pathetic and don't have any responsibility. Atleast they should courage and courtesy to acknowledge the emails from customers.

I sent documents on 7th which was received on the branch officeon 11th Nov. But no one cared to deliver the document for 8 days. When I enquired yesterday at [protected] I was told that the delivery boy hasn't come since 2 days. I requested to deliver yesterday and let him know the importance and urgency but still no response please help H48736744

I have sent my consignment on Saturday 07th November 2015 ( CN No: B[protected] and I have been following up via mail and phone from past 4 days but no response either to my mail, and the customer care number is busy through out the day . Today its been 10 th day ( 17th November 2015 )but still the consignment has not reached the destination. I tried reaching out this numbers but of no use . [protected] [protected] [protected] I have no clue about my consigment when I checked last week through the tracker it was showing the consignment is in Hassan and today its showing has it is in Kushalnagar where the actual destination is Ponnampet ( Pin - 571216)

On 11nov 2015 parcel dispatched by Chennai. On 12 Nov dtdc bommasandra branch received. But as on date 17 Nov am not yet received the parcel. If I enquired with bommasandra dtdc they told that they handed over the parcel to franchise. But franchise person not picking the call. His number [protected]. Worst service by dtdc.

My consignment number Z70233050 BOOKED from delhi to hyderabad 29/10/2015, which was delivered on 2nd november at wrong address.when i am enquring about this and talking to dtdc staff they dont have any answer and giving each other number.what action should i take against them please guide me

Sir, DTDC AWB No. Z70493319 Delivery point Barasat nabapally DTDC AWB No. Z70493318 SBI Krisshnanagar branch Booked on 12/11/2015 Still now It is not delivered showing abnormal updates. Clear picture is not able to give anybody from DTDC.

Staffs have no respect ... Dont pick up phones ... Hangs up while talking ... Staffs thinks like big boss ... Courier service bloddy expensive and slow as a snail ... dont want to home deliver ... Stupidest courier service ever ... should sue the staffs and company

Hi, The courier with Consignment number "K80900552" has not been delivered by DTDC. I kept calling them many times. But people at DTDC do not respond properly. The item was sent one month back from my hometown. At least DTDC should pay the compensation amount for the item lost. Please help in this regard. Hi There, This to bring to your notice that I had booked a Courier on 10th November, 2015 at Bangalore, Koramangala- 8th Block branch for the destination Bangalore, Electronic City, Phase -1. It was Premium Plus service and was supposed to get delivered on the next business day. However, it is been almost 8 days but my courier is not delivered yet. The online status shows last updated on 13th November, 2015 “In transit”. Upon my inquiry with all most all DTDC branches through which this parcel goes, I got no update. They are either disconnecting the call or keeping the line busy. I contacted the following no and did not get any response[protected],[protected]/137, [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected]. The parcel contains some urgent important documents which were supposed to be submitted at the earliest. Kindly consider my complaint and take appropriate action against DTDC.

I have booked the courier from DTDC Plus service on 9 Nov 15 from Trivandrum to Bangalore. As mention in their website and as committed to me that courier will deliver in next 2 days.

Since its a express service I have paid double charges to get the documents delivered on time but the documents are still in transit and not delivered till now.

Today its almost 8 days that the documents are not delivered even after paying extra charges, when called customer care they said it will reach and they are not aware where the courier is.

This is not the first time its happening, DTDC overcharged customer by taking double charges in the name of express services but their delivery is always late.

If they are not committed and confirmed they should inform their customer in advance about the expected time of delivery.

The documents sent by us was very urgent and was related to VISA processing because of DTDC fault I held responsible for non processing of VISA and it effected by credibility in organisation in work.

I request you to please take necessary action against this and the amount should be refunded to us.

i have sent a parcel on nov 5th and till date it is not been delievered. when i go ask in the centre they are now saying that the parcel is missing . the parcel was sent from kumarswamy layout-560078 to gonikoppal -571213 . the content was approximately 10000. the CN number b25751633.the contents are diwali gift and my documents are also missing. The franchise dtdc person number is [protected].please atleast give back my documents

This is a complaint against owner of Mobile Number +[protected] of DTDC Barbari, Guwahati, ASSAM (number provided by DTDC, Dibrugarh Branch) – for UNETHICAL CONDUCT and VERBAL MISCHIEVOUSNESS with CLIENT using INSULTING CONFRONTATIONS on TELEPHONE and finally ENDING without providing any SERVICE.

Date of Incident - 13th NOVEMBER 2015 at 6.25 PM

I was anxiously waiting due delivery of a VERY URGENT parcel, posted on 9th Nov 15’ from DIBRUGARH, which was getting delayed for several days since. I impatiently contacted the parcel sender and DTDC Booking Centre at Dibrugarh to obtain the Consignment number and Online Delivery Status. It then got revealed that my parcel was lying idle with the DTDC- Barbari Branch, Guwahati, Assam since 10th Nov 15’. DTDC-Barbari is situated just a few steps away from my residence at Hengrabari. It did not take me long to understand who’s the concerned party (under Guwahati jurisdiction) to neglect Customer’s satisfaction.

From the DTDC-Dibrugarh, I obtained a contact number at Guwahati (mobile number +[protected] that seemingly belonged to someone in-Charge of DTDC-Barbari for further help and service. I called upon several times only to my dismay every-time received a “NO ANSWER” from that Mobile. After few more calls the person answering the phone hurriedly admitted that he belonged to DTDC-Barbari but was too rude to answer any query, admitting that he was too busy in something else and hung up the conversation challenging that “I SHALL NEVER BE DELIVERED WITH MY PARCEL – DO WHAT EVER I CAN DO”.

Later on, upon enquiries it became more evident - that the person acts insane, is frustrated, very ill-mannered, indulge in daily conflicts with other colleagues and was having too many complaints of similar rude behaviour with other promising DTDC clients (valuable customer).

Such ridiculous behaviour from inexperienced workers is tarnishing the good name of DTDC in Guwahati and is unfortunate and least expected. This is a competitive market. There are many other Service providers and we do not want that a Premium organization like DTDC will compromise with such foolishly behaved officers in FRONT-OFFICE dealing with present day first line customers.

I want to bring to your notice that the DTDC- BARBARI is not wanted at its present location as the nearest next DTDC- SIXMILE centre is hardly just ONE KILOMETRE away. I immediately demand removal of such a person who cannot deal customers and are not worth of serving a premium organization like DTDC.

I called a mobile number to dtdc courier office. A guy called chitty babu answered phone. I asked about today's working hours. He was like 'can't you see it's raining, how can i come. its leave today' he talked rude and cut the call. This is very bad response to the customer who is expecting good service from a good company. people are coming to dtdc because of good service and responses only. Nuts like this in the front office are making company's profile down.

I have sent a consignment through DTDC courier on 2nd november, consignment no. D24733024 from Delhi to Bangalore but as the recipient was not present at destination address the consignment was returned. After that the recipient has contacted at DTDC's Yelhanka office but they said that the consignment has been sent to the the custody of your delivery in-charge at Yelahanka office. Now no-one is picking up the phone. i was ensured of delivery in 2-3days but still no idea when the consignment will be delivered. Please get my item delivered.
