This is to raise a complain against DTDC for non delivery of a parcel which was sent on 6th November from Howrah (west Bengal) to Bangalore (Karanataka) which is still not delivered till date. The status in the site shows that the parcel is out for delivery but no communication has been received from any of DTDC person.

A parcel ( Tracking ID: K[protected], was sent to my address, Lt.Col. C.F. Stephen, P230/8, MAP, Command Hospital Air force, #1 Cambridge Layout, Agram Post, Bangalore 560007, from Kolkata on 19th November, 2016. The parcel has still not been delivered and today, (24 November, 2016) when I called the DTDC courier office at 17/3, Vishal omplex, Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Opposite Frank Anthony Public School, Bangalore- 560008, they said that they had attempted delivery once, on 21 November 2016 and called on the provided number when they were at the main gate. However, no call was received and neither did any delivery person come to the address. No reattempt of delivery was conducted either. They now say that they have returned the parcel to Delhi and I have no idea why. This is the second incident with the Cambridge Layout Branch of DTDC. The people of the office are rude, arrogant and abusive. I want an action taken as soon as possible because the parcel was a very important one. They were weddings invitations which were to be distributed within this week.

Consignment no D20801687 Sent from bangalore on 14 th Nov to Biharsharif .my package shows HELD UP in Kolkatta since past ten days...there is no response from DTDC..it was an led TV 46 inch .no customer care is there to support the facilities...the courier service has no management for problem resolving...all people in DTDC will just give you numbers to talk to next person and next person will give you another no and the chain continues...finally I have sent an email to them complaining about the matter .it seems they have broken my TV and there is no process to take the claim ...everybody is just rotating the customer.please help me out with this issue somehow..

Important medical prescription couriered from Kasturba Medical College Manipal - 576104 to Balaji Elegance, ITPL Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore - 560066. Got a phone call saying that the courier cannot be delivered because they did not know the address and told me to pick it up from the Whitefield office, or else the Brookefield office next day. All my subsequent calls were ignored. The caller was extremely rude and uncooperative, and did not provide any details as to the location of any of the offices. On calling the Brookefield office on 24th november, I received the same rude response telling me to collect my package from the Mahadevapura office, and I was not given any clarity as to the location of the office or where my package was. This is the first time I am being harassed at this level by DTDC, which is causing me immense trouble as the documents couriered are of extreme importance to me. Please help track my package and solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have sent courier on 14th Nov 2015 from Mumbai (charkop, Kandivali West) branch to Deeg, Rajasthan.
They have informed me order will be delivered till 19th 2015 (Thursday).
Still i have not received my courier, Office person in kandivali everyday told me that we are checking call tomorrow.
The deeg person said dnt call me i do not have receive your courier yet.
Online the last updated status showing as order received in Jaipur on 17th Nov 2015.
There is no one who can resolve my issue, I dnt know where is my courier, noone replied properly.
when i warned him we will make complaint said do whatever you want to do.

Mam/sir i had couriered my document from udaipur on 13th of nov 2015 and it was to be delivered in navi mumbai belapur but still it is not delivered to the concerning company even after 10 days. also i had called dtdc many times but they are irresponsive and even when i track it online it shows that it is out for delivery from 3 days on 20th Nov 2015 but still it is not delivered yet also whenever i called in dtdc they just put my call on hold and even didnt give any response 5-10 mins after that they reject my call...and they give me next phone no please contact on this but when i call that no is switched off i am calling them from past 3 days and i had called them 30-40 times..but they just saying me that it will be delivered today ..or next day...

LR No : H 61712665 booked from Rajahmundry (AP) on 13 Nov 2015, but article not delivered stii 23 Nov 2015, it is almost 10 days are over and there is no proper response from the staff of company. I feel DTDC is safe and good service company, but it is worst company as well as dealing and response of staff is very irresponsible specially Pimpri branch.

I courier a package by DTDC . they deliver it wrong address and now they are not taking it back. So, my financial loss as product price and courier cost. I want my money back for courier cost as well as product price. I have all the documents as a proof against DTDC courier services. I have receipt of courier which clearly shows that the package should be deliver at proper address. As well as package pics which shows that address is properly mentioned on it. Pleas let me help to get my money back.

Using the most urgent and quickest mode of delivery of dtdc, i couriered my machine part, which was faulty and needed immediate repair, which halted production process. Goods couriered on 4/11/2015. Delivery on 5/11/2015. But goods not delivered to consignee till date. Company not responding appropriately. No action taken. Till date production process halted.

Address :nr. Kmv college, basra complex, pathankot, byepass chowk, jalandhar, pincode: 144001, phone : [protected] on 17 nov 2015. Bt still it is not delivered. They have given useless number [protected] this is unable to make call.

My father couriered some clothes accounting 6kg from Lucknow through DTDC which was not delivered at my address instead they were asking me to collect from their office which was loacated on main road.I got the a wrong address of their office by a lady which made by day very hectic as I live very far .I wasted my entire day searching for DTDC office.I am very fed of this courier service and am truly usatisfied and also I am done with their service .:(

I have couriered a document parcel(Consignment no : B[protected] from Bangalore on 9/11/15, Karnataka to Ponnai, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Before doing so, i have inquired with the respective person about the delivery of package to the destination, and they confirmed. And after 10 days(on 20/11/15) when inquired they are saying they do not have a service to ponnai and asking us to collect it in personal from vellore dtdc center. i request you to look into the problem and take necessary action due to delay in delivery and not adhering for the confirmation provided to the consumer.

I would give DTDC a zero rating. H48930150 is my consignment number. Courier was to be delivered from Hyderabad to Gurgaon. After 15 days they delivered the courier, by that time the intended recipents had left from the place. Asked for a return to origin, it has been 45 days still no positive response from DTDC personnel. Is there any complaint addressing cell or number for dealing with Hyderabad cases. The courier has to be returned to origin - for which I placed the request on November 17th. I have been regularly following up with DTDC personnel. They selcom pick up calls. Even if they pick up, they don't answer of hang up the calls. Please, help. That parcel is very important to me and has been misplaced multiple time.

Tracking number is Z70342890 Its showing that courier is delivered but i didnt get my courier i went to dtdc office they said come after one hour we are searching. now they are saying they dont have my courier and saying they have delivered. but till now i didnt get it

Consignment No - B26857021, from bangalore to Imphal. I have couriered it on 6th Nov, it has reached Imphal DTDc office on 14th Nov and still its at the office only. They do not receive any phone calls, no delivery is done. We are just trying hard tor each them, but no clue of theirs.
They are just illiterate who think them to be the owners, please take some legal action towards them.

I booked my courier no V26039392 on 12/11/2015 and paid for express delivery from bangalore to KOTA, rajasthan but till 15/11/2015 i didn't get my package whether i have written that these documents must reach within time as consist exam forms, but they hardly care about it, i even send mail to regarding offices on mentioned mail ids in tracking but didnt get any reply. i tracked their contact no and try to call the concern office in kota on 15/11/2015, morning 11 am, . After so many try they pick the call and said that they will deliver it today. i took the no of delivery boy to track it but that person didn't even reply. after continuous try he picked call at 4.30 pm, and said that he will deliver it after 7 pm.As it was important for me not for DTDC so i sent my father at delivery boy location and collected the courier. If DTDC doesn't concern and responsible for time line delivery and don't care about the importance of consignment then why they make false commitments, even they ask to pay more and we do but not concern for that. its very disappointing.

This company doesn't know how to treat their vendors. Doesn't give payments on time and takes them for granted. It is a namesake company. Has such a huge turnover but looks like a beggar in front of vendors. All the companies provide timely payments but this company lives on the vendors personal money, should be sued.

I sent a courier #P34150360 from Pune to Bangalore on 5th oct. They promised it will get delivered in 4 days. It has been 12+days now and the courier is not delivered.
I have sent number of mails and called them minimum 25 times. NO RESPONSE on the emails, no one will receive the call, in 25 times 2 times my call was picked and they were not in position to tell the status.
I think this is the poorest Courier Service in whole world and will suggest MD Subhasish Chakraborty to shut down this service, if they are not able to deliver on time and cant respect the customers gravity of requirement.
Most interesting thing, caller tune is "DTDC delivers in Time..", which is a kind of joke to the customers face.
In this delay I suffered a loss of 20000 INR, because my bills were not received on time. WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THAT?, after paying money also, this people are just pathetic and don't have any responsibility. Atleast they should courage and courtesy to acknowledge the emails from customers.

I sent documents on 7th which was received on the branch officeon 11th Nov. But no one cared to deliver the document for 8 days. When I enquired yesterday at [protected] I was told that the delivery boy hasn't come since 2 days. I requested to deliver yesterday and let him know the importance and urgency but still no response please help H48736744

I have sent my consignment on Saturday 07th November 2015 ( CN No: B[protected] and I have been following up via mail and phone from past 4 days but no response either to my mail, and the customer care number is busy through out the day . Today its been 10 th day ( 17th November 2015 )but still the consignment has not reached the destination. I tried reaching out this numbers but of no use . [protected] [protected] [protected] I have no clue about my consigment when I checked last week through the tracker it was showing the consignment is in Hassan and today its showing has it is in Kushalnagar where the actual destination is Ponnampet ( Pin - 571216)
